    Smelt like dirty mop water when we walked in. The door looked like it had been busted open before, as it was damaged in the top corner. The bathroom door also did not close properly so you were unable to lock it when in use. Not only that but the light when you first walk in could not be turned turned off without turning off electricity to everything else in the entire room. The bathroom sink also had hair around the lotion/body wash dispenser.

    Everything was great but the buffet just didn’t feel inviting- little fruit was offered and I didn’t see at all if there were any milks offered as I saw many kids eating cereal dry - otherwise room was clean and everything worked - but if you have a C-charger for your phone make sure to bring wall charger - Several places for USB chargers on night stand -

    The sheets were stained and my wife encountered roaches in the bathroom. We didn't stay the night. We checked out immediately. We returned the keys and asked to be checked out. I received a message the next morning saying it was time to check out. It seems that we weren't checked out. I would like a refund.

    4 disgusting leering men present at 2am. This motel was so filthy and stunk like mold and curry. I told them I was canceling the reservation as the hotel was in unacceptable condition and I felt unsafe. They instead marked me as a no show and refused to refund me for the stay. Contacted the insurance I paid for. It can take a year to get my money back if the insurance even decides to pay & super complicated filing protocol for the insurance. Absolutely the worst experience at a hotel I ever had…

    When I got to the hotel on Friday, i was told i couldn't check in until 3. The time was about 1:30. This caught me off guard since I frequently check into hotels early. I really wanted to clean up after traveling all day. So I went to the event I was in town for, and checked in later that evening. The room was OK, I had 2 beds which was good since the sheet on one bed had yellowish stains on it. I checked the other bed, and slept there. The coffe was good. But I'll not stay there again.

    During our stay room had no hot water for shower. After notifying mgmt nothing was done about and a change in rooms was not offered so we had 2 days of cold showers. Free breakfast was disgusting, in room coffee maker was not restocked, air conditioning was noisy and rattled all throughout our stay, and lastly WiFi for both TV and guest use was not connecting. Even though our room was priced at $70 night it was not even up to the industry standards for that price range. Plus they charged a $100 deposit. I believe I should have charged them $100 deposit and deducted from everything that didn’t work!

    The property is pet friendly on the first two floors. Our third floor shower had inadequate water pressure & after coming back from being gone for 4 hours, the room smelled like mildew. The location needs repairs to tiles, missing pieces of trim, bad caulking, scratches to finishing, & but the breakfast looked good. Eggs looked fluffy & everything was well stocked.

    Don’t be fooled by the front desk presentation of a clean façade. The room was dirty. There was water coming from the side of a wall. The shower was dirty and the floors were moldy. I did not trust the furniture or sheets but it was too late and I just wanted to go to bed. There was also a weird smell… not worth the price. There was Gnats as well in the room…

    Room was very nice. The only problem I had was with the tv. It was difficult to get to the right channels. I would suggest putting an instruction sheet in the room. Not everyone understands the live tv and streaming channel guides.

    I called the property before checking in and inquired about an early check-in which they said was fine since they had a room available. I did not have a physical ID because I had just had my passport stolen at the airport which I expressed to the manager on duty. When arriving to the property, I was asked for a $200 deposit in cash which I had to uber to the ATM and back. Upon checkout, I was only given $100 back and the different manager on duty stated that they had upgraded me to a room that was $100 more expensive which I was never informed of. I ended up paying over $240 for the room which I was not even in overnight as it was only used in between travel. Rude employees that were not helpful in answering my questions and tricked me in to an upgrade which I did not need and was not informed until I was checking out.

    Room was decent, could have been a little cleaner. The bed was extremely uncomfortable but it was just one night so it sufficed. My biggest issue was the front desk agent. He was extremely rude and made me feel uncomfortable. Had an attitude when I asked him to add my boyfriend’s name to the room (I checked in alone). Then when my boyfriend went to get a key, all my boyfriend said was the room number and he threw the key across the counter at him, didn’t even ask for his ID. He could have been any random person and to give a key without verifying who they are is extremely dangerous.

    Our stay at La Quinta was only one night and my friend and I were in the accessible rooms due to the fact that we both have some physical limitations. While the room with the bed was very comfy and was very nice in good conditions the bathrooms had a little necessary upkeep needed. One bathroom had a towel bar that was coming off the wall and if anybody grabbed onto it easily, it could’ve been ripped off. They’re also were marks on the wall that did not look like every day dirt it looked like it could be something else that I won’t mention… The bathroom definitely could’ve used more thorough cleaning as they look like on one of the walls. It looked like something white with splashed and it was never wiped off and then it was painted poorly and just wasn’t as fresh as I would’ve hoped.

    (Reservation made through Expedia) Our experience was extremely disappointing and reflects an unacceptable level of service that does not meet the minimum standards expected from a property listed on Expedia. We booked a room for five guests. Upon arrival, we were assigned a room on the third floor with only two double beds, which realistically accommodates four people, not five. While I acknowledge that I did not carefully verify the absence of a sofa bed, the room was advertised as suitable for five guests. In order to accommodate our family, we were forced to pay for an upgrade, which was already frustrating. The situation worsened immediately upon entering the room. There was an extremely strong smell of cigarette smoke, despite the hotel clearly advertising itself as 100% non-smoking. In addition, the room had several serious issues: The bathroom door would not lock properly. The television did not work. The in-room phone was not connected, making it impossible to contact the front desk. There was an obvious lack of staff, with what appeared to be only two or three employees managing the entire hotel. Basic amenities were also severely lacking: No complimentary bottled water was provided. A room booked for five guests had only three towels. There was no soap in the bathroom.     Bathroom door can't be locked, bathroom can niose was too much, water pressure in bathroom tub was too slow, water was very soft, can't remove soap even for a min, ac temperature was too be done 65 to feel like 72 at home.     When we first arrived we noticed a nasty smell walking in. As we were checking in, we asked to be on the 1st fl. They did not have a room avaliable. We were offered a room on the 2nd fl., we accepted. The moment we got off the elevator we could hear multiple chihuahuas barking loudly & obnoxiously. We went to our room but they were so loud we decided we wouldn't be able to stay on the same floor. The room given to us also had a foul smell. Man at the front desk gave us a room on the 3rd fl, room did not smell & was ok. Reservation made was for a room to sleep 5. Unfortunately this room only had 2 beds & no sofa sleeper. I went back to ask for a different room. Again. Was told there were no rooms available but Expedia& La Quinta showed availability. The manager tried to gaslight me saying a "sleeps 5" only meant it available for me to put a baby with 4 other people. They were not interested in trying to accommodate us. When i asked to cancel they offered me a larger room for double the price. I ended up going to buy an air mattress for my daughter to sleep on. The towels in the room were old & dingy looking. Wifi in the hotel did not work at all. Had to hotspot to watch tv. There was also an alcoholic fam there that made the area feel unsafe. At one point 1 of the drunks was in his car naked. Breakfast was horrible. There was no where to sit. There were only 3 tiny trays of food out. & they never bothered to keep up with the demand. Entire food area was very dirty.

    Room was ok. Clean except the shower floor was stained. Breakfast started at 6. Got there 630. Eggs and sausage were still frozen in the serving tin. The toaster and microwave were broken. Waffle maker worked. Sucks to complain about a free breakfast but don't advertise it if you can't come through.

    Front desk was rude from the start. Ask to speak to manager and he just said get away from counter. Always traveling and never expertise type of behavior. Towards me and another guest trying to check in. Front desk should be polite and professional. And also keep one set of standards for everyone. Not charge 25 deposit to those who check in before 2pm and 100 after 3pm.

    Firstly, I didn’t get the room I booked. Secondly, the staff wasn’t very friendly. The room we got wasn’t the cleanest. It was also right off the elevator, so we were up all night because it was so noisy. Literally, ALL night. I wanted to end my trip early. What I can say positive is the bed and pillows were comfy. Wouldn’t really stay here again, but glad I know for future reference.

    First off it was a complete surprise that there was a required $100 deposit for incidentals upon check-in. I was advised if I put the $100 on a credit card it would take 3 to 4 business days for it to be returned to me if I paid cash I would get the cash back the following morning. The room I stayed in had paint damage to the walls the plumbing was not properly sealed in the shower and there was a strong musty mold smell throughout the entire first floor of the hotel

    Our first room 205… was infested with cockroaches, other tiny bugs were crawling all over the bed, furniture, ect. We got a room change the room was okay,better then the last, lot of semi broken/ not working stuff but no bugs!! This is not our first stay here, I was very disappointed in this stay, but will definitely consider elsewhere in my next visit.

    To begin with, I had already paid for my stay. When I checked in I was charged $100 for deposit. I still don’t get it back. Then, the restroom door did not close, the water pressure on the shower was so low I took a while to shower. The AC made a horrible noise all night and a lot of humidity. Finally, I was told that breakfast started at 6:30am, I went at 7am EVERYTHING WAS GONE. I asked if they were going to bring out more food and the front desk guy said no. Horrible stay. Never again

    We were expecting from the pictures on here a room that fit 5 two queen beds and a couch we got there and had to two beds and a chair we had to pay $50 out of pocket for a cot because the hotel told us they don’t have rooms with couches so it was false advertisement then my son woke up with ants in his cot the pool was disgusting me and my husband cleaned it out so our kids could swim and the breakfast was sad to say the least it was the worst stay ever

    Halls smelled like dog. Pool was extremely dirty, rooms had a musky smell, the outside bbq pit had holes at the bottom so useless, the pool looked like it hadnt been cleaned in weeks. Elevator stopped working and no one notified guests.

    I liked the place for the price. The breakfast was just as described by others— it’s better than the basic complimentary breakfast but I noticed staff wasn’t quick to refill foods more so on weekdays. The reason I gave them only 3 stars is because I didn’t care for staff not being welcoming or smiling— and I was there for 5 nights. Only the guy who worked nights smiled and greeted us and the man housekeeper was nice too. Also it made me anxious when the elevator was not working 2-3x during our stay. But you get what you pay for and since I’m broke.. I’d probably stay at this place again for its price.

    The receptionist in the morning and afternoon are very rude.     It was an okay stay. Other guests were loud/running around their rooms (stomping) and in the hallways. This caused us to not sleep the second night of our stay. Guests were also fighting a few rooms down and were yelling/screaming. They then started to fight in the parking lot area by screaming and attempting to drive off leaving one of their party behind. I wish we could have received some sort of discount or future credit for this inconvenience.

    First, there was a nice coffee set up in the front lobby. However, there was no coffee and the desk clerk said they only put coffee in the morning. Next when we opened the door to our room it had a damp, unpleasant odor. The next morning we went down for breakfast. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. No hot food other than make your own waffle. And not even sure if there was actually batter for it.Poor fruit selection. Very unappealing atmosphere.

    The service desk person was very nice and helpful. The pool was dirty. We couldn’t really watch television due to that we have no subscription to those apps and no antenna connection. Breakfast was so, so. One of the female workers was rude to a lady. The lady asked the worker if she could get more potatoes & the female worker said in Spanish (only language she spoke) “there’s sausage you can have that.” The lady said “ I can’t eat sausage” & the worker walked away saying in Spanish “Oh, well.” The elevator did breakdown and it was handled immediately.

    Hotel lobby was very nice. Room looked like pictures. Inside lock on door in disrepair. Got locked out of the room. Clerk was prepared with hanger and you could see marks on door frame from past incidents. Room ac was unable to keep space cool. Security was an issue as door from pool didn't auto close properly. Offer washer and dryer.. washer took coins but dryer required an app to use. Breakfast didn't taste right.

    One of the worst hotel experiences ever. Our room was DIRTY, there was actual poop on the toilet. No hot water, clogged drain, and my kids had to stand in dirty water just to try and shower and when we asked for help, they sent in a guy in pajamas who didn’t speak English and sprayed some Lysol like that would fix everything. I had to leave and take my kids to my sister’s house just to get them clean. Even after showing proof, they accused me of lying. I called Hotels.com myself and even they were treated rudely. This place is a joke and clearly doesn’t care about its guests. Oh and the elevator stopped working. I have video of everything but doesn’t let me post

    The only thing that’s frustrating is that I paid for the room when I reserved it 2 weeks ago and when I go to check in I’m told they require a security deposit. Why wasn’t i informed about it when I reserved the room??? I’m here cause of medical procedures being done and budgeted what I needed and security deposit was not which is causing me problems now. Very very frustrating!!!!!

    There was no hot water in our room so we all took cold showers, there was no hand soap in our bathroom, and there was a used comb in the pull out sofa bed. We got to breakfast with an hour to spare and what little was left was cold and the breakfast sausage was sour tasting. I'm not sure if this was actually a La Quinta or if they just kept the name and it's different ownership because it was just not a regular La Quinta experience.

    Lobby was slightly musty smelling, room was big and had 2 TVs which was nice. 90% certain the smoke detector wasn’t hooked up. Watched it and never saw any lights. My wife said the bed was hard. Ac worked good, shower had cracks in the wall around it. Breakfast was ok. I should have spent the extra $12 and stayed at Hyatt place.
