Drury Plaza Hotel San Antonio North Stone Oak

We loved it here! Stayed here with my family for a few days. The room was huge and clean. The first room the AC wasn’t working so they changed our room no questions asked. The pool area was so nice, lots of free parking, and the lobby had a lot of seating. The breakfast was average, I was expecting amazing since all the reviews said it was but I’ve had better. We loved the free happy hour at night though. Snacks, free drinks, it was perfect. So close to downtown, Six flags, and tons of restaurants and shops!

Checking was fast and easy. We got a free upgrade to a suite from a standard which was really nice and much appreciated. Enjoyed the kickbacks, didn't really eat any of the food cause we were planning on going out for dinner. So a few drinks at the kickbacks were good and the bartender was really nice and made killer drinks. The suite was really nice as well. Found a few hairs in the sink and later some in the shower too. But other than that everything was good.

The facilities and amenities were top notch. Honestly one of the best hotels I have stayed at in a while. Staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Nothing.

Check in was quick and executed. Hotel staff were helpful and answered all needs. The staff were even able to provide supplies forgotten. Market on site. The breakfast even had an omelette bar. Free parking on site in spots or the garage. Rooms were spacious and modern including a fridge and microwave. Great property

I loved this property. Hotels today at best give you minimal amenities, but this hotel goes above and beyond for their customers. That was very refreshing. I loved the amenities, room size and cleanliness, and especially the staff (Shout out to Natasha) who was incredible.

We loved our stay at this hotel. It was clean and the staff was so friendly. The breakfast, dinner, and drinks are a fantastic perk. The fitness center is small, but has the basics and is well maintained. We didn’t use the pool, but I walked around the pool area and it was also very clean and inviting. The parking garage with gated access added an extra level of safety. The laundry was cleaner than most hotel laundries I’ve encountered. The machines conveniently take credit/debit card instead of coins. Overall it was a great stay and I’ll definitely be back the next time I visit my family is SA! Thank you!

Drury Plaza hotel in Stone Oak is the cleanest and friendliest hotel I've seen. The staff is amazing, the breakfast is delicious and everything is so clean. I really enjoyed the workout room too. Definitely a top notch hotel.

The room was clean and bed was comfy. Indoor parking was a big plus because it was raining when we arrived.

We always stay there and we love it!

We stayed in room 1020 and the AC was not working properly. We were in San Antonio spending time with family so we were out all day, and only in the room at night to sleep. Maintenance did come in on the 2nd day, and he changed the filter but it did not help. We put the thermostat on 67 and it never got cooler than 71 and that was only because storms/cloudiness making outside temps cooler and a box fan they gave us. The front desk also told us when we leave the room, the thermostat sets back to 74 so everytime we came in, we had to wait for the room to cool down. But it never cooled down enough. Also the dining area was extremely warm. If I set my thermostat on 67 and leave, it should be 67 when I come back. I likely would never stay here again, but staff was friendly, hotel was nice. Room was clean, beds were comfy. Breakfast was good - but the AC issue was a deal breaker for me.

Our very spacious room was on the 5th floor and very quiet. Everything was spotless and well looked after. We enjoyed the pool and hot tubs as well on the deck of the 5th floor. I highly recommend this hotel and we would definitely stay again!

Always a great place to stay in North San Antonio!

This was the best experience that my wife and I have had at a hotel. The staff was amazing. The room was fantastic. We got to enjoy the hot tub & pool, which for me was extremely good because I suffer from sciatica. The breakfast was tasty. Parking was easy. We parked inside due to the potential for hail. We will definitely stay here again. The Ember's restaurant was extremely good. Walmart was within walking distance.

I saw the hotel was rated 9.4. I have never stayed anywhere that was rated that high, I was sceptical. It really is a 10, low cost, new, clean, smiling/engaging employees, breakfast and dinner. I can't figure out how they do it, best hotel I've ever stayed at in my 67 years.

Our stay at the Drury was amazing. Staff were really nice and professional. Room was very comfortable, roomy and clean. The breakfast and kick back hour was really nice. They do charge you a $50 fee for incidental damage not included in your reservation payment. You will get the money back quickly after you check out, just depends on your bank. Definitely will stay again 😃

We stayed at the Drury Plaza and were extremely happy with our stay. From being greeted at the front desk and very informed of the amenities that was included to the free parking garage that was safe and nice to have during bad weather. The rooms were clean and the bed slept great. The morning breakfast buffet was not your typical free breakfast. Pancakes were being made fresh on the spot. Nice variety of choices and fresh cut up fruit. The evening snack they offer with drinks were a great surprise. One night was a pasta bar with several choices. Tomatoes basil soup. Spinach salad with sun dried tomatoes and a nacho bar. Something for everyone. Every night was a different menu. They have several Drury Plazas in San Antonio we stayed at the one off loop 1604. We were there 3 nights so enough to have a great experience especially being there for a funeral.

We were traveling for a school function and appreciated the buffet meals that were included with the stay. The food was good and was way more convenient and cost effective than having to find a restaurant that would accommodate a large group. We will be back again and recommend!

The property is clean and well kept. The garage parking is great. There are enough elevators to keep everyone moving. The rooms are large, especially the bathrooms. Thick towels, plenty of hot water and good shower pressure. The rooms are also quiet and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast is always hot and well stocked, and the dining area is kept clean. The evening kickback is wonderful, with plenty of food and drink. This property really knows how to keep their guest happy. We know where we'll stay if we're ever in the San Antonio area again. I was in San Antonio for the Texas Senior Games. The hotel was about 15minutes to the track, the location was great. The room was clean and spacious, the shower was good, the bed was comfy, the AC worked great. The free breakfast was good too. I had my dog and he loved the room and the grounds too. I would stay again. BTW, the elevators were fast too. Grart Job Team.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. It was my first time and I had a clean room, free WiFi without a password, and free parking in a garage. The staff was very polite and helped me when I had questions. There was free breakfast and dinner each day, and even gave guests 21 and older 3 free alcoholic drinks per day. I was in awe. Highly recommend this hotel.

A great place to stay. From the arrival and the greeting at the front desk there was nothing but courtesy from every staff member that we had any interaction with. The state of the property was outstanding; I would venture to say that it's an oasis compared to all the hustle and bustle outside the property. The amenities were top notch along with the comfort of the room. The only negative that I would have to mention was the mattress, it was just too soft for our taste, but everything else was a cut above the rest!!! Thank you goes out to all the staff!!! Will for sure stay there again!!!

The front desk has very friendly staff who are knowledgeable and made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. The entire hotel was clean and fresh, and the room was large and clean. The WiFi worked nicely, and there was a good selection of channels on the tv. Breakfast had a wide range of options, though the biscuits were hard and the bananas were overripe, but my kids enjoyed it. Overall we had a great stay, and this will be our new place for when we come back to San Antonio.

The room was VERY HOT!!! I called the front desk to inform them about the room…but no answer…AT ALL!! I went downstairs at about 11:45 PM and waited at the front desk. Finally, I saw someone and stopped them and requested to speak to somebody about the room.. finally I was given two options, they were move my entire family from that room to another room or be given fans to connect in the rooms. I opted for the new room and it was not as hot, but still very uncomfortably hot. My entire family and I did not sleep a wink because the room became suffocating. The only good thing about this place was that I got a full refund. Never again will I stay at a Drury Inn.

The hotel is very clean and safe, with good service, and the staff is always very friendly. The breakfast is varied and very fresh. The room is very clean and comfortable. The only minor observation I would make is that there are no trash bags in the room and bathroom, so I bought them and put them in. I would definitely recommend this wonderful hotel.

The hotel was decent. The breakfast was good and there were a variety of items to choose from. The elevators had issues while we were there, but it was tolerable. My only complaint was the beds were too firm for my taste. Also, the construction nearby was a pain, but this is no fault of the hotel.

The staff was super friendly, and the happy hour/breakfast was very nice. It was a little difficult to park an oversized vehicle, however we have had much worse situations on that front. We plan to stay again.

Our room was nice and quite. I could have used and extra blanket as the comforter was pretty thin. The towels were not as soft as I would have liked. The staff was fabulous. Very friendly and always helpful. The food was terrific made the stay super enjoyable. The kitchen crew was quick in refilling things and the food, breakfast and kickbacks were always hot. Great choices! Everything was always clean and there were cleaning people everywhere keeping things clean.

It was a quick trip but the e had easy check in and out. The area felt safe and the hotel was very clean.

The room was well kept, front desk especially Natasha is so friendly and accommodating, we enjoyed the free drinks and the bar staff is nice, too!!! At night there's a security roaming in the parking so safety is not a question. Definitely worth it!

The room was spacious and comfortable. The only thing that wasn’t perfect about room was being able to hear every thump, step, conversations with actual words but being able to differentiate the persons speaking and their sex all through the walls and at four in the morning it almost sounded like construction going on next door. Maybe some white noise would help or a louder fan option.

Overall this hotel is great. Couple of issues from our recent stay. Body wash in shower is inadequate. Suggest you look at another brand. AC was not quite cooling the room adequarely, even after turning setting down to 68.

It had the best included hotel breakfast that I have ever had.

The hotel offers hot and delicious breakfast and it is free. In addition, it provides free dinner which is very nice. The room is spacious. I highly recommend this hotel to travelers.

Great breakfast. Evening dinner ok but beef was not flavored. Hotdogs ok but needed more flavor. Ms. Breanna was very helpful in providing info that I appreciate it. I liked their friendliness and willingness to assist. Enjoyed our 2 nights there

We only stayed 1 night, but the AC was not working and no matter how low we set it, it did not kick on. We woke up sweating and hot. I didn’t notify the front desk because it was the middle of the night and what was the point for 1 night. There was no complimentary water or lotion like most hotels offer. I did like the safe parking garage that required a key card to get in and the staff was nice. They were just under construction so areas were blocked off.

This drury inn provided very helpful staff. Yes the free snack bar after five can stop your food craving. Yes they provide adult beverages, after a long day with the kids, Great break.

We enjoyed our short stay at the hotel. Everything was in good condition, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We particularly appreciate the parking garage which is securely locked at night.

We had an amazing stay at the Drury Plaza Hotel, and we highly recommend it in San Antonio.

Have stayed at other Drury Hotels and had always been pleased with the facilities until today. This morning there was a couple of cockroaches that crawled out from under the bed. I advised the young lady at the fron desk but she wasnt overly concerned about it. Will take this into.consideration next time we're in town for a few days.

We were there for medical purposes. The room was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly. From the first encounter when I checked in to the time I left, all the staff was very friendly and warm. This was my first stay at a Drury, but it will not be my last. We were not aware that a dinner meal was included with the room. It was a meal and not a snack. We were very pleased with our stay.. The staff made our stay enjoyable.

Not only do they have free breakfast, in the evening they offer free dinner and drinks. Will definitely stay next time I'm in town.

being able to park the car in a safe area, being able to get to our room thru the elevator from garage, having a panoramic view at the pool on the 5th floor staff very helpful. hospitality in the am and afternoon with drinks awesome. we really enjoy staying at this hotel highly recommend.

The room was handicap accessible but the shower flooded due to lack of proper Plumbing it flooded so bad that it went into the hallway the staff did nothing to resolve the issue other than bring me towels

Overall a great place to crash for a few nights. The "bar" closed early, which was a bummer.

Was disappointed. I was led to believe I was staying at the downtown location to be closer to location and reason why I was in San Antonio.

Happy hour drinks and food were great!

Everything was almost perfect, My cjeck out time wasnt untill 12am, but when I went at 9:30 to attempt to sit outside and drink my coffee and enjoy the view, I wasnt able to do that, my card to access the pool atea woulnt work, so I called down to the front desk, in which she said that she would send someone. No one showed for 30 minutes in which I had an appointment. Also short white guy wouldnt look or barely wanted to answer my question, about what time the bar closed, but I insisted and asked to repeat, because I wanted to double check that it wasnt me. Other than that it was great!

The employees were great! Our carpet in room 718 was filthy and disgusting. The breakfast and kick back food were subpar. The drink time should be longer than 5:30-7 and bacon would be nice in the breakfast buffet
