Reserved an ADA room and it was perfect. I did ask them to alter the room door to close slower and they got it done before I returned from dinner. Wheelchair user here.

I stayed at the Hilton after I had surgery. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and at ease. A+++ I wish there was a freezer in the refrigerator and the AC was stronger (not bad though).

Clean, quiet. Comfortable bed and pillows. Walking distance to Marymoor Park. Only downside was the showerhead (large spaces between each spray of water) and no dark roast coffee for keurig. Other than those little items, wonderful stay.

The room was very clean and comfortable. There was an event in which the music was playing pretty loud and we contacted the front office and within about 5-10 min the music was turned down. We would not have complained except it was almost 10:30 p.m.

This was actually a "local" stay, as we were having work done on our house and needed to be out of the house for a bit. Andrea, the night shift manager, was amazing in making our stay wonderful, and she even went above and beyond to make it pleasant. If anyone from Hilton reviews this, please give her our thanks!

A good hotel in a safe neighborhood and with many dining options nearby. The station of the link (internal train to Bellevue) is at a walking distance.

Stayed here because it was close to the concert venue: Remlinger Farms. It is a wonderful place to stay. So quiet and comfortable.

The staff working here are extremely friendly and welcoming. Rooms are clean and the gym is fantastic! Area offers a lot of places to eat within walking distance. Definitely will be staying here next time I'm in Seattle area.

Hotel is very quiet and clean . Near to metra and other businesses.

Things to improve: Parking signs are not there from main road, its confusing to find parking entrance from distance. Bathroom Door,not sure why Hilton love these sliding doors , there is always gap between door rail and door which not let complete close and there is always privacy concerns, bathroom door should never has any gap after it is closed but these sliding doors have gaps on all sides, same i have noticed in their California property as well. Breakfast option was there but not buffet,almost no vegan options in menu was disappointing . Parking was charged @$16, with already decent pricing on rooms parking should have been included.

We always stay here when visiting . The staff is top notch! The room is always ready and clean.

Love this place. It's clean, modern, and the staff are great. You can't go wrong staying here. My only very minor complaint is how loud the music is in the workout room. Very difficult to enjoy your own with your headphones on. Like I said, a minor complaint.

Great place to stay. Was a weekend getaway for our anniversary and we were able to walk to many different venues and eateries. They even had umbrellas for us to borrow since it was raining. Great place!

The room was ok. The bed was not well made. And the mattress itself was uncomfortable the pillows were flat. Husband went downstairs to purchase water and a candy bar. The check scanner wouldn’t work and the front desk people were not helpful.

We were in town for a soccer tournament at 60 acres park and it was so easy to get to from the hotel!!

Pros: The room was extremely nice, the bed was very comfortable. Shower was great, I have a workspace to do some work tasks. Cons: The first morning I was awaken at 6am by the alarm set my the previous occupant, I’d expect the hotel would reset all the settings from the previous stays (e.g. alarm, log out from Netflix) , but didn’t happen. Also, it was a constant noise outside, the origin of which I couldn’t figure out. It sounded like running water in the other rooms, but can’t know for sure. I was coming back from work one day and the main doors were closed. Surprisingly. In the morning they were open. And then I had to walk around the corner to get to the other entrance via parking. Which would have been fine unless the sidewalk lead straight to the smokers area, where two men were actively smoking, and I suddenly bumped into them. Wouldn’t be a big deal if I wasn’t pregnant. I wish they kept the main entrance (Redmond way) doors open

The place is very clean and nice.

Our room was not cleaned for three out of the 4 days even though we had requested that the bed be made & the room refreshed. It was only on the day before we left that we finally had our room refreshed.

Enjoyed everything about the property. Front desk staff were friendly and couldn't have been more helpful with all of our needs at all times.

However, I was not pleased with the hotel restaurant: the staff there was also friendly, and listened carefully to my dietary issues, but the cooks buttered the toast anyway and I was quite sick after eating it.

Shawn was amazing followed through and made the second night a smooth transition and ZAC the man came through again!!! This will be be my new stay place !!

The staff was excellent. I was extremely satisfied with the facilities. Clean and well kept. The area around is safe and close to public transport.

The hotel is new , modern, and clean. All staff are friendly. It is walkable to Redmond Town Center and Bus stations.

However, I had a couple issues that really impacted my stay. First, the doors to the room slammed shut. There was no sound damper. Every time another guest left their room, the door slammed shut and it kept waking me up. I highly suggest the hotel look into finding a way for doors to shut quietly. A minor complaint - please clean the Keurig machines. I used mine for hot water and had to run the machine four times before the water came out looking clean - gross! Even after the water appeared clean, it tasted disgusting. The machines need to be cleaned more frequently as this is a health issue. It's too bad about the door slamming affecting quality of sleep. If it wasn't for this issue, I would stay at this location again. However, I will choose to stay somewhere else next time until I read that the noise issue has been addressed.

The counter personnel (especially Shawn and the early day personnel) are to be commended. Sadly I did not get them early day 0800) names. Highly recommend the hotel.

Our room was available when we needed it. It was clean and comfortable. This hotel is pet friendly, which is important. Staff was helpful.

I just didn't like the barroom door. It doesn't give any privacy.

The hotel was nice and clean. Unfortunately, it was very loud all night long. Some was normal guest noise, others seemed to be cleaning crews dragging equipment around, furnace noise, water heater and drains.

Service in front desk was poor. Slow and bad attiude.

The room was very clean and I loved that they had large sized shower items instead of all those tiny bottles.

I thought it was a really nice place to stay and it felt clean and quiet.

WiFi is very poor. Internet connection can barely open a webpage.

From the minute we walked in, checking in, having a cocktail and even leaving at 3am; service was freaking awesome and everyone was so friendly.

Nice location.Many restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Hotel can hear people closing door or talking but all in all not too terrible.

We always stop at this howl on our road trips. Convenient to walk our dog to Anderson Park and walk to restaurants.

It's a good stay and the room was nice. Just one thing need to be fix is our air conditioning is make noice pretty annoying, it's sound like there are helicopters fly over our bed room all night. But we r too tired to ask to change the room. So just one night. Overall it's good stay 👌

Stayed for two nights for pleasure for myself and my wife. The room was clean and in order. Complementary items were in short supply, I had to call the front desk to get coffee items refilled because they only provide enough for two servings. Who drinks just one cup of coffee? Specially with two adults. Water was complementary, 2 bottles per day maximum. Again, not enough for two adults. Service was quick. We wanted to check out the lounge area, but it was booked for a special event and couldn't enter. Overall, it served its purpose, we thought the price was a bit higher than others that provide more amenities.

We wanted a hotel that was close to Marymoor Park and this was so convenient. The front desk staff were so nice and helpful. The rooms are very spacious, pretty and comfortable.

Nice and new. It’s a great neighborhood. Check out spark pizza while you are there. It’s next door and one of the top 50 pizzas in the United States.

The hotel and the staff were all wonderful and friendly. The only complaint was the traffic noise outside early in the morning but there is no controlling that. The location is great! Love being able to walk places for food and drinks.
