    Safety and security breech. A man entered my room with the privacy sign on the door. My spouse was at breakfast so inside locks were not engaged. He came all the way into the room while I was sleeping saying, "hello, hello!"! I called the front desk immediately and it was a new housekeeping guy. He failed training 101 on safety and I hope they fire him. No reach out from the manager so I will take this to Hampton corporate.

    Indoor pool a plus EXCEPT it is room temperature (cold). I called before my arrival about the room for the family and a woman name “tangel” I think I got it wrong sorry but she was very nice and helpful. When we arrived my room was secure and the front desk person was fine but I had to ask for 2 keys. Room was clean no problems there had microwave and mini fridge which was great. The sofa bed was not made and housekeeping had to bring the sheets and I made it myself which was fine. Breakfast was fine lots of choices and waffles but the hot food - eggs, potatoes and sausage as large as hotdogs left something to be desired so I passed on that. The kids did love the breakfast choices. Parking was free. No eateries within walking distance though so doordash is probably an option. Overall I would stay again at this property again but I do need the small pool to be warmer!

    I was very pleased with my stay with a couple of minor improvement suggestions. The faucet in our bathroom sink was too short and you had to wash your hands in a very small corner of the sink. Also would like to have better towels at the pool.

    I appreciated that there was vegan sausage one of the mornings at the continental breakfast, but my partner and I would have loved to have seen a non-dairy milk option for the dry cereals. In 2026, there are enough many people who do not consume dairy--vegans & lactose intolerant folks alike, and we'd all appreciate another option than cows milk. A jacuzzi/spa is always nice.

    The hotel is very quiet. The breakfast is mediocre compared to other complimentary breakfasts offered at other hotels. The beds are decent. We did find a vape in our room from a past guest. We had to ask for more towels because only 2 were given for a reservation for 4. We booked this property because it’s dog friendly, but there is absolutely no good area for them to potty. Overall, an okay stay and we would stay here again for the price we paid.

    The breakfast was perfectly fitting for a motel 6. Rooms were clean if not cramped (double queen). The pool was pretty much an oversized hot tub but cold and chlorinated. There's not much of interest nearby except a Denny's. For the price it was meh.

    Checked in for two rooms two nights, later at evening, another customer try to open one of the room, talked with staff but they insist we did not pay for that room, try to ask us pay again for the same room we are in. This thing happened again in the next day with the same issue. We end up with the four key in one of the room for the two nights stays.

    While the breakfast was excellent, featuring a great variety like plant-based patties, omelets, potatoes or french toast bites, hard boiled eggs, a waffle station, and healthy options like yogurt, oatmeal, bread and bagels for toasting, fresh fruits, fruit juices, milk, and cereal, our stay had some issues. Housekeeping missed our room, leaving us without essentials like toilet paper by day two. More concerningly, the room door deadbolt was broken, and an entry security door was frequently propped open, bypassing the keycard requirement and leaving the property unsecured.

    The airport shuttle was great going to the airport. However the return was not available and when I called to check on it, the receptionist at the desk was rude and said they didn't have a shuttle that day. When I asked how to get back to the hotel, she said "take a Uber". I don't have anything like that on my phone, so went to the taxi stand. It cost me $34.00 plus tip to go less than 2 miles to your hotel. No apology for the inconvenience! No reason given for the lack of shuttle. A little kindness would have been appreciated!

    Room, hallway not clean. Lobby furniture looks terrible. No outlet on one side of bed. Couldn’t reach front desk for shuttle from airport to hotel after trying 3x and it rings until it disconnects and then finally answer and put on hold for 5+ min. Gave up and paid for Lyft. Won’t stay there again. Too many other choices in same block.

    Everything was great EXCEPT the bathroom sink where the water from the faucet was 2 inches from the edge of the sink. I could barely get my hands underneath the water stream. When I reported this to the front desk, they said multiple complaints have been made. Perhaps this review will spur the leadership to change the faucets.

    I loved the breakfast!!! What I didn’t like is that my door entry mechanism stopped working , I called front desk, no answer I had to go to front desk 4 times. I tried calling from the telephone in the elevator rest area and phone was not working.Then I went into the indoor pool and it was ice cold not heated I could not enjoy the pool with freezing water.

    Pathetic barely edible breakfast with nothing fresh. Ants in the room. Bathroom door kept coming off rails. TV didn't work. Phone in room broken so I couldn't even call for help. When I went to front desk to ask for help, the person they sent up was unable to actually fix any of the issues.

    I asked for a bedding change, and towels 12pm as I walking out of the hotel at the front desk. When I got back at 9pm, nothing was done. I then called the front desk and asked for what I had request. An hour goes by and still nothing. I call the front desk, “yes sir, the driver went to go pick up someone at the airport. Soon as he gets back, he will take them to you” so I wait. Another 45 min goes by and I still waiting so I can go to bed. I walk up to the front desk. “Yes sir, the employee went on lunch, he will return im 30 min” I the asked “shouldn’t this have been communicated to me?” Anyways 10hrs later I get new clean sheets. But for a queen. Mindful the man that deliver the to me was rude. So here I go calling the front desk again, I need clean bedding for a king size bed, same man that came to the room the first time said “we are sold out, sorry” so that’s that. 10hrs and I couldn’t get what I requested for. Never will I stay here again .

    Our room was clean, but i could hear the train horn in the early morning. Parking was a mess; looks like it was under construction. Breakfast is continental style, but both days, trays were empty & long wait times for them to refill items. Elevators were slow at times.

    The hotel was beautiful and the check in/out process was as easy as it gets. My qualm is with the food. The free breakfast is what sold me on booking this stay soon was truly disappointed to discover hair in my food. I get it “free breakfast” so you kind of get what you get but it really disheartens to already be enjoying my food and then discover hair in the middle. The staff explained it away and said that it gets shipped so they’re not to blame for the hair but I saw the employee changing out the food without a hair or beard net. I have long blonde hair and

    My husband parked his truck in the parking lot 12/9/2025 and unfortunately 2-3 cars were broken into. Even though there’s a sign that shows 24 hour surveillance, it did not deter the crooks. Hotel accommodations was fine but hotel security needs to improve parking safety.

    Fell in the parking lot due to wood chips in between the walkway to the hotel. A banging noise kept happening and could never determine where it was coming from. Had to call the front desk to complain. The configuration of the bathroom sink made water leak onto the floor. Never staying there again. And they charge way too much for a “pet” fee!!

    The room was clean, beds aren't comfortable, breakfast was not good, very minimal variety. The service was too slow. There were too many people having breakfast and not enough food for everyone. My kids were excited to get to the hotel and enjoy the pool after a long day unfortunately the pool was not heated and they had the AC running, pool was extremely cold. We stood a few minutes just like the rest of the people coming in and out. No one could enjoy that pool and there is no spa/jacuzzi. Not booking with Hampton!

    Yes, but the rooms are very old and dated. The real issue for me was the smell which seemed to be in the carpets or maybe other furnishings. I had them switch me out of a 3rd floor room, which was unacceptable, to a first floor room, which was much better, but still had faint smell. Staff was quite nice and the pool liked nice. But I need better air.

    The room was good, the staff was nice and very friendly. The only reason why I booked this place was bc of the indoor heated pool. There’s no heat in the pool it’s freezing. No matter how many times I asked I was always told that they would turn on the heat but nothing. I waited 3 hours and nothing, the people shouldn’t lie simply say sorry we don’t want to turn on the heat or its broken or something I just felt disappointed

    11-01-25 we stayed a nigh and we didn’t heard any flight or any other noises. Room 521 was clean with modern modified bathroom and furniture. View is kinda nice on sunrise. Service was great at check-in and on breakfast. Breakfast was included and served in a smooth nice vibe. Pool is too small. Parking lot is already full despite of $10 bucks charge, reception said ok to park next to the redline. Location was good for us due to night event at Art Performance Center which was only 10min drive. Check pictures please.

    We only spent one night. The stay was fine. The rooms were clean and the beds comfy. I was disappointed that I had reserved a king bed and they did not provide one (isn't that the point of a reservation?). We left too early to comment on breakfast. The free airport shuttle was on time and efficient. The balcony wasn't used or useful. It was not the greatest view but there was a good sized balcony but with no furniture. Overall, our intention was to find a clean, comfortable room in a place near the airport with a free shuttle at a reasonable price and it met that criteria.

    The entrance to my room had a large enough air gap that I could fit my hand between the floor and the bottom of door. This let the noise from the floor's elevators and light from the hallway to enter my room the entire night. Much of the room's fixtures appeared to have been replaced without being finished. There were many marks on the walls from removed shelving / lights, exposed cut wires on the window blinds, unconnected pipes in the shower, and what looked like a partly coved crawlspace entrance in the closet.

    I had to cancel the reservation due to a medical emergency that my brother experienced this afternoon. I spoke with someone at the front desk of the hotel, but had a hard time understanding the conversation that we were having because of that person’s accent. I want to make sure that I get a full refund for the canceled reservations, even though it was past the cancellation date, because of this medical emergency. I can provide a letter from the attending physician at the hospital to you and to the hotel if that is required to get the refund. I am hoping that my brother will be released tomorrow morning and that we can proceed to San Jose and fly out to our respective destinations on Wednesday.     I like the convenience of having an airport shuttle, clean rooms, only disappointment was I requested housekeeping once during our 5-night stay, and nobody came. I also don't understand why almost the entire lobby and common area is closed off, together with the breakfast area, when breakfast time is over. Only two lounge chairs near the check-in counter are available where you can sit while waiting for pickup. It was like this our entire stay, it was a disappointment for those like us who expected a spacious area to relax outside the room without having to leave the hotel, as shown in pictures online. The breakfast choice was ok for one day, but it can become repetitive if you plan to stay longer. We were expecting rotation of sausage, bacon, or corned beef hash, but only had sausage daily for our entire stay. I would still recommend the place for a short one-night stay.
