Very convenient place to stay near restaurants and Digipen.

At least in India, the Marriot has amazing breakfast spread. Here, you sit at a table and order from a small set menu. The staff made me feel very unwelcome, saying there was a mother's day brunch, so they weren't sure if breakfast could be served (at 730 am!) The shower cubicle had a very shallow etc and poor drainage so a few min of showering and you had to stop because the water would overflow onto the bathroom floor Staff felt very cold and unfriendly, not what I am used to at the Marriotts

Hotel was fine but they charge 38 dollars to park your car or 60 for vallet which is ridiculous and i didnt see that disclosed before booking. Hotel is on the eastside not in downtown Seattle so charging for parking is ridiculous and street parking isnt possible due to the towncenter strict overnight parking rules.

I was put in a truly dire situation. Most hotels were stifling me- basically my stuff got stolen. Nowhere wouldn’t accept no card on file- ONLY hotel that would accommodate it!!! Only one!! Truly that’s the best aspect in a high caliber establishment. Not shiny fixtures- this & that. Empathy & being flexible in extenuating circumstances. Again had absolutely nowhere to go- & they truly truly truly helped me. Top notch- staying another night. Will write a more detailed one on the reviews & my blog after. I truly appreciate it! From the bottom of my heart!

Great overall experience.

Amazing stay! Bed was so comfortable
- 4/5
Room was clean and comfortable. A second outlet by the bed would be nice.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Staff is always super nice. The valet is super friendly
- 4.5/5
Great location- near by everything you need. Lots of restaurants, shops and even a movie theatre. Limited bar/restaurant inside- but lots of options near by. Clean and comfortable.

Clean and friendly area
- 1/5
I was annoyed because the area this hotel is in definitely is not what you receive inside. The place stinks really bad and the elevators are scary like truly thought we were gonna get stuck. The room had big gapes in the floor base and the bathroom omg was absolutely terrible. The toilet would not go down with even the smallest amount of toilet paper in it. I was truly disappointed there is so much I could go on and on but hey your choice if you stay here. The biggest and worst scam I ever seen would be 2 of the same chain hotels on the same property and you have to pay for valet $39 and can’t park in the sister hotel lot. It’s a huge scam and I’m definitely annoyed that this was not mentioned.
- 4/5
Very pretty and clean.
- 5/5
We always chose this hotel when in the area. It’s the best!
- 5/5
Front desk staff & valet were friendly and helpful.
- 2/5
Hotel need to pay attention to the cleanliness; Don’t include breakfast in your stay as the restaurant has very few selections for the breakfast buffet, no service at all and they automatically add 18% service charge to the bill. Won’t recommend it as there are many more better options not far away
- 3/5
Possibly the bartenders first day as a bartender. Or the service industry. Not sure. Suspicious dark stains (blood? chocolate? It was dark and I chose not to inspect too closely) on the curtain that I had the pleasure of putting my hand on before seeing it. Friendly and helpful front desk staff.
- 5/5
It was very well maintained and clean and the staff was very friendly.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean property and room. Lots of walkable restaurants nearby.
- 2/5
It was great and all but you got to pay for everything.

Everything!!!

Michael at the front desk is an amazing person and made us feel at ease after a stressful day.
- 3/5
Trip was great other than the fact that there was no other option but to valet your car and it’s $40+ with tax a day!
- 2/5
Super expensive, and only parking option wa Vet service at $39 per night. Bed was a metal frame and very uncomfortable and creaks on every movement. Balcony had blackberry bushes and moss growing out of cracks. Air conditioner sounded like it was going to blow up.
- 5/5
everyone was friendly and professional
- 2/5
Very noisy hotel. The walls are very thin, so anything happening in the hallways are heard easily in the room. There was dripping in pipes I could hear all night. Did not sleep well.
- 2/5
Breakfast was not very tasty but the breakfast staff was amazing! Not a clean place at all. Sticky floors, dirty halls, dusty & a very large hair amount in our room that was not our own!

Paying$39.00 a night for valet parking. There was no self parking available. Also, we stayed 5 nights and the bedsheets were never changed.

It was perfectly wonderful. Clean comfy nice. Wonderful staff, easy checking in out, valet etc.

The thick walls and comfy beds The a/c was very loud when turning on and off to keep a consistent temp in the room. It made it really difficult to sleep, unfortunately. For the price of the room, this was something I didn't expect. However, if turned off, I do feel that it would have been an excellent stay.

Upon arrival to check-in, I was unaware there would be a $40 valet parking requirement. Whenever guests need access to their vehicles, they have to notify valet. When I shared that Charlie is an emotional support dog, the front desk clerk requested paperwork to prove his status. He eventually charged me a $150 pet fee (one night stay). I expressed disappointment in this pet fee. The front desk clerk asked if there was somewhere I could leave Charlie. This comment regarding relocating my dog to another location lit a fire inside me, making me regret booking a room with Marriott, a hotel that I had stayed at for a month in Austin, Texas while on a business work trip. Charlie and I traveled across several US states, enjoying our 8-day trip until checking into this Redmond, Washington Marriott hotel. Furthermore, the valet attendant asked how much time I would take to remove my possessions. He reminded me to be quicker, rushing me to hurry up. There was only one vehicle parked to the left of us. By the time I checked into the room, these two issues ruined my travel experience.
- 5/5
So clean and nice. room size was good too. We loved it.
- 4/5
Shopping center walkable property and staff very nice .
- 5/5
The staff was friendly, they let me check in early and the room was wonderful. Bed and pillows were comfortable and my shower was the best shower I’ve ever had in a hotel. I did travel with another person who had their own room and they had an old, tub style shower so I’m guessing my room was updated. So be aware of that in case you get the older bathroom! The only complaint I have was the maker was gross on the inside
- 5/5
Wonderful accommodations and fantastic staff! Even though we booked this hotel due to power outage, we would be happy to stay there for any reason.
- 3/5
Overnight parking was very difficult. While there is a valet service, it’s very disorganized and inefficient. If you are in a rush, like being at a lacrosse tournament….. it’s extremely frustrating to be able to get your car in a timely manner. The valet service is extremely disorganized and under staffed. By the end of the weekend it was easier to just park my car in the garage myself vs wait for the valets to park or get my car. Because there is no overnight parking outside of the valet service it’s extremely difficult to have car at this hotel. Coincidentally, with the neighboring hotel being a Marriott facility as well, in lot sure why the two cannot share parking between the two.
- 3/5
The cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel in general wasn’t amazing however the room was clean. Nothing terrible, but nothing amazing. It was OK.
- 3/5
The updates are nice. Appreciate the hard floors in our room but they were not very clean. We were given a handicap room which we didn’t need. Very little counter space in the bathroom and no closet to hang anything longer than a jacket. Was not aware that parking was done by valet only and we were charged $34 per night. This made it a bit of a hassle coming and going. Also no free WiFi was offered.
- 1/5
Theft from valet first night and second night valet parked the car on the street instead of in the secure parking we paid $34 a night for. Much more than that but that's the quick explanation.
- 3/5
Liked the walking area for food & entertainment
- 5/5
Loved this hotel! We will always choose this one when traveling to Redmond. Great value also.
- 4/5
only isssue was the lights in the bathroom went out so it was a bit uncomfortable to shower in the dark other then that it was amazing.
- 4/5
Friendly staff, easy check in, clean room.
- 5/5
Excellent !
- 5/5
Great place to stay and friendly staff
- 5/5
This property is in a great location for shopping and dining as well as concerts at MaryMoor. The upscale design and cleanliness as well as friendly staff made for an enjoyable stay.
- 1/5
Overall it was a strategic and clean location. However we didn’t get to check in until 9:30pm since there were no rooms ready prior. No compensation offered whatsoever…no breakfast vouchers, no valet parking waived or no complimentary night stay. Hopefully this is an isolated situation because too bad we actually liked the hotel.
- 5/5
Everything was nice.
- 5/5
I liked how quiet the area was and how many stores are around. There are tons of places to eat, shop at walkable distance. The one thing I did not like at all was the valet parking. Not that much of an inconvenience but I just don’t like strangers in my car.
- 5/5
Everything was great except the mattress was rock hard and lumpy.
- 4/5
I liked that I didn’t hear other guests doors slamming or hear them period. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and towels were replenished daily. I didn’t like how much it is to stay here.
- 4/5
I was very satisfied with this hotel considering the price I paid for comparing to other hotels in Seattle. I was driving my daughter to a concert in Seattle and stayed for one night in the Redmond Marriott. We loved visiting the Redmond Town Centre which is right next to Marriott in a short walkable distance. The town centre is an open space mall very similar to those in Maui but smaller. We were there on a hot sunny day so we got the vibe of Hawaii. The hotel is clean and looks decent. However, I suggest they upgrade the handles of their washroom doors as they are rusty and every time I opened an closed the door I used a tissue so I didn't touch it directly. Overall, it was a great stay.
- 4/5
car show was nice, close, safe, quiet, mall had a variety of stores. would like it if bars stayed open later on Friday and Saturday
- 5/5
Nice area and staff, several things and options to do around. Not sure if valet parking was the only option since there’s several parking structures around.
- 5/5
It was a great location ‘!!
- 5/5
Great area and property
- 3/5
Room floor was not clean, room s sterile not inviting.
- 3/5
Nice room. Comfy bed. Ants in the bathroom! Ewww!
- 4/5
Good location, but the items like moisturiser where not replenished
- 2/5
They added $34 plus tax to park the car, in their own car park at the back of the hotel. Total rip off.
- 4/5
Great location
- 4/5
We were there for a chess tournament and decided to stay the long weekend. Took a Seattle tour and came back just to sleep. They don’t have complementary breakfast nor parking. Parking gets costly with $35 per night. There are a lot of breakfast options around
- 1/5
2. If you have a pet it’s an additional $150. Not a deposit you will get back - and extra $150 PER DAY. Read the fine print 3. They are unwilling to be of assistance when needed. We reserved 3 rooms and were treated as if we were a burden. Loud hallways. Can hear everything. Restrooms in the room doors don’t even close fully.
- 3/5
Not worth it
- 5/5
The Marriott was in a great location in Redmond and great for walking into the town center. The staff were friendly and helpful. One suggestion would be to have stronger lighting in the room. Even with all of the lights on in the room it was still quite dimly lit. Apart from that it was a very enjoyable stay and I will definitely consider the Marriott again fur my next visit to Redmond.
- 5/5
Great staff, clean and comfortable room.
- 5/5
Parking seems to be an issue. Excellent otherwise.
- 4/5
Close to town center
- 3/5
Overall it’s a great property with nice facilities. Only thing I didn’t like was the heating and AC system was too close to the bad and it was loud. I usually don’t complain but this bugged me enough that I need to point out.
- 5/5
It was a perfect warm bed to sleep in when needed. Very clean, very nice hotel lobby and very nice restaurant. I was only there for a short time however it was nice.
- 4/5
Stayed in Room 252 1/9/24- room is clean as expected but the ceiling has been leaking from above and has a huge watermark. Above the window the popcorn ceiling is very dirty from the AC vents blowing upwards. Only stayed for one night so I it was fine but would hope that the other rooms are not the same.
- 4/5
Very good location and friendly hotel staff.
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
Overall, it was a very nice, comfortable stay for Thanksgiving weekend. Spacious room, convenient location and nice staff. The only complaint was the thermostat being weird and not staying on one temperature. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again.
- 3/5
Very expensive for the quality. The coffee maker was broken, the toilet backed up and the hairdryer broke. Parking was an extra $45 a night and WiFi was extra. Not impressed.
- 5/5
The front desk staff was friendly and we like how close it is to plaza with shops and restaurants.
- 4/5
Nice room. Could use more tv stations. Don’t forget to clean out the fridge. Comfortable bed. Good pillows.
- 5/5
Quick one night stay for business. Loved the convenience, walkability and safe feeling of the neighborhood. It was great being next to Redmond Town Center. Staff were friendly, room was clean and current to Marriott standards/renovations. Great water pressure in shower. Would definitely stay again if needing to be in Downtown Redmond.
- 3/5
Note parking is valet only.
- 3/5
Cable and WiFi stopped working for 2-3 hours.
- 4/5
Overall it was a good experience. The overnight parking rate stated online was different from what was posted at the hotel.
- 5/5
I don’t like $35.00 parking
- 5/5
I just wish thete was parking other than valet.
- 5/5
We stayed at the Marriott as a base camp for doing some Halloween haunts and a movie at iPic Theater. The staff were wonderful and the room was fantastic. I wish we had stayed longer to take advantage of the comfy seating in the bar area for hanging out. Of special attention, I want to call out April in the Brown restaurant. My friend is gluten-free and asked about a gf bread substitute. Not only were they able to do this but both of our breakfasts were so fresh and flavorful, my friend said it was the best breakfast experience she had had in a long while. Honestly you normally are expecting decent food at a hotel restaurant but they seem to really pride themselves in made-to-order food. Coffee was also great and we just were very impressed by the whole stay! Will stay again!
- 5/5
Building was near where I was attending a state meeting on Saturday morning. Great area to walk around.
- 5/5
Great location and friendly service
- 3/5
Basic hotel with no extra amenities including WiFi. Hotel is centrally located with alot of businesses and restaurants, and very close to MARYMOOR park which was the only perk. Pool is small and outdoors. The hotel for the cost could use more updating and probably only best for business trips or solo stays.
- 3/5
I asked to check in earlier and my room was dirty. There was hair in the shower and in the sheets. Absolutely disgusting considering the rates of the hotel.
- 4/5
Quiet and safe
- 5/5
All good. Parking options are limited to Valet only.
- 5/5
.
- 3/5
I believe i was given a dirty room. Very dirty, location of property is great and hotel seemed nice but, room was terrible. Told front desk upon checking out and nothing done.
- 5/5
Great location,.
- 3/5
There were literally no television stations to watch.
- 3/5
The bathroom design is based. What is with the sliding door and no lock. Plus the shower door doesn’t close all the way creating a puddle in the bathroom.
- 3/5
The hotel provided us a room facing on the 5th floor facing the cement platform, not offering complimentary water. If drinking the water, then pay $2 plus tax. The toilet wasn’t clean that well. It had a black stain or some thing at the bottom.
- 3/5
Housekeeping didn’t come 2 days. Our toilet was clogged on day one (before use). Parking was very expensive.
- 4/5
Restroom facet was dirty had toothpaste on it,floor wasnt vacuumed and dust in closet or dirt. Good area to be close to walking distance. All in all was ok.. i will come back ,but please next time it can be more cleaner please. Thank you
- 5/5
Great rooms and location was perfect for families! The room floors were very dirty still as we had to move the beds slightly. Under the bed was a lot of dirt. Otherwise our stay was great!
- 3/5
No shower caps, shampoo only with body wash Great location but I will never stay again.
- 1/5
Marriott is losing its customer centricity, it seems to be a global phenomenon. It has become a common observation. I have had better experiences with other hotel chains atleast in this year.
- 2/5
…
- 1/5
Absolute disaster of a weekend
- 5/5
Everything was easily accessible
- 5/5
The Marriot Redmond is a great place to stay. It’s centrally located, quiet and the staff are super professional and attentive.
- 3/5
Hotel is nice and breakfast was good but valet service was a total waste of money. I could have parked on the street! It took 30 minutes to have them retrieve the car and it was a total waste. Do not use the valet, waste of time and money
- 4/5
Door insert to open and close bathroom door was rusty. Unfortunately, valet parking was the only option. No self parking options within the hotel.
- 5/5
Very clean and friendly
- 1/5
Overall not good. For the price we paid to stay here I felt like I was being “nickled & dimed”. The warm bottled water was $2?! The pool (the reason we chose this hotel) was closed the entire time- we were not notified nor were we offered passes to swim at the neighbouring Marriot hotel (literally right next door). The parking situation is a mess- only valet?! $34 usd a day! That’s gross! Will never return, will warn family & friends against using Marriot, so terrible.
- 4/5
I didn't catch in reading about this hotel that there was very little option for free parking
- 5/5
It was very comfortable!
- 3/5
The property was nice and basic. The fact you are forced to pay for parking us a bit ridiculous especially when not in the city. The room wasn’t anything special but it was accommodations, the bath towels were rough, the only drinkable water was $2 a bottle, the temp could not stay consistent in the room and there were no extra blankets to add to the thin sheet and one blanket provided on the bed.
- 5/5
Definitely a nice quiet place to stay, first hotel that we stayed with hardwood floors which was really nice because usually my kids would like to leave crumbs everywhere so it was easier for us to pick it up. We will definitely be staying there again!
- 5/5
I satisfied with all
- 5/5
The location of property was right in the middle of the Redmond shopping center which means lots of stores, restaurants & entertainment nearby. Everything was walking distance. Hotel was nice & clean. Hotel had restaurant downstairs, also has a pool but was closed . Also had a gym. Staff was nice. Only thing i didn’t like was paying Vallet parking since there’s no over night parking in shopping center. Overall great experience. Look forward to coming back
- 5/5
The beds were very comfy and rooms clean and quiet. Wish there was another option for parking other then having to use valet .
- 2/5
It wasn't a very good experience. The sheets were properly cleaned, the bed was not comfortable and the overall experience was not upto the mark expected at Mariott.
- 5/5
Best experience I have had at a hotel for a very good price.
- 4/5
It’s a very nice hotel. But there is no parking and valet parking it $36 per night. It’s crazy the hotel is in the suburbs!!! And there are several empty parking garages in the area. Marriott could make arrangements. They are just being cheap. And in summer they charge well over $200 per night
- 5/5
Great location with everything walkable.
- 4/5
Could hear everything coming from the neighbors room . They had a baby. They played a digital music version of twinkle twinkle little star all night long. It repeated over and over.
- 3/5
Internet was down during our stay, which would’ve been nice to know at check-in. Building shows it’s age in certain areas (eg. Elevator, rusted bathroom door). Shower gel pump was not working although it seemed to still be 1/3 full. Carpet in hallway from elevator to room had visible crumbs that were not vacuumed but this could’ve been from just earlier in t.
- 5/5
Everything was fine. They just didn't have enough staff for the restaurant, so the wait was long.
- 4/5
Nice clean hotel. Only bad part was it’s valet parking only.
- 5/5
Great location to stay in downtown. Please note, property does not have a parking so be ready to opt in for valet parking.
- 5/5
Janis at the front desk was absolutely fantastic!!!
