The breakfast was good and the lady at the front desk i believe her name was Shae, she was very nice and hospitable. The whole hotel had a musty smell. Also our room smelt faintly of urine and the beds were literally rocks. The shower had mildew and was gross. There was a layer of dust on all of the furniture.

Our checkin was perfect the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We were traveling with family on a very long road trip , it was late and we were exhausted! Breakfast was amazing !! Room was very clean and beds were comfortable!

Will not return to this hotel, will look elsewhere. Needs updating and no queen beds. Reservation confirmation showed I was to have queen beds. Told the hotel doesn't have any in any of the rooms.

After traveling 11 hours… I walked into the hotel was not greeted by the lady behind the counter. I greeted her, said I needed to check in and she replied there were no rooms were available. I asked did she know about how long she said 3:00. I sat in the parking lot and watched 2 different people enter the hotel with their bags and they never came back out. So we sat with our bags in the foyer. While sitting there I heard the lady answer the phone made a reservation for $148… I reserved my room for $179??? After her phone call… she said she can check me in. She said we don’t have any king beds available. My reservation was for a king bed and assumed the room I would get would have queen size beds. Asked for a discount since I was not getting what I reserved and was informed I reserved thru a 3rd party (Expedia) so there would be no discount. Considering my room cost me nothing out of pocket the discount really didnt bother me. I went to the room. Not queen beds! Maybe a double/full. Hard mattresses. Beds sound like they are falling apart! Dust piling outside the filter of the AC. Breakfast was wonderful but would have enjoyed it better if I had gotten better sleep. 2 people do not fit in those oversized twin beds. Will not be back.

Rare Holiday Inn Express that offers complimentary dinner buffet. Great food for both. Breakfast offers not just the cinnamon rolls but a hugh stay of everything breakfast! Second year we've stopped here in our travels because of the extras offered.

Used this hotel while attending concert at the oak grove casino. Checkin was fasy and easy. The counter staff very friendly and accommodating. Room was very nice. Tv microwave refridge and big bed. Staying only one night didnt get to use pool or gym. The morning breakfast was well attended. Had egg white omelet sausage and toast. All food was fresh and hot. Nothing much else to say. I will use holiday express on any of my trips

I arrived around 9:30 exhausted from 14 hours driving and no staff to check me in for 10 minutes. The wifi was not working as well as the cable TV. There were fans in the hall outside the pool as there had been some sort of small flood. While showering in the morning the light went off in the bathroom for 1-2 minutes. The name Holiday Inn is no longer means a quality experience.

There was no wifi, so could also only watch local TV. And for an unknown reason my phone data would not work inside the hotel.

Fell in shower injured my back and rear. Have pictures. Did not complete stay. I ask for refund at property and contacted hotels.com. Still no answer. I will be contacting federal government and register a complaint. This company does not care about disabled people. Awful experience from fall.

We have stayed here b4 but this time room smelled stuffy and tub was very clogged.

The only complaint that we had was there wasn't an end table on either side of the queen bed to be able to use a CPAP machine and there wasn't much space between the bed and the outside wall making it hard to get in and out of bed. I don't like that the bathroom sink is outside of the bathroom. If you are by the sink and someone comes in the room it is a little tight. These are just design flaws and probably not much can be done about this. The location was perfect for access to Ft Campbell. As far as that goes we probably could not have been closer. All in all we were very happy with our stay.

From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by friendly staff members. The breakfast was absolutely phenomenal. The room was clean, linen fresh and the environment was great. We did not have time to make use of the indoor pool, but walken through it and promised ourselves that we will definitely use it in our next visit. Every staff member we came across in the hallways always greeted us friendly and responded professionally when we has questions or just normal daily conversations. I highly recommend this hotel.

Normally we love to stay at the holiday inn. This visit was just for one night. People were yelling in the hallway til 5 am. Then the cleaning crew was banging on walls and hallway. Finally got to sleep missed breakfast. We came down about ten min late and they seemed upset we even went and got cofffee. I love the holiday inn. But I was very annoyed with this trip.

It was the first time checking into a hotel that served a dinner for their guests and also the best hotel breakfast we have had in a very long time!

A 24 hour gym, heated pool, dinner AND breakfast hours, fresh ground coffee bar all at a great price. We will definitely make this our road trip stop. Everything was clean and staff were all friendly!

It was OK - hotel staff were smoking outside when we arrived. The pool did not have any clean towels, at night or in the morning. Guests were smoking at the pool area. Breakfast was nice.

Staff was very nice. We were only there 6 hours to sleep and get back on the road.

We had read a number of negative reviews just before our arrival and we were not sure what to expect. The negative reviews were not indicative of our stay. We saw none of the issues related in them (roaches, dirty towels, etc.) Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and everything was in order in the hotel. A good value for a one night stay.

Not a bad place until the power outage. No emergency plan or concern for guest safety. Almost a whole day with out power. No AC , food, emergency lighting. Should have been compensated for lack of services that were paid for.

The staff was friendly. We came in from Georgia and arrived very early, the front desk allowed us to check in.

I don't mind an older motel but I do mind if it's not clean. The bathroom in our room needs to be gutted and remodeled, the bathtub had something stuck to bottom of it. The refrigerator in the room had someone's leftovers and soda in it. The coffee pods weren't restocked. The main reason I am giving only 2 stars is due to the front desk staff. When I arrived to check in I waited several minutes while the clerk was sitting in a chair on her cellphone. Granted, when she finally looked up she apologized, but this behavior is unacceptable. I do not recommend this motel.

This was a pleasure trip but I travel for business a lot and stay at 100+ different Hotels per year. This was by far the hardest bed I have ever had at a Hotel. I will be traveling into this area on a regular basis for a while now and will have to consider other properties because of this. Staff Was great!

The free breakfast choices were wonderful. The only negative thing was the hard mattress. (king size) The bed linens were clean and comfy. Convenient location to Fort Campbell. Felt safe at this location. We would stay here again.

We stayed in a mobility accessible room and everything was great! The room was actually an appropriate size for my daughter to move around in her wheelchair. I can't say the same for many other hotels that claim to have accessible rooms. We will definitely stay again.

Very small bathroom and only 1 elevator

Super friendly staff! Cleanliness was top-notch. A bit noisy above our room from kids jumping around but perfect other than that.

It was okay, not great, not terrible, just kind of average. The bathroom is very small, kind of a weird bathroom set up…you open the entry door right into the bathroom sink area. Found a baby roach, not too happy about that. Some minor mold in the shower.

Always clean, decent free breakfast. Sometimes decent free dinner Monday through Thursday.

Great place to stay. Due to a family emergency I found myself driving solo in the late evening. I needed a place to stay and I am so grateful I chose this location. Excellent customer service,great safe location,clean rooms and wonderful breakfast.

Hotel was clean, bed was a little uncomfortable though. Customer service was excellent.

The room was dirty, as most hotels are. Pool area is acceptable however there were no towels when we went, there are no pool toys provided, and there is no hot tub. The pool is also not heated but it is in a solarium. Breakfast is a typical bottom barrel breakfast and your better off going to McDonalds and getting a McGriddle. Dry eggs, hard sausage, standard cereal and prepackaged muffins do not a yummy breakfast make. Also, the main part of thier breakfast, the pancake maker, was broken and in desperate need of being cleaned. I would not have eatin a pancake off that belt even if it was working properly. Bottom line, its a 4/10 hotel and u get what u pay for. Poor cleanliness, poor food, poor amenities, and old appliances/everything makes this hotelless then perfect. Its a Holiday though, not an Embassy Suites.

I have stayed in a lot of hotels but this stay was the very best! All of the employees were very friendly and helpful. Even sad to see us go. They had a wonderful breakfast and get this had a wonderful dinner each night as well for us. Now who ever heard of that?!!! I would never stay anywhere else when I go to Fort Campbell. Have a great pool area as well.

AND THEN, $172 showed up on my credit card this morning.

This hotel was clean and felt safe. The front desk staff was very friendly and eager to please. Hotel is close to Fort Campbell and Interstate 24. Breakfast was sufficient. The bathroom was small, but the sink was outside the bathroom with a large counter space and lots of outlets. Beds were comfortable, lamps were easy to operate, provided good lighting, and had outlets. The wall outlet by the bedside stand was easy to access.

The second time we checked in I had to wait at the front desk for 20 minutes for someone to come and check me in. No apology for the wait or an explanation. The rooms during both stays looked like someone had punched large holes all over the walls and then they patched them up, very badly. The beds were so terrible, they felt like cardboard with very thin paper on top. I stay at holiday inn's pretty regularly, this was nothing like I have ever experienced before. I would not recommend.

Looked older without upgrades or real maintenance.

But iur room was super duty. The floor in the bathroom had diet. The beds were very very uncomfortable. You could hear running from the room above and doors slamming throughout. The pool was cold and needed cleaning. Breakfast was okay for what was left when we got downstairs to eat at 8:45am, but not much choice. The coffee was nasty so we walked across the street for some and were happy about a nearby coffee run availability. We always stay at Holiday Inns and especially IHG property listings. This would be the wirst we have stayed at thus far. Never been disappointed until this past stay. Again, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff was very friendly. The entrances to the hotel parking needs to be lit up and clearly marked, coming in at night it was difficult to see. Not once did we have our room cleaned or fresh towels for a 3 night stay. We had to grab clean towels from the housekeeper on our last day who was down the hall.

Newer rooms but not the top of the line HIX. Hot breakfast but no bacon! Very clean. Very professional front desk at check in and out. You do have to drive 7 miles to get to a selection of restaurants.
