The app told me breakfast and Paid for a breakfast but there was no breakfast.

The staff was very personable and the rooms are spacious and it’s a great location

We went to get a drink during happy hour. There were no snacks at that time and no break on prices. We each had 1 drink and spent over $45 at the bar. Also, breakfast is not included in your room rate and the prices were a bit high for food. I spent over $23 for 2 cups of coffee and 1 muffin! Otherwise, our room was clean and the staff was very nice.

There was hair on the bathroom floor, and there was pizza rolls in the night stand inside the drawer , there was no trash bag in the trash can.

This hotel was very clean. I called the front desk multiple times for towels and they delivered happily each time. We enjoyed time in the pool and it was very close to shopping center and target. It was perfect for my little ones to have extras space in the room and use the let out couch at night for sleeping.

Location was close to my meetings. Lobby was inviting. I enjoyed lounging in the warm environment of the pool deck to unwind from my day-long meeting.

It was a great location for us. The breakfast was fantastic and the lobby area was very comfortable. Charging for parking seems a bit much.

The hotel was nice aesthetic and decor wise, the elevator set up was frustrating. Additionally, the pool balance had to be way off as my daughter now has chemical burns on her face and arms. Would not stay here again

1. Shower area had previous people’s hair on the floor 2. Bed was SUPER hard and pillows super thin. I’m pregnant and I woke up with horrible pain, feeling like I slept on the floor. My partner felt the same. 3. No towels available at the pool at the moment I used it (around 5-6pm). I asked one staff person if they could provide some and they said they would and it never happened.

Each person that we encountered over the weekend was extremely friendly and personable. Very high marks for environment and professionalism.

This was my first hotel stay as a wheelchair user. The roll in shower we had was very nice. The only thing I would change is the bed height was a little high. No complaints and the staff was very helpful.

Wonderful place to stay with the family. The only thing that would have made the stay better would have been if they had a hot tub to relax in.

The only problem we had was Ants in our Room ants was everywhere on the frist floor. I ask them to move me and my family they did. To the 2nd floor . They need to get someone out thare on a regular bbasis basis to spray

Staff was very pleasant and very welcoming. The only downfall is the elevator it's time for an upgrade.

Although the Bistro was excellent, the hours and days available were very inconvenient. I was under the impression that there was a full restaurant. This will make a difference on my next trip.

Staff is OK but doesn’t possess the customer obsession in jumping to customers entering the premise. Instead, they focus more on chit chatting with each other and puts customers as secondary priority.

The male front desk staff was so rude and need to be trained in communication and customer service skills

Everythingwas great, the pool was awesome! Check in was a breeze.The only thing was it looked like our shower had missed being cleaned. But because I am always prepared i cleaned it. I also fell they should have had some kind of trash bags in the trash cans but i had that also. Only one reg coffee in the room but i also came prepared. If you are flying it would be hard to stay here unless you are willing to spend the time and money at the restaurant. We were on the run with 3 grandkids and it was a wonderful time.

The hallways and the pool water were freezing cold. The pool is the reason I went to the hotel in the first place. The floor of the pool looked dirty and there were no towels. I encounter a supervisor ordering my breakfast who also spoke Spanish and she was amazing, very nice and caring.

Overall, my stay was a 10 out of 10. I had no issues when I asked for some extra bedding sheet they brought it to the room with no problem. The customer service was excellent. I stayed a night with myself and my kids. My comfortability was a great experience.

The staff were awesome.

I left early but still paid for the night, according to the bill they charged me a "leaving early fee"? I was supposed to be charged $149 and they charged me $166.88 since I left at around 5pm Friday. Why does it matter that I left early especially if I pd for the night. This was ridiculous

This property has no restaurants, but is very clean and staff is super friendly and helpful.

Check in was quick. Room was not that clean. Saw hair in various spots. My husband wanted to watch college football and the hotel did not offer the capabilities to do so. SMH. We call the front desk and the person there had not clue what to do. Don't think I will stay here again if I ever visit the area.

Third if you go to the bar make sure you only take shots because we order 2 Margaritas with Cosamigos Repasato in them for 30$ and ain’t feel no type of buzz or nothing. Remind you we don’t drink like that. I should have felt at least a little something. Fourth of all why would y’all have balconies that we can go outside on without cleaning or sweeping them off. Last but not least no microwave, barely any towels, and housekeeping could of cleaned better! Get yall s**t together !

I usually rave about my Courtyard by Marriott spots, but this one was diaappointing. Ant were coming into my room/bathroom from the hallway. I asked the front desk to take care of it while i was gone during the day to only find more ants and that my room had not been cleaned at all. When i went back to the front desk the staff was appologetic and gave me a new room. However the latch on that room was malfunctioning and when i told the dwsk staff they just gave me a new card even when i told them it wasnt the card. Once i opened the door (putting my shoulder into it) i got in and was afraid to leave the rest of the even for fear of gwtting locked out. Then i ended up nearly trapped when the door wouldnt open the next morning. I had to yank on it with all my body weight.

I was not very happy with this hotel. The halls were dirty and it seemed run down. I also was very unhappy that they didn’t clean our room or even provide enough towels.

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and very accommodating. They kids loved the pool and it was the highlight of their time in Chicago!

No coffee available for free in the lobby. Was promised a 2 pm late check out by desk agent this past Friday night but next day a different desk agent said I had to be out of room by 1 pm. This change made me miss a good part of my daughter-in-law's baby shower which we had driven 5 hours to attend.

Overall our room was ok. At check-in we weren't greeted, so that was awkward. The parking lot flooded up to 6in of water. We paid extra to have breakfast included but there is no "breakfast". They have a starbucks cafe and only give you a $20 for up to 2 adults and 2 kids. Everything on the menu starts at $10... so skip the breakfast.

Lovely and helpful staff for check in. Was able to park my car and unpack very quickly! Close enough to enjoy the city but in a location that feels a lot safer and quieter. Travelling as two young girls so very important to feel safe and looked after! Super clean and comfy.

I liked the property and staff. While it was not the fault of the staff, I awoke to water leaking through the bathroom ceiling, which prevented me from being able to use the bathroom and forced me to check out early

The hotel is lovely. The staff very friendly and helpful. The shower was terrible. There must be a water savings device in the head. The water pressure was nearly non-existent.

Nothing to complain about

We were in town for a family event. Our room was clean and comfortable. The lobby area had quiet alcoves off to the side where about 10 of us sat in a living-room like area and talked for hours. The bar was open, so we were able to enjoy a few beers and glasses of wine as we reminisced.

Great nights sleep! Everything was inviting, super clean and as anyone would want in a place to stay.

Front desk person was conducting an interview via phone while checking me in. That is he was interviewing for a new job for himself. Then shower water barely had any pressure. HVAC in room extremely touchy. Too cold - turned up 2 degrees. Then stifling. Then reduced 1 degree. A bit too cool. Did not find “just right” setting.

This is a very helpful location for my work. Hotel was clean, and folks were helpful. Water pressure in the bathroom was not good, and that’s the only negative in the trip. I didn’t tell the manager at the property, which I could have done.

It was great! The hotel was nicely updated, very clean and quiet. Everyone was very nice and the breakfast was very good as well.
