Great location for walking downtown Redmond and surrounding park areas and trails. Lots of international travelers in the building and that alone provides a different level of smell and aroma throughout. Breakfast was nice and very diverse on most mornings, offering a good selection to meet the wide range of traveler tastes. Our in-room coffee maker did not work and maintenance never made it up to swap it out or fix it, meaning we had to go to the lobby for coffee. Unfortunately, after hours, they rely on a single serve coffee maker (Keurig style) that was most often out of water and only the desk attendant could refill the holding tank. Somewhat of a pain. We are planning a 30+ day stay later in the year and this facility may be in the running for our business but I have a few more to check out before returning for such a long stay.

Pleasant
- 4/5
Took a long time for hot water to get to my room to take a shower.
- 3/5
Everything was fine, I just suggest that guests ask beforehand if the pool is operational. Because I booked this hotel specifically for my children’s and for the pool and it wasn’t working
- 2.5/5
We’ve stayed at this hotel several times, mainly because of its convenient location close to Redmond town and just a short 5-minute walk to the Overground, which makes getting around very easy. However, our experiences haven’t been entirely smooth. On more than one occasion, including this recent stay, we were incorrectly charged a deposit. Although the refund was eventually processed, the process was unnecessarily time-consuming and required repeated follow-ups, took us nearly 3 weeks to receive the refund, which was frustrating. The property itself is decent but shows its age, especially inside the rooms. Some refurbishment work has been done, but overall it still feels quite dated. Aside from the location, there isn’t anything particularly standout about the hotel.

I have never eaten a breakfast like this in any Marriott. Great breakfast!! So many options! they even had vegetable rice.
- 5/5
The two bedroom suite was perfect for our family. The place was clean. Breakfast, which was included, was excellent.

The hotel smelled bad like they were trying to cover cigarettes The pull out bed was miserable
- 3.5/5
Good
- 5/5
Had to use a towel in bottom of tub to guard against slipping. Also two grab bars instead of the one would be nice
- 4/5
Suite was fine. Couldn’t find the thermostat in the rooms. The downstairs lobby hallway and eating area smelled of body odor. Really nice staff, breakfast offerings were good with very attentive staff. Just need to invest in some odor control in the common areas.
- 3/5
breakfast was not up to what it used to be
- 5/5
Great location. Walkable to downtown area. Food and shopping close by. Included Breakfast was A+++. Rooms are in great condition and gym has 4 treadmills. Only negative is the $14 a night parking fee.

Husband had a problem at check-in

Nice hotel, with a good location. Walkable to most places you need including coffee shops, supermarkets, shops, and restaurants. It had a good laundry, wifi worked well and it had a very good breakfast. It had a well stocked kitchen, which was very useful and quite unusual. Would recommend. N/A
- 2/5
They limit your AC and only comes on when you are there and they set the hours & temp so you can’t set it to your preferred temperature unless you like it hot.
- 4/5
I was really happy with the overall cleanliness of the hotel and the room as well as the amenities including complimentary breakfast and a nearly full kitchen. Unfortunately, for the entirety of my stay my room had an odd sewerage-y smell but it seemed unavoidable as it never dissipated.

Large room, comfy sofa.
- 3/5
Great rooms, but you need to change the air/heat. The motion detection for air just doesn’t work well. We roasted the nights we stayed. I usually choose Marriott chains, but will not choose this again for the climate control reason!
- 4/5
The staff helped with all of our questions.
- 3/5
The hotel smelled bad like they were trying to cover cigarettes The pull out bed was miserable
- 5/5
Very clean
- 4/5
Good location. We left some clothes in the closet and staff was able keep it for us in lost and found.
- 5/5
Near Redmond shopping mall.
- 3/5
Hotel was simple and clean, nothing really
- 4/5
Very good
- 5/5
Lots of space. Toilet had a continuous smell so we kept the door closed. Easy access to the baseball fields nearby and fun downtown.
- 5/5
Very friendly staff. Made me and my 2 year old feel like we were home.
- 5/5
Enjoyed my stay while on a business trip. Will return on personal time

Great value for money, centric, quiet
- 5/5
Had great service and help especially from a guy that dod a late shift Saturday night then back early sunday morning on june 7 at the front desk. Forget his name but he was exceptionally helpful
- 1/5
We ultimately moved rooms, which was fine. The night manager said oh yes, this is something that happens sometimes it’s a problem with our plumbing and our toilets. What!?
- 5/5
Excellent bed mattress and pillows

Wonderful location

Breakfast was good but not fantastic. Bathroom was very small and really cramped.

- 5/5
Friendly staff. Clean.
- 5/5
nice breakfast and good area.
- 5/5
Nice area and most of all, good breakfast. But when I ask for a box to pack my unfinished breakfast, I walk to the kitchen and the lady was not very polite and just say " no box. " But then I saw her very nice to a little girl. So, she was not nice to us at all.
- 5/5
Very convenient.
- 5/5
Property was what I expected from residence inn.
- 5/5
Awesome ! Great staff members ! Wonderful place for family and business gatherings.
- 4/5
Convenient and quiet.
- 3/5
Windows dirty, night manager at check in was pretty rude
- 5/5
It was a great stay. Customer service was great, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful! Room was clean, close to everything.
- 5/5
Location and room!
- 5/5
This is a very convenient and well run plac Ed to stay.
- 5/5
This was a nice, quiet area of Redmond. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a bit of a parking since we came back from a concert at 1 am, but the Front Desk just let us park in the front courtyard by the front door which was super convenient. The breakfast was good, and the breakfast area was nice and comfortable and inviting. Great stay!
- 2/5
In one week no change of sheets. Towels once
- 5/5
Nice large room, great breakfast options and nice pool area
- 3/5
No toiletries. Only towels for two guests and had to call for more (4 registered guests) as well as bedding for pull out. House keeping left cleaning supplies in the bathroom. Some positives included a room that was a good size and well equipped kitchen.
- 3/5
Food is below par, like a motel 6. Old slow elevator. Great location and room was clean but the sleeper sofa is just awful and had no blankets or sheets
- 5/5
Staff was extremely helpful, accommodating, and friendly. Breakfast was great! Room, lobby, pool, etc. was well maintained and clean.
- 3/5
Mattress in the sofa bed was dirty. There was some weird odor / smell in the room.
- 5/5
Residence Inn in Redmond is a well-kept, modern establishment for a stay of several days or more. The room we had was spacious & very clean. Bathroom facilities were clean & easy to access. Shower was great with liquid bath soap, shampoo & conditioner in pump stations. Even the view of the parking lot was fine due to the beautiful landscaping outside. Breakfast buffet was plentiful & well-stocked. Great walkinv areas directly outside near a large shopping area with many restaurants & retail.
- 5/5
The residence in Marriott Redmond is very well run with attentive and welcoming staff. They were very accommodating to my family and I. We will definitely return to this hotel as an option for our Seattle trips in the future.
- 4/5
The property was clean and nice. The parking has a daily fee though.
- 5/5
We enjoyed the heated pool which was a bonus for the kids
- 5/5
Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety of choices. The only thing I did like was the smell of the linens. Sheets and towels had an awful odor. I'd rather it had the Clorox bleach smell than the smell it had.sorry. i could have called for a linen change but I didn't want to seem like a difficult customer besides we were there for only two nights.
- 5/5
Nice 2 bedroom suite with a pullout. Breakfast was promptly over at 10am, could have used a bit more time.
- 3/5
Breakfast was very good.
- 3/5
Our spacious room was average but noise from outside made it difficult to sleep. Beds are comfy. Elevator was super slow. Breakfast was below average. Great location for restaurants and trails.
- 3/5
The business center didn't have much privacy. When dealing with an issue with their equipment, front desk personnel was not helpful and quite rude.
- 2/5
Man. For the amount they charge for the room, can’t they provide water bottles in the room? Unbelievable. Extracting money to the maximumth penny is the objective of those operating this hotel.
- 5/5
It would be better to mention that the pool was closed till May and that parking is not free in the residence.
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Gorgeous hotel and easy access to family who lived nearby.
- 2/5
Had to lean on the staff to clean the room, toilet, and change towels
- 3/5
Staff were pleasant but there was no indication the pool was closed before we checked in. Breakfast was great with lots of options. We didn’t get any sort of room cleaning service mid stay and the pullout was missing bedding. Otherwise, the beds were great and the area was nice and quiet.
- 5/5
We had a few major issues that were handled EXCELLENTLY! Rhe front desk staff and the Operations Manager would get an 11 out of 10 stars! Its too bad other companies don't believe in customer service. Bravo and keep up the great work!
- 3/5
We've stayed at a lot of hotels over the years and know that they generally come with surcharges or taxes that aren't exactly well advertised. The Marriot in Redmond really takes the cake in this regard. The $143 rate caught my eye, but it was $16 more if you wanted it fully refundable, or $159. Then we add 4 separate local taxes and a $14 parking charge. The end result is $143 turns into $183 per night, which probably would not have caught my attention. Where do the additional charges end?
- 4/5
Central location.
- 5/5
We liked the microwave and the room was beautiful It was very convenient.
- 5/5
The only complaint would be the slow elevator. We often took the stairs but we were on the sixth floor so we couldn’t always take it carrying heavy items. We were grateful for the secure parking.
- 5/5
Clean. Polite staff. Walking to needed areas.
- 3/5
No staff to be found
- 4/5
Carpet not very clean
- 5/5
Checks all the basic boxes for me!
- 5/5
Absolutly the beat location possible!!
- 5/5
Staff very helpful and pleasant, liked that there were gluten free options with breakfast, lots of amenities in hotel
- 5/5
Excellent experience besides they can improve on breakfast options..
- 4/5
It’s close enough to the Marrtymore amphitheater that you can walk to a concert
- 5/5
Easy to find, great outdoor spaces for dogs. Located in town.
- 5/5
The location is good and the service are very nice
- 4/5
It worked well for 5 of us The breakfast was good and service was great everyone was super helpful and nice My kids enjoyed the pool and it was a nice area to hang out Would have liked a hot tub Its about 20 minutes to get to downtown Seattle ( no traffic ) but with traffic on the Friday night it took an hour Rooms were clean beds were average
- 2/5
The other issue was the jackhammers down below our windows starting early in the morning and continuing on through the day.
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 4/5
property was nicely situated staff was friendly and helpful. very clean all around. only down side was food was terrible, stale and tasteless waffles, bagels not very fresh. went to starbucks after disappointing breakfast to up my spirits and feel more satisfied.
- 5/5
Perfect and relaxing
- 5/5
Safe area and nice employees
- 5/5
Good location. Some areas were under construction in the building but that will end soon. Staff was super polite
- 5/5
Good place.
- 1/5
Marriott is losing its customer centricity, it seems to be a global phenomenon. It has become a common observation. I have had better experiences with other hotel chains atleast in this year.
- 5/5
Everything was great, from the check-in to when we left. Only stayed one night but the room was clean and comfortable and no problems. Will definitely stay here again. Very close to nice restaurants and shopping.
- 1/5
Sadly there is nothing to like about this place..had to wait 15-20 min during checkin as there was nobody at reception to make matters worse there is no bell at reception. The staff couldn't care less when I pointed out house keeping never replaced my towels and some food which had left on kitchen table mysteriously vanished...room 620 has a constant drowning turbine like noise driving you insane!!!
- 5/5
Parking was easy and handy
- 5/5
Just love the sleek modern reset on this hotel which is just perfect for families and super walkable! We stay here when we are visiting our adult sons in Redmond and Bellevue who live in small local apartments - it's ideal for us all.
- 4/5
Had a comfortable stay!
- 5/5
Convenient location
- 5/5
Fantastic stay at the Residence Inn Redmond Town Center! Very clean, which is always my top concern. Plenty of outlets and usb charging ports, kitchen and appliances were in great shape and very clean, bathroom had a nice layout and bed was super comfy. It’s a great location being at the Town Center. Shopping, food, good coffee. Will definitely go again!
