Reviews
The Redmond Inn is generally well-liked for its cleanliness, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. Its location is also praised for being convenient and close to amenities. However, the breakfast is frequently criticized for being limited and lacking in options. Noise, either from other guests or construction, is another common complaint.

Very nice stay! We love staying here when attending concerts at Marymoor
- 5/5
I would definitely stay here again!! The staff was great the rooms were cozy and the lift breakfast was great
- 5/5
This place is excellent. Looks are deceiving from the outside. But the room, amenities, location, breakfast, and the staff are excellent.
- 4/5
Check was quick and easy. Kitchenette was great! Hotel staff was useful and nice. Automatic coffee dispenser was providing a small quantity than selected.
- 2/5
There was no hot tub they are lying and the pool was gross had lots of leaves in it when I tried to clean i out I got told not to use the pool which is one of the reasons I chose the hotel the receptionistseemed not happy with her job and didn't even give us a map of redmond 3/10 not staying again
- 4/5
There is a coffee machine that makes lattes and more in the lobby 24/7, that was awesome and continental breakfast in the morning. My only complaint was the bedding needs upgrading. It also had an odor, you can tell the sheets were washed but laying in bed you could smell the blanket (I took the comforter off and put a clean blanket I requested over the other one) but other than that it was a good stay. Rooms are a little outdated but overall nice and clean. It was a nice affordable option in the area.
- 4/5
Breakfast was great
- 4/5
Very nice room. Love the coffee machine in lobby. Very safe area.
- 3/5
Location and price Staff was inattentive
- 4/5
Very good
- 5/5
Good location and price. High carbo breakfast, but the price left lots of money for a breakfast elsewhere. Only a mild rebuke.
- 3/5
Dated hotel, showing its signs of age. Very noisy - our first floor room near the entrance had an approximately 2 inch gap at the bottom of the door where all of the noises from the hall could enter our room. There are arguably better options nearby, though cost more.
- 4/5
The staff were helpful and friendly! The rooms are nice sized. The microwave and fridge were convenient to use in the room. Good breakfast layout. Conveniently located.
- 5/5
As expected, always! I'll be back
- 5/5
Convenient to everything. Courteous staff. Professional and efficient. Room was spotless, large, quiet and comfortable. Water pressure was great, hot water was quick to to the faucet. Breakfast was great. Free coffee in the lobby was a special bonus. Overall, this place was fantastic.
- 5/5
Very friendly and helpful staff! The room was very clean and had everything we needed. There is plenty of free parking. Walking distance to stores including Whole Foods, Chipotle, and Peet’s Coffee & Tea. The breakfast was fine, but the hot choices are limited.
- 5/5
Great clean room. Perfect for those going to the Marymoor concerts.
- 5/5
Very quiet, restful. Comfortable, spacious room. Had to leave before trying breakfast. Staff was very kind and accommodating.

- 5/5
Amazingly helpful and friendly staff. Room was spotless and bed comfy. Good variety for breakfast.
- 5/5
A short stay that had everything I needed.
- 3/5
If you want to use hot tub it's under the maintenance. Gym is really small.
- 3.5/5
Near transit station Not really. Maybe no kettle in the room.
- 2/5
After turning on the heating the corner by the heater smelled of dog urine. The walls were very thin and conversations from the group of young girls next door were easily heard. After midnight I asked the group to quiet down as the sound carried through the wall and lock off door. Husband thought the bed was soft and lumpy. We went next door for breakfast as bread products or yogurt were the main options. The restaurant next door had amazing pancakes!
- 5/5
Our stay was perfect. Clean room and very friendly staff. Great value. Whole Foods market is 5 minutes walking distance and Family Pancake House (the hotel gives guests a discount coupon) is directly next door. We will definitely consider staying at the Redmond Inn again.
- 5/5
easy access to the downtown
- 3/5
Redmond Inn is in a very convenient location and despite being close to the freeway and a major road it is surprisingly quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the room was a good size. The included breakfast featured very good coffee (so important!) and the continental breakfast offerings were fairly standard. The waffles were OK. The housekeeping was minimal—they clean every other day, which is fine, but our second day was Sunday so we waited 3 days. When they came, I was disappointed to see the staff threw out my personal facial soap. In a friend’s neighboring room, the staff took the dirty laundry but didn’t replace it with clean, and also the bathroom outlet in her room didn’t work. All in all, it was an OK place to stay, just not terribly attentive.
- 5/5
Great value with nice staff.
- 4/5
The pool wasnt reqdy
- 3.5/5
Breakfast need to be improve as no change for 11 days there and sometime variety is very less/ Need to improve further
- 4/5
The location is ideal (easy access to train into the city and walkable to restaurants). Free on-site parking is a blessing. Staff was very cordial and welcoming. Hot beverage machine in the lobby for all-day cocoa and coffee drinks was a nice touch. Free breakfast. Fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in room. Noon check-out time! Breakfast ends at 9:00 which seems too early. Room is a bit dated. Could hear the footsteps of the person staying in room above me (but such is life).
- 5/5
Perfect place to stay
- 3/5
Room was so so. Breakfast mostly carbs. Noisy, right by freeway
- 5/5
Booked it since super convenient to concerts and bicycle events leaving from Mary Mawer Park. The art theme throughout the property was bicycles, which wasn’t encouraging sign. Self serve breakfast bar, and coffee machine available in the lobby.
- 5/5
I had zero problems with checking in and out. Staff was very pleasant and easy to work with. Great location, was very quiet.
- 5/5
Cleanliness Property is a bit old
- 5/5

- 2/5
Pool was not functional. Room was stuffy and put off terrible smell when the heat came on.
- 5/5
no complaints
- 5/5
Location, friendly and helpful staff! Being next to the light rail was a bonus! no complaints
- 4/5
Breakfast could be improved. More fruit choices. Better pastries.
- 4/5
Nice hotel, not super great but not bad either. The rooms were basic, nothing to gawk about but not horrible, service was great, but the hotel was just slightly above average. The pool was dirty and not available for use, and the breakfast was a disappointment. No sausage, no eggs, no bacon, just a waffle maker and some fruits. I gave the hotel 4 stars because of the breakfast and pool, but if it were based solely on the service, it would have been a 5 out of 5!
- 1/5
Worn down. Paper thin walls. Guests smoke right at the main entrance
- 1/5
Was not given a room until 5.30 and had to wait until 5 though check in time was 3 and the staff made me wait for two and half hours and kept saying the rooms are not ready and it’s 15 more mins of wait
- 3/5
Not sure how so many good reviews, we must have had a bad room. Our AC had leaked into a 12 ft wide circle into the carpet and our bed was by far one of the worst we’ve ever slept in. There were literally 12 in drops down on both sides of our king where people had slept. I reported both to front office but they pretty much blew me off. Lucky we were exhausted and it was a quick overnight.
- 5/5
Great!
- 5/5
great staff and cont breaky
- 5/5
Clean, easy to find, less than 10 minutes from MaryMoore park! The free breakfast was yummy! The counter staff & housekeeping was super nice & helpful. It was nice to have a full restaurant in the parking lot (the discount for staying here helped too Nothing

Hot tub out of service, pool not open, continental breakfast

Staff friendly and helpful. Room very clean
- 3/5
The hot tub wasn't working and the pool hasn't been cleaned
- 3/5
Staff is great, everything is a bit old but clean.
- 4.5/5
Near Marymoor Village train station. One stop from Downtown Redmond. Also near to trails which I enjoyed the walk. Very simple breakfast. Can make your own waffles. There is a microware machine in the room to warm up food. Also a coffee machine but no coffee provided. Thin wall which you can hear the talking from next room. House keeping may not be everyday if you leave your room in the late morning. Swimming pool and indoor pool are not opened. No kettle in the room to boil water.
- 4/5
Good value for the money.
- 4/5
Everything clean in hotel, aged but clean. Breakfast is carbs, waffles, bagels, muffins, toast. Yogurt and milk available with sealed eggs. Coffee good and has espresso, latte ,plain push button dispenser 24/7
- 5/5
Great staff
- 2.5/5
Staff were fantastic! Coffee and hot cocoa machine in lobby. It’s in desperate need of updating, we had ants in our first room. Got moved to a new room- no ants.

It was great!
- 4/5
Hot tub inoperable. Breakfast is carbs only
- 4/5
Hot tub inop, noisy
- 5/5
Outstanding value, clean, comfortable, perfect location near the 520 freeway
- 4/5
Clean room, breakfast good, staff nice.
- 5/5
Always friendly, and reasonably priced
- 1/5
The sound proof in the building is terrible. We could hear everything other people were talking behind the wall. Foot steps, door slammed, furniture moving. Pool was closed, breakfast didn’t have any protein options. I would not recommend this hotel.
- 3/5
Continental breakfast is just waffles and bread but they give a 15% discount at the breakfast place next door. Things are not very sound proofed either. Could hear a snorer a couple doors down and if youre using the restroom. Everyone knows. However Mary at the front desk was 10/10 hospitality. No problems with interacting with staff. The rooms were very well cleaned and it was over all a pleasant experience
- 5/5
Very good customer service the guest service agent was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean an presentable. And the price for the room affordable.
- 3/5
Other than the tv not working for my entire stay, it was clean and the staff were super friendly.
- 4/5
Clean, easy, no fuss hotel for few nights stay. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean with necessary amenities. Very close to the main road so was a bit nosy. Breakfast was a typical continental spread of staple breakfast items including fresh fruits, yogurt, milk etc. Ample parking spots available. Felt a safe family friendly hotel.
- 5/5
Room was clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was nice and there was plenty of parking.
- 5/5
Loved the coffee machine in the lobby! Rooms are clean and comfortable.
- 3/5
The breakfast is very limited
- 5/5
Nice
- 4/5
Great hotels located centrally in Redmond town. Easy access to nearby Whole Foods
- 3/5
There was ants on the counter in the room.
- 3/5
I belive its time for a facelift. The location is great
- 5/5
Has a microwave in the room to heat up food. TV was very helpful with having a toddler with me! The room had everything I needed for my stay there and the staff were helpful and friendly. The to go breakfast is a plus!
- 5/5
好
- 3/5
The price was good and the room was nice. I was on the second floor in the main building right across from the ice machine. I would’ve thought the ice machine was noisy, but it wasn’t. It was the upstairs room. The room directly above me had creaking floors. It seemed like the person up there never stopped moving. That’s the only bad thing I could say is that I did not get a good nights sleep. So don’t stay on floor two in the main building where you check in across from the ice machines. If there’s somebody above you, you won’t get a nice sleep. Other than that, I’m sure all everybody else had a good night sleep and I can’t say anything bad about the place.

Great stay! Great complimentary breakfast too!
- 5/5
Very comfortable stay
- 4/5
It was clean and cozy and served its purpose…not fancy..the breakfast was typical…the bed could use some improvement; not the greatest. Overall it is a 3-star property.
- 5/5
Great for the price we stayed. Just what we needed. Right next to the train station which was an amazing bonus. Didn’t even need to drive we just walked straight over!
- 5/5
Clean rooms, great staff, perfect breakfast, all was great 👍 had an excellent stay.
- 5/5
Excellent place
- 5/5
Everything about this stay was amazing! Free parking, room was very clean and quiet, no odors, the elevator helped because I was on the 3rd floor. Free breakfast had Belgian waffles, hard eggs, yogurt, bagels, milk, oj and coffee. Cereal, oatmeal, etc. I didn't get to visit the hot tub but had a nice relaxing soak in the tub in my room. Lots of business professionals due to everyone practically works for Microsoft here. Carpets were a bit dingy. But minus that, I will definitely be back! I would recommend staying here to anyone!
- 4/5
The floor of the room wasn’t vacuumed, there were nail clippings all over the floor in front of the desk.
- 3/5
The tub drained very slowly and the shower faucet was close to falling off. At breakfast, the limited selections were "out" and not all were replaced.
- 5/5
The hotel was really nice and comfortable. We did not need the extra-long pillow on the bed that was provided. This was the first hotel that allowed check-out at 12 pm. I thought that was so awesome, but our flight was early in the morning, so we had to leave by 3 am. We did not do breakfast, but would have liked to.
- 4/5
The gym is small but treadmill works (elliptical has been broken for a couple years now - ive stayed here before. Staff is nice. Place is old. Saw a woodpecker eating the side of it. Great area. The sounds of the room above me, the super slow elevator, no sheer curtain for my window so no light in room unless i wanna feel like no privacy kinda sucked, wished it had internet tv but does have cable, microwave n fridge are so nice to have. Hard to rate. Good area but i had the loudest walkers over my head floor above at 5 AM and a farting burping coughing man in the room next door seemed like my whole stay (i was there a week) i could hear him at 5-6AM as well… horrible …
- 2/5
Toilet seat was broken and slid around, but mainly, the traffic noise was horrible. Sheets were scratchy.
- 5/5
Great room. Easy parking. Very clean .
- 5/5
Breakfast was goid hot tub clised for repairs
- 5/5
This place is much nicer in person, clean, nice helpful staff, very quiet and peaceful. Superior rooms are very spacious and have kitchenette with mini fridge and microwave and USB and regular outlets next to bed. Great for business travel, safe convenient location. Onsite parking is free and seemed to be safe. Highly recommend!
- 4/5
I’m not a big fan of Keurig coffee makers. (And no directions!) There is also a coffee dispenser with options, syrups, etc. in the lobby. Our preference was brewed coffee in the breakfast room was okay.
- 5/5
Wonder stay! Room was clean and comfortable. Will stay there again!
- 5/5
Fab location close to downtown, 3 min walk to the metro for Bellevue etc. Staff are great, beds comfy and there's even nice coffee 24/7 in reception. Pancake house over the road is great for breakfast too
- 5/5
Clean room and excellent cleaning staff. Super friendly!! We needed and extra blanket and towels and received in minutes.
- 5/5
Great experience 👍
- 5/5
Very clean room, my peeves are quantity and quality of towels, and enough trash baskets/ both exceeded expectations
- 3/5
There were a lot of ants around the sink area and the washroom door frame.
- 5/5
Great location and pricing.
- 4/5
Breakfast is out of some items . Can’t find the staff to refill Hotel Carpet needs to clean . We go there few times a year.
- 1/5
When I arrived, despite calling ahead to say I would be arriving late, the front desk had cancelled my reservation. I learned this when I arrived. Then they told me they were full, they couldn’t reimburse my two nights, and I would have to argue with Expedia because it was a non refundable reservation. And didn’t offer me any sort of comp. I had to find another hotel, at a last minute exorbitant price, despite already paying for 2 nights here.
- 3/5
The curtains in the room were so old and torn in several places. The carpet in the room needs to be replaced.
- 5/5
Room was great. I had a broken coffee maker that they promptly replaced with no fuss. Staff is very friendly and on top of things.
- 5/5
Front desk is polite and helpful everytime I stay here. Room is nice and I get a great night sleep.
- 4/5
Family friendly
- 4/5
Central to everything
- 4/5
It was a great stay
- 5/5
Room sparkling clean.
- 3/5
Location very convenient.
- 5/5
There was also small business center with a computer and printer. The walls between the rooms were a bit thin, and I could hear people letting their doors slam, so consider earplugs. I felt safe and comfortable. I also loved the citrus soaps they stick for guests.
- 4/5
We enjoyed the hotel and breakfast. We picked this hotel because it had a hot tub. Unfortunately when we got there it was under going maintenance :(
- 5/5
I WFH but needed a place to stay last minute when coming in this week to my office. It worked perfectly, was the right price, and you get 15% off at the next door restaurant. Breakfast was a little spartan and focused on carbs with almost no protein available, but I made due with hard boiled eggs. The location is a bit road-noisy due to its proximity to the very busy Redmond Way, but I sleep better that way so it was fine. Hot water available always. Lots of stuff for food and shopping nearby.
- 4/5
Snacks and beverage selection very good. Staff were very nice, quick and efficient. Wonderful at sharing information not only about the Inn but also about the area. Appreciated!!
- 5/5
Clean and quiet room at a reasonable price. Breakfast included
- 4/5
TV very old.
- 5/5
Lovely room for 2 nights. Walkable to Whole Foods. Close to where we needed to be.
- 5/5
Very clean and spacious room!!
- 3/5
All good except LOTS of noise from floor above! Like a heard of cattle!
- 4/5
The breakfast room was a disappointment for someone who can’t eat gluten. There was hardly anything I could eat, just a hard boiled egg and an orange. No bacon, no eggs, no plain yogurt with nuts and fruits to put on it. Fortunately the restaurant next door had everything.
- 4/5
The place was amazing! The service was great and everyone was super friendly and nice! Thanks for the excellent experience and the breakfast was awesome as well! Super nice and great waffles - making waffles for the first time was really fun! :D
- 5/5
Loved my stay here with my husband. Safe location, nice breakfast and a clean room! Honestly all we needed for our stay. Will stay here again if ever in the area.
- 4/5
Staff was friendly and helpful, our room was clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was a bit disappointing - not many hot choices.
- 5/5
Room was very clean. All staff were so kind and helpful. I’ve stayed here many times and will continue to use Redmond Inn each time I visit Redmond.
- 5/5
Excellent customer service and good breakfast options
- 5/5
Clean rooms
- 4/5
It’s a good place I like it !
- 5/5
This good hotel
- 5/5
This is good hotel
- 2/5
Room smelled, TV scrolling (Xfinity) would freeze. I had to unplug/plug Xfinity cable from wall various times throughout the stay. Shower was semi-plugged up.
- 2/5
Don’t expect much on the Best regards,
- 4/5
Definitely dated
- 4/5
Very clean. Bed comfortable. Building is older so hear lots of creaky floorboards when people move around upstairs. Carpets and furniture older but clean. Breakfast pretty minimal but they have a great coffeemaker machine in the lobby.
- 5/5
Super clean, great price, good location
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable.. friendly staff
- 5/5
The font desk lady
- 4/5
A great place for the price
- 5/5
Great staff. Nice rooms.
- 5/5
It’s not the most modern hotel and yes it shows, things are dated. But it’s clean, has a homey feel to it and everything works, cable tv is there, wifi has decent speed and the pancake house nearby makes up for the lack of breakfast options. And then there’s the price - can’t beat that! Overall it’s a great place considering the price point
- 4/5
The desk staff was wonderful, the breakfast was standard (no meat though). Only real problem was the loud heater, which blasted me with cold air in the middle of the night every time it came on.
- 5/5
clean
- 2/5
They had ants and bug problem.
- 4/5
Improvements would be having water available in the lobby and keeping breakfast available later than 9:30am
- 5/5
Speedy efficient check in with Mary
- 5/5
Staff went above and beyond in their kindness. Also, staff were helpful and efficient. The room was clean and beds soft enough to sleep well. Our thanks to such kind, helpful, and professional people.
- 3/5
Room and staff were decent but my biggest gripe was both my partner and I didn't get any hot water for our showers. The hottest it got was lukewarm before turning cold midway thru.
- 3/5
The hotel is old and shows its age but the room was clean
- 4/5
Everything very good!
- 4/5
The spa is luke warm. Otherwise it was fine. The staff is excellent. Pleasant. Helpful. Must be good management too.
- 5/5
Stayed to visit my customer in Redmond. Great budget hotel in good location, very clean and comfortable. Definitely recommended.
- 3/5
The room was okay. The beds were not comfortable. If you accidentally forget your key when you walk out at night, you better hope you can call someone because you are completely locked out of the hotel until they decide to open the doors around 6:30 even though the sign says 6 and someone is looking at you at the counter. Service was okay at check in. It wasn't very clean outside. Garbage was overflowing. The place had a funny smell.
- 5/5
Servicio excelente departe de todo el personal de recepción tanto en el día como en la noche .
- 4/5
The reviews for this place were good and then the rates i had to give it a try. The room was clean. The staff very friendly. The breakfast was good. I will definitely be back
- 5/5
Clean, comfortable, spacious
- 5/5
So comfortable and pretty clean room and close to everything
- 5/5
The front office staff and housekeeping staff were all, extremely helpful and went and went above & beyond to comfortably accommodate.
- 4/5
Property and room were clean. Outdated decor but can’t complain for what a good deal it was. Bed was comfy.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, loved rhe coffee machine. Room was quiet and bed was very comfortable
- 4/5
Dark room, remote did not work, tub was dinged up but clean. I bascially only slept and used the toilet and sink. Check in was fine. I did not eat breakfast. Okay for the price.
- 3/5
I didn’t care for the fan in the bathroom being constantly on, should be able to turn that off. The room is ok for 1 or 2 night's, I wouldn't want to book any longer. They should put an actual blanket or comforter on the beds, not an oversized dog pad! The location of this hotel is very noisy.
- 3/5
The front desk clerk told my husband to take a bath when he complained about needing the hot tub for his back. Tubs aren’t super accessible when you’re over 6 feet tall with a sore back. The room smelled like air freshener which is horrible for your health. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean. The bathroom did not have an exhaust fan but had plenty of hot water. It had a small kitchenette which I used to make more morning gf, egg free, dairy free smoothie. The road noise isn’t great. They need another warmer blanket on the bed. I slept in flannel pjs and still got cold. Had to turn the thermostat up to 70* which typically at home I run at 65. The bed springs are noticeable in the mattress and they make noise when you roll over. The plug ins for phones cannot power anything else or they short out and stop working. I tried using my Ninja Bullet there and it wouldn’t work. Some semi sheer curtains at the windows for under the heavy ones would allow more natural light into the room while blocking views inside during the day. It was all or nothing.
- 5/5
The room was cleaned, the bed was comfy, the shower has strong pressure, and the staff are very helpful. Overall, great stay with great value.
- 5/5
Great staff
- 5/5
Best reasonably priced room in Redmond and probably the whole seattle
- 5/5
Amenities
- 5/5

- 5/5
I liked the stay and the staff also was very welcoming
- 2/5
It an old looking hotel, a lot of noise early morning and horrible breakfast menu.
- 3/5
Also, suspicious of human sex trafficking because of stranger traffic during the day. Hopefully law enforcement can investigate.
- 5/5
The staff member at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and my kid loved the breakfast waffles! Good value for money.
- 4/5
Nice & quiet stay.
- 5/5
Room was good abd staff friendly
- 5/5
Breakfast was do it yourself waffles. Easy peasy and hot
- 5/5
Everything, kind, awesome atmosphere. Quiet.
- 4/5
Great
- 5/5
Good location and spacious room and very clean.
- 4/5
Noticed noise hair/hair follicles behind pillows on the bed in every room we had. Booked multiple stays here. Seems intentionally planted to be honest. That is the only complaint I have.
- 4/5
Housekeeping could be improved.
- 5/5
I love this hotel. It's close to downtown Redmond. It's close to restaurants and grocery stores that I can walk to which is very convenient for myself since I disabled. I do have a service animal and they're so accommodating to his needs. The staff are so friendly and very helpful. When I did have an issue we were able to work it out respectfully. Also, they have a shuttle that gives you a ride wherever you need to go within 5 miles. Which is great.
- 5/5
The property offers well-considered amenities, such as in-room safes, complimentary printing and breakfast, and fitness facilities. The pricing is quite competitive.
- 4/5
Clean and friendly
- 5/5
Very nice!!!
- 5/5
Clean room, nice staff, quiet location. Zero complaints.
- 4/5
Clean room..
- 5/5
For the very reasonable daily rate, their breakfast exceeded many of the pricier chains. Excellent coffee and bagels.
- 5/5
Everything
- 2/5
answer me talk to me and then hang up on me. That was rude.
- 5/5
The room was clean. The staff was excellent. No issues
- 4/5
clean and spacious room
- 5/5
Great stay for the price
- 5/5
The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Our room was very clean and well equipped with refrigerator, microwave and Keurig coffee maker. The bed was firm but comfortable. The only negative was in relation to the secondary security swinging door lock. It’s only screwed to the door frame trim and not into the frame. It flexes out of position and does not stop the door from being opened.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, free parking, close to everything!
- 5/5
Customer service is good
- 5/5
This was a great place to stay in Redmond. We had stayed at this inn a few years ago and thought it was absolutely awful. When we heard it was under new ownership we decided to give it another try. We were VERY pleased.
- 1/5
Too much noises from the top room and under room made by someone in early morning and deep night.
- 4/5
Staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome. Good value for the money. Very busy intersection, made it a little challenging getting in and out of parking lot.
- 4/5
Clean quiet updated
- 5/5
The room was spotless and the staff was friendly.Nice Continental breakfast with waffle maker!
- 5/5
Love it.. i can't wait to stay there again...
- 3/5
Make sure the TVs are working properly before assigning a guest to that room. I had to switch rooms which was very inconvenient and difficult after I had all of my belongings unpacked.
- 2/5
During check in Although I was charged earlier in the day
- 5/5
Loved my room with all is amenities.
- 3/5
Bed was uncomfortable, I could hear the people above me and beside me, elevators and the door slamming. It was a noisy stay. Coffee was decent and staff were friendly but I will not be booking a room here again.
- 5/5
Very convenient. Very quiet. Great parking. Excellent value.
- 4/5
The stay was good. Clean. Comfortable. Good location.
- 4/5
Sound does carry from surrounding rooms, so if you have a child who startles/awakes easy, that might be a downfall.
- 5/5
Good place
- 3/5
Great staff! Great lobby coffee machine! This hotel was booked because of the hot tub amenity. I asked one staff member where the hot tub was located and he indicated he wasn't aware of one. The staff member at the front desk indicated it was waiting for a part. Please update the listing accordingly if this amenity remains unavailable.
- 1/5
Wrong key. Didn’t find original reservation. Charged us a second time at double the rate. Super confusing and unhelpful.
- 4/5
Friendly staff and complimentary coffee and cocoa. Breakfast is short and limited, several items were out and staff just standing around talking amongst themselves. They did replenish item upon request. There were several loose hairs found on the bed.
- 5/5
Great place to spend a few nights.
- 4/5
Friendly staff
- 4/5
Great staff, clean room, great parking. Breakfast ok, there was nothing hot like eggs, bacon.
- 4/5
Good all around
- 5/5
Room was very clean, staff was amazing! Mary and Celine were so nice - they were so welcoming and Mary has the best smile! This hotel is so so fortunate to have Mary at the front desk - she’s so helpful and just makes you feel at home. Thank you Mary!
- 3/5
Old and very worn furniture. Poor breakfast, not a comfortable bed. Will not stay there again
- 4/5
Friendly staff
- 5/5
Really appreciate the peaceful quiet. My stay was slightly marred by someone holing my car's gas tank while I was checking out, but the stay itself was lovely, as was the staff, particularly Mary at the Front Desk
- 5/5
Suggestion: Add a second trash can to the room or replace with a bigger size. The only down-side was something the hotel can't control...garbage pickup by the city at 5:30am (and loud).
- 5/5
Room was spotless clean, staff were friendly and warm. Amenities are good. Breakfast was great too. I enjoyed my stay.
- 1/5
Suspicious people in the parking lot

Great stay! Clean rooms and close to proximity to a lot places.

- 5/5
Clean room. Staff friendly.
- 3/5
The room was clean but felt dated, with a mild musty odor, it could use some renovation or fresh air.
- 3/5
The room facilities are old.
- 3/5
Room smelt bit weird. Too noisy.
- 4/5
Clean room. Excellent hot tub (actually hot). Helpful staff. Great location.
- 5/5
I love staying at the Redmond inn when visiting. The staff is amazing and facilities are clean with free breakfast.
- 4/5
Shower wall and tub had soap scum left behind. The window was drafty when closed, wind was able to move the curtains. The cost to drink the bottled water provided in the room 2.00 was ridiculous. Also no information directory on table. Besides what rhe front desk told us, it woud have been nice to review what amenities were ,available, any near by resturants, besides the pancake house, and our key stopped working.
- 5/5
This place just gets it. Friendly, affordable, consistent. Always enjoy the stay.
- 4/5
Adequate for a short stay. Comfortable bed. Carpets in public areas heavily stained. Breakfast poor, no fresh hot option.
- 5/5
Me and my wife stayed at this property several times!!!
- 5/5
large room
- 1/5
I don't know if it's Halloween season but the lady who did our check in was very creepy. Overall it was a ugly experience, a night without sleeping due to excessive noise from the floor above.
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and spacious. Area itself felt pretty safe. They had a 24-hr coffee station which was a nice touch. They did serve breakfast, but it was mediocre in my opinion. No eggs or protein, only waffles and bagels. Otherwise great stay!
- 4/5
The room was so clean! The staff was very friendly. I wish the breakfast had healthier condiment options that don't include big fructose corn syrup as an ingredient. They could achieve this with maple syrup for the waffle and real jams and jellies. Maybe they could create a partnership with a local producer and offer it with breakfast plus have it for sale. Something quaint like that would fit this hotel very well and could generate a little extra revenue and lots of charm.
- 4/5
While visiting our son in Redmond this hotel ticked all the boxes for our visit. It was clean tidy quiet and near all the amenities.
- 4/5
Excellent room service
- 5/5
good
- 5/5
Reasonable price, safe, clean
- 5/5
Both were excellent
- 5/5
A quiet, clean room. Second, deep sink for food prep is very handy. Would stay again
- 3/5
Bed and pillows were comfortable. Quiet. Good water pressure. Extremely dated. Rugs old and were not clean. Hard to find in the dark. Definitely not worthy of the high ratings I saw before booking.
- 4/5
It was good
- 5/5
Good value for money
- 4/5
Safe and plenty of parking
- 4/5
Our room was on the first floor by the entrance door, vending machines and house keeping which was noisy.
- 5/5
Older but very well maintained.
- 3/5
Breakfast was just bagels and diy waffles... facility was kinda dingy, room was clean. Staff was polite. Convenient area for conference I was attending at MS hq. Price is about right for what you pay for.
- 3/5
Ok
- 3/5
Also they changed us more than our reservation was, and I’m waiting to be refunded. The breakfast is very simple considering other hotels we booked.
- 3/5
Basic and mediocre hotel with no frills. The included breakfast was a joke, consisting of just a sad selection of apples, yogurt and bread. They advertise a gym, which is an even bigger joke. 3 pieces of equipment in a closet, elliptical damaged. Better just to sleep here only and walk the convenient paths to exercise and get real breakfast.
- 5/5
Nice staff and clean rooms. You can hear your neighbors next door if they talk loudly. So I had a rain machine to lessen the sounds.
- 4/5
Parking is safe. Overall is good.
- 5/5
Rooms were nice but walls were thin. Could hear more than I wanted! Won’t stop me from using this hotel again.
- 4/5
Business
- 5/5
Nice clean and well appointed rooms.
- 5/5
Convenient
- 5/5
The room was very quiet and had great nights sleep. Was close to transportation into Seattle. Had both shopping and places to eat within walking distance.
- 5/5
Hot tub was amazing
- 5/5
Clean facility with nice staff.
- 5/5
The hotel was great. The staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was just ok. No hot food except for oatmeal and waffles, which you had to make yourself. I ate bagels with cream cheese and yogurt. They also had hard-boiled eggs in a plastic, two-pack, bananas, and apples.
- 5/5
The staff was super friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast had plenty of yummy options. The property is nicely spread out, and we didn’t use the pool but heard lots of people playing in it so it’s probably nice. The only issue we had was that the Keurig in our room was broken, but thankfully they had coffee in the breakfast lounge.
- 3/5
Sink drained very poorly. All around not very clean. Linens poor quality.
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
Nice stay for the price, but you are getting what you pay for. The area felt safe and it was fun visiting the pancake house next door. On our first night we stayed on the ground level. The highway sound and stomping from above all night was so loud that we barely slept. We asked to move upstairs on the second night and it was much better. I highly recommended you request a top floor room when arriving. Breakfast was okay. They close promptly so don’t be late! Staff was nice and helpful. The hotel was clean but very old and dated. Overall, we were happy to have a safe place to stay on a budget.
- 4/5
The room was a nice size and while the decor may be a little dated, I slept well, the parking and breakfast is free, and there was plenty of outlets to charge my gear. Most affordable place to stay when going to events at Marymoor or Remlinger in the Redmond area.
- 3/5
The staff is very nice and accommodating. Room was clean. The motel can use some updates to the rooms and bathrooms. The road noise was bad - Redmond has a lot of traffic and rectic/racing drivers.
- 5/5
We appreciated the cleanliness of the facility and the friendly staff.
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable
- 3/5
The elevetar was broken. A lot of stuff were outdated
- 5/5
Staff was very responsive and free breakfast was good selection
- 4/5
Overall, the hotel is very clean. There were a few issues getting our room cleaned every other day as they posted on a notice in our room. Once I requested it be cleaned they did it right away and did a good job, They did say they were short staffed but I think if they can only manage a once every 3 day service they should tell you up front and on the off days should at least empty your garbage and supply towels. The hotel is a bit shabby chic and bathrooms need upgrading but the mattresses and pillows were good so that made up for a lot.its very convenient to literally everywhere. For the price, location and all around cleanliness and comfort Id recommend it if you’re looking for a budget friendly option.

Cleanliness Issues – Throughout our stay, there were beer cans left in the stairwells and hallways. It looked like someone had intentionally placed them there. The real concern is that the cleaning crew never noticed or removed them—they remained there for all three days of our visit.
- 4/5
Older hotel, not very well managed. Reasonably priced for the area. Convenient location.
- 3/5
Comfortable bed, clean rooms, breakfast was limited with mediocre coffee. We were on the 3rd floor and the elevator was out of service from Friday evening until we left on Sunday… fortunately it broke after we got settled into our room.
- 5/5
Great location for Redmond personal shopping and business.
- 5/5

- 5/5

- 5/5
Fair price for a very nice room and property
- 5/5
We stayed two nights and it was terrific. Whole Foods was perfect to grab snacks, close restaurants for dinner and breakfast, walking trail to take a walk after a long day of travel. Tried to use the pool, but brrr, it was cold. Used the hot tub instead. It was a little inconvenient to have the hot tub and pool in different places, but it’s all good. Breakfast was great-hot coffee and waffles, what could be better?! Easy to get to, close to lots of activities, clean and comfy-will definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Great place at a great price
- 5/5
Limited breakfast. Carpet you can smell very dirty. But looks ok.
- 5/5
The hotel is conveniently located right next to the train station and walking trails. Breakfast is decent, and the overall stay is comfortable. Noise from footsteps upstairs can be noticeable, so I’d recommend booking a top-floor room for a quieter experience.
- 4/5
Great breakfast and clean. Staff was friendly.
- 3/5
Breakfast was included, the selection was very limited, consisting only of waffles and yogurt. The exterior of the property appears dated and in need of upgrades. Access from the main road is difficult due to a sharp, narrow turn, which I missed several times. In addition, the soundproofing is poor, and conversations and noises from surrounding rooms were easily heard. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations.
- 5/5
We were looking for an affordable hotel, nothing premium. Redmond Inn met our needs and we would consider it again if ever in the area.
- 5/5
Thank you for everything
- 5/5
Inn was clean and tons of parking,we didn’t use many of the facilities, breakfast was meh, but I would stay here again

Clean , friendly.
- 5/5
Rooms are clean, quiet and modern;there is a pool,a complimentary breakfast, free parking,a 12 o’clock checkout, and a pancake house on site serving very good food! Just over the road, there is Peet’s coffee shop,a Chipotle,a Korean restaurant and a Wholefoods. Downtown Redmond is a mile away, with stores, places to eat and a 7 screen cinema!
- 1/5
There were bugs in the bathroom and mold smells in the room. Unacceptable level of cleanliness. I immediately left and was provided a $0.00 receipt. Expedia charged my card anyway.
- 5/5
Staff was excellent. Breakfast could be better at this price
- 5/5
Nice location
- 4/5
Nice place. Would stay there again. Price is a bit high though
- 4/5
Easy access to the main roads and close to the light railway for travel to major town centres.
- 4/5
It was ok
- 3/5
But didn't clean up the room for my 3-night period, even I talked with reception. Breakfast doesn't change, everyday is same.
- 5/5
Nice stay with nice view. It’s close to almost everything. Restaurant, park, velodrome & shops. I enjoyed the view while walking to the destinations. My usual places are the velodrome, whole food supermarket & the restaurants. Looking forward to visiting again.
- 3/5
So we stood in line for 20 minutes to check in. Check in is at 3. At 3:05 I got my room key. I was told it would be a few minutes before my room was ready.i did not get into my room into 4 pm! The poor guy looked stressed and so was I but it's the one thing of the things that make you a good place to stay.
- 4/5
Breakfast is ok so lower rating instead of 5 star
- 5/5
We had a nice stay!
- 5/5
Overnight receptionist brings life to a dead hotel at 2am. Give her a raise
- 5/5
Very comfortable bed and the a/c temperature control was great. The employees were so welcoming and helpful. Very easy to park close to our room. Excellent accommodations for the price point.
- 5/5
Great visit to Redmond while staying at the local Redmond Inn. Conveniently located close to freeways, a small shopping center. Staff had excellent communication and made for an enjoyable stay. Would stay here again!
- 5/5
Hotel was great. Wuick trail access made it a nice walk to the marymoor for a concert
- 5/5
Very clean and smelled good in the room. Bedding/pillows were very nice. Bathroom/towels were clean and soft
- 5/5
Good value
- 5/5
You would think that being right off of the highway, that this would have been a noisy place to stay. It was not. The Redmond Inn was perfect. It was clean, quiet, near so many shops and restaurants and close to the park. We were able to walk there every morning. We will stay again if we are in the area.
- 5/5
Service was great! The gals at the front desk were super helpful
- 4/5
There was confusion with having the room cleaned and when
- 2/5
My family and I stayed here for 4 nights and it wasnt good. Cleanliness was lacking. Hair, blood, kleenex/toilet paper bits in bathroom plus a nice big spider. Our toilet was plugged on arrival so we complained. They handed me the plunger. I thought this was odd but proceeded to plunger the clogged toilet(that we didnt clog). I tried for 10 minutes and was unsuccessful. I complained to front end staff again so they moved us to another room. That room wasnt any better. This time both the toilet and shower were plugged. I complained again. This time staff tried to unplug the toilet(they were also unsuccessful) but managed to unclog the shower. I wanted to move my family to a different hotel and I probably should have, but we decided to stick it out. We were able to use a toilet 3 floors down by the pool, obviously very inconvenient. On checkout I complained once more avout the issues and got two words, "sorry sir." Nevertheless, I cant recommend this hotel to anyone, and we wont stay here again.
- 3/5
Family with small children need to be on the ground floor asked if we could change rooms if they were staying another night however they were checking out as I was asking for this request.
- 4/5
The hair dryer and coffee machine didn’t work properly.
- 4/5
The facility is clean and comfortable. Service is friendly and prompt. The breakfast is meager but adequate.
- 5/5
Comfortable, clean accommodations, excellent staff,
- 4/5
Our first night was spent in a room that had a plumbing leak and a large area of the floor was soaked. We switched to the other building and enjoyed the next two nights. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms have everything you need. I’m sure we’ll stay again as the location is perfect for our traveling needs. Breakfast is your typical waffle, with yogurt, cold cereal, and fruit. The hot tub was enjoyable. The adjacent restaurant looks the same as it did in the 1980s, but the breakfast food is still very good. There’s a Chipotle and a Korean restaurant across the street and 520 Highway access is a block away.
- 5/5
Redmond inn is a great spot close to Marymoor park for shows. Appreciate the friendly staff and ample parking.
- 4/5
Great hotel with easy access to major highways and downtown Seattle. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel and grounds in good condition.
- 3/5
Checkin was ridiculous. I stood at the desk for a full 30 minutes, while a line formed behind me, while the desk staff helped guests who felt they could just walk up an be waited on before the people in line. Its ridiculous that such rudeness is tolerated.
- 5/5
Great location for going to a concert at Merrymoore!! 15-20 min walk past the light rail station
- 4/5
Property was quiet even as close to a major city road. Would have liked napkins or paper towels in the kitchenette. House keeping was ok, did leave a used towel in the unit on floor by door. Other than that it was a very nice stay.
- 5/5
Right off from the trail and tons of stuff within walking distance

- 5/5
Clean, safe and friendly staff.
- 5/5
Great service, room was clean and will be back if back in the neighborhood.
- 5/5
I only stayed one night so I don't have more to say besides good service, clean and quiet room and location is near the freeway and supermarket.
- 3/5
The satellite TV did not come on clearly. The blackout curtains did not span the full width of the windows making them ineffective. Best part about it was the location; walkable to MaryMoor Park for the concert. They also had a shuttle service available to the park (not back)! That was very awesome
- 4/5
Very quiet, clean peaceful overnight @ Redmond Inn. Elevator in our building screeched going down…hope they can fix that!
- 5/5
I love this hotel because it’s right near the train. It’s right near Mary Moore Park and it’s very convenient for people with children at college did Japan for example it’s been a long time favorite.
- 5/5
This hotel is the perfect location if you want yo go to an event at Marymore park!
- 3/5
Convenient in highway
- 4/5
This property is very convenient to the Marymoor Park and Jerry Baker Velodrome. There are good options within walking distance for food, and grocery. The staff is always very helpful, and the price is fair for the area.
- 3/5
The room was not very clean. It had an unpleasant smell. When I went to lie down on the bed, there was food on the bed.I think they didn't clean it well. We stayed two nights and three days, and they did not come in to change the towels or take out the trash. It was not a good experience to stay there
- 4/5
It is probably an old hotel but is nicely updated.
- 3/5
Key cards kept getting deactivated and it was a pain to get it handled because we were way in the back of the hotel and I have problems with my knees so walking back and forth was a struggle. The pool was not heated and that was the only thing my granddaughter wanted to do, the lady at the counter suggested she play in the hot tub but the hot tub was abnormally over heated and I didn’t think it would be safe for her to go in.
- 5/5
We returned to the Redmond Inn for work in this area. We were very impressed with this hotel for cleanliness and convenience. We will be back when in the area.
- 5/5
Had lots of Amenities
- 1/5
Very crowded area
- 3/5
Although the service was not bad, the room was outdated and not clean and had insects (large spiders).
- 3/5
We stayed in the second floor and we could hear everything the people above us were doing. It was very noisy and not very comfortable as a result. Older hotel and feels like it.
- 3/5
Nothing
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean room, quiet and the $15 meal coupon was nice.
- 3/5
This hotel has an excellent location, convenient to Redmond, Kirkland and Bellevue and has sufficient parking that is free. However, the furnishings in the room were very dated and the shower ceiling appeared to have mold on it. My credit card was charged twice upon check-in which placed a large hold on my card. Unless it is by far the cheapest option I would look elsewhere.
