Reviews
The hotel receives mixed reviews with guests appreciating the cleanliness, quietness, and spacious rooms. However, there are consistent complaints about outdated furnishings, poor customer service, and issues with amenities such as the pool and safe.

The pool looked dirty, hot tub not working. Overall very noisy with guest up and down the elevator after 10pm.
- 3/5
I checked in and it was dismissive, I feel like once they see you booked through a 3rd party and didn’t over pay for their mediocre ass hotel they treat you slightly differently. If that’s the case maybe don’t make it an option . Too many other options for that bs. Of course it’s non refundable so whatever . If you hate slow ass elevators it’s a nightmare. The pool was as expected. The room was clean and housekeeping is the star in this place. Friendly and all credit goes to them for a clean room after an average at best experience .

Overall was good.

Very disappointed. First I’ll say the room was roomy, staff was helpful & nice & great location. Here goes- 1. Very very very outdated 2. Lighting was very dim 3. Living room TV was small. 4. Small shower. 5. Not enough lighting or outlets in the conference room.

Not too far from O’Hare and we stayed here after a late night flight.
- 3/5
The location, price and there is a full bar. This particular stay was not good. We changed due to the room not having a TV. When we got to our second room, there was no tv and there was damage to the curtains and the couch. I refuse to move again due to my schedule.
- 3/5
Location is not easy to get to, parking is not easily accessible. Breakfast wasn't bad for price. We will never stay here again.
- 4/5
Hot tub was out of order, decor was dated. The air conditioner in our room had to be serviced while we were there, barely worked as the maintenance man said it needed more freon, but he said "it's good enough". It took 3 more hours to cool our room to below 75 degrees.

The room and spacing was perfect for the guests. The sheets for the sofa bed were not clean. The green blanket was stuck together with an unknown substance. Heater in the pool wasn’t working and was freezing cold. The hot tub was not working either. I’d personally suggest stating something on your website and/or during check in process about that amenity being broken.

I booked a double queen with a pull out sofa, and all they could offer me, after quickly cleaning a room and taking 30 mins, was a double full with no sofa. Eventually brought two pull-away beds. Terrible experience!

- 2/5
This is our second time staying at this hotel. Because we like the location and the square footage of the room. But, the issues there have changed our plans for the next visit in June. The carpet is bubbled and pulling up in the rooms and hallways on every floor. A tripping hazard. Curtains have rips in them. The TV's are old and blurry. Also, the couch and chair along with the mattress in the room are old as dirt. This hotel has not had any updates. Two of the four treadmills were out of service and the hot tub was emptied for service. The other guests were also very noisy. Dogs barking, kids running in the hallways. No order.

Location for where we had to go was within 3miles. There was no TV in the living room only in the bedroom. There was an entertainment center that was just sitting in the living room without a TV. I paid extra for breakfast to be included with my stay and when we went for breakfast I was told I needed the vouchers, at check in they never gave them to me, I was supposed to get 4!

The pool has a 20 person capacity which doesn’t make sense to have 250rooms and not everyone can use the pool let alone need to monitor it. It was under maintenance half the weekend of the stay. You have to pay additional for the breakfast package. The rooms were clean the 3 staff members were nice. This is not a spring break hotel.

- 4/5
Hotel was overall okay. Me and my partner stayed in the king suite and when we walked in we were happy with the room but not with the cleanliness. The room had an overall smell of past smoke/meldew probably due to it not being used in a while or not being cleaned properly. Staff was great but seemed short staffed for the holiday weekend with lots of events and weather delays happening this week. Overall was an okay experience, did not get a chance to enjoy the pool with how many people were staying, but still had a good time.
- 5/5
Did not use the gym
- 4/5
The property is old and needs a renovation. The carpet is taped down and warped in many places. I overlooked that for the room as I really liked the room The hot tub was broken The gym was lovely
- 2/5
Booking was a hassle. Started off with 125 for a double queen with a balcony to only end up losing the 125 no refund and having to book another room for 224 half the size of the original one I had previously booked.
- 3.5/5
Very comfortable and quiet. Lobby, elevators were old and need a refurbishing. TV sucks. Like 25 channels that keep going out.
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly , room was clean and worth every dollar spent .

Nate at Front Desk is great, I was able to extend my stay no issues. Staff very friendly hotel is clean and quiet. Great location
- 3/5
Geoyce at the front desk was rude, the Manager then followed up in a very professional manner. The cook was also rude at the restaurant he continued to ignore myself and another guest when we tried to get his attention.
- 4/5
Like the spacious room setting, but the some staff aren’t
- 2/5
I did not like that you had to pay for Continental breakfast
- 3/5
Front desk customer service was poor. At front desk with no line, clerk(s) did not greet us but one whom had the audacity to ask us to step aside and allow the women getting off the elevator to be helped first… Talked with them for 15mins about their check in, when we approached the desk first for the same thing. Clerk assisting him just shuffled around behind him, as if he didn’t want to help neither his coworker or us. Did not check us in until I got out of line from behind the first set of mentioned women & asked if he was able to check us in. Also everything I handed the second clerk he never returned in my hand only in front of me on the counter, very disrespectful in my opinion. First clerk: male, bald, with glasses. Second clerk: male, silver shoulder length hair & glasses.
- 0.5/5
The only thing we liked about the property was the breakfast The staff…the construction being done at the property and I wasnt told ahead of time
- 3/5
The heater and refrigerator were very loud. It dated but was fairly clean. This was my second stay here within 3 months and the hot tub was not working either time. Very conveniently located to everything. Parking gets difficult if there’s an event at the theatre.

Really liked that you needed a key card to use the elevator after 10pm, however- easy for someone to get on the elevator with another person. Also upset that the hot tub wasn’t working and there was no indication of that. $8 per day parking is understandable given the area however, if you want people to pay to park- there really should be enough parking spots in the parking lot.
- 0.5/5
The room was cold had to call the front desk about the heat. The TV was dark. The maintenance man stated certain ro ok ms have new TV, but we had the old tvs Also you have to pay for parking.

Our stay would have been perfect, but we were disappointed the hot tub wasn't working. This was a short getaway for us to relax and looked for a hotel with a hot tub. In fact, we had just canceled another hotel, as they did let us know that both their pool and hot tub was having maintenance. Next time we visit, we will be staying at the other hotel. The room was nice, big, and clean.

- 1/5
When we first walked in to check in, the lady at the front desk didn't speak of any amenities or anything else about the hotel. She didn't even tell me what room i was in. I had to look at the key card envelope to find out. She didn't tell me where the elevator was or how to get to my room. When i got up to the room, the sink in the suite was dirty and disgusting. The room was torn up.... busted drawers and under the fridge was broken. Then i pulled out the pull out bed and there was no extra sheets for the bed. I booked this hotel because of the pool and hot tub. The hot tub wasn't even filled up and they closed the pool early so we didn't get to use the pool. The hotel itself was beautiful but the dirty room , unwelcoming staff and not being able to use the amenities made me very angry.
- 5/5
Great day
- 3/5
Charged for free water bottles in the room.
- 1/5
Horrible loud people next to me
- 3/5
The hotel room’s a little dingy. I thought charging $8 to park was silly. There’s a massive parking lot next to the hotel that can fit hundreds of cars and practically no one was using it.
- 1/5
My partner then returned and told me she began to scold him after he apologized for the late checkout out. I was then charged TWICE for the same late fee. I loved the hotel and have stayed at this location more than once. I will not be returning after that short but awful experience.

We booked this hotel for the hot tub. We learned it was out of order and had been for 2-3 weeks. That type of info should be updated on the site, so we can know not to book a hotel if the hot tub is not working.
- 1/5
Then the next day pool was available till 9 am, also the elevator was smelling like smoke 🌿
- 1/5
Furniture was well worn out. Shower leaked water on floor. Water stain in hallway on floor by room.
- 5/5
Room was clean and spacious.
- 4/5
The room was okay just need to be updated. I didn’t like how the hot tub was out and that when I called and asked was not made aware. Pool was closed early. And I wasn’t told about the “birthday” clause when I checked in because it was a Tuesday but as I tried to bring balloons into the hotel I was stopped, she was turning 6 and we had no extra guest. Luckily the balloons were inexpensive
- 2/5
Front desk attendant was grouchy, pool was a mess and rooms are very outdated.
- 1/5
I checked in, my room was never cleaned from previous ppl. No accommodations were made. Was switched to a room with lesser value than my original booking & was told there was nothing I could do about it, basically.
- 5/5
The gentleman at the front desk named Sam was amazing. Very helpful with everything such as where to eat, locations of places and anything else we had questions about and friendly to kids as well. Made us feel welcome and comfortable. Definitely will be back
- 3/5
Solid 3 star hotel. Very outdated but clean for the most part. Disliked parking was $8 per night per car.
- 4/5

- 3/5
Well, the first night was ok. We make a habit of bring a white noice machine when we travel and this time was no different. Unfortunately, not even the white noise machine could drowned out the obnoxious cackling and door slamming we heard throughout the second night. Since it was a crummy nights sleep we decided to get up and leave by 4:15 and had a lovely surprise that awaited us down the hall from our room... a pile of puke left by the cackling screws.
- 2/5
Very disappointed and the cleanness furniture was outdated. Bathtub had hair in it.\n I had 6 rooms and each room had a problem with the heat, very frustrated and disappointed. With the service that was rendered at this hotel

Our room was an absolute dump. We booked this location as we needed a suite with a pullout bed since we have 3 kids and it seemed like a great deal. We soon found out why it was a great deal. When bed time arrived, we pulled the sofa bed out to find it completely broken. There was a topsheet on the pullout bed which means that housekeeping saw it was broken and still made it. So that was either not communicated to the staff or the staff knew but didn't care. Because it was late and everyone was ready for bed, I didn't want to switch rooms so I asked the night manager if they could just bring up a rollaway bed. He said they couldn't and instead switched rooms. So at midnight, we packed up our old room and moved to a new one. In addition to the pullout, there was paint chipping everywhere, furniture was stained and the window curtain rails were broken at the end so you couldn't close them all the way-which means light came in (this hotel backs up to a highway so it's well lit). The night manager also said he'd let the GM know-which he never did. When I told the woman at the front desk about this she issued a half hearted apology and said they'd make sure to fix the pullout so future guests wouldn't have to deal with it, which doesn't really help our situation or compensate us for the inconvenience. Shame on Hilton for not improving this property.

Lack mold in shower. Main door to hotel was broken and the cold wind was pouring into the hotel making the stay uncomfortable.
- 1/5
Hotel was disgustingly dirty, did not get what was booked, staff was rude, and room was cleaned sub par at best. Do not take your family here.
- 3/5
Very disappointed! I may have booked with Expedia but I have been a honors member since 2008 have booked not just personal rooms but also hosted several events and them not wanting to to accommodate me during a snow storm for 1 hour without a charge is insane very disappointing to do business with a company and being treated this way is very frustrating siban didn’t even try she simply said because I wasn’t a silver or gold member anymore that she would not accommodate me in anyway not even for 30 minutes so I just feel like there should be a great area. No one knows the circumstance is why I had to utilize your hotel for one night when I live close by this was an emergency situation and she just refused and then I called the customer service number and he didn’t even look up my account to see how long I have been a rewards member. He just told me that if with the availability, it may not be available but never look to see. Was it available? Never contacted anyone to see anything. It’s sad to see that when you choose a company to utilize on purpose for every event that you have when you just need a little grace, they refuse to give you any and I just know that from now on, I might make my choices something totally different.
- 5/5
The most comforting bed and pillows ❤️
- 4/5
The hot tub and pool was the main reason for our visit and it meet our expectations. The cleanliness of the room did not meet my expectations and standards. The bathroom was not throughly clean. There was hair on the bathroom floor. There was a sock, that wasn’t ours, in the bedroom. Which makes me thinks was the room properly vacuumed.
- 4/5
We booked the hotel for a mom & girls shopping trip & chose a suite to all be together. My niece pulled out the hideaway bed in the couch & the mattress was covered in black mold. That was the bad part. The good part was that Tracy, the weekend manager was on it! She was so apologetic & prompt with getting it corrected. The property was/is a little dated but they are going to be remodeling soon. So, sorry for the not so great review but with an employee like Tracy, & a remodel on the way, we’d consider this place again. The location is great!
- 4/5
Yes, the room was nice and clean.
- 3/5
We could not find our room because it was hidden behind doors that looked like they went to a janitors closet and there was no sign to indicate there were hotel rooms behind the door. When we went to inquire about it, the fronts office pretty much called us liars and said that the doors were open and signage was there when it was not.
- 4/5
Room was short on towels
- 5/5
Beautiful room, amazing, kind, super accommodating staff. Highly recommend!
- 2/5
This hotel is tired. The tile on the shower floor appears dirty, wallpaper is peeling in spots, etc. The staff was great. If hotels are in the middle of downtown where parking is at a premium, I can see charging extra for parking, but in a suburban location with large parking lots all around, charging for parking makes it look like Hilton is nickel and diming their clients. I’ll look elsewhere next time.
- 3/5
The room was just an okay room. It was very out dated. The balcony curtain was all torn up. The seat cushion wasn’t even on the sofa. I checked into our room via the Hilton app. It said the room was ready so

Everything was good until we were woken up in the middle of the night to my husband being bitten by a bed bug.
- 3/5
Room was in good condition but furniture was very old. Staff was fine too. I booked through Expedia and paid extra for breakfast but hotel denied that and didn't let us have breakfast which was disappointing
- 2/5
When we arrived the key/card machine went down and we waited almost 30 minutes to check in. When we did get our keys one of them didn't work and when I went down to tell them about it they acted as if I had done something to deactivate it. It wasn't by my phone or car key, it was in my pocket with the other one that did work. Then the table in the room was dirty with crumbs on it and when I was checking for bed bugs I noticed a pair of underwear under the mattress and a tampon wrapper. Then I was given a hard time about getting our pool passes. Wasn't the experience I was looking for.

Not a bad location but what you save on your beat up aged room they get from you in parking fees.. highly recommend skipping this hotel!
- 1/5
We had a balcony but due to the bldg being painted we couldn’t get out on the balcony. The room was not clean. The otter man they had in the room should have been in the trash. No way in the world they should have had that in a room! Look at the pictures below! The sheets had brown stains , we had raised the tv up looking for a card , and it was so filthy! It was a white powdered substance mixed with dirt. We had bugs as well. Our last night I could hear something in the walls! The restaurant/bar staff wasn’t too friendly! You couldn’t tell me that wasn’t rats! But overall the front desk was pretty professional and nice. The hotel is very old and outdated! Will I ever go back there? No ! Would I recommend this hotel ? No!
- 2/5
I wasn't impressed with the stay to be honest. Starting with the staff member who checked me in, she was short and not very friendly at all. After already paying for the night, I was charged $8 for a parking permit where there was absolutely no spots available, even for my handicapped mother. Then I was charged $50 security deposit that was never mentioned while booking the room. I booked a balcony room to be able to step outside and smoke, but was told that I would be charged $500 for smoking... outside...which all but pissed me off completely. Beds were not at all comfortable and the pull out couch bed was a back ache waiting to happen. I asked for breakfast vouchers and was told I would have to pay $12 plus tax and gratuity for continental breakfast or $20 plus tax and gratuity for the full buffet, so we skipped it. Overall greedy and inconvenient policies. I won't be booking another stay at this place ever again.
- 1/5
My check in was at 3. My room wasn’t ready. Didn’t get my room till almost 4:30. And I had to rush to get ready for a wedding I was going too. Sunday I tried to order breakfast called at 9:30am and was told room service ends at 9am but on the menu it showed room service till 10am

This hotel has a lot of potential to be a stand out hotel, but they are lacking customer service and attention to details. Cleaning staff cleaned the room without putting towels. The front desk was notified and said they would deliver the towels which never arrived. Also they left all the garbage outside of our door when we returned and used glasses were not removed from the sink.

Stay was great! The hotel is a bit old but still nice and clean. The service was great and everyone was friendly.

Staff was very pleasant. Good breakfast. Nice pool area. Very firm hard uncomfortable bed and someone else’s long hair all over the bathroom floor. Also had to go get bedding for the pullout couch. Would not be in top choices for next Chicago trip.

Nice
- 1/5
Windows were wrapped for privacy and could not see outside. Worse there was something growing beneath the plastic
- 5/5
But loved our rooms. Quiet and clean. I will say the furniture is pretty rundown, clean but old. This doesnt sway our stay though. WE would def stay again! thank you!
- 5/5
EVERYTHING AROUND THE AREA WAS GREAT.
- 3/5
Ratty old carpet in hallway and rooms, poor water pressure in bathroom. Scattered trash under beds from previous guests.
- 2/5
The staff was wonderful. Unfortunately the room was NOT. I felt lime i was staying at a motel 6 in this room. I paid 245 not including the extra $8 the have you pay for parking. With that price tag the room should NOT look like this. This was a very disappointing trip. Did it last minute to cheer up my daughter and I and this was not what we had in mind…
- 5/5
No complaints at all. This will be my go to every time I visit Chicago.
- 3/5
I think parking should be included with the room .we pay alot for the room, then a $50 fee, the breakfast and parking thats alot.
- 5/5
Nice suite but dated
- 5/5
It’s perfect
- 3/5
Very rude staff
- 3/5
Staff was okay. Not a place to bring a family
- 4/5
Room and bathroom were really nice. Staff were great. The only thing was that the air conditioner would not cool under 72 degrees, of which I sleep better when its colder (under 70 degrees). Using the app for the door key, check-in and check-out was awesome. Internet was good.
- 3/5
The room was clean, which is always appreciated. However the furniture is so old dated that is should just be removed. The chair and the foot stool that has cracked fabric. It's really bad.
- 3/5
Room was not what i expect out of a Hilton. I will not stay there again
- 5/5
Great location
- 3/5
The hotel is pretty run down and could use some modernization. I liked the size of the suite. Pretty ridiculous to charge for overnight parking at a suburban hotel. Stop nickel and diming
- 5/5
it was very comfortable next time you have a sheet for the sofa bed also a quilt for the guest
- 5/5
Staff was friendly, had a bunch of amenities.
- 5/5
I love this place been coming since my babies were small now they're going off to color
- 2/5
We was unable to use the balcony I paid for because the hotel staff failed to notified me that the room was under renovation prior to arrival
- 3/5
They made me wait 30 minutes for check in because it wasn't ready and after that when sent to my room the towels and bed sheet where an the hall way and they clean it until 8pm

Toilet was leaking, stains around the toilet, stains in the tub, big hole near shower head, shower drain looked nasty, carpet stains, ceiling stains. Looks like an outdated run down motel. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Staff is friendly. A little dated and quite warm. Ac doesn’t go below 68 but doesn’t feel like 68, glad I had my fan. It’s clean and quiet . Could use some updates but no bad
- 2/5
Beds were super comfortable, not so clean though. Bathtub/shower gave me the icks, wet bar sink in the room was leaking water from side of cabinets, air quality in the room felt super dry. Service was good, parking was $8/night, no free breakfast …
- 5/5
Tracy the manager was superb!
- 4/5
I was happy with the stay for the most part. However, there was no handle on the balcony door and we were unable to get on it. The pool and hot tub floor were so rough myself and my family all got scratches on our feet or kegs from them. The staff were completely professional and very friendly.

I had the best sleep ever and the jacuzzi was nice.

Property was fully booked they had 2 employees running the hotel. The employees asked me to complain as there owner is Indian and refuses to hire more help. I was recovering from cancer surgery called front desk ahead of time got room 813. The toilet was clogged with poop. Room smelt terrible they gave me room another room I was with my two kids who were helping me with my recovery. The sofa bed was broken. I called front desk waited for an hour. They said they had no help. They only had one person in housekeeping. The young lady dropped off sheets and left and we figured the sofa bed was broken and called in and got the same answer. There’s only one person working. Had to wait another hour for a roll of bed. Which they just came and stood up in the room without sheets or anything and the girl who is housekeeping said she could not make the bed because she was under 21 and do you think she was saying that her walkie-talkie was going off and people were complaining about broken sofa beds and broken roll away beds. She made our bed but she looked like she was about to cry because she had been working all the rooms and it was only one person and one person at the front desk who was helping her do laundry so that she could change sheets. Whoever the owner and general manager are are just cheap and abusing labour and guest. I called the corporate office complained it is called Hilton Oak Brook suites and Hilton said they’re just using the Hilton name? we left 1am to another hotel
- 2/5
The first time I stayed everything was immaculate. Room has up to date immentities, menu for the bar, restaurant directory. This time nothing. Windows were unable to open which became an issue when showering and fear of the sprinklers going off cuz the room was filled with steam and smoke. It was a good fast check in just a horrible experience after. Worst part is I paid 150 dollars more this time. I will give one more chance to redeem itself. Because I love this place

What I didnt like was the lobby carpet was stained & dirty. But the area was very nicely decorated. The staff was great! Nice stay!!!

This property is old, and because we booked through Expedia we could not use our Hilton Honors benefits

I enjoyed my stay. Went in on a Sunday when there are less rules for the pool.
- 4/5
Everything was good breakfast was good just a fun fact Friday and Sunday you have to make reservations to use the pool 🙄

This is usually my go to hotel but sad to say I’ll never return. The last couple stays things have been a disaster.
- 5/5
We went with two of our kids and two friends to stay for two days for a concert. There were a few things that went wrong in the beginning of our hotel stay but nothing that the staff didn't handle with respect and dignity to me and my family. Tracy the manager was one of these kind ladies. I would mention the other ladies name at the front desk but it escapes me for the oddest reason. Any way it goes they acted and conducted themselves with the best professionalism I have ever seen. They treated us like family and I will definitely be bringing myself, my family, and my friends to this hotel for years to come. A thanks to all staff that interacted with me and my family during our stay. You all deserve praise at helping to run a top notch hotel.

Sold my room from under me! And the matter never was resolved.
- 5/5
Excellent place
- 5/5
Would have liked the toilet paper to be quality.
- 4/5
The first room I was assigned to smelled bad of chlorine and mold. The second room someone else was still in there. Finally , on the third try we got a good room. The hotel desk agent and all other hotel staff were very courteous and helpful regarding our room situation. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our stay.

Friendly and helpful staff, excellent location, great price, and very comfortable stay!

When I arrived they gave my pre-booked reserved room to someone else check in was at 3:00 I arrived at 3:07 and was told the double bed I reserve was no longer available they gave me a king bed room suite which was an inconvenience because three of us slept together the reason behind it was because they built the card I reserved the room with and it declined that morning I told the receptionist I never authorized her to build that car that car was only for reservations I selected to pay at the hotel and she was out of contract by running my credit card without my authorization then the swimming pool you have to reserve it in advance and you only get one hour to swim per day on the weekend so if you go to this room be aware of these small prints rules that they so-called have that is not listed in the hotels.com app there was also hair all over the place in the shower on the sink on the floor the room was definitely half clean the king size duvet had no cover over it so that gave me the creeps all night thinking that everyone who slept in that bed text bodies with that duvet blanket the carpet in the room felt icky the toilet did not have enough water in it you had to hold the button down for it to flush

Great place to stay. Spacious room and good breakfast.
- 5/5
Parking is freely available, Breakfast is noy complimentary

The hotel’s location is very good, very close to Oakbrook center with lots of restaurants nearby. The rooms are big since it’s a suite. However, the housekeeping staff is disappointing and left a lot to be desired. They do not vacuum the room, shampoo and soap were not refilled, and missing towels, I know this is only a 3 star hotel, so I accepted the fact that the furnishings are older and drapes need upgrading but I can’t accept the housekeeping staff’s lack of attention to details and cleanliness. The receptionists are not friendly, I asked for a printed copy of my bill and I was given an incomplete copy.
- 1/5
They gave my room away that I booked for two weeks prior because I had arrived there from a late night flight. Said “first come first serve, you will get refund buddy” they offered me no other option for my stay. Which Im from Florida and had no one or no place to sleep since there was a major event that weekend. It’s now been a month and they haven’t got back to me. I’ve called and they send me to a voice mail each time.
- 1/5
Booked joining rooms because I was traveling with my 4 children when I arrived at the hotel I was informed that they can’t honor my reservation because it wasn’t thru them it was something Expedia did and they didn’t have it available. At that time they offered us to cancel or book another room at extra charge putting our children across the other side of the hotel.

Overall the stay was Ok but they definitely need some love at this property and should retrain staff. Firstly upon checking in, the overnight staff guy was very short, unaccommodating and unpleasant. We got to the hotel around 12:45am after flying for 5hrs from Los Angeles. There was an issue checking in, he didn’t offer any assistance just assumed we were unable to pay to told us to contact our bank, even after explaining that was NOT the issue. We were in town for a wedding and had a total of 7 rooms on site as a family, I asked to be moved to a room or even the same floor with my family and he told us NO. Was basically saying this was our assigned room and he couldn’t or wouldn’t change it. The room was OLD and outdated, the wall paper in the shower, bathroom and living room area was peeling! The room didn’t quite match the description on the booking site either but my husband and I made it work. When I spoke with my cousin and checked out her room, she was dissatisfied with the quality and cleanliness of the property also. The backdoor we were accessing the entire stay became inaccessible on Saturday night due to a family that had a family reunion at the hotel and they blocked the outside/backdoor/smoking area off for them and their guest only. 😳 I was shocked, we all had to walk around to another entrance/door at 10pm after the wedding just to get in. I was not happy and will not be returning, I’m usually pleased with Hilton hotels but they dropped the ball here.

Decent stay for the price. The room had some dated features, but overall, it was clean and provided my family the comfort we needed during our stay. It’s important to follow up with the hotel for unexpected expenses that third-party booking sites fail to mention.
- 5/5
Very well kept and the staff was professional and friendly.
- 4/5
This was was ok. It wasn't bad. Busy weekend which is normal. Staff were really nice. My room was in a corner which I enjoyed. That allowed it to be quiet. Towels where dirty but they where quick with getting new ones that where cleaner.
- 3/5
Great place clean and friendly staff..only issue was you had to reserve pool time, been nice to know ahead of time..the breakfast was just soso and no omlets during the weekend..other than that was a nice place..
- 3/5
For the price, I’d expect everything to be ship-shape. Instead, I found worn carpeting, torn carpeting patched with duct tape, AC malfunctioning (despite 2 visits from the engineer), room safe non-functional (unable to reach front desk - put on hold > 10 minutes), room phone not-working. In

Getting old, if you don’t book through your Hilton Honors they treat you horribly when you call to request something. I had my 90 year old Mother with me and the call center could have cared less. I wanted adjoining rooms or next to each other, the woman who checked us in was fabulous but the call center just kept telling us to call Expedia. He was very rude!
- 3/5
Now the cons. I’ve been to many Hilton hotels and this was by far the worst one. Definitely below Hilton standards. I was there two days with my wife and two kids. The front desk was very short staffed the whole time. When we came there was a line of like 4 or 5 customers and only one person up front. She was taking a long time and never once requested more staff to come and help. I thought maybe there no other staff but after like 15 minutes, one other staff came in by chance and took the other person. Took us like 20 minutes to finally check in. As for the room, it was outdated. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling, the sink had hard water stains in it, one of the cabinet doors was tilted. The phone was missing the paper that showed which buttons called for which service. When I called for front desk 3 times during the tag no one picked up. Any of those times. The pool is there but it’s not open whenever you want. You have to reserve an hour in advance to swim there. Never saw that before. But the biggest thing that bothered me was the lack of staff at front desk and when I called front desk for anything that I needed. Anyhow I won’t stay here again
- 5/5
This was a great stop for our family! The only thing I'd say, is I wish the pool stayed open until 10. After a long day of travel, 9pm just felt too soon for my kids to get out. Breakfast was fantastic!! Service and food!
- 5/5
Friendly attentive staff. Great stay for business! Comfortable and very clean room. Quiet to work and strong WiFi.
- 5/5
Great stay. Good location and a wonderful room that was a complimentary upgrade by Artreece at check in. Thanks again!!
- 1/5
Our toilet was clogged and they told us they couldn;t bring us a plunger until the next morning at 0700 because the front desk didn't have a key to the maintenance room. We paid the extra $30 for breakfast and didnt even get to eat because they stopped serving breakfast an hour early. They do have a pool but oyu have to schedule a 1 hour block to use it and that is all you get.
- 3/5
The girl who checked us in at the front desk was not friendly, did not greet us and didn’t explain where the elevators were or when the transaction was over and we are all set. Not great customers service. Younger girl. Overall room was very clean and nice. Pool was good
- 1/5
It was not a good experience the first night only one tv worked only one phone worked smelled like someone had been smoking in the room had to call down several times for a blanket because there wasn’t one in the room . The hot was dirty and had grime in the bottom of it the internet was very spotty I stayed for 4 nights housekeeping just knocked once and tried to enter my room without permission this was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve had for such an expensive hotel there are not very many amenities I’ve never know a hotel so expensive that didn’t offer a free continental breakfast or anything to keep guests coming back
- 5/5
Friendly. Polite Staff
- 4/5
The rooms were quiet and clean. There was very little variety of food at the bar in the evening. Next door to drury theatre so it's only a 2 minute walk. The hotel is a 3 star.
- 2/5
This property does not have easy access to the pool and hot tub. You are asked to take a 1 hour shift and no allowed to use it anytime it is open except this shift. Then you are scrutinized when doing go. Also kids are not allowed in the hot tub. Pool is cool. We booked for to use both these and were very disappointed and front desk very rude about it.
- 3/5
For the price and percieved value of brand, this was a little disappointing. The rooms seemed slightly dirty and old by nature. The walls were superficially patched and you could see gaps where the faucets for the shower and tub were. Bed was very firm - but This was not necessarily a drawback for me. Amenities (bottled water) were in room but at extra cost for most visitors. For the price, I would have expected a bottle of water for the coffee pot to be free. Outside Noise level was well insulated against.
- 3/5
Room was large.

Designated times for pool usage. Only 4 wristbands per room, (even when you book a room big enough for 5 people). We chose to stay here because of room sizes and pool. We were disappointed from the second we walked in and were told that check in was delayed by about a half hour. Then presented with all the pool rules (I had my 4 year old who was waiting all day to swim). Finally got checked in, pool closed for an hour for maintenance. Lastly, pull out couch where my daughters were sleeping was broke. Maid staff quickly brought a roll away, but then the other slept on the couch. Overall- not a great stay and definitely NOT family friendly.
- 3/5
The couch pull out bed was filthy and old. I also chipped my tooth on something in the breakfast potatoes.
