Spots on sheets and bathroom could use a little TLC

Wrist place I've stayed in a very long time. Checked in with remote kiosk. Was over charged. Had issues that never got resolved. No pool.

The staff was very quick to respond to any needs we had they were awesome.

I arrived to the property and the outside of the building leaves much to be desired. Then I step into the lobby where I’m greeted with a kiosk of someone from another country video calling in to check me into the hotel, which was annoying because their accent was hard to understand. Then I get in the room and the floor is covered in water as there is a leak from both the fridge and AC unit. I grabbed the room phone to call and complain and it also didn’t work at all. So I walk up to the front to the stupid kiosk and they say someone will be there soon. 15 minutes later a guy shows up and says he will mop it up and then he leaves for several minutes to get a mop. Once he’s back he basically just tries to gaslight me into believing that the leaks aren’t going to continue (guess what they did). So I woke up to a soaked floor again. The whole property needs a bit of TLC clearly. In the morning I go to get breakfast and there’s only grab and go foods, no eggs, no waffles, bagels or any of the usual suspects. Instead it was cheap bread to make toast, discussing individual packaged blueberry muffins, what appeared to be cereal from 7 years ago, small packages of peaches or mandarins in liquid, or yogurt. The overall stay left much to be desired and I will never be staying at a days inn in the future unless I’ve had the chance to see it in person before booking. I’ll definitely never stay at this one again.

Lots of false advertising! The main picture shows the pool that the kids were very excited about only to get there and it has been filled with concrete. No hair dryer, or coffee pot in room as advertised.No waffle maker as advertised. Clothes stolen.

Had to ask for a new room because the first one had brown streaks in both beds and pee stains on one of them. Toilet paper on the floor in the bathroom along with very rusty tub. Second room was just ass bad with the steaks in the beds but also good crumbs. Worst experience I’ve ever had, and there’s no one to talk to in person. The guy on the kiosk screen was not helpful at all.

Friendly Staff, very good Cleanliness, parking and air conditioning. All very good.

My room had a little funny smell but other than that it was a nice and quiet 2 nights. Thanks

Very sketchy. Pretty sure illegal activities were taking place. Didn't feel safe. There was a girl standing outside of a room as if she were a lookout.

Clean, not too old or run down. Close to base and Clarksville, overall satisfactory and affordable for a couple nights stay.

It’s a place to sleep when you’re on a road trip.

The included breakfast is not good. Will try a different hotel next time I am in the area.

Evening of booking. The hotel wasn’t bad. The check in process was rough. The “virtual check in” was slow and painful. The lobby smelled as if the poured lemon cleaner and sprayed the air with a lemon bomb. You could taste it. The room was clean enough but the shower was stained and the ceiling tile above the shower was moldy. We chose not to shower. We were on a 13 hr road trip and just needed a safe place to sleep. Which is what we got. The breakfast options weren’t awesome a muffin,bags of oatmeal, and bread/toast. Coffee, apple & OJ. Saturday night $100ish I didn’t expect the ritz. But tone down the smelly cleaner and change the tile in the bathroom it would’ve gotten a 4.5.

First time I have ever been to a hotel with an e-attendant at the desk. It was quick and easy, but just weird. no one was at the front desk the whole time we were there. The rooms were adequate. It was just a quick stop over on a longer trip.

This place has bedbugs! Had to check out early because of this unacceptable situation.

BED BUGS!! we found multiple bed bugs in our room. Each room is hit or miss we had to change rooms thru our stay due to lack of cleanliness and when we brought up the bed bug and showed staff we were only refunded for the night we didn't stay.

There was zero staff on the property. We had to use a touch screen to attempt to sign in, which was extra difficult since we have emotional support animals. The hotel room had literal mosquitoes and beetle dead carcasses under the pillows. The laundry facility smelled like mold especially the washing machine. There is no way that I would dare to drink water or ice from the water and ice dispenser there. There were zero soaps lotions or shampoo in the room, and there were only about five tissues. Consider sleeping in my car before ever sleeping there again.

This was my first experience with a "virtual staff" check-in. The hotel was perfectly located for my needs tied to Ft. Campbell and they offered the best rate. I was very disappointed with the "free breakfast" advertised. In my experience, that usually includes eggs, bagels, hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, etc. None of this was offered.

The room and building was clean when I arrived. I did the kiosk check in because no front desk attendant which was fine. The worst thing was I got to room and was going to shower and I only hand a face towel and a hand drying towel so I called and they said no one can bring a towel I arrived between 8-9pm so I waited till morning and still no towel called again I left at by 9am And still no towel but I dried off with the hand. towel.

The sheets/pillows/blankets smelled like an old man had slept there for a few months before we got that room without the sheets being washed. The advertised hot breakfast.. what am I supposed to do put some bread in the microwave? While there was bread provided but no toaster. Talk about some false advertisement. The location was fine and we were tired of driving. Will be sure not to return.

Unforeseen circumstances prevented me from checking in, therefore my money was wasted. Can I get a refund or partial refund?

No one at the front desk or anywhere in the lobby. There’s a kiosk you have to use to check in, a guy (appeared and sounded to be of Indian nationality) is on the screen and checks you in and then pops out the number of keys you need. I’ve never used a kiosk to check in before when staying at a Hotel. I never saw an employee the whole time we stayed. The room smelled musky and the sheets had a musky smell to them. Room was clean, didn’t see any bugs until morning of check-out, saw a small spider. Heat worked good. Microwave & Small refrigerator worked well. Shower had hot water but the shower head is small so not great pressure. We only stayed 2 nights, I wouldn’t want to stay any longer here.

Room was clean and nice. Amenities were lacking. Bottles in shower were either stopped up or empty. They did have three tiny bottles on the sink but not enough for two persons. They did have baskets of shampoo & conditioner on the end of the counter in the offices but no one mentioned them and they had no body wash there. I didn’t notice them until later! Did not like kiosk check in and out. One other thing, if you have your iPhone near your door card, it erases your entry and you have to get someone to let you in.

Room was very clean, staff was awesome with accommodations and the housekeepers were very sweet. Overall amazing experience! Very affordable too!

The staff was non existent and the housekeeping staff that were present 1/2 the day were rude and unprofessional. I was traveling to Iowa via Florida when I got a flat tire (my next overnight stop was to be St. Louis) I am a woman traveling alone with a service animal that was approved when I was waiting for my uber the employee told me I could not sit inside the building once I checked out and so I went to the entry way mind you I’m from Florida so the cold weather is a big challenge to get used to she expected me and my service animal to sit out in the cold and wind it was so rude and sad. I was there for 3 nights and every morning they were hassling me about late checkout when I had already told the agent I was staying extra days. I asked for toilet paper, towels, and a trash bag that never was received even though it was only myself and 2 to 3 construction people staying there. The bed was comfortable and clean the room was ok there is no elevator so that was difficult.. overall even though it is a days inn it is still a Wyndham property and there should be set standards especially for staff just because it’s cheap doesn’t make it okay for a rude unacomadatable staff.

Parking is good when folks pulling trailers park in the back. I am not fond of talking to a person through a machine but the individual was pleasant enough. No dealings with any other staff members. I have stayed here several times. It meets my needs for location. Close to Ft Campbell. Rooms have always been clean and nice.

Everything was just good

Worst stay I’ve ever had anywhere. Room was filthy. Seemed like the only cleaning ever done was changing sheets and towels. Graffiti on walls in the shower - seriously! Floors were sticky and had holes in them. Beds are so high it could be hard for kids or older people to get in them. “Breakfast” was simply toast, cereal, yogurts and muffins. Apple juice was pure water and coffee always was full of grounds or tasted like water.

The check in was terrible, there is no physical person at a desk, its a person working remote on a kiosk with cameras that you talk to. Literally every time for the 2 nights I had booked, the room key cards didnt work so I had to go back to the lobby and talk to a person through a camera on a kiosk to get a machine to produce new key cards. And I had to return my old one, my friend had the other key, but when they canceled the one key, it canceled both. And my friend who was staying with me was working down the road til midnight both nights so each time i got a new key, i had to drive to bring him one in case he got there and i was asleep since he couldn't go to a human at the desk and his name wasnt on the reservation he couldnt have the kiosk guy produce a new one for him. Very frustrating and inconvenient. We did not have breakfast. The walls and door were thin you could hear every vehicle that went by and many were loud semi trucks that beeped when backing up. There was one towel, no washcloths and a bath mat in the room. The room was clean, no problems there. Area seemed safe. Then to top it off, the housekeeper was banging on the door at 10am although check out wasnt until 11..would never stay here again. Dont recommend. Stay next door at sleep inn. A but more expensive but nicer and better stay.

Bad smell of cigarettes and humidity, dirty bathroom and shower with garbage from previous guests I was in room #120 and the guy in room #119 apparently lives there and the two nights I was there he played loud music at 4 am or 5am in the morning when he got up and accelerated his work car and a lot of noise and disorder

It was a convinient location. I described before and will say again it just lacks a little bit of personal touch with the checkin process being a person on screen instead of someone at the front desk. The room loked clean but actually the floors and some surfaces were not as clean as they should have been. The floors seemed to not have had a good mopping in a long while. Other then that its a convenient location with a fast food restaurant and gas station near by.

I will never stay at this hotel again. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else, either.

Check-in was weird but effective. Associate was in another room or location and talking through a kiosk.

I have stayed at this property before and was very surprised to find there was no desk clerk, when I went in to register. The remote video desk clerk was very hard to understand, my most used answer to a question was " Sorry can you repeat that, I couldn't understand you." This remote video desk clerk took close to three times longer to check me in, then the in person desk clerk the last time I stayed at the property. The remote video desk clerk had trouble getting me two room keys. When I reached my room, the keys did not work. I returned to the remote video desk clerk and requested a key that would work. The remote video desk clerk contacted his supervisor and some time; I was given two more keys. I returned to my room and again the keys did not work. I returned to remote video desk clerk and requested a different room and keys that worked. While I waited the remote video desk clerk again contacted his supervisor and after about fifteen minutes gave me a different room and a key. I went to the new room and again the key did not work. I returned to the remote video desk clerk and again requested a different room and a key that worked. Again, the process took about fifteen minutes and a consult with the supervisor. This time the key worked, and I was able to enter my room. I was not impressed nor happy with the remote video desk clerk. Having an in-person desk clerk is much easier and faster to deal with, then someone hundreds or thousands of miles away.

Bathrooms are seriously out dated.

I enjoyed almost everything except the pool was closed and looked like it had been closed and uncovered for some time. It should remain closed because it looks to have a serious green algae infestation going on. It remains uncovered and unclean. I have the pictures

Horrible smell of cat urine. Paint is falling in large patches from the ceiling. TV did not work and gave me a message to contact the front desk. I attempted to call and the phone didn’t work. I walked over to the lobby. Waited for 15 minutes and was told that the TV was broken for all the units. I would not recommend to my worst enemy.

A/C in first room leaked into the room, not outside. A/C in second room was worse, leaving standing water in room. In third room, the faucet for the sink leaked onto the counter and the faucet for the tub leaked at the wall in a waterfall fashion.

We liked the price as we only needed somewhere to sleep …. If we hadn’t been so tired when we arrived at midnight, we wouldn’t have stayed. We have never been to a room that smelled so bad. It was so bad that it was truly hard to rest. It’s hard to explain how terrible it was. We were so glad to leave.

Next door neighbors where up all noght screaming fighting, we did call the police at 5 am

The sheets were filthy! There was a huge, nasty yellow stain covering the center of the bed. We had to leave and find a new hotel at 9pm after driving for almost 12 hours. The lady working the desk acted annoyed that she had to get up from her chair. She was having a snack and watching tv. She said she didn’t know how to give us a refund. Now I’ll have to fight the owner/corporate about it. Oh and this is hilarious! The door to the bathroom was really close to the toilet. Someone installed a toilet seat that stuck out past the toilet. This caused the door to not be able to open and close. Instead of replacing the toilet seat, they just carved a chunk of wood out of the door! 😂

decent room for a cheaper price

Not a complaint because we already had breakfast plans. But we need to eat gluten free. The complimentary breakfast sounded good for most people but did not apparently include hot food items (eg eggs and bacon) that were GF or otherwise more appropriate for someone wanting a higher protein breakfast. Standard continental breakfast with some upgrades like a waffle iron. Only one minor complaint. We booked a non-smoking room (there were smoking rooms) but noticed a recent occupant had clearly smoked weed in the room. We probably should have gone straight down to request a room transfer. But we had already settled in before thinking about it. So we tolerated it. I would recommend the cleaning staff alert management when guests abuse nonsmoking rooms like this so they can more thoroughly air out such rooms before re-rental. Great budget option overall. Definitely recommend for people with interests like ours.

We arrived at the property late. The website said they had roll away beds, they did not. The room had several bugs, the bathroom door wouldn’t close unless the toilet seat lid was up. There was an actual notch cut into the door where someone cut it out trying to close the door. My son found a bottle top where the room wasn’t clean previously. The room was super damp, which they obviously knew about as there was damp rid behind the tv. Overall it wasn’t great, but it was lower in cost and only one nite.

This place costs too much for the area. It is old, there is rust on some of the metal, and the toilet paper holder was also falling out of the wall. The flooring was loose, and by the mornng it was wet with water oozing up. It was basically no breakfast.

It was hard to get towels on a day that it wasn’t time to get towels as well as the pool not being open the entire week we stayed and there was no casino as advertised

Clean rooms and comfy beds. My husband liked the pillows because they weren’t too fluffy. AC worked great and overall it was a good value. The breakfast was nothing special but I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

The bed was so comfortable! My room was located near the stairs so it was super noisy. Someone was smoking outside and the smell made its way into my room. The shower fixture was low but could be great for someone thats not tall. I did find that there were gnats in the room and i couldn't really use the AC bc the unit made the most annoying sound.

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was so friendly . There was a lot of outdoor noise the first night. The breakfast was minimal. Waffle station was out of batter, there was no coffee and only one coffee cup. but.....The attendant was quick to resolve that . If you need a hearty breakfast to function, there is a waffle house next door. It was inexpensive and feel you get what you pay for.

Their A/C units and TVs need to be serviced or upgraded. We had to change rooms 3 different times within 2 day stay because one or the other would not work properly. Would definitely not recommend!!

The room smelled like mold and mildew the shower was nasty to the eyes the bathroom looked horrible to see and felt dirty the mini fridge was like cold and sticking inside the frame. The tv is a basic small size and the AC was NOT COLD ENOUGH BY ANY MEANS

The room we had was actually nicely updated. Newer floors, vanity, ect. However, the room STANK of Marijuana as soon as we opened the door. Couldn't fully get the smell out. There were dirty, used razors left beside the vanity and hair(not mine) on the shower wall. The pillows were plentiful but the blanket/comforter was a mwre suggestion. Also, NO MICROWAVE in the room or the breakfast area. Very disappointing.

We specifically chose this property because they listed they have a rollaway, and the double queen room would hold 5. Our party is 2 adults and 3 children, so I wrote in the comments we would need a rollaway. When we checked in, there was no rollaway to be seen, and staff informed us they don’t have them. They would not refund us, and the solution was to have one of my children sleep on the floor. The extra blankets provided had cigarette burns on them. Would not stay again.

You get what you pay for, a little ran down. Had an issue that was taken care of promptly. If you are not looking for the frills of a higher cost place this place is for you.

Dirty and run down. Stayed at other Wyndham properties that were very nice and clean. This one is not well maintained. Smelled like skunk when you ran the heat or ac. Will not recommend or stay at this property again. It’s an embarrassment to the Wyndham name.

Being told no downstairs room and then finding out there was one after all.

The only thing i didn't like was the bed making a lot of noise everytime you moved from one side to the other.

We only stayed here because it was the only pet friendly option. The listing on Expedia showed it slept 5 and that’s how many are in my family. I requested a rollaway bed on my reservation but they have no couch or rollaway beds and my daughter had to sleep on the tile floor. The staff acted like I was a burden when I checked in.

Perfectly acceptable for overnite stay. High beds made it challenging for shorter people to climb in, but ok after making it.

I would stay again. This was my first time staying and it was definitely a great stay. The lady that checked us in was incredibly nice and the gentleman that was there on checkout day let me checkout almost an hour late with no extra fee. The free breakfast is good to. Wifi was great. Would highly recommended. Clean rooms to.

Not much of a breakfast. But good for what I needed it for. Police was always there but I didn't have issues.

Overall stay was great, but the breakfast could have been better. OJ was watered down and there was no protein. I would suggest adding some eggs and bacon/ sausage.

I was told by hotel that I didn't have a reservation even though i showed the desk clerk my phone. He looked at it on my hotels.com app and told me it was probably a fake site. I didn't get to check in, nor stay... but it was after midnight when we arrived so no refund either. Spoke to hotels.com support. Said I'd have a resolution in 72 hours. I Support called hotel, he told them the itinerary # on my reservation came up some forein name... not my name. This was an emergency stay due to our RV generator going out at the horse show. I paid for 2 hotels... stayed in one. I didn't use hotels.com for the oter reservation because i was afraid of the same thing happening again! We were tired, just wanted to go to bed!

Sink didn’t drain, and had black stuff in it when we came. Smelled kind of like a nursing home. It was decent for the price though! Staff was very kind and helpful.

A/C did not work. Was told they were booked with no extra rooms and no one to call about the A/C. The day shift agent said there were rooms but the night agent did not know how to move people to different rooms. No resolution or efforts to fix or move us.

Yes, breakfast was pretty much nothing. Cereal was it. They claim there?s a pool but won?t open the gate. They have it padlocked. Room wasn?t ready when I got there and visibly wasn?t anyone trying to clean it.

The evening receptionists was very nice the springs in the bed were so old and rusty. It was so loud and uncomfortable, it would wake up everyone else in the room. The pool was closed

There's no place to sit. There are no chairs provided in the room, and the beds are too high. It is very difficult to get on the beds if you're short-extremely difficult to get on them to sit.
