My reservation was cancelled without any explanation or without telling me until I went to the location to check-in. There were no vacancies and it was super inconvenient.

We booked this last minute on a long drive and so glad we did. The room was great, friendly staff and the kitchen was perfect. Parking is well lit and ground behind hotel is nice for dogs

The room was ok - nothing special- the staff was very accommodating and friendly. I chose this hotel because they said they had a shuttle to the casino. But they do not.

My stay was great! I arrived pretty late to check-in but there was a nice lady at the front desk to assist me. The rooms were nice and spacious. They included a nice size kitchenette. Everything was notably clean! I was only there for the night but I will be returning in the future.

The stay at the hotel was wonderful. The only thing I didn't like is that there was no breakfast and I didn't know that breakfast wasn't served when I booked. This hotel state doesn't mean I won't stay again. I will, if I'm ever in Kentucky. It was nice to be there. Front desk help whatever her name was. I apologize. Beautiful, pleasant, nice to talk to took care of us very well. I appreciate her

Second time staying here and it did not disappoint. Clean spacious rooms and the friendliest staff ever.

Bath tub didn’t drain well, needed bathroom caulking, bed was very uncomfortable. Elevator didn’t work for 1 day, garbage disposal had something in it, my walking cane was stolen next to the entrance by the computer. I went back for it & it was gone told the staff. Stayed there 2years ago & can tell , it’s gone down. Very disappointed.

Our house is currently flooded and the wonderful front desk staff has been excellent to us. Highly recommend - room has everything you need from a refrigerator to a stovetop for cooking.

We were only there for one night, but if we need to stay in the area again it will be here. Very spacious and convenient.

When I first arrived, the check-in process and the receptionist was very nice and it was quick. The room was everything. I expected it to be very neat orderly. The accommodations were perfect. Even the laundry area was well maintained, and I even visited the gym which was very nice and neat. My checkout process was wonderful. The overall day was great. It was quiet and I got some well needed rest. I would definitely recommend anyone and everyone to visit this establishment.

I stayed for 3 nights on my recent trip. Very easy to find from the interstate. The woman at the front desk was extremely pleasant. The elevator was quick, the room was comfortable, and as silly as this may seem, the water in the shower warmed up pretty quickly. This was so nice considering how cold it was this week.

This was the best hotel I've ever stayed at at this price point. First time at a candlewood suites and I will use them again in the future. The room was clean it was modern and had everything that you would need even for an extended stay. The only thing that would have made it better would have been a continental breakfast but at this price point I was ok with going out for breakfast.

We have a great stay 1 night here, the room was spacious, itsba complete kitchen, hot water, nice parking and quiet and safe area.

We started staying in Candlewood Suites when my son joined the Army. We have found that no matter where he is stationed this is the best place to stay. The room are so spacious and clean. When I travel alone I always feel very safe staying at any of their locations.

The bed was terribly hard. I thought it was just me and my arthritis making it impossible to sleep, but my spouse also woke up with pain. However, staff was incredibly helpful and kind. I was able to cancel my next night without any pushback, and the front desk handled it smoothly

We stayed here so we could go to the casino for the Ky Derby and band that night. The hotel has a free shuttle to the casino on Saturday's after 5:00 p.m. So we took advantage of it so we could have a good time and not worry about transportation. The shuttle driver Lisa is very friendly and she will call or text to check on you to make sure you get back to the hotel before her shift ends.

The non refundable pet fee is a ridiculous amount. The amount is nearly double what most ppl pay for pets rent fee. It's absurd.

Quiet away from traffic,but there are not any of the better restaurants around. Have to drive 15 mins or more to find anything

Hotel was about as average and bare bones as they come. The young woman, who I believe was fairly new working the front desk was absolutely as nice as can be. The room was bare bones. Mattress hard. AC units said use the panel on the wall but it didn’t work so we adjusted each unit which was fine. Just conflicting. Toilet stopped up on the first day. There was a cheap Walmart 3 draw plastic organizer in the bathroom which held extras. Very cheap looking. It rained during our stay and in the bedroom there must have been a drain pipe and you could hear dripping/trickling water all night. Our kids shared the pull out couch and all they had extras was 1 pillow and sheets. No blanket and no 2nd pillow in a room advertised to sleep 4. With all that said the shower water pressure was great and they have a great little shop with 24/7 coffee and tea down stairs and the young lady we interacted with was as friendly as could be.

We stay the often and have never had a bad experience. Love the fact they are pet friendly and room to park a semi.

I booked king suite several weeks ago just to get here n told expedia changed to queen tht morning. Never again. I gof a king for a reason

Close to interstate. Room was clean but quite old. WIFI was not working. No breakfast.

The hotel and staff was great. The only disappointing thing was that the pool was empty/not working. That is the primary reason I chose this hotel.

The room had a great kitchen that was super functional, and the room layout was smartly designed. We loved what the hotel had to offer in the snack room along with the games and kitchen appliances you could barrow! Highly recommend and we will stay at this hotel again!

Property is right off the highway, relatively close to fort Campbell. There’s a waffle house right across the street which was nice. The property itself was really nice. It was always clean, the room was very clean as well. If you had to make me complain about something, it would be that the elevator was so slow and I had no idea where the stairs were and the shower curtain didn’t completely cover the shower. I would most definitely stay here again.

At last minute we had to bring our girls (the dogs) and called to find out our hotel was pet friendly! These folks are so gracious and accommodating and welcomed us and our girls! This will be our stay from now on!

At the same general location of its more more name-recognized ‘sister,’ this was as good at a better price. Spacious and relatively clean ( microwave had fingerprints and there was a piece of popcorn by the bed stand). We would stay again.

Very nice hotel, we were late checking in but that didn't stop the front desk lady telling me " Your Late" after 12 hours of driving she made this tired girl laugh, super friendly ( I can't remember her name ) she was awesome. When we left the next day the girl who check us out was so nice and sweet. We will return.
