Great location if going to concert at MaryMoor Park.
- 5/5
Very nice place to stay near the Redmond area! Recommend this place - loved the daily cookies treat - thank you to the staff.
- 3/5
Kids yelling and screaming. Running down halls. Splashing and jumping into the pool often with no adult supervision and long after closing time. Some of the staff did not understand english so we would have to find somebody that did. Front desk personnel were great. Breakfast was good although there seemed to be outsiders mooching food on the weekend.
- 5/5
This hotel is always our choice when we are in the area. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and the hotel is clean and welcoming. The breakfast buffet has a lot of choices, and there are coffee and hot tea available 24/7. Our dog feels welcome too!

Hampton Inn’s are always consistent, enjoy our stay. My husband brought his swim trunks to exercise in the pool, but unfortunately the pool did not look clean.

Perfect location for our stay, and location for needed services, shopping, eating, and entertainment. The staff were outstanding, friendly and extremely helpful. The included breakfast is always the best of anywhere we stay. Nothing not to like!

breakfast was great and the front staff were super nice and helpful. Avi helped me printed a lot of stuff!!
- 3.5/5
Provides Breakfast and the place is clean The bed mattress is too soft. The room sound proofing is not good enough as i can hear the voices of people talking from the room beside.
- 5/5
It good manager is so friendly I recommend this manager should be promoted for future training. All the other managers and here's a role model. And you should be promoted for I had a management experience. I'm so humble.

I liked Easter gifts.
- 3.5/5
Everything was okay and clean, but you can tell the hotel isn't very new. I guess it could be bit cheaper. I liked Easter gifts.

Friendly staff and office manager. He gave us a little Easter goodie bag upon arrival. Pool and tub was nice! Great breakfast options!

The staff were very good. We had a problem with the bathroom light when we got in and they fixed it right away. They took care of all of our questions and they do little things like change bills into quarters for the laundry machines and put out cookies for the guests in the late afternoon or early evening. The rooms were well appointed -- all the plugs and room lights and frig and microwave worked fine. For us, the location was great for getting to friends we were visiting and if you want to go to Redmond, it's 5 minutes away. Breakfast was good -- they tried to switch up the kinds of eggs and protein and they had the Inn's signature waffle maker (literally, the top of the waffles has a sign saying "Hampton"). The dining area was nicer than other hotels. The WiFi for us was a bit spotty. We kept having to reboot the computers to get it to work properly. Maybe it would have worked better with Microsoft and Android? It's an unsecured network anyway. The speed was fine, though.

- 5/5
breakfast was fine, I am gluten free so the options were limited but acceptable. In the bathroom the placement of the hand soap dispenser is a bit inconvenient; you need to reach at bit further than is comfortable, especially if you are short.
- 5/5
This place is very nice. Friendly staff fresh baked cookies for the guests, clean rooms haw stayed more than once here would definitely stay again and recommend
- 5/5
Welcoming and helpful staff, good breakfast, clean rooms
- 3/5
rooms are in ok condition, hallway rugs are loose, lost hot water for 2 days due to accident. breakfast very simple, nothing fancy.
- 5/5
The mini fridge needed defrosting and upgrade the tv channels
- 5/5
Great local overnight stay!
- 5/5
It’s a little difficult to get to, but going to Marymoore Park was a piece of cake
- 5/5
The staff was friendly and efficient. The hotel and room were welcoming, absolutely spotless and comfortable. Thank you!
- 5/5
clean room, nice staff, walkable stores
- 5/5
The staff is awesome (particularly Kevin at reception, but everyone else was great too)! Even though my stay was only for one night, it was a quiet and relaxing experience, which is exactly what I wanted! I definitely recommend staying here, I know I will certainly be back.
- 5/5
clean room, nice staff
- 3/5
Shower head was all messed up so not a good experience.
- 5/5
staff was courteous
- 5/5
Room was very clean and staff was very helpful. Hotel is in a nice area of Redmond - near stores like Target and Kohls. Breakfast was delicious.
- 5/5
Kevin at check in was fantastic! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Bed was super comfortable and four pillows each bed. Bathroom was super modern and shower was very spa like!
- 4/5
Great customer service!
- 5/5
The manager was very attentive and genuinely cared about customers
- 5/5
Clean, friendly, quiet. Near Marymoor Park.
- 1/5
Terrible experience ever. I stayed there for two nights. No one came to do cleaning for the next day, no changing towels at the bathroom, no dumping trash, no making the bed, nothing! The worst, I called the front desk after I came back from a business conference. I got no sorry or apology from anyone.
- 5/5
Friendly check-in, excellent dining area, wonderful hot tub and pool area, nice gym (my husband annoyed all the options in there), clean room, and plenty of towels provided.
- 5/5
We had a great stay, we'll stay again. Kudos to the staff, everyone is very friendly.
- 3/5
The room was ok, the sink was clogged, and I did get enough water.
- 5/5
I was impressed by the overall cleanliness of the lobby, breakfast area and most of all the room! I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
- 5/5
Lovely hotel, great bed!
- 5/5
Great staff, clean rooms, easy check in.
- 5/5
Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Wonderful breakfast every morning. Quiet rooms great for recharging during a busy trip. We will definitely stay here again!
- 5/5
Clean room, excellent staff, good location
- 5/5
Helpful staff and everything was very clean.
- 5/5
everything was awesome!
- 5/5
Room was clean and quiet and staff courteous but the toilet had a flush problem and we had to move across the hall to a noisier room on the traffic side, otherwise it was good.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect!!!
- 5/5
Clean room. Everything worked. Layout of shower control on opposite wall from shower head was a great touch.
- 5/5
Amazing facility. The room was beautiful and spacious. The manager was so kind and was knowledgeable about the area. And it was a decent breakfast
- 5/5
great place to stay
- 5/5
Great room, clean and tidy with good amenities
- 4/5
Room was large and clean. Facilities were good and breakfast was convenient and good.
- 2/5
Pool heating pump was not in operation. We chose this hotel for the only reason that we wanted to have some pool time. Highly disappointed. Breakfast was good though.
- 5/5
Great!
- 1/5
Pool was closed, hot tub was closed, fitness room was only open for 6 hours in the morning. No restaurant near by, no bar near by. No netflix, prime tv or any option besides 60 bad channels. We left and forfeited our money 30 mins after getting there.
- 4/5
good
- 5/5
Awesome hotel! Great location to Redmond, great breakfast, cookies every night at 6, fun free dinner nights on tuesdays with free beer. Great hotel and would def recommend to a friend.
- 5/5
The room was clean and updated. The breakfast was good and loved the no charge parking. It is not a walkable neighborhood. There are sidewalks but no neighborhoods. The hotel is in a business area with Home Depot, Target, etc close by.
- 5/5
Always a pleasure to stay at a Hampton Inn! Always clean, comfortable, great breakfast, nice staff and very friendly.
- 5/5
Easy to get to, good parking. Stores next door. Downtown close by.
- 5/5
Excellent choice
- 3/5
Breakfast was not as good or the wide variety we expected and hoped for.
- 2/5
Staff was very friendly. Room was mostly cleaned, but putting towels on a shelf 6-feet off the ground in an "accessible" room wasn't ideal. Room also had mold growing in spots on the shower and shower head. Shower water temperature never got above "warm". Lots of kids running around the halls yelling at 11pm. This place is not worth the Redmond price.
- 5/5
Excellent service
- 4/5
Room was clean, AC was okay, did not stay on. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was basic. There were no eggs at 8:30am. Made waffles and black coffee. I was hoping they would offer milk alternatives. Bananas were green.
- 5/5
Great hotel with accessibility-friendly rooms!
- 3/5
I really like this property. I've stayed here many times. I was very disappointed the last stay. My flight was cancelled and I was going to be a day late for my reservation, so I immediately called to cancel. Expedia tried to get me a refund, but the manager wouldn't allow it, so I was out $260. When I was on the property, the manager told me I was refunded for that night and Expedia was passing the buck. I asked for a print out of the refund, but he said he couldn't do it. They never refunded me. I'm in Redmond frequently and almost always use this hotel. I was disappointed that they couldn't refund me for a lost night that was lost beyond my control. Nice place though.
- 4/5
Otherwise, the rooms and services were nice and clean.
- 1/5
Ok
- 3/5
A place for professionals to sleep. Not quite for families, breakfast seems intentionally plain and repetitive, even for a continental breakfast. We stayed for 4 nights, and the cable TV had no signal in the entire hotel. You'll get nothing but a "SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE".
- 5/5
We always stay here when we come to town. It has everything we need to feel comfortable. It’s dog friendly and they serve warm cookies. What more could you want?
- 5/5
Loved the hotel. It was new, clean and the beds were very comfortable. The room we had very little natural light but otherwise we had no concerns. Also, they have EV chargers for your car which was super convenient.
- 5/5
Great location to stay for concerts at Marymoor!
- 2/5
The bed was uncomfortable and we kept being woken up by this loud whizzing sound. It was almost as if the elevator was going up and down. I texted the staff and they said it wasn't the elevator and would investigate the 3rd floor. I never heard back.
- 5/5
Would have enjoyed daily room service.
- 5/5
The assistant manager was extremely kind and helpful!
- 3/5
I had to chase down getting more TP and tissue and ask for towels when even though we were told they would service the room every other day and we stayed for 5 days. The bed never got made up except by us. The shower temp dial was hard to get to stay put. It was a mobility accessible room and the overhead nozzle didn't put out enough water if wanted that over the handheld nozzle.
- 4/5
We had a peasant stay. Staff was very nice. Rooms were adequate and just what we needed.
- 4/5
Great location...convenient..
- 5/5
Love to stay Hampton again and again as feel like home.
- 4/5
Clean room and bathroom. Comfortable space. Lobby and breakfast area is aesthetically clean, bright, nice.
- 5/5
good
- 3/5
The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. Stayed for 5 nights and didn’t receive housekeeping. Had to ask for new towels and a refresh. It was extremely loud. We could hear the people above us at all hours including when they showered.
- 2/5
Not with the money . There is no water in the room . Empty fridge . A bit short for a $300/night hotel .
- 4/5
It was nice but not a good spot for restaurants or ease of getting around. The roads in the area a little confusing for us.
- 5/5
Nice business hotel
- 5/5
Great location, safe and clean!
- 5/5
clean,quiet,free parking and free breakfast👍
- 4/5
They manage their hotel very clean. And hotel manager is very nice and kind.

- 5/5
Keela checked us in. Wonderful!
- 5/5
Awesome stay! Easy check-in, rooms clean and comfortable. Free breakfast always a plus! Pool was clean and great for the kids.
- 3/5
The bedding has a strange smell。we booked two rooms, has the same problem
- 5/5
Always a great stay here, our choice when in Redmond.
- 5/5
Great place. King Suite was very spacious! Loved how the toliet and shower were separate so one person could get ready at the sink.
- 5/5
Quite, clean, and convenient
- 5/5
Clean and quiet
- 4/5
Room cleaning is every other day
- 5/5
Everything
- 5/5
Comfortable Great price.
- 5/5
Quite clean rooms. Nice location
- 5/5
it's a good hotel
- 5/5
We needed a larger room and didn't think to book an accessible room for my special needs son. When we called the front desk the manager answered and was super accommodating and got us a room that fit our needs perfectly. We will definitely stay here again.
- 4/5
It was safe clean
- 5/5
Excellent hotel!!! I would highly recommend. The rooms were generously sized, as was the bathroom and shower. Well lit, lots of plugins, easy to access, eat and Target is in the same parking lot so sitting I forgot I was able to very easily obtain.
- 5/5
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
- 4/5
Arthur check us in and was amazing. Arthur provided excellent customer service for myself, kids and two family. Prior to checking in, I was standing in line while he got shouted at by a guest. He handled the situation professionally, calm and promised the angry customer to get back to them as soon as he has answers she was looking for. Additionally, we had the pool and hot tub all to ourselves for most of our stay! Thanks, we will be back!
- 5/5
Perfect place to stay while visiting this area for an event.
- 3/5
Everything was perfect besides the breakfast food being awful
- 5/5
I have stayed here several times over the years, and the staff is always very nice and helps you with anything you need.
- 4/5
Check in was not possible due to declined card of third party. Had to pay on my own. Not happy about this trip and the experience. Still waiting for my refund. Hotel was great but hotels.com was not good this time
- 5/5
It’s a nice hotel, close to the park where we plan to see Cirque du Soleil. Limited food options in walking distance. I price checked a second night on a app and found a significant cost savings (so if I were to do it again, I wouldn’t book in advance and pay the higher rate)
- 5/5
Good
- 4/5
Nice breakfast
- 5/5
Very nice property. Rooms are very clean and modern. Great beds.
- 3/5
My stay was for work taking an onsite leadership training course. 4 nights in room #128. The hotel was clean and updated. The staff is kind and helpful. Housekeeping is wonderful. Now for the cons…The closet is partially blocked by a wall! Having to reach around a wall to grab or put clothes away was strange. There were also 4 dogs barking all night the first 2 nights. Once one would start all would join. Lastly there is no onsite restaurant or bar. Ultimately, I would stay here again as an alternative.
- 5/5
A really nice hotel in a nice area in Redmond WA. Will stay there again when we come back to visit our son.
- 5/5
Everything like new with a food taste. Helpful stuff.
- 5/5
Close to venues and shopping
- 5/5
Front desk host was outstanding condition of room was outstanding also!
- 5/5
It was really nice stay! Thank you.
- 4/5
Fantastic location. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Greater water pressure in the shower. Pat was a delight at check in. However, there was NO syrup for waffles, yet a Target store was literally in the parking lot where they could have gotten syrup. They suggested to use honey. Nope. Then a homeless person was bathing in the guest restroom on the main level. Hmmmm. Odd to say the least. Maybe it's a Washington thing. No lids for the coffee but just looked at me with a blank stare when I asked for one.
- 3/5
staffs are friendly and helpful
- 4/5
Electric Vehicle chargers were all broken. This should have been noted prior to booking.
- 5/5
The breakfast was good. So nice to have an option of hot eggs, potatoes and sausage in addition to many other choices. The only downside was there was no brewed decaf coffee at breakfast so had to brew some back in the room. But we would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Comfortable hotel with great breakfast, swimming pool and convenient location. I would definitely stay here again!
- 4/5
It is good location for a quick place to stay. Cannot beat the parking!
- 4/5
Our room was clean and comfortable. We were at the very end of the hall and and it was very quiet. Surprised how long it took for hot water to come on.
- 5/5
Good staff and clean property!
- 4/5
Friendly staff. Clean room.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
Hotel was clean and in good condition. May have been recently remodeled. Staff was friendly and helpful. They seemed to be dealing well with a large group of teens in town for a soccer tournament. The only negative was that the room internet was down (but available in the lobby).
- 5/5
They were extremely polite and were quite hospitable.
- 1/5
A massive weather event left 650k people in the area without power the week before Thanksgiving. After four days without power and no ETA for return, my family booked a room for 3 nights to find warmth for the first time since losing power. I even remember saying I’ve never had a negative experience at a Hampton Inn. When checking in, the AM acknowledged that they were sheltering many families that had been displaced, understood we were in similar circumstances, and wished us luck with our power. The next morning, we were lucky to have power restored. We went to give the good news and cancel the reservation. On the way, we found dog excrement in the hallway and told the front desk (30 minutes later it was still there). We said our power was back, we’re checking out, and assumed a refund for the unused days. They informed us that we’d have to go through Expedia. Once home, Expedia said they would happily refund with the hotel’s permission. Unfortunately, Hampton refused. Even the general manager, who acknowledged the community impact and extenuating circumstances, refused any compensation. Hampton Inn‘s slogan is “Making you happy, makes us happy.” While businesses are not required to show empathy or basic human decency, the willingness to take advantage of people impacted by a natural disaster certainly doesn’t make us happy and demonstrates the true values of Hampton Inn.
- 5/5
I had my daughter's birthday party there and they were more than accommodating.
- 2/5
The pool and hot tub were out of service. And that was my main reason for coming. And I found someone's dirty sock under the curtain from the last stay before me...
- 5/5
Room is very clean
- 5/5
Great location and friendly staff
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
The only issue we had was, no one was at the desk when we checked out before 5 am
- 5/5
Hotel's good, friendly staff and in a very good location with easy access to lot of stores nearby.
- 5/5
(Only thing I miss is fruit smoothie ? There was real fruit juice as breakfast) Strongley recommanded!!
- 5/5
Helpful great staff!
- 4/5
Comfortable
- 4/5
Rooms conditions are descent and clean however there is a scope to be better by eliminating dusts from bathroom counter corners. Specious rooms and bathrooms. Shower heads needs repair. Overall breakfast was good and staff is very friendly and accommodative. Overall nice experience.
- 5/5
Great stay for family
- 4/5
Great location wasy to get to. Staff here are always fantastic!
- 4/5
Very convenient location yet quiet. The room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. Well maintained. The breakfast bar has a nice variety of cold and warm items include fresh fruits. I would definitely come back again.
- 4/5
Spa was disgusting
- 5/5
Very clean, and a good breakfast. This is a good place to stay in the Seattle area.
- 5/5
There was a little smell in the room
