Best Hotel stay I've ever had! The hotel is clean and well kept, the staff is super friendly, the hot tub was perfect.. not to mention the Kick Start hour! 3 complimentary beverages AND a dinner! Breakfast did not disappoint either! We will definitely be back. Drury is our new favorite hotel!

We had a reservation to check in on Sunday at 3 o’clock. We arrived around 10:15 in the morning. I asked if we could have an early check-in. The lady said yes we got in around 11 in the morning. The room was excellent, the beds are nice and soft. The pillows are soft. They provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. And their breakfast is amazing, and they little kickback evening stack is great! Staff is amazing. Definitely will be coming again.

We were turned away late at night despite having - prepaid reservation. The property was overbooked.

The hotel needs to renovate bathrooms the rugs are old and smelly and a lot of stains in rugs .I dont think were coming back🙁

The staff at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and we did not have any issues. The breakfast was good along with the food and drinks served at the kickback hour. The thing that really impressed me was "Linda" who was in charge of the breakfast. She was very friendly and made you feel like if she was part of your family. You can tell when an employee loves their job and is good at it. I will definitely be staying here again.

We booked this property last minute after leaving a previous booking because that property was awful (Hampton Inn) we lost two days of paid reservation there but we did care even after paying extra for what we thought covered incidental. Everything was amazing at Drury and we will be staying there EVERY time we go back to San Antonio.

This hotel is spot on! Great customer service; perfect location; well maintained; clean. The breakfast had lots of options plus someone was there to refill and keep it tidy. The pool is indoors and large. Our granddaughters who stayed with us loved swimming. This hotel has become our go to in SA.

Property and staff were very nice. The room we had was great for families. It was a suite with separate bedroom and living room with a TV in each room. It had a nice larger than normal fridge. There was plenty of room for a large family to spread out. Pool was nice and large. The free dinner and breakfast were better than expected. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again when we come back to the area.

The property management was so accommodating and willing to go above and beyond. I had gone to a different hotel chain prior to Drury Inn and the service was not even close at all

My family and I have been staying at the Drury Inn North Stone Oak for over ten years now every time we visit San Antonio. Our experience has been consistently positive, from the cleanliness of the hotel to the friendliness and hospitality of the staff. It’s extremely family friendly. The breakfast and supper buffets are a huge plus as time and money savers. Excellent experience all around.

Property was very dark and outdated. During clean up, the wash clothes were not replaced, when I asked for more wash clothes, the cleaning lady said there was none.

We had a great time here. The hotel was very clean and staff was wonderful. We took our 9 year old granddaughter for Spring Break and searched for hotel with inside pool. It was an excellent choice as the weather changed dramatically as it does in Texas. She made friends and truly enjoyed the pool. Always had plenty of towels and was kept clean.

My daughter and I went on a girls trip for spring break we got the king suite and it was perfect for the two of us. Very clean hotel and the food that is served it absolutely delicious. We will definitely go back

I was extremely impressed with this hotel. I will always stay here. They have great hospitality, awesome breakfast, great dinner snacks and the indoor pool and hot tub was a game changer for me and my grandchildren.

I was most impressed with their nightly reception. For two hours every night, you get three complementary alcoholic beverages, and buffet. We’re not talking just chips and trail mix we actually had baked potatoes, pulled pork sliders, salad, barbecue beans, hotdog, nachos. It was amazing! Breakfast was OK. I would’ve preferred to have bacon as an option.

This is a lovely property with all the amenities I have come to love at Drury. Unfortunately, the clientele made for a less than desireable environment. This is in no way the fault of the staff, but out-of control children who purposefully stick their arms in elevator doors to keep me from going up, and leaving the business center looking like an actual popcorn fight took place, is just disgusting.

Staff very helpful and polite. Breakfast was decent, gravy hot, biscuits ok, eggs warm, potatoes and sausage cold. Overall ok, could had been better. Room was clean, bed comfortable, a/c worked very well, shower had 2 strands of hair, had to wipe down before using. We would stay again if in the area.

The breakfast buffet was great, it had biscuits and gravy which is a favorite of mine. I would like bacon instead of sausage patties but I get it, bacon isn’t cheap. You could make an egg McMuffin with gravy though which was great. The dinner with 3 free drinks was an added perk. The chicken Alfredo wasn’t bad but the meatballs with gravy on mashed taters was really good. The room was clean and tidy, my only negative would be we went to our daughter’s soccer tourney all day and they never cleaned the room. It wasn’t dirty but you can take your food up to room and that’s what we did, they didn’t clean our trash cans, so they got filled quickly.

We were pleasantly surprised at what a great deal Drury Inn & Suites was! Upon arrival we were given three drink coupons a piece for Happy Hour along with hot snacks. The full breakfast buffet was really nice and it began at 6 a.am. which was very helpful as we had to leave very early. I highly recommend Drury Inn - your pocketbook will thank you!

Highly recommend fun for all the family.

Construction noise from the nearby freeway kept me up all night, that’s in addition to the noisy AC unit.

Nice, spacious room (2 queen bed suite). Housekeeping did a great job daily. The elevators were slow and unreliable. One seemed to never be working during our stay. Breakfast, kickback snack, and happy hour was a very nice perk for our family of five.

This was by far the best stay in all the hotels we have stayed in so far this year. My wife is an amputee, they gave us the room we requested and needed. Every hotel we have stayed I have requested a shower chair for my wife, none of them have ever been able to provide one for our stay except for this hotel. The manager made us feel welcomed and important. He came by our room and brought the shower seat we requested and set it up for us. As he was done setting up the shower chair, he asked us if we would like more towels for the floor, knowing that pretty much all the showers seem to not keep water in, lol. The staff at the counter was also great, even the lady that worked the breakfast bar. She was so happy and very engaging with every guest that came down to eat. It’s seems that most Drury Inn’s always has happy people working the breakfast bar. They seem to always interact with the guest. You can tell ours loves her job. The night staff was very polite and friendly while picking out snacks or drinks. We also felt a sense of peace at night knowing that there was a security guard driving around the parking lot. We will definitely be coming back to stay at this location.

Stayed only one evening as in SA on business. Staff greeting at check in and check out were professional and courteous. Room appeared clean and in good order. Fitness room was well appointed with free weights and treadmills and also well kept. Did not partake of breakfast so cannot comment on food but went down at 6am and grabbed coffee and banana and everything was out and ready to be served on time. Even though close to loop 1604, traffic noise was not a problem. I would stay here again.

The hotel was very nice and helpful with all the needs we had. It was awesome to have free breakfast and dinner every night with snacks in the mid day. The popcorn was amazing. It was a good spot for all the fun things to do in San Antonio. We were 20 minutes from six flags, 30 minutes from sea world, and 20 from the riverwalk. Amazing service and staff

Only cons are that the bed was a little hard and the linens (bedding and towels) were a little thin and rough but they were the norm for this level of hotel so I didn't expect different. Oh and the people were amazing and there was a ton of parking available.

True to Drury name…this location (Stone Oak) did not disappoint!! I’ve been to plenty of Drury Hotels and it continues to be my “go to” option. I was in town for my son’s military basic graduation and staff were accommodating to check-in/checkout adjustments, family visits in lobby and all the comings and goings of a celebration!! Room was clean, temperature regulated and QUIET!! The evening dinner/social hour certainly was welcomed after long, hot days on the town. Breakfast was fresh and hot, again, with great company and staff! Both meal opportunities were well staffed and maintained. I met total strangers who became not so strange during these times. It was a joyous packed celebration and Drury put their hand in with a cherry on top!! I knew they would, and they did!! Definitely Will Recommend!!!

I didnt like that they booked our 1 of 3 rooms we had twice. Someone actually walk into our room thinking it was there room. We did not like that. My granddaughter had just came out of taking a bath and thank God it was women that walked into our room and not men.

The overall facilities were a little dated, but clean and comfortable. My only issue is how thin the walls were. I could hear our neighbors shower and anytime someone was in the hall, I could hear entire conversations. Other than that, the stay was enjoyable.

Complimentary dinner was a huge bonus and delightful surprise! Staff was extremely helpful and supportive of our situation.

Great customer service all around. The front reception was superb and the staff at breakfast was genuinely so welcoming and caring. Slept on cloud nine, thanks to comfi bed and fluffy pillows. Drive about 10 min. To the river walk and Alamo. Lots of road work on ( and around major) highways, plan accordingly.

The walk-in shower had no lip and allowed water to flow into the bathroom floor. The shower head only pointed into the shower curtain and the curtain was 3" short.

Honestly I enjoyed my stay me and my wife book a suite and I enjoyed the jetted tub. 10/10 would do again

Hotel was clean and comfortable AC, but it is outdated. TV only has cable as there are no smart streaming functions. No usb connections for charging items. Our vehicle was broken into with our passenger window shattered. After talking with others in the area they have heard others with same experience as ours at this hotel. The hotel staff were very nice but the hotel in itself should have paid security to monitor the parking lots if this is a continued occurrence. We will not stay here again due to the lack of safety to our vehicle.

The bathroom area was on the small size. Other than that we would definitely book again.

We enjoyed our stay at this Drury. Everything was perfect! The customer service was impeccable. The food was delicious and the lady in charge of the food was so upbeat and friendly. The front desk was always courteous and accommodating. Zero complaints!

Property was OK Front Desk gal was super great, but I think the rooms need to be cleaned up a little bit more. Our bathroom was pretty gross.

This was a great place to stay with my children. They offer complementary breakfast and dinner. With fresh popcorn as a snack every afternoon. Everyone was very nice and the place was very clean and well maintained! I will be staying here again and would choose these hotels when staying in other places.

She even provided paper plates for us when we ordered pizza for a quiet evening in the room since we have a very early morning tomorrow with my dad’s surgery. The Drury never disappoints for the price. Staff very helpful food average but the facilty itself is very dated. The San Antonio inn and Suites rooms are very dark and old feeling. New coat of paint and some new carpet would do it wonders. Served its purpose.

Staff was amazing checking in and out. Very fast and very sweet. The room was in great condition. Bed was pretty good for hotel. The room was silent, no noise from other guests. We were there for 2 nights and automatically received cleaning service. Pleasantly surprised because seems other hotels are now making you request. The indoor pool was a little cool for my liking. We missed the kick back reception, but they had popped fresh popcorn and it smelled amazing. Overall a very pleasant stay!

Safe clean environment

First time staying at a Drury and was pleasantly surprised to find out dinner was included, as well as three adult beverages per night!

We usually stay next door at the Drury Plaza but I accidentally reserved the wrong hotel. From the moment we walked in the front door we felt welcome. Leesha, who worked the evening shifts both nights we were there, was such a delight and very helpful.

We have stayed here multiple times and all of the staff is wonderful. Meals need to be rotated out one meat choice everyday gets old and evening snacks not rotated this visit for some reason. Hallway carpets need to be cleaned. Otherwise great stay will definitely stay here again and would recommend.

The stay was good however they tried to charge me after the fact for my ESA. My SO told them they needed to come tact me as I was at work and it was my card on file which they didn’t. Then proceeded to get and share me a per fee for 3 days for my ESA without ever even having a conversation with me. I only found out when I received a declined payment email from my credit card issuer due to me not authorizing the charge and the card being locked. I offered to show a letter to them showing that they are in fact not allowed to charge additional fees as he’s not a pet and I was informed they were refunding as a courtesy but they would not going forward. So we won’t be staying again since they feel they don’t need to comply with regulatory bodies. So sad.

The construction is a little inconvenient but its worth the hassle to stay at such a quiet, safe, and welcoming location!

There is no room to really park. If you get in late that's a huge problem. A coupe of vehicles had trailers attached, taking many parking spaces. A couple of cars took 2 parking within 2 spaces. I asked the hotel and they said it was not their problem. It's first come, first serve. He said I should've been back earlier. They were not helpful at all, the desk person was condescending. I finally found a spot with the hotel next door. I will not be staying there again. Noted: always look at the parking area when booking.

Excellent customer service. Not only was breakfast provided, but so was dinner with a complimentary drink. Both meals were delicious. The bed was super comfortable with lots of pillows provided. We were spoiled and all other hotels will pale in comparison.

Variety in breakfast options would have been nice, but overall it was nice to have eggs, hashbrowns, and sausage for breakfast every morning vs what other hotels offer. The hotel offers a generous Happy Hour that we were pleasantly surprised to experience. HH includes soup, salad, chips and queso, hot dogs, and a hot meal option (pulled pork one evening and meatballs and mashed potatoes another evening). Patrons also get 3 complimentary drinks per night. If you time your meals out, you could sub the HH as your dinner for the evening. The pool, exercise room, and laundry room were nice. There is an HEB nearby to shop at for groceries, wine/beer, and laundry detergent. Most importantly, staff and service were above and beyond! The woman who sets up breakfast is a sweet angel and helped everyone start their day on a cheerful note. Housekeeping was very polite amd accomodating. The day and evening front desk staff were cheerful and helpful. They were always happy to help everyone. We will 100% stay here again! This is our new favorite hotel to stay as a large family group.

My stay here was awesome! Check-in was quick and efficient, my room was ready upon arrival- clean, spacious, and orderly. Not a complaint but it would be nice to have music at the evening kickback. But overall experience was awesome.

Not bad for the cost. Could hear everyone in the hallway... so if you're a light sleeper- bring a sound machine. Housekeeping didn't close our door all the way after they went in- so anyone could have entered. I called front desk to report and they were very receptive.

We LOVED it. Hotel is clean, rooms are big and have everything you may need, food is good and the staff is very friendly. We will definitely be staying there again.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Drury Suites . The staff was super friendly and helpful. The meals provided were very tasty. Our was clean and comfortable.

This is an awesome hotel! Very clean, friendly staff. The only things I would say need improvement is (1) that when we called the front desk to request an extra blanket, they were not able to bring it to our room and (2) they didn’t have throat lozenges available in the snack store.

2nd stay here, staff is great and can’t beat the free breakfast and dinner.

Arrived in time for complementary dinner and had complementary breakfast too. Everyone was friendly, room was clean, bed comfortable. It’s my go to hotel when I travel to San Antonio for my cancer follow ups at The Start Center. Less than 5 minutes from the Sonterra clinic.

Everything about our stay was awesome! Super recommended. We had a tournament out there this weekend and our boys enjoyed every minute of it. Thank you guys.

The property was clean and the room was clean. At 8am we had someone knock on our door when we were sleeping and say there were wanting to come in for maintenance. I told them no, to come back in after check out. I called the front desk and told them. Them again at 9:30 they knocked saying they needed to come inside the room to work on the air conditioner. I told them again, no they can come in after check out which was 11. This was really bad for our stay on all accounts. Did they think we were going to be in the room with the maintenance crew? Why would I pay for a stay that included strangers staying in the room with us too? Not ok!
