Checked in very late. Night staff was very helpful and pleasant. Bed comfortable. Early shuttle to airport. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend.

I witnessed the manager verbally abuse one of the workers there. The water to the building was shut off so I couldn't take a shower or flush the toilet at all. To top it off the lights were flickering and the outlet by the mirror wasn't working. It wasn't the gfci either incase anyone needed to know. Also traffic to get in was a nightmare plus having to pay for parking. Other than that the experience was fine. Really could have used a shower considering I paid for a room and amenities I wasn't able to use. I hope to get some money back for those huge inconveniences.

The staff members at front desk, Bistro/Bar and housekeeping were all wonderful. The Marriott hotel is being updated outside with the rooms scheduled in the future, which is needed. They had just switched to a new computer system which was causing delays for the front desk checking in/out customers. The message on a room refresh was never received or done by housekeeping. The system even crashed during a busy period in the Bistro. The employees tried their best getting tasks done, but it was very stressful for them. My husband and I used to stay at Marriott Courtyards for business before we retired. We were disappointed at the quality of toiletries and linens Courtyard now uses. Not the quality stay we were expecting for what we paid.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. The building appears to be under construction. Overall, the hotel was decent since we stayed just overnight.

I don't no whether it was my jeans or the fact I was older than my friend but they intruded on our conversation,made insulting remarks to both of us and tried to convey threats of violence to me. They were obviously drunk or something and I was never actually scared but I didn't enjoy not responding to their words. I acted like a grown up and i tried not to let it but it ruined my mood for the rest of my stay

The room was very clean, I had a nice dinner in the restaurant, and all of the staff was very friendly and helpful.

We had such a good time. We had to stay because we dropped off my mom for her flight out. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and it is so convenient close to the PDX airport. So we will definitely have to stay here.

I put a lot of people up at this Marriott location on a yearly basis ( I had not stayed there myself recently) an am likely to reconsider where I recommend.

Ashley was very helpful (front desk). Penne dinner was good.

Park your car there when you’re staying there. And then $100 for deposit each night. There is absolutely nothing in the room other than the tv that is worth $100.

Clean room, quiet, close to airport. Paying for parking was a surprise, must have missed that in the lisiting, but not an unreasonable amount.

The hotel property itself was nice, grounds were clean, and plenty of parking is available. Nightly parking fees are minimal but can rack up quite quickly on extended visits. Room was not available upon arrival. However, our luggage was tagged and held at the hotel so we could explore the area until our room was ready for check-in. The general area surrounding the hotel was very busy and seems to be a main point of entry, not just from downtown Portland but also from the Washington side along the Columbia River. Walking the area is possible but poses general risks due to the traffic -- Fitness center, restaurant, Starbucks, gift shop/ grocery store, and Business center are some of the amenities on site at the property. While we were glad the restaurant was on site, specifically, the Starbucks, hours of availability are limited. Please note that Expedia reports Starbucks being open 24 hours a day which is not accurate.... Unfortunately I'm somewhat of a coffee junkie so not having Java available 24/7 was a huge letdown. Our room was very spacious and clean. Amenities are available in the rooms including hair dyer, refrigerator, room, safe, shampoo/conditioner/ body wash, etc. coffee and tea are also provided in the rooms. Overall the property was nice.

We had a short overnight stay to catch our early flight in the morning. The drivers for the complimentary shuttles were friendly and on time. Receptionists were very friendly and helpful.

usually a great place to stay but travel companion got ill and we could not postpone our reservation and lost $300 - guess it is what it is but leaves a bad taste in one's mouth when you are not just cancelling but postponing and how did we know Stephanie was going to get too ill to travel across the Pacific to Hawaii?

My go to hotel everytime i stay in Pdx. Love the rooms and stuff. Especially the nice lady in the bar for morning breakfast.

The room, hallways, elevator etc. smells of old cigarette smoke. The room was so noisy from the road traffic, we couldn’t get any sleep.

Daily housekeeping isn’t provided was there a week and room only restocked with coffee every other day. Breakfast was made to order but not included with the room. Quite outside except for the planes flying overhead.

When I checked in, they said there would be a $50 incidental hold. But later I found out my card was actually charged $71. Upon checkout, I specifically asked for a breakdown — it showed a parking fee and a bottle of water that I never drank. This clearly shows poor attention to detail from the staff. I also requested an itemized receipt for the incidental charge, but they never provided it. It’s night now, the held amount had not been released. The whole process was frustratingly inefficient. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to others.

Easy access to the airport from the hotel. Nice room, but facing the road which was very noisy. The roof was being redone, but that didn't bother us as much as the traffic.

Hardly slept a wink. 5th floor, hearing the planes and trains all night. Plus the most uncomfortable pillows imaginable. I won't book a room there in the future.

Another great feature of this hotel is the full coffee shop (aka bistro). That was very nice. Just a few things to note: (1) the fan in the bathroom is a bit noisy. (2) I wish there was a light by the room's entrance that could be used as a night light (one of our family members does not like rooms that get pitch dark) - the other lights were too bright for that purpose.

Our room faced the street and it was loud, kept looking to see if the window was open, but it wasn't. Heard a woman during the middle of the night that sounded like it came from across the street, screaming for help. Had to get up early to catch our flight, so needless to say, didn't get much sleep.

I liked the proximity to the airport. Having two kids and a gf, the suite with one bedroom was exceptional. Thank you

Nice property. It is a little older, but taken care of. The food in the bar is actually good and the bar manager is excellent.

I liked everything, but its time to replace the TVs. Our tv was old, small and dark. TVs are relatively inexpensive and should be replaced.

Hotel checkin was ok, the hotel and room are dated but refurbished. My major issue was the sewer backup in the bathtub containing what appeared to be fecal matter, I woke up early am to this. I was given another room but nothing was done for the inconvenience or breathing in fecal matter in the air.

This will become one of my airport favorites! I love that they have a restaurants - while it’s not a huge menu, it has great options and is very tasty! If course, having free airport transportation and all at a good price makes it perfect in my book! The icing on the top was the huge comfy chair in the room.

1 of 2 elevator was out of commission so the wait was longer to get to our rooms and back. I wish they included free breakfast. But otherwise rooms were clean, everything worked fine. We walked over to the restaurant across the street for a nice dinner. 4.5/5 will stay again.

The traffic noise was almost unbearable. If you go here do not get a room across from Airport Way, the traffic does not stop all night long. Great hotel, just stay on the opposite side of the road.

The lobby and bistro are updated and clean. The room was ok, beds are comfortable but there was a distinct smell of potpourri in the room that felt like it was trying to hide a smoke smell. It was tolerable but not pleasant.

Close to airport and has on site Bistro. Bisrto was very busy and understaffed the first night. Many flight cancellations caused the hotel to be fully booked.
