Excellent location. Had quite a few problems with the key not working. Every day there was an issue with not being able to get into our room. The lock should have been changed the first day we started having problems but it wasn't going to be fixed until we left. The offer to have us switch rooms actually came the last day we were staying and by then we were so settled in that it seemed ridiculous to change to a different room that last night.

I am glad they are remodeling and it looks wonderful. Nice staff also.

The room was pretty clean despite the construction happening throughout the hotel. It did spell like cleaning products when we walked into out room and not the usually musty hotel room smell. The room was pretty roomy for our family of 6. The bathroom was pretty cleanly except the corners of the floors you could tell hadnt seen a scrub in many moons. We were never notified the pool was unusable when we booked. The website states that one of the amenities is a pool, which is ehy we booked this hotel to stay at with our kids. They were INCREDIBLY disappointed they couldn't swim the two days we were there. The breakfast provided was lacking, when we came down at 8am, there was no milk for cereal, no eggs and no bacon. The juice machine was inoperable as well. We ended up going to a local restaurant to eat instead, which was inconvenient. In our room, the outlet that the air unit was plugged into, did not have a face plate over it, which was an EXTREMELY large hazard considering we had children staying in our room, one being a toddler. The bathroom exhaust fan was also falling out of the ceiling as well. Both issues I reported to the front desk.

Ive been staying here since 2019 and this is the worst its been with cleaning of general areas ...pool is closed for renovation and rooms not done are very run down. However newly done areas look FANTASTIC!

Property is doing renovations. After a 9 hrs ride, we had to listen to banging and screw guns until after5pm on Saturday evening. Keys didn't work first time and stairway was a big mess.

The light going in to the hotel room didn’t work. The bathroom floor was sticky. The shower had black mold and it just didn’t seem like there was too clean sheets on the bed.

Remodeling in progress. Very dusty. Rooms were not clean especially vacuuming. Curtains broke, things on the ceilings all furniture in terrible shape. Not a big variety for breakfast. The whole place really needs an update. Staff was very friendly.

Renovated room, but it still needs cleaned from construction. Painters tape and no covers on outlets. Construction dust. Also we have 4 kids and had two queens with a pull out couch reserved but were given a roll away that doesn't fit in the room our kids ended up sleeping on the floor. Not Ruth's fault, she was great. Growing pains, I hope the renovations continues and this place could be great

Ashley was absolutely amazing!! We had a few minor hiccups and she handled with sincere care, making sure we got exactly what we needed. She was extremely professional and has a great people person personality. She went above and beyond which is a very rare thing nowadays. The remodel on floor 1 is beautiful huge rooms, comfy beds and very very clean! Would definitely stay here if ever in the area again.

Water was not hot enough for us to take a shower.. The king size bed in room 300 was shot. The springs in the middle of it we’re done The front desk personnel were super. The room was clean. The stairwells were not clean at all but it is winter. That area was safe.

I came here with my children. The only reason we chose this hotel was for the pool. I spoke to the staff the day prior to check in and she reassured me the pool was open and heated. We got there, it was open, but it was freezing. Our room was terrible. I have several pictures of items that were on the bed. Some including hair from previous guests, food under the sheets, and some other materials/items that I can not even pinpoint what they could be. There were white stains all over the couch. And as an adult, I can only imagine what they were. I had to move the nightstand to retrieve my daughter’s glasses after they had fallen and there was trash underneath the nightstand. As if the cleaning crew hadn’t seen it or even bothered to move it to check. Paint was literally falling off the wall and there were orange/red stains all over one of the comforters. It was actually a really disgusting stay and I wasn’t pleased at all. I also tried to pop some popcorn in the microwave which ended up not working at all. Our bathroom door couldn’t be closed because you couldn’t open it from inside. Someone had to be outside the door to open it for you. There were no towels in the pool area and the bathrooms were locked. There was a tampon on the floor of the pool area. Breakfast was subpar. We arrived at 7 am. And there was no bacon/sausage or eggs. The waffle maker mix had to me asked for and was then placed in little cups inside of the fridge. All in all, I will not return to this hotel.

Booked the hotel for a night as we passed thru town, was specifically looking for one with a pool for the family to use. However when we went to look at the pool it was dark and dingy. The water looked like it was a strange dark color and the floor around it was dirty. Needless to say we didn’t use it. The walls in the bedroom were super dirty and definitely need to be cleaned but the linens looked fine so that was good.

Room was dirty and not well maintained. Overall building conditions were poor. Excessive noise.

The hotel was beautiful, room was spotless, and staff was great. Only rated the breakfast a 4 because it wasnt always full and they need more waffle makers for their guest load. Everything was delicious when we got it, but there wasn't enough of it and people were standing around waiting to eat.

The sofa bed mattress in the room was not in good condition. There was no proper bedding available for the sofa bed; there was only one sheet, and it was stained with what appeared to be blood. The people in the room above us made noise until the early morning hours. We requested a room change due to the condition of the sofa bed, but we were told there were no other rooms available and that they could only replace it with another sofa bed from a different room. We also spent a day without hot water. Housekeeping never came to the room, and the overall appearance of the room was dirty.

The room/bed and sheets were clean. The bathroom left a lot to be desired. Feces on the under side of the toilet lid. Soap scum on the bottom half of the glass shower doors.

The staff was very nice. Unfortunately the hotel is very run down though. There was no water pressure in the shower because the shower head was clogged up and calcified and the water was lukewarm. I had the water turned all the way on the hot side and it was not hot in any way. The shower floor was soft as well like the floor was rotted. The hallway on my floor was never cleaned the duration of my stay. There was a lot of white debris all over the hallway. There were stains all over the carpet as well. The a/c worked really well so at least my room was cold. I was just disappointed that the hotel did not look as nice and clean as the pictures. But the staff was very nice the entire stay.

This hotel was completely dirty from stains in all of the carpets to the cigarette smoke smell, which sleep inns don’t allow smoking supposedly, to a black substance smeared in our shower. It generally smelled bad. I don’t know how the hotel has the rating that it does, it’s suspicious.

The hallway smelled absolutely disgusting to the point I did not want to leave my room once I entered. The building is so poorly taken care of. The bed was terrible. I would’ve honestly felt better sleeping in my vehicle. This is the first Sleep Inn that I’ve had this level of issue. The quality of my stay was far from being worth $100 for a night. More like $25.

She went above & beyond to locate spare outlet adapter so I could charge my cell phone. A # one classy lady. Aldo there was plenty of gas station options nearby. I would recommend this hotel to all travelers. Will stay in future

Breakfast waffles were great!

The breakfast bar was always well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the air was left on in the room so it was cool when we arrived. The towels were fluffy and thirsty with four already in our room. The staff was extremely friendly.

The issue arises in the matter of cleanliness. The first thing you notice upon entering the hotel is the smell. Throughout the whole establishment it smells like soap scum, smoke and dirt. The entire hotel needs a deep cleaning. The carpets are filthy, the walls covered in cobwebs, and the covers on the bed and the bathroom towels are dingy. The shower pan had visible dirt also. It’s extremely dusty as well. It’s fairly affordable and convenient but unfortunately, I will not be returning because I cannot stomach the smell. The cleanliness is just not up to par and it brings down the value of the hotel.

We were in a handicap room. The room smelled like urine. The bathroom was filthy, especially the shower bench which was moldy and gross. The frame around the frig was disgusting. The ice bucket was dirty. We opened a drawer and there was a roach. Outside by the back door where we entered was littered and there was a large rat trap black box. The back door did not lock at all; anyone could enter at any time. The bed was broken. The front desk person was very nice. Parking was fine. The sheets were clean, and the air worked pretty well. The review said it was an 8.2, but it is HORRIBLE!

I didn't even stay the full stay. It was pet hair all over the floor, the elevator was dirty, and the carpets were stained. It wasn't what I expected from a sleep inn and I've stayed at a few. I was understanding about the lighting striking the satellite but the pictures is giving false advertisement.

Hotel is in need of major remodeling. The hallways and room had a damp smell. There was mildew in the shower. Breakfast was limited and not appealing. While you could tell they tried to keep it up, at some point things just need a renovation. Bed was ok and sheets seemed clean. You get what you pay for.

Had to change rooms because there was food left in one of the chairs; which caused the room to have an Ant infestation. The staff quickly changed my room but there was mold on the couch and desk chair.

AC works well to keep you cool. However carpet all wet around floor by window. Smelled of mold. Visible mold in shower. Did not use it. Bed comfortable. property very run down. Lobby and breakfast area nice. People wonderful. Breakfast sparse.

Booked my double bed on here. Went to check in and they were out of the room I booked. Then they tried to upcharge me 50$ plus tax to get a single bed room. Also the parking is meh at best.

When we got there the lady (Mama Ruth) was very sweet and professional! But, that is where it stopped. When we got to our room it smelled like roach spray. There was also a leak under the bathroom sink. We went to the pool and it was so cloudy and slick feeling that we felt we needed to shower and the paint on the filter intake was peeling and rusted. When leaving the pool we were going to go to the gym but upon looking thru the window to the gym we noticed that the water cooler was leaking. The plug from several of the machines was sitting in the said water leak so we decided it was very unsafe to workout.

It was amazing trip from check in to check out. The buffet for breakfast was wonderful.Will stay again

Overall great. Nice room. Wonderful breakfast selection. Only actual complaint is that there was a moldy smell in the bathroom and appeared to be mold around trim in the shower.

I actually enjoyed the stay. I appreciated the night staff the best. She was personable and knowledgeable. I was sad there was no coffee when I left, I think that should be available for people getting on the road to go. I would stay there again.

Mama Ruth was very welcoming when we arrived. The hotel was clean but maybe a little dated. Our room smelled fresh and the bathroom smelled sanitized. The only complaint we had was that the additional bar lock on our door was broken and did not give me a sense of security. If I had been traveling alone I would have requested a new room. Luckily my husband was with me and he carries his own security.

that's the only good things. My family rented three rooms here for four nights. We learned that there's no room service unless you request it on a case by case basis. If you need clean towels, you need to bring the dirty towels to the desk and they'll give you clean ones. When my wife asked about the trash, the staff directed her to the dumpster on the side of the hotel. Three out of the four days we were there, we all had to get our room keys reprogrammed because they stopped working.

Power went out! Was informed I would get a refund now all of a sudden their changing it!

At check in the lady found an available room and actually let us check in a little early (30 mins) She was nice. Everyone that I encountered (1 house keeper and tge frilont desk clerk) was very sweet and helpful as much as they could be. Down side was there was a storm and the power went out and knocked the AC out so it was pretty uncomfortable during the night and most of the next day. Luckily our windows opened or there was no way we could've stayed there. I called a 3 am bc the lights worked and tbe tv but again no AC just to check if this was the entire place or just our room, but couldn't get an answer at the desk. The next morning we still had breakfast downstairs and the same front desk was super sweet still and apologized. One great thing I wosh i knew ahead of time, this hotel allows dogs...and not the lap dog everyone allows but there large dogs there. I had to board mine bc most places wont allow the larger dogs. (I have a dane).

Mold in the bathroom. Dirty linens were tossed behind the lamp which also wasn’t cleaned. So much mold in the shower I refueled to use it.

Was greeted at the front desk by a kind younger black girl. Wish I had caught her name. She gave me all the info needed for my stay. And was very sweet when I checked out.

I chose this place as it has a "very good" rating. Not sure why it has that rating because it was not very good. First the front doors were stuck open. There were drug addicts walking around outside asking for a car jump for hours earlier in the evening to middle of the night when the rest of our group got in. I picked this hotel because it had a shower without tub for a senior citizen, however the shower was dirty! So I wouldn't let her shower. The bathroom floor was greasy... how?! In the morning the front doors were finally closed but the addicts were still outside. We did not feel safe or like it was clean!

No hot water for our shower no matter what time you took it. Once it got warm it didn’t stay warm. Will never stay again. It was clean staff was nice but you can’t take a hot shower.

The hotel seemed very run down and our room was very dingy. Lots of stains on floor, walls, and some towels. The air in the room was very clammy. Breakfast area was also very dirty. Front desk workers were very kind.

Workout facility water cooler had no water. Outdoor teashcans were full, cigarette butts mixed with rain water. Breakfast was mediocre at best.

The third floor smelled musty in the hallway. The smell was stronger closer to the laundry room. The walls and doors need a coat of paint. The rooms were great.

Very dirty hotel. Smelled like skunk weed in the hallways. Floors appeared to be never vacuumed. Bath towels all had yellow stains. Leaky pipes. Looked like poop smeared all over walls. Elevators were filthy, in the two days I stayed I noticed the same trash and dirty crap all over the floor. Trash was not even emptied inside the hotel by the elevator and outside the hotel too. Yuck!! What a disgusting hotel. I highly advise you not to stay here regardless of the high rated reviews. I have video and pictures of the filthy hotel rooms to.

Honestly, I would rate this property worse than a 1-Star if I could. I rented two rooms at this hotel for a 2 night stay. It started with check in and I was treated rudely as it seemed that she was mad that I rented the rooms on Expedia instead of through the hotel itself. I explained I got a better deal through Expedia since I have AAA membership. She huffed and puffed, finished checking us in then gave us our keys and did not tell us any details. I’m don’t like to complain, so when I got to my room and saw how filthy the floors were and how dusty everything was i decided to check on my dad’s room and his was just as bad. I took videos and pictures of everything. The place was a night mare. The pipe in the bathroom under the sink was leaking all over. The walls looked like they had something smeared all over them. Curtains were stained. Floors were stained. Lamp shade looked like someone sat on it. Luckily the beds & pillows were at least clean. Oh and did I mention the “white” bath towels that had yellow stains on every single one of them?!? Well I brought my own towel from home and my own sanitizer that I cleaned with. The hallways smelled like skunk weed. Funny that this is a No Smoking Fresh Air Hotel. Haha!! Funny!! What a joke! But in all seriousness I would have complained but no one seemed to care about anything and the boss was supposed to be there but never showed up. So here I am online, voicing my opinion on this Expedia review site.

Sheets were dirty and new sheets were very worn and even had holes. Looked like vomit on the walls and curtains. Then the 2nd room had torn curtains. The air didn’t work and we had to move rooms. The water in the fitness room had mold in the tray. The room coffee maker leaked all over and didn’t work correctly. The front desk evening person is fantastic! All the staff seemed great. Breakfast was good.

We stayed during area epic flooding. The staff was very helpful and upbeat. The only thing close to negative was that the facility could use a renovation. Overall, our stay was enjoyable; and if we have need to stay in the area again we would stay here again.

Ruth, the check in lady was very friendly and fast at check in. Room was clean, beds were comfy. The toilet was like an elementary school toilet though, need to upgrade that for sure. Room stayed cool and Pool was nice and warm.

The room was comfortable. The night staff was friendly and helpful. The maid service didn’t give us towels for the second day after we asked for them. We asked the day staff at the desk, and they told us that we would have to wait until housekeeping came in, after 9:00AM. Everything else was okay. Our last stay here was much better.

Hotel served its purpose as a quick place to stay along the drive home. Rooms curtain was torn, dresser drawers wouldn’t stay closed, there was a bug in the room, sharpie written in the shower. Beds were very comfy and sheets very soft though and truly that is all that mattered.

The decor looked like it was updated, but the bathroom fan and air conditioning unit were thick with black dust caked on and some of the furniture was dirty and damaged. We were just so exhausted from being on the road we didn't bother with asking for a better room.

We booked two rooms, one for us and one for our granddaughter and her 3 children. They checked in at 1 am after. 6 hour drive to find their room disgustlngly dirty and requested a room change to be told they were overbooked and did not have another room available. So they slept there until 5 am when the ceiling started to leak over their heads. Complained again and this time another room was found for them but 4 hours earlier there were no rooms available. The pool was cold as was the pool room. Our room was somewhat clean but you could tell only the middle of the room got cleaned. Behind the chair was very dirty. Probably won’t stay here again. Our room was 206 and granddaughter room was 406 and then 307.

It's a nice place. Very comfortable

The bed was so comfy that its got me and my fiance looking for the same kind

Front desk was super friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. What more can you ask for!
