We stayed five days and the service was excellent. The room was super clean, comfortable and quiet. We didn’t have any parking issues, the pool area was clean and inviting. the breakfast was great, different menu each day. the staff were very friendly and focused. I recommend this place.

Traffic noise, only fast food nearby (no restaurants). Closet smelled musty.

This property is one of the best managed ever. I have revisted this property on two occassions and they never miss a beat. The team focus on the details of cleaning, guest service and experience. It is a busy location, but parking wasn't an issue. Breakfast was great.The team always greet you! I would highly recommened this location to visiting guests.

Can walk to get something to eat. They had a lot of sketchy cars around and people. I had to get moved to a diffetent room because of stains on my bed and the second room had stains on one of the pillows and a gouge in the tub.

The room was spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable and loved the black out shades. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was very helpful in helping us find restaurants for lunch and dinner.

The room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was good. Only complaint was if you are not a Dog lover do not stay at this hotel. Dog barking a lot especially at 5:30 in morning was our alarm.

Because my boyfriend and I both have our own businesses and are far away. So I basically stay there for one night every week. The front desk service is very good. But this morning I found that someone wrote something malicious on my window glass with colored pens. It's terrible. I don't think it was done by the guests. I think it should be the hotel staff, and it must be a woman. I feel that she may have been traumatized and mentally ill. I can't stay because I'm in a hurry. But I don't think I will go again. If the hotel sees it, you'd better check the surveillance. It's unbelievable. I was insulted like this when I spent money there.

Clean hotel.

At check out, the Caucasian woman who I believe may have been the manager was VERY rude to a person who was checking out. She threatened to charge for an additional day because he was checking out at 11:05am. When my husband gave her our key card at 11:07am she threw it across the counter in anger and made a unnecessary comment.

Breakfast was great. Left a tip for the staff. Everything was great with our stay.

The kids enjoyed the pool & a chance to expend some built energy! The sofa bed & extra space worked well for the five of us. I'm kinda short & have had knee replacementsurgery- the beds are kinda tall & can be difficult to get into. I was wishing for a step!

The breakfast was awesome and the lady who was stocking the breakfast was so friendly. All of the employees were friendly. It was an absolutely wonderful experience. If I had to have a complaint it was the pool was too cold. Which is usually not the case for me as I do. Like cold water but this was too cold

The staff was great. There was a cracked soap dish in our room,222. The floor of the bathroom was dusty and didn't looked mopped. The bathtub was yellow on the bottom. The carpet in the room and hallway looked like it needed a steam cleaning. The room carpet looked like it just had a dust runner over it. Everything else was fine. Countertops fine. Thank-you.

The staff here are incredibly friendly and welcoming. My room was both comfortable and spotlessly clean, providing a perfect environment to unwind. If you’re looking for a truly quiet place to rest, I highly recommend staying here

Tv in room had crack in it. Told maintenance would come and replace never saw them. Multiple people came in to look at it. No fix as it was an internal tv issue. Could barely watch the patriots on national tv. 😢😢

Front desk subpar with 20 minute check in and Joann with an attitude I guess I didn’t say “you too” loud enough when she said, “have a good day” because then she yelled it at me as I walked away. Very rude every time I have been here. If not for her this would be my go too hotel. Never staying at this location again.

One of the best hotel experiences I have had lately. Room was very clean and well-appointed with generous bathroom provisions. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and pleasant and very helpful when needed. Free breakfast was excellent and dining area very comfortable. After a poor hotel experience the last time I had to travel overnight to a different area, this hotel contributed greatly to a great trip for us.

Poor location next to McDonald & other cheap hotels. Overpriced at $163/night: the suite is just a sofa area w/in the room. Pillows are too soft. Breakfast was like Quality Inn stuffs: self-made waffles, processed scrambled egg, coffee tasted poor quality! Yogurt were too sweet: non of the low sugar or Greek ones, fruits unwashed/uncut;

The property was very clean and the staff were exceptionally friendly. The rooms were also newly renovated and large.

Room was larger than most others and gave us pretty much all the room we needed. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was hot and tasty with a reasonable selection for foods. The best part were the employees. All the employees were very friendly and accommodating right down the the housekeepers. Exceptional.

Good experience, very nice service and delicious hotel breakfast every morning! The heated pool was nice however it seems like management or workers like to keep the door to the outside open which in turn makes the pool cold. It was about 40-50 degrees Fahrenheit outside most days so leaving the door open defeated the purpose of having a heated pool. Other than that it was a great experience.

Paid in advance through Hotel.com and got charged again at the hotel. When I asked about the charge from the hotel, the woman at the desk was rude and told me to contact the 3rd party that I booked with. When I stated the charge was from the hotel, she sighed at me and said there was nothing on her end. I probably will not stay at this property again.

Room was updated and clean. Pool area was nice and clean. We enjoyed our short stay and would definitely recommend this hotel above the other three next door.

We stayed on the way to North Carolina and on the way back from North Carolina. It's a perfect halfway point, off the interstate, but not too close, clean accommodations, friendly staff, and a decent breakfast to start your day. Will stay here again when we take the northern route to NC.

The front desk clerk made us feel so welcome. After a long drive she was a breath of fresh air! The rooms are comfortable and roomy. Perfect for a family stay.

Check in and out was easy and staff was friendly. The fitness center was clean but small. They had a few treadmills, elliptical, bike, a peloton, and a bench with some free weights. The room was clean and spacious. I have no complaints!!

Because our room was a handicapped room, there were no chairs to sit in. We did not know we were reserving a wheelchair/handicapped room.

The property was definitely a hidden treasure for a weary traveler. Clean and comfortable. The breakfast staff member was phenomenal, professional. She offered a selection that wasn't out. I appreciated it. The front desk staff member demanded my "paper" repeatedly before she realized I didnt work there. The bathroom door also keep slamming shut- wouldn't stay open. Otherwise wonderful.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. We just felt the 75.00 fee for our pet was too much. We normally pay 25.00. We appreciate the ability to travel with our dog, however we struggled to see that extra cleaning was provided. It felt excessive.

I’ve been at pet friendly hotels and this is the first time I’ve been charged for a pet.

Problems in bathroom: door did not fit properly into frame; door nevertheless slammed when let go; no place to hang wet towels; no secure footing in shower. Cleanliness was ok but less than stirling.

Unfortunately the pool was closed and there were issues with the lock on our door. Also, no fan in bathroom and door wouldn't stay open so hard to get the steam out. Staff was nice and the room was clean.

Everything was acceptable except for the toilet paper. I will gladly pay a few dollars more per night for some soft T paper. We stayed in 2 separate Hampton Inns a few hundred miles apart. It was the same at both facilities. The T paper was like using a fine grit sandpaper! Brutal! Please find another area to skimp. If we continue to use Hampton Inns in the future, we will be packing some Charman!! BTW the employees in Poplar Bluff KY and Oak Grove KY were 1st class folks very professional and kind. You can't train people to be kind it's just who they are. So, you hired well in KY. But seriously the T paper is a deal breaker. I think memo paper or notebook paper would be softer. I had a few pages of printer paper that I had printed my confirmation on. I was considering using that! If you would require the purchasing manager to use this product for a few days, he may spring for some Angel Soft! Sorry for the tough love.
