Rooms were nice I could hear the noise down at the bottom from the fourth floor . There was a perfuming smell but it wasnt horrible. The shower pressure in room 408 wasnt that great. I dont like fox news playing in the lobby having to hear and see that crap. Other than that was good stay

Beautiful hotel room, beautiful lobby, and a great free breakfast in the ! Very conveniently located so that you can walk to just about anything. We went to a concert at the Ascend amphitheater and it was only about a 10 minute walk. We also walked up to music row and enjoyed the many venues there. Staff was pleasant, grounds were pleasant, Parking was a bit more reasonable here than in some of the other hotels in this area.

Only small negative was the outside food trucks across the street - a little loud at 1 am - but that is Nashville.

The breakfast is great with lots of choices. The outdoor pool is lovely to have, although a little small in size. The kitchen is very useful, especially for families and the rooms are very spacious. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Less than 1/2 mile from Broadway Street, easily walking distance, plenty of food options also within walking distance, parked car in their underground parking garage & didn’t have to get it out till time to leave.

Everything was great & clean. The only complaint I have is the parking, it should be free or at least discounted. &40 is a lot to park for one day. I was there for only 1 night, but I had 2 cars in my party.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for a week. We absolutely LOVED everything about it. From the beautiful amenities & rooms, to the excellent breakfasts, to the safety of locked front doors at certain hours & room keys required to take the elevator, to the friendly, helpful and professional staff - it was hard to find anything that wasn’t great about this place!! This place is fabulous.

The front desk staff was very unprofessional and wasn’t very attentive. The bed made my wife itchy all night like there was a bed bug issue or other insects. The hotel was in a good spot but $8.00 dollars for a Fiji water and $40.00 dollars to park is basically robbing there guests.

The staff at the desk when we arrived were super friendly. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We loved the fact that the property had parking available. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed one night this week with family. Lobby was quiet, clean and showcased some Nashville gifts that were excellent quality and a good price. Free breakfast was exceptional and delicious with plenty of seating. Enjoyed our night out in Nashville and would definitely stay here again.

One elevator button to our floor was broken. Took a bit to figure that out - front desk could have mentioned it or even better put a sign in the elevator. Also had a broken coffee pot and the a/c fan was surging and noisy making it hard to sleep.

We stayed here as a party of six women going to a concert at Bridgestone over the weekend. We got two connecting rooms and couldn't have been happier with the size of the rooms and the proximity to Bridgestone. The suites were well appointed with dishes, glasses, and utensils for some snacks we brought with us. We had lots of room for our clothing storage. It was perfect!

Tried to check in at 330pm and was told check-in was at 4pm. Went back to the desk a little after 4 and was told our room wasn't ready. Went back to the desk at 435 and was told the room still wasn't ready. The staff member didn't seem like she was going to do anything. I told her they had 5 hours to get the room ready and asked what the hold up was. Only then did she try to call someone to find out. Finally a manager walked up and called someone and got the room ready for us. The property was great and in a great location, however, the staff was mediocre.

From check-in to check-out, our stay here was wonderful!! Nice, clean rooms with a great kitchen and real dishes, to amazing breakfast included each morning downstairs. The lobby is wonderful with plenty of seating, pool tables and other games for guests to enjoy. A grab and go option for coffee and mini muffins by the desk. You are just a few streets over from downtown so you don't get the noise but its convenient to get there!! Looking forward to staying here when I return. Didn't even make it to the pool and outdoor fire area.

Room was clean and spacious, full size frig and microwave. We didn’t use it for there was even a hot plate and pots and pans for cooking, dishes, cups and a dishwasher. Breakfast was great, best I’ve had at a hotel. Having to pay to park wasn’t ideal, but compared to other downtown hotels I guess it was okay.

We were there with a group of 23+ people celebrating a milestone birthday for four nights and had a fantastic time. The hotel was clean and the king suite was so comfy and cozy with everything one would need to enjoy your stay. The front desk staff was courteous, friendly, and kind. Emma was such a delight to get to know. She especially went out of her way to go above and beyond and is a true asset to your company! This was my first stay at Home2 Suites, but it definitely will not be your last.

The location was close to all the touristy things we wanted to do. Close enough that we could walk to everything. The woman that worked the front desk overnights was extremely helpful. The room was clean, and on site parking was a huge plus. Our room was ready early which was nice since we got into Nashville earlier than expected. We were able to unload the car and get freshen up before we made our way down Broadway. I’d definitely stay here again!!

Don’t use their parking, park on Peabody Street two minutes away at the AirGarage. Use SpotHero to reserve a spot. I parked there for the eight days for $120.

Our room was spacious and clean. The location is great, walkable to Broadway and the riverfront. My kids loved that they have pool tables and a shuffle board. The gym is open 24hrs which is nice as well.

We stayed here to see a show at Bridgestone arena. This hotel was only a block away, and also close to lots of great restaurants and country hall of fame, etc. The room was clean, spacious, had a kitchennette and had a nice view. Bed was comfy too. Best of all amazing breakfast buffet included. Just note parling is $39 for the night, bit yoi can go in and out as much as you want, they give you a card that also works for room. There is otger lots nearby though that may be less, but this one is gated. Overall great experience, will stay again when in Nashville.

We liked that the property was affordable, yet in relatively close walking distance to lower Broadway. Parking was expensive and spaces were very, very narrow. We drive a Lincoln Navigator and had to go several levels down to find space where we didn't have a column or another car too close.

Water pressure was terrible. Waiting 10+ mins every time you want to use an elevator is quite ridiculous. Great breakfast spread!

Situated in the heart of downtown, walking access to many music venues, bars, restaurants and Bridgestone arena. The rooms are spacious, clean and well equiped to meet all your needs! Breakfast was a great way to start our day with a large variety of hot and cold quality dishes. Everything about this hotel made our trip to downtown Nashville a excellent experience!

Monique made our stay much better than it would have been. If all staff was as friendly as Monique it would really stand out. Loved that the gym was open 24 hours and there was water and towels available. Wished that the temperature on the pool could have been changed. Beds are super comfortable and the sheets feel like silk. It's safe, convenient and the staff had excellent food recommendations! My only complaint was the elevators were a bit wonky and every other guest we encountered agreed that they'd also had issues with getting it to go where they needed it to go. Otherwise, excellent stay and would absolutely come back and stay again!

Delay elevator service. Took 7 minutes for one to become available. Parking garage is poorly design. Several guest parked in the middle of two spaces leaving little room for suvs to fit into a space that included a concrete post.

To compensate us, the manager on duty offered me a beer, which I took as an insult. The property general manager did call me to try to make things rt after we checked out the following day.

Check in was fine, used a debit card for the incidentals charge and they automatically charged the $39/night parking to that card without our knowledge. You HAVE the pay the $39 parking fee to even get into the parking garage and no discount for hotel guests.

This hotel was absolutely perfect for our one night stay in Nashville as a family. Our room was so spacious and well-equipped. The beds were very comfortable too! Probably our favorite part of this hotel was their breakfast buffet - seriously the best free hotel breakfast we’ve had. There were so many options, and my kids are still talking about how great it was. The hotel was also in close proximity to many notable Nashville attractions. We will definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean the room was nice and big, everyone was very accommodating except for the pregnant girl at the front desk. She was very rude upon check-in, and even the next day. She needs more customer service training. Other than that everything else was wonderful.

Really loved this hotel! Breakfast was amazing. The room was big and had a nice kitchenette. The lobby was fun with pool table and games! Everything was clean! Price was a little hefty but it was CMA Fest weekend. Walkable to Broadway. The only downside was parking. Took a while to find a spot in the parking garage. Spots were pretty small. Would definitely stay again though!

Great property near Broadway. We flew in for a concert at the Enterprise Center, and it was a short walk to and from the center. The only issue we had was with check-in. I think the reps at the front desk were new or in training, so I will give them the benefit of the doubt. Apparently our room was ready, but it took a manager to tell us, and I also repeatedly asked if there were razors for sale or complementary, and I never received a straight answer. Other than that, the hotel was great.

This is our second time staying here and we absolutely love it! Very close to downtown, Bridgestone Arena and great restaurants.

This property was on the edge of the main strip so very convenient to walk and never move the car.

The hotel property was immaculate. It even had little extra touches like sanitizing wipes near the elevators and hand sanitizer in the communal restroom door handle. The breakfast was the largest hotel breakfast I've ever had, so much variety that if you stay for multiple nights you can easily have a different meal each one. We were highly impressed with the spacious room (we had a king) and the fact it had a full size refrigerator and dishwasher.

The breakfast was great every morning- they had eggs, pancakes, waffles, sausage, biscuits and gravy, all of the juices, coffee, etc. 10/10 on that to be honest for a free breakfast. The location was only a 2 block walk down to the Museum (Same street even) and two blocks to the Bridgestone Arena, where we had a suite at the Predators game. 3 blocks to Broadway and your right in the middle of the action. The staff was incredibly accommodating and sent extra hangers up for us upsim request. If you’ve forgotten anything, not to worry, the front desk has every drink, snack and commodity you could need for purchase. We felt completely safe staying here and had a blast. There is also a billiard table in the lobby, which we didn’t use.
