Archer Hotel Seattle/Redmond

The Archer has friendly, helpful staff, has a beautiful facility in a prime location close to shopping and eateries in a clean, walkable town center near parks and the light-rail.

Our room (two king beds) was small but well stocked. The garage was very secure with roomy spaces to accommodate our large car, but difficult to enter as hotel key mechanism to open gate didn’t function. We had to call from phone installed at entry to have gate open.

Great location, clean hotel

I enjoyed the ambience of the hotel and the room. It was nice and clean. The decor was lovely in the room. It was quiet and I slept well. The staff was helpful when I asked for requests. The location is great, lots of places in walking distance. I will definitely stay again when I come to town in the future and recommend it to my family and friends.

This was a very clean hotel which is well located in the Redmond area. The beds in the room were comfortable and amenities useful. I would definitely stay here again if I am in the area.

This is a lovely hotel. It is very clean. The staff is friendly and attentive. There are several restaurants and retail shops nearby. In addition, the lightrail is a couple of blocks away. I hope to stay here again on our next visit to Seattle.

Very easy in and out, very convenient in-site parking. Only nit is that you cant being your dog to the restaurant, and you cant leave your dog in the room... so you cannot eat in the excellent restaurant if you visit with a pet. There are a slew of other great restaurants in walking distance distance.

No remote could be found in room. Later discovered it behind night stand. Suitcase stand was broken. Had to call front desk 3 times to get party across the hall ended.

Exceptional

This hotel has been maintained well since the last time we stayed there. A great, clean hotel overall but the rooms could use a better cleaning. Lots of dust everywhere including next to the edges on the carpet that show lots of dust. The alarm clock was covered in dust. It's clean but dusty.

I would highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again. The one and only downside was what a pain it was to get into and out of the garage, the mechanism for tapping your room card to get in and out, simply didn’t function well. Everything else was absolutely top-notch!

Breakfast was amazing, exceptional and fantastic service from both Hilary and Sharon. Regarding the dinner the service was ok, the steak was not bad but I got burned fries two days in a row. The rooms were nice and clean, thumbs up for the cleaning ladies. The receptionist was super confused and over charged me for the room. I had to discuss with the reception manager. I still have an incorrect pending charge of over 500$ waiting to be disputed. Overall experience was good and I would recommend the hotel.

Riom was very clean, servuce was great. Olivia waited on us twice in the restaurant, she was on top of it. Originally had a bad mattress, they changed it out very quickly.

The Archer Hotel in Redmond was top notch. Clean, nice, new. I loved the double King beds and double sinks in the bathroom so multiple people can get ready at once. The beds themselves where comfortable. Everything was great!

I go to a hotel several times a month and this is one of my favorites. this hotel is rated as exceptional at a very reasonable price , which what first caught my attention. I absolutely love it. The beddings and towels are a dream. The staff is very nice , especially Roya who always goes out of her way to help.

Stayed for one night. The hotel is spacious, clean, quiet and very conveniently located at Redmond Town Centre. The hotel looks and feels modern. I loved that the room had two king beds which is quite rare.

Internet was not bad

Electronic gates connected to. Room card doesn’t function correctly. Pool was under repair and thus not available to guests for use.

The option of having two king beds is amazing for a family trip.The room was spacious and very clean. Overall great place to stay with lots of shops and food within walking distance.

Next door where the woman started conference calls at 4:30am - that was painful .. not sure if she was loud or the walls were thin .. otherwise great service and beautiful hotel.

Clean and spacious room and bathroom. Our neighbors were a little loud past 11 PM for some time. However they managed to go to bed. Friendly staff too.

Only complaint on checkout was a new front desk reception who did not know or check that prior staff had extended my checkout time by an hour and very rudely called my room - no hello - just it’s 11am. After explaining front desk had extended my checkout, she rudely just hung up on me with no comment and no apologies or goodbye. That employee needs better training.

Hotel was nice and very modern. It has a unique vibe to it that's unlike aloft or Hyatt House. The rooms were clean and the location was great.

Yes, all the food we ate there was great. We decided late in the evening to go to the bar for a bite and a drink. The flatbread was great but the bread pudding was to die for! And the Manhattan too...

No one seems to care that your machines are not connected. I now pick hotels according to their gym facilities and The Archer is not one I would pick.

The property was clean and welcoming. Check-in was a breeze and rooms were quiet.

They have a restaurant but you will pay however good food. Also you have to park in their parking garage no free parking so 15 a day for parking which I did not know until I arrived

The rooms are small and everything is crammed together. Walls are thin and you can hear everything going on in the hallway to when your neighbor is taking a shower. It was hard getting a good nights rest. I won’t spend that much on one of their rooms again.

The young lady at reception—whose name I forgot—was absolutely amazing! So friendly, kind, and helpful. She even gave my kids gifts at check-in, and they were over the moon. Our room was spacious with two super comfy king-size beds. We had such a wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back!

The beds and pillows were remarkably comfortable, much like a dream. The rooms were spotlessly clean and attractively arranged. The only negative aspect was the breakfast, which was pricey, although the waitress was very sweet. The breakfast cost $89 for 2 adults and 2 kids. At that price, I anticipated larger food portions. My child requested hot chocolate, but the waitress brought hot water in a cup with a Swiss Miss packet. The staff was consistently friendly and welcoming. Our room included a cute rubber duck and a bedtime story book. In all, we would love to stay here again.

The hotel was very clean and quiet during our stay. The on-site bar/restaurant and hotel lobby made for easy gathering places for our broader group. While the food & service were wonderful for breakfast, it certainly wasn’t fast; which was fine for our schedule, but if you need a quick turn-around this may not be your best option. A couple of small touches were greatly appreciated: the books in the rooms, the evening treats, and the penny candy bar at the lobby marketplace. Overall, a hotel with a great vibe, friendly staff, and easy transit to downtown Seattle.

This place is fantastic. Clean, quiet, steps away from dozens of food options, safe. We were traveling with our kids and upon arrival there was a rubber duck and children’s books in our room. Umbrellas for the Seattle rain, comfy slippers for staying in. The mess nesspresso machine in the room was the cherry on top!

The Archer never disappoints. It’s clean and rooms are very nice. Great location. This is my favorite place when visiting the area.

Beautiful, safe, quiet, clean. Everything you need in a city stay! Indoor parking. The double king room rocks and we all had such a quiet sleep!

We had an excellent five day stay. The complimentary bed, treats, poop bags, food and water bowl were wonderful. My pup was welcomed in the lobby and on the restaurant patio. Lovely hotel a stones throw from the Town Center with great shopping and food.

The room was clean. The staff was amazing. Sharon and Nicole took good care of us at breakfast. They remembered why we were staying there and took time visiting with the kids. We didn't use the gym. Our children are swimmers. The pool is small and only 4 feet. But my oldest did swim a little.

This is a perfect place to stay if attending Marymoore Park concerts. Its easy walking distance to and from the park. Also located in Redmond town center that has lots of shops and dinning options.

The most comfortable bed ever, and I liked the easy access to parking a shopping. However, service at the morning á la carte was a little slow. I didn’t like that it took approximately 20-25 minutes to get a toasted bagel. My husband ordered a cinnamon roll with coffee. The cinnamon roll was too hard to cut with a butter knife. It may have been reheated too long, which caused it to be very hard as it cooled down. Not what you’d expect from an expensive venue.

The only issue we had was that the room key would not work except on the door into the room. Getting into and out of the garage was difficult as the card could not be read. We needed to call the front desk, sometimes they answered and sometimes not so one of our party had to go inside and retrieve help.

We let them know it was our anniversary and they made our stay so special. I haven’t experienced such great customer service in a long time. The bed was super comfortable and the room felt clean. We loved our stay and will be back.

We will definitely be back as we are in the area often for family trips due to sports. It was clean the staff was helpful and the room was quiet and peaceful. Loved the gym and the pool though it was small seemed to be salt water and my kids and I had a great time.

It was our first time staying at an Archer hotel. We were surprised by how big our room was and by the provided creature comforts in the bar area that was stocked d we otherwise real silverware, glassware, wine glasses and plates. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the wineries at Woodinville which is a short drive away just straight down one road from the hotel

This is my 2nd stay at the Archer Hotel. The rooms are beautiful, clean, quiet and well apportioned. The service personal (at the front desk, the lounge, and restaurant) are exceptional. Customer focused and genuinely interested in your comfort. A special acknowledgement to Sharon at the AKB Restuarant; always friendly and welcoming!

The Archer does not disappoint. Clean, modern rooms with local flair. (Jimmy Hendrix black and white photo in room). Artwork throughout hotel is tasteful, books in room bring a smile and encouragement of vinyl in the rooms leaves me inspired at every visit.

One of the best Archer properties I've stayed at. Beautiful and clean. Delicious food. Friendly staff and service and all around a solid location. Will be back!

Gym was lacking towels for workouts and room walls seemed thin, we could hear our neighbors and they were extremely loud, waking us up in the middle of the night and early in the morning

The rooms are beautiful and the location is perfect to everything. The bar/restaurant was open late so a great place to go to after a concert at the Marymoore.

The swimming pool was a little small but nice for a quick dip. Parking was good. Pay $15/night but if you have an electric vehicle, they have chargers there for you that is included with your parking.

The archer hotel is a lovely place and quite comfortable. The bed is comfortable and decorated well. There is a restaurant on the first floor and the food was tasty. The area is around the town center but many businesses appeared closed or out of business. We were told the area was being revitalized. All in all we feel the hotel was a good fit for us and lovely overall.

The location was great with lots of restaurants close. The garage parking was a hassle, every time having to ring the buzzer in and out. Wish the fireplaces had heat, not just for ambiance. I did not use the pool, free coffee in the lobby was nice. I did not eat at the restaurant. The price is par for the area, but I feel the Hyatt House provides more for the money, as it has free breakfast with free parking (at least last time I stayed in Redmond). Not sure I will stay here again.

Staying at Archer was a last minute decision. Most Seattle hotels were out of my price range. Redmond was close enough. I read the reviews for Archer and nearly all rated the hotel as exceptional. It was $15/ night for parking. This is much lower than many other hotels. I stayed in a 7th floor double king bed room. Wife and daughters loved the bathroom. Two sinks, mirrors and a bathroom fan. Beds were big and took up most of the small room. That was a non issue for us. I can tell this hotel has been recently renovated. No time to check out the pool, gym or dining/drinking facilities. The staff I encountered were polite and cheery. The only change I would like is a tv that can access Netflix. Room was quiet. No noise from other rooms. Definitely will stay here again
