The room smelled like cigarettes as soon as I got in (not pleasant). Bed smelled bad. Heater was had a bad smell if used. Came home with bites. Very upset 😢

Convenient location, quiet and near the train station. Service was great. Room good enough
- 5/5
I love this hotel and I would absolutely consider staying there again. There was a very nice lady working the front desk and we would engage in conversation every once in awhile during my weekend stay. Normally I don’t use hotel TVs but o enjoyed syncing my phone to the smart TV and listening to music. Loved the walk in shower. Overall, no complaints.
- 3/5
Was not pleased with this room. There was dust in areas, the chair in the room was unstable and the front door lock did not work. I had to practically slam the door for it it close thoroughly. Then I had to put the latch on. The first night, I went to take a shower and the water was brown. Also the small refrigerator barely kept my drinks cold.

I came to the hotel to check inn , two persons were waiting outside , one black women and one black man, I don’t know what was the reason the front desk get me the room next to her, I really please gonna thanks to check the cameras and see wassup , I didn’t have any privacy in my room , , I think the hotel get me the room next to the girl and her friend for something,,

This hotel was very convenient to public transportation and it took moments to get into the city. Due to COVID, housekeeping only came at the end of your stay. My room wasn’t cleaned daily as it would be under normal circumstances. My only issue was due to the short staff guests left trash in the halls. I had to call down to the front desk to have it picked up.
- 3/5
They didn’t give out any wash clothes. Place was okay looking
- 1/5
The elevators were sticky and had a funny smell. There were also no towels to wash with the front desk said they didn’t have any. There mix matched lamps in the room and one didn’t have a bulb. Very weird experience compared to other hotels in the area. I wouldn’t go back
- 5/5
Clean room comfy bed quiet at night but early a.m. construction across the street.
- 5/5
The staff is very helpful with any questions I had. I love the fact I was so close to the train station as well. I feature on my instagram fernandoabroad.
- 5/5
Despite covid being an issue, the staff made me feel comfortable by enforcing the masks and social distancing. The room was clean and comfortable. Really comfy bed too. I'd love to come back again when quarantines are lifted.
- 5/5
Water was nice and hot. Room also had a nice view.
- 4/5
Great service, but I got stuck on elevator for 20 mins on the first day of staying there.
- 3/5
Very congested street, hard to find parking. One thing that bothered me was that the A/C was set very low without setting choices. Plugging out the A/C was the only choice. The room was very cold that I feared for my health during this pandemic.
- 4/5
Not too tidy. Specially social areas. great staff. great rate (unusual may be, because of the pandemia). Good overall. Thanks. Outstanding crew in the front desk
- 2/5
Hotel was out of parking so I had to find iCal garages. First room had barely functioning AC BBC and it is 90 degrees, not to mention that O had to walk a few blocks with suitcases to get to hotel. Got switched to another room where the door wouldn’t close unless you slammed it and pushed. I was too tired after an all day flight to go back down as she implied that there was limited availability last time. Didn’t want to find out that the next room won’t have a functioning shower.
- 5/5
Great hotel. Excellent service. Very clean room. Only thing that I didn’t like was the parking but there is construction in the area but overall I would stay again and highly recommend this hotel 💯
- 4/5
Location Is great and the staff was very friendly
- 1/5
The room was never cleaned and the room was never cleaned
- 4/5
Hotel is located near bridges and highways. Driving to Brooklyn, Bronx or Manhattan is easy. Finding on road parking near the hotel can be a challenge as a spot most likely won't be available on the same street. However, there are parking lots nearby. If you're not driving you can still get to the outter boroughs quickly. The closest train station is only a few minutes walk from the hotel.
- 4/5
small rooms... 1 elevator was down but ova all it was ok
- 5/5
Good customer service friendly employees nice location as well
- 2/5
Dont Go Here. Save your money or spend a little more for better. Dirty rooms and elevators. No room service and barely functional TV and air conditioner. Felt like I was being recorded because the smoke detectors/alarms were tampered with. Will include pictures.
- 3/5
The front reception and host was amazing, very good first impression, valet parking? It's self parking, well i don't mind about it, bathroom at the lobby with not water, bad, bad, elevator was not clean and did not offer any informacion aboth keeping the distance, staff without uniform, room needs a real clean up, window with broken glass, a very old and in bad sha
- 2/5
The hotel looked great
- 5/5
This place is always so friendly! The rooms are always clean, the tv comes with a few apps built in (netflix, youtube, other things). Its always quiet and the location is nice and safe.
- 4/5
Standard.
- 3/5
It wasn’t that bad, but ice machine was leaking the so the carpet in the hall was all wet. We told them but nothing happen. And the house keeper never came to offer new towels or anything. Other than that it was ok.
- 4/5
The property was in a location close to where we needed to be. Hotel could have provided fruits or packaged muffins for breakfast but did not have anything for breakfast.
- 5/5
Great hotel, peace and quiet. Great location.
- 5/5
Was really happy with the hotel and the servic
- 3/5
Nice and clean hotel. The only problem I had was the room door was stuck it gave me a hard time to open it and close it. I even hurt myself while opening it. Other than that everything was good.
- 4/5
My stay was fun it's just I went during the wrong time so some of the services was not available
- 4/5
The staff was very nice & helpful, however, the bathroom need some up keep. The.sink & tub drainish was very slow. I had to let the desk know that our chair in the.room was broken as well
- 5/5

- 5/5
Friendly staff, and clean nice rooms. Enjoyed my stay here.
- 5/5
wonderful i loved it private clean and sweet staff!
- 2/5
Didn’t like I the fact that I booked for a king bed and was given a double bed
- 4/5
Very clean and friendly service. Rooms were smaller than expected, but still accommodating. I just wish they had microwaves in the rooms.
- 4/5
I liked that it was clean and staff friendly. The elevators were very slow and there is no arrangement to have food delivered to rooms.
- 1/5
The morning staff was very disrespectful and rude. The women staff were doing everything but they’re job! I spent 4 nights and almost $600 but I WILL NEVER STAY AT THAT ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN
- 4/5
The hotel is nice room was small but didn't need the space because it was noy a big group. The beds need an upgrade because they were really firm and hard so thats where you lose comfort
- 3/5
There was only one elevator working and I was on the 12th floor which was very inconvenient.
- 1/5
Construction was being done both on the premise and the surrounding areas.
- 2/5
Room didn’t look like cleaning properly, Bed was very small. Carpets very old and dirty, need to replace
- 4/5
Friendly staff. Clean and Quiet rooms. Free Wi-Fi.
- 5/5
The breakfast was excellent and complete. The employees very nice!! Beautiful trip.
- 5/5
Could of had a nicer breakfast selection. Bedding was comfortable. Room was small but clean
- 5/5
Great hotel, friendly and helpful staff, close to the metro lines 20 mins to central Manhattan and direct line to the Air Train station. No problems with the WIFI and television. Breakfast was average. Clean Room and Bathroom.
- 3/5
Bueno, es NY. Pero un microndas en la habitacion no estaria mal.
- 3/5
A bit frustrating when I checked in to be told that the TVs would not be working....I had two toddlers with me. AC/heating unit in the room was a bit loud and every 15 minutes, the toilet in the bathroom would make a loud hissing noise for 10 seconds - shutting the bathroom door didn't really help. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast offering was just ok.
- 5/5
The air conditioner is working properly, not like lots of complaints in other reviews. The breakfast is really good, save lots of time for us. Also there are free coffee and tea, hot water and even printer, which is a big surprise to me. But the room is too small for a king bed and you almost have no room for a big luggage. Also a little bit noisy because it is very closed to the subway, but I guess it is the same problem shared in that neighborhood. Location is great, will be even better without construction in the nearest subway entrance. There is a outdoor parking garage with in and out privileges for half the price cross the street.
- 5/5
Great Stay at Farfield Suites LIC. Simple, Clean, Comfortable, and Friendly service. Really good travel convience to and from LGA,as well as connections to local shopping and resturants.
- 3/5
A bit outdated and

Toilet ran when not supposed too, no tv remote in room and tv did not work

The lady at the front desk was very nice and professional,
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel. Access to Broadway by subway.
- 4/5
Good place to stay. Staff was excellent and friendly. Breakfast was a typical buffet and good. Two subway stations (Queens Plaza & Queensboro Plaza) within easy walking distance. Room was clean, but was showing its age. Would stay here again.
- 4/5
Friendly check in staff. Cold room, thermostat stuck at 61-64 degrees.
- 5/5
Very good hotel. Does no have Shuttle to the airport.
- 5/5
love the amazing service we got from the front desk people and brunch food was amazing.
- 5/5
My stay was pretty good, it was quiet, and the room was very clean, only issue was the hotel stated it had valet parking, however when we arrived there was no parking available, had to pay 20 bucks for parking across the street!
- 4/5
Convenient to subway and overnight parking area. Good breakfast
- 3/5
The hotel rooms were standard and looked a lot better in the photos. The standard of cleanliness was appalling and there was hair on our bed sheets, the bathroom sink was blocked and the extractor fan and air con system was full of dust. We changed rooms on the first night, however the second room was just as bad, minus the blocked sink. I choose this hotel based on the reviews, and although the staff were very pleasant, I would not recommend it.
- 1/5
The room was cold and I would like my money back had to leave that location
- 4/5
Room and bath nice and clean. Room didn’t get outside noise, except when The fire alarm, or some alarm, woke everyone up at 6 o’clock Sunday morning. My main complaint was that the bed was too hard. Also, the air-conditioning unit kept making a strange noise about every 30 seconds. I called and A maintenance person said it was water. I had to turn it completely out both nights because it kept me awake
- 3/5
The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom was dirty and the shower was clogged. Someone left the alarm set to 6AM.
- 5/5
It was just another standard hotel. Walls were a bit thin, I could hear when the people nextdoor were being loud.
- 5/5
Breakfast was amazing and service was really good.
- 5/5
Staff was courteous and very helpful! Todd assisted me with a needed change without hesitation. Location was convenient. Great stay!
- 5/5
I would come back in the future
- 5/5
The parking lot was full so we had to pay for parking.
- 3/5
The room was very comfortable, the bed in particular. Outside the room, the place is unexceptional. A little weather-beaten, just a few steps too far from the subway for a weary traveler. The staff was super-friendly and responsive. The breakfast is fairly standard fare for these budget hotels. Powdered eggs, goopy oatmeal. The croissants were terrific though.
- 2/5
I've stayed at many Fairfield hotels around the country, because they're normally good standard. However, I was dissapointed with this hotel. It kind of look pretty new, but appeared to be worn out, many minor scarteches here and there etc. and my room was filthy. I wonder when it was thoroughly cleaned last time. There was even something on the carpet which could look like a blood stain on a size of a dime.
- 3/5
hotel was clean , good location hard to get to it due to roadworks , breakfast was good plenty of choice
- 4/5
Nice location. Close to the train station. Clean rooms. Breakfast can be better.
- 4/5
Friendly stuff. Clean room. Great breakfast.I love their waffle machine! Wi-Fi was weak at night. Also I hope they have laundry machine inside the hotel.
- 5/5
Very, Very nice, comfortable and clean
- 5/5
Hotel is near toll free Queensboro Bridge. The is subway access a block and a half away that crosses into Manhattan and also connects to Brooklyn. The breakfast is good with many food options. The staff was very accommodating. The parking situation wasn’t perfect but better than many nearby hotels.
- 4/5
I liked the price & it’s proximity to the subway line.
- 4/5
I was under the impression that parking was free but it was not.
- 3/5
The room was SMALL. And we didn’t realize the train so close-NOISY. Room wise clean. The continental breakfast could have been better quality food. Check out was FAST. 2.5 rating
- 5/5
It was very close to the subway and the staff were very friendly
- 5/5
Great services, very kind of front desk staff, convenient location to take subways.
- 4/5
Close to subway stop, short ride into Manhattan. Free breakfast, new restaurants in the area.
- 5/5
Very nice friendly staff especially Mr. Tony Lal was very helpful at the time of check in. Good breakfast!!
- 4/5
The staff was friendly and helpful during my short stay for a business trip. I had food delivered since I came in late for the evening.
- 4/5

- 5/5
The staff could not have been more helpful and kind!
- 4/5
Overall good. Breakfast is free till 9. But too close.to.the train and it is quite loud
- 5/5
Such an amazing stay the hotel was so helpful and friendly. They were so accommodating and got me extra pillows for my knee.
- 5/5
Not Easy to find but it’s NY. Everything else was excellent
- 4/5
Great value and great service. You couldnt get somewhere better for the price
- 1/5
*BEWARE* They will charge your credit card random amounts even though my room was ALREADY PAID FOR! So I suggest if you are using debit card to check in, have extra monies saved up on it. One charge $290 & $60 (deposit for if you take anything from room). Other people had this problem too I overheard another hotel occupant complaining. Staff wasn’t welcoming. TV remote in room wasnt working. Out of the 3x we had breakfast, the juice machine was broken out of the 2. breads were hard and old.
- 4/5
covenient location
- 4/5
When I turn on the tap to use hot water for the first time, it came brown water and smelled bad.
