My guests were not given a copy of the paid receipt. I've been trying to call the hotel all morning and the automated system redirects me away from the front desk to some reservation department not on property. Will not be staying here again.

Our room was very worn, and kind of grossed me out

The hotel has a very old feel. The room was clean but the bathroom was still dirty. There was hair everywhere! On the walls, the floor, the tub, the counters it was disgusting. The towels were dirty as well. My main concern was the clock in the room. There is a camera inside of it. It kept making a weird electrical noise. Then the TV started messing up only on 1 channel. I turned the clock around facing the wall and I didn't hear that electrical noise again and the channel didn't mess up any more. If you have a device to check for cameras I would suggest you do so. I didn't feel safe in that room at all. Would I go back NO!

There’s a reason this hotel is priced so cheap. In desperate need of a make over and there needs to be accountability for guests who smoke in rooms. My room smelled like an ashtray. It was disgusting

The kitchen seemed well equipped with a full size refrigerator/freezer, a timer on a two-burner hot plate, microwave and a full size dishwasher as well as limited dishes. Although not glamourous the room was adequate if dated. The exercise room was good.

Wonderful stay! The was very nice and clean, and atmosphere was comfortable. The staff at the reception were very friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. She even kindly gave me two bottles of water for free, which was thoughtful gesture. They mad us fee appreciated from the moment I arrived. Thank you for the great hospitality.

Very outdated place. Has musky smell in rooms. My room was by the elevator and it squeaked so loud going up and down it kept me up all night. Will not stay here again!

Staff was attentive and quick to respond and answer questions. Had a problem with extra room charges at check-in with the man who checked me in, but they were corrected and handled during check-out with professionalism and efficiency by 2 female employees who were very understanding and fixed my account. (I wished I remembered their names). This stay was quiet, clean, and cozy for me during the Jan 2026 snowstorm and allowed me to be close to work.

There is no breakfast. I like the modern cabinets and the modern desk set up where most hotels if they have a desk, this was very modern so I did like that but for the furniture piece like the single chair area it was too compact. For the size of the room. The key card did not work very well for my room at all so that’s the first thing secondly, upon entering the room-the room smell like dank and just old. It smelled like it was an old old antique clothes off basement seller room. The smell was not pleasant at all. The bed was cheap. The mattress cheap. It was the worst of three hotels stay within a week three different hotel is what I’m saying, that I stayed in within a seven days timeframe, and this one was the worst one. The bed was clean, but the linens itch my skin. The The photos on the website catfish you. The room is not an exact aesthetic was reflected on the website for the location at all. Mismatched color appliances aren’t what is expected for the price or the brand’s insinuation of being better than a motel, much less the popcorn ceilings. Some people simply want to be able to have updated matching appliances in their hotel room.

They were doing some remodeling, so there was the occasional smell of paint in the stairway. The elevator was a little scary. They might want to have that checked out.

Good value for the price. One thing that needs an upgrade is the charging options - there are no USB plug ins for charging - seems very old fashioned.

Carpet throughout the hotel is very dirty and smells really bad, I could smell dog pee in my room, the comforter had yellow stains on it, looked like urine. Very noisy, dogs barking in the middle of the night, Housekeeping don’t clean thoroughly.

Location was okay Facilities were horrible. The room smelled like mildew. They would not move me to a different room. The AC unit was a unit on top of a unit. Hair was on the bathroom wall. Never even stayed there. When I went to grab my things, there was a domestic dispute in the parking lot with a couple of cop cars and EMS. Ended up crashing on a friend's sofa.

When I first walked in, I saw a customer and staff arguing because the staff went into her room without asking or notifying her first. Then a lady from there called my sister but she didn’t answer because we were traveling and she missed the call. When my sister called her back a few hours later, the lady told her that she was taking $200 out of her account for a hole in the wall. My sister told her that she did not see a hole in the wall before she left and asked the lady to send her pictures of the hole. The lady never sent her any pictures and took $200 out of her account along with the hundred dollar deposit. My sister then went to her bank and told them what happened and they reverse the charges. The next day, the lady took $200 again for my sister‘s account and never sent her any pictures. My sister went back to her bank and told them again what happened and they reverse the charges again and blocked her account. This is called fraud. I was very upset. I will make sure I let my family and friends know not to visit this establishment.

Had an overall great stay. Room was clean and staff was nice and helpful. Room came with everything as advertised. Laundry is payed by an app that has you add a minimum of $10 so if you're only washing one load you'll have an unspent balance that won't be refunded. Other than that my stay was enjoyable and comfortable.

Very comfortable room but needed some light maintenance. The pictures were either old or stock pictures. The store presented in the photos is not at the property. The store they have is across from the front desk and is a mini fridge for drinks and a few shelves with items.

Very outdated, very old. i also didn't feel super safe because there were always people hanging out outside by the door. the area seemed safe enough but i wasn't sure why people were just loitering by the front door all the time.

This is an extended stay hotel that has been not kept in good condition. The furniture was beat up and the was a hole in the easy chair. The floor was dirty. When I arrived in the late afternoon there was a smell of marijuana in the hallway coming from one of the rooms. I do not recommend this hotel for these reasons.

I waa not informed untul the day before that there was a $100 deposit required, which was well above the amount i paid for one night in the room, nor was i informed there was a parking fee for the property. It was too late to book at another location. This information needs to be on the booking page, not given last minute when you have no choice but to pay it

Room was Very comfortable, recliner made my sleep easier (treach tube) - only detractions were the Very annoying elevator door, which took multiple times to close, with serious Beeping at times, and the front door card reader, which was DOWN - required call to front desk to gain access after hours - but in spite of these, I'd repeat the stay - and the 24/7 COFFEE was a plus!

This property is in a serious need of an upgrade. There is rust and peeling on the fixtures in the bathroom, as well as ants. I have stayed at several Sonestas over years including previously staying at this several times, at this is the worst experience I have ever had with them. When I expressed my concerns with one of the staff members they act like they did not want to be bothered. I will not say never but will be hard pressed to stay at this location again.

The room was nicely arranged and accommodations were nice also, but the appliances were not as clean as could be nor was the bathtub.

I door think you should be charged $100 deposit when the room was only going to be used for a few hours due to a domestic disburance situation and trying to find a safe place to stay until you can get help.

The staff were very friendly. The room fit are needs so well. Having a full size frig and kitchen was a nice change from normal hotels.

This property is a small lower end hotel. The price explained that once I checked in. "too dog friendly" with unfriendly owners.

Desk staff was helpful, cheerful, responsive. I hope I remember her name right, but when my husband left his wedding ring on the nightstand, and we were too far away to come back and look for it, Taylor (?) rushed up to our room immediately, found it, called us, and sent it to us right away. We are so grateful. Like ALL hotels, it's short on hooks. Not enough for hand towels, bath towels, toiletry bags, etc. Kitchen was well stocked.

It is a little older building but very quiet.

Bathroom was clean but water wasn’t that hot and fixtures were not tight. One of the towel hooks was upside down which made it useless. My biggest complaint would be the pee stain on the sheets. It had intentionally been hidden and I only discovered it because I had to pull the entire duvet (which was tucked on the sides and bottom) off the bed and that’s when I saw it. I wouldn’t have been laying on it as it was on the bottom edge of the mattress but still. Housekeeping would have seen this when they were making the bed.

I had to leave in the middle of the night due to skin irritation from the sheets probably not being clean. The bathroom was were filthy with makeup and some yellow residue. My room phone wasn’t working either so I didn’t feel safe or easily connected with the front office.

Decent place to stay-very kind and helpful front desk. Really loved how the hotel is unpronounced as opposed to most hotels being so prominent. I appreciated the fact that it was more subdued and integral into the neighborhood, and was close to my sister’s home via simple neighborhood roads.

Prepare yourself! It’s a very noisy and bumpy ride and my stomach dropped everytime I got on it. Overall if you’re looking for something budget friendly this place isn’t terrible. Make sure to take the stairs!

Our first room smelled of cigarette smoke, so Charles changed our room in minutes. The Hotel is older, but overall very nice. Certainly don’t hold hotel responsible for the idiots that break the non smoking rules. The ONLY MAJOR complaint is the absolute ridiculous parking fee. (Which Charles waived) $5 a day to park at the hotel I paid to stay at ~just blows my mind…

Arrived to our hotel later than anticipated. The hotel looked a bit older and worn down. We were met by the most friendly and attentive clerk (my apologies as I can't remember his name). Our suite was opposite of the exterior and hallways..clean, spacious, well stocked. There were a few details (i.e bathroom floor tile has seen better days) but overall the experience was better than initially anticipated. We will definitely stay there again.

Charlie and Louis at the front desk were very nice and helpful. It was my first time in Plano and they gave great recommendations.

All night loud banging and stomping around. Dirty nasty dishes with food still on them in the kitchen cupboard. Ac kept flipping over to heat tape up on the lights im assuming to hold it in etc. Im not sure what pictures they used or what location but it is a complete misrepresentation of what you are actually staying in. For the cost of the room for each night and all the hasle ended up going and checking in to another hotel which was alot nicer for $30 cheaper and couldnt cancel because of all the nasty cancelation fees. We assure you that we will never ever consider again. Would rather sleep in the car. The staff that we did encounter very sweet and considerate. Im gonna be nice by saying this but they deserve a whole lot better establishment then where they are at. Their hospitality and kind hearts are probably the only thing keeping this place a float
