    The breakfast was marginal at best. No milk for cereal We booked a no smoking room and got a smoking room. The room was absolutely filthy. My feet were black and I took pictures of the towels showing the dirt on them. The mirror was old and discolored. The bed was lumpy without a springs underneath it and of extreme low quality. The sheets were extremely thin. The shower curtain didn't reach the shower pan and water was flowing on the floor. A falling hazard!

    Nice location right off the highway, like the balcony on the upper story Only thing was my room was marked as pool view but the building design was such so I didn’t have that view. Not a big deal though.

    The breakfast is only from 6am to 9 am so that’s not cool. Management seemed like they hated life and were afraid to smile. The beds are like rocks, the front counter workers were amazing and very helpful.

    The room was about what one would expect for a smoking room, but it wasn’t disgusting and the smell was minimal. The facilities were decent and you could tell that they had tried to improve the place. (The whole building looked like it had been painted in the last couple of years, and while we were there maintenance was working on filling in cracks/holes in the balcony.) They offered coffee and I think complimentary breakfast, but we didn’t utilize these. The minimal interactions we had with staff were pleasant (we didn’t need much and spent little time there other than sleeping.) Overall, I would recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a decent place to stay without breaking the budget. We’ll probably stay here again in the future!

    Upon check in I found the room smelled moldy and stagnant because they shut the a/c off when the rooms aren't rented. I turned the a/c on and opened the door to air it out. Then I went and sat on the most uncomfortable bed I have ever seen in a hotel. I pulled the covers back and found a VERY old mattress covered with dirty sheets. The bathroom floor was filthy and had not been mopped in awhile. It was disgusting to say the least. The lady from the front desk came down with a broom and dust pan and swept the bathroom and took pictures of the dirt. After she left I checked the room more to find spiders in all four corners on the ceiling and in 2 corners of the floor then a bug crawled from under the bed and my daughter killed it. I also found black mold on all of the walls, the ceiling and even between the glass on the pictures on the wall. I returned to the front desk and asked for a clean room. I was given the keys to 2 more rooms both of which were just as disgusting complete with more black mold and spiders. This was THE MOST DISGUSTING HOTEL that I have ever been in! There was also 2 homeless looking men constantly walking around the perimeter the building which made it feel very unsafe. I will NEVER attempt another stay at the Quality Inns nor will I ever book thru Expedia again as they falsely advertise their properties and don't want to do anything about their fraud when called out on it. It's time for a class action lawsuit, Expedia!!

    I see so many good-great reviews and we just didn't see it that way. Check-in went well for the most part. We had an accessible room so it was right there by the office, The room itself was very humid, to the point where the floor itself was damp, if you stepped on it with bare feet, you could feel it. The bathroom actually had like footprints like someone had cleaned the floor and then walked back in there with dirty shoes to do something and came back. Which isn't a big deal, but it did make us look a little more thoroughly after that. The bed was terribly uncomfortable. It felt like a thin mattress sitting on the floor. Neither of us were able to sleep even remotely. Well. We didn't spend much time in the room only to sleep so that was a big deal for us. We came in to change clothes and left and then came back at the end of the night to sleep. We did sleep in a little bit so we missed breakfast. He went to the lobby to get some coffee and while he was in there he was talking to the manager and asked you know if we were able to swim after or around when we checked out. And all she said to him was checkouts at 11:00. Pool opens at 11:00. Which brings us to 11 time to check out. Mind you. Our car is literally right outside the door so we did a walk-through. Make sure we had everything as soon as the clock hit 11:00. The man was pounding on the door. I opened the door because we were on our way out and he said it's time to check out!

    We booked online and specifically chose non smoking room as I am traveling with my 18m old. We got to the property around 11p and staff stated only smoking rooms left. Room smelled horribly like an ash tray. Sheets and blankets have burn holes in them. Don’t think the floor was even vacuumed. Shampoo bottle was half empty. We showed up to breakfast around 8am and all that was there was cereal and muffins. Not even any fruit to take with us. Can’t speak to the pool as we didn’t use it. The lobby is nice and updated.

    I picked this hotel because it had above 8 stars. It was disappointing. Carpet dirty. You did not feel special staying there. My husband would not eat the breakfast. I can always tell his level of comfort by whether he eats the complimentary breakfast or not.

    It was good for a night but when we asked for a 2nd floor room we were advised they were all booked. But there were no cars in the parking lot. That night our worst fears came true. Whoever was staying in the room above was came in loud and rowdy at 1030pm and didn't stop making noises till about 1245am. It was very disturbing and we couldn't sleep. I don't feel like the place was booked up on 2nd floor I feel like the desk person just didn't want to change the room she put us in. I don't think we'll be staying there again.

    We had a good stay at this property, everything was clean and comfortable. The person we checked in with had trouble finding our reservation because I gave 2 different names it could be under and they didn’t listen to the second name until I pulled the email up. Had to end up checking out a day early and that went smoothly. The bathroom had a mildewy smell and the breakfast was mediocre.

    Wifi doesn’t really function. Could connect and use some internet but streaming services and most of my apps would not work at all not on phone or tablet, VPN on or off. Lucky I didn’t need to work or attend any zoom meetings.

    Needed a roof over my head and a comfortable bed for the night. I found it here! Great location right off of the interstate and close to gas stations for my fill up and coffee for the next morning. Young lady at the front desk was sweet and helpful.     Check in was horrible. My husband went in to check in and the person that checked him in said since we had 4 adults he would have to pay more. When he told me, I was furious. He went back in and showed her that our reservation was for 4 adults, and told her there had been no problems with this the whole trip. After much haggling she agreed to refund the money. Don't know if it has been done yet. We have never had this issue with a hotels.com reservation.

    The room was clean but the bed felt like concrete. If you like a stiff bed then you're in luck! I hardly slept and hurt so bad in the morning. We knew we would be midway from Clarksville and Hopkinsville so we weren't surprised by traveling. The girl that checked in was kind but didn't tell us when breakfast was or when to check out. The breakfast was went we booked this hotel in particular and was left severely disappointed by the offering. This morning the power was out and that was no fault of theirs but there was a beeping in the room that made it unbearable to be in so we left super early ruining the trip.

    The hotel was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It was fairly noisy with people outside even at 1 o’clock, 3 o’clock in the morning talking loudly, Breakfast left a lot to be desired. there was no plain coffee creamer. The only choice was French vanilla and when I ask that if there was some whole milk or plain coffee creamer the attendant,said no just that and pointed at the French vanilla creamer. Anything that ran out during the breakfast time was not replaced. And there was very little concern shown for the fact that several things had ran out. The hotel was fine for an overnight stay. The only negative things was the it says they stand outlimited choice at breakfast and the total non-concern of the staff member.

    Our shower was dirty, had hair and shampoo on the wall. The hadle to turn the water on wouldn’t stay in place so the water would get hot super fast and we’d have to move it back to cold and watch to make sure it wouldn’t get too hot as it fell, or hold it in place. The beds and were clean and nice but shower was not.

    OMG, this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. First, the young girl up front did not understand English very well. She asked me if she could put me in another king-size bedroom, and I said as long as it has not been smoked in. She told me that it had not. Well, she lied. I did not get into the room until later and was tired. I walked in and it smelled, I thought it might be because the air was off, so I turned it on and lay down for a nap. When I woke up, it was pretty late, and the room still smelled. I sprayed my cologne, and it seemed to help a little. I did not go to the front desk because of the hassle I had when checking in. Went to take a shower and it was gross and dirty. The sink had stuff on it, where the toilet paper was, it was rusted and gross, just like the toilet. I realized what I was smelling was the old smoke from it being a smoking room. This was backed up by the burns on the toilet and the cover on the ironing board. The bathroom was so gross that I had to lay towels on the floor so as not to walk on the tile. In the room, the ceiling was peeling off. This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever seen, and it is not good enough for a dog. I do have pictures and wish I could post them for you. I will post them on Yelp. Please read the reviews on this facility; they are like mine. Thank you

    We visited our daughter in law at Ft. Campbell. It was perfectly located right next to the gate we needed. The pool was just enough and there was a McDonalds right next door. The rooms were very clean. The bed was pretty comfortable. The waffles for breakfast were great. Staff was very pleasant. No real complaints. If you want clean and comfy this room is good. Basic but good.

    Very dirty, stains on everything, room smells like mildew and bathroom smells like wet dirty feet. I booked online and it said that the room was pet friendly, then we were told it wasn’t. The room we got downgraded to was absolutely disgusting. I don’t think bed sheets or anything was washed because there’s stains, they smell wet, hair everywhere, one sheet has a cigarette hole burnt into it, looks like blood on one end. Pillows are stained. And then underneath the pillow was stained as well. Chairs in the room were stained. You can tell the wood was sprayed with wood polish but not sprayed down.

    We only stayed one night and got there after 9 and we were checked in fast. Had me on second floor and let her know I have trouble with stairs so she moved me to the first floor. I would definitely stay there again and recommend.

    The experience was good. My complaint was the carpet was dingy and had stain spots, and the bathroom floor was dirty (lose dirt, some hair, grim) and the door hinges and "fan" was rusted and dirty

    Large mass of dried blood on comforter. Toilet was not functioning and did not have running water to it. Room was filthy and not fit for board. When mentioned to staff upon checkout, they were short and seemed unconcerned with resolving this horrific experience. Left a bad taste in my mouth and would advise others to avoid as they are unwilling to take care of their guests or address their maintenance/biohazard safety issues.

    I much prefer this highway exit location in the Fort Campbell area over Exit 4, which has become problematic with homeless people, crime, and noise. Also, this location provides easy access to Ft Campbell from several gates. It's fairly quiet here, and there are enough shopping/grocery options close by if you forget/need anything. The staff could've been a bit more friendly, and our room was showing signs of mold in the shower/AC unit, but was fine otherwise.

    The people who own this hotel obviously really care about it. They maintain it beautifully. It’s clean, quiet, updated and safe at a great price. The staff is helpful and friendly. I’d stay here again.

    Fast easy check in, clean room, good location. Breakfast was sub par, dry powdery eggs, no breakfast meat, rancid margarine and no half and half for coffee. I would stay again and walk to McDonald’s next time.

    Offered eggs for breakfast; however, no meat, only white bread for toast, only corn flakes and fruit loops for cereal (when most motels offer raisin bran!). Would not have worked for more than one morning.

    It wasn’t enjoyable, the room was creepy and dissatisfying, and there was a creepy door inside the room that we couldn’t open. The front desk clerks were very nice and helpful. It’s just the room wasn’t up to code.

    I was charged $50.00 for incidentals, and was told that it would be returned when I checked out, I did not damage the room in any way, but I've tried to call several times to talk to someone and the line is always busy. Brooke

    A big storm with tornado warnings rolled through this area the night we stayed here on our way through to Illinois, and we actually felt pretty safe within our room from the raging winds. The bed was so comfortable, and the room was very clean. This was a comfortable stay as we stopped in only for the night.

    It wasn't so bad that we didn't stay the night, but we won't be staying here again. There were people smoking in the parking lot, smoking on the balconies, and you could smell the smoke in the room. There were old stains in the furniture, the bedding and the floor. There were cigarette burn holes in the bedding. I needed to put my water in the fridge and when I opened the fridge it was disgusting. Breakfast had very limited options available. I mean, at least they had hot eggs, but no hot meat. Like I said, it wasn't bad enough that we left and got another hotel, but we won't be staying here again.

    What I thought was different was that I had to put a $50 deposit on the room because I didn't book directly with them. Never had that before. The morning breakfast was kind of poor. No fruit,cold coffee.

    It was ok for a 6 hour nap after a long drive. I get that they take a 50 dollar deposit for debit cards but dang waiting 3-8 days for a return is crazy to me. Oh wait it’s not there fault it’s my banks. In a world where u can get anything refunded instantly these hotels take the longest then blame your bank. Oh well what do u do. Floor needed sweep and shower was tiny. Room 117
