The property is extremely nice. The facility and rooms are well maintained. The breakfast had several options.

The room was immaculate. The staff friendly & helpful. Breakfast was very good. Parking was iffy but only bcoz of the construction. It was very quiet at night & I was not disturbed by other guests at night or early in the morning. 4 min from airport. Would love to return. Just the construction of the new car charging stations. Only in the morning yo afternoon, but that's when I did need to sleep the first day. But the staff was very helpful in finding parking.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The property was easy to find, and centrally located. The hotel was well maintained and parking, during outlet stay, was plentiful. Although this hotel is located on a city street corner, our room relatively quiet, and we really didn’t notice street noise. There were several options offered for breakfast, and the food was quite good. All in all, our stay here was nice, and we would stay here again.

The WiFi was not fast in the room, but it was great in the lobby. I hope the EV chargers that they were working on while we are there will be available for our next visit

I went to let my grandchildren have fun in a heated swimming pool indoors for her last day of school The water was ice cold they couldn't even play in it. I had to leave and I'm waiting to get my full everything. Do not go if you don't want to be in an ice bucket.

This Holiday Inn Express was very clean. Check in was very smooth and the two gentlemen that were working that afternoon were so nice. We chose this hotel because it was close to the airport. It was a super easy drive to the airport. It was also a safe location. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a well run Holiday Inn Express that is very close to the San Jose Mineta International Airport, but not subject to the noise of jets taking off and landing. There’s plenty of parking, space for lounging which my family took advantage of after dinner. The breakfast is satisfying with good coffee, cereal and eggs, sausage and yogurt-the works. We’ll come back for sure.

The room was small but clean. The parking lot was small as well, had to park a ways from the main entrance. We only had 2 towels in the room though we reserved for 4 people. We didn’t get to have breakfast as our flight out the next morning was early and breakfast was not served until 6am.

Overall great and efficient service

The gym was a nice bonus and better than expected, and the breakfast was good as well. Another thing I appreciated was that parking was included with no extra charge, which is not always the case. The parking area also felt secure since it was monitored by an outside security company. One of the biggest positives for me was that the location felt safe and convenient, especially for business travel and access to downtown. On top of that, the price was very reasonable for the quality of the hotel. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, comfortable, well-priced place to stay in San Jose.

We stayed here for one night and we loved it. Rooms were clean, staff was professional and welcoming. Breakfast is also pretty good.

Was a good stay

The breakfast (Eggs, Sausage links/patties and has browns) were cold: even shortly after fresh batches brought out. Elevator glitched and missed my floor. No hot tub. Pool was freezing. I asked for more towels after my kids went swimming and they told me they only had 1. I called the next morning for more towels and they told me I had to go to the front desk to get them and when I went down they only had 1 towel left. Not sure why so short on towels :/ Overall I was dissatisfied in the stay.

Beds in the rooms need to be replaced, sinking in the bed, woke up with a back ache. Very squeaky floors in our 2nd floor room. Daily strong chemical smell coming from a large vent near the entrance area.

Clean room and friendly staff. A/C was a little loud but I only stayed for a couple days so I just dealt with it. Great location to catch the light rail, right across the street. Easy to get to the stadium or into town.

Staff including shuttle drivers and front desk people were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but good. My experience was marred by guests in the room next door, who were extremely loud — including several young kids who screamed and ran about late in the evening and early morning. Their behavior was not the hotel’s fault, but it does underscore the fact that even if a connecting door is locked and can’t be opened, it is a thin and weak noise barrier.

Breakfast was good with lots of choices. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were soggy. Parking rates went up to $15/night which is expensive.

During my stay, I noticed a significant inconsistency in customer service. From the first day of check-in and throughout the weekend, the front desk staff did not acknowledge me as I came and went. Simple gestures such as “hello” or “good morning” were noticeably absent. In contrast, on Tuesday—the day of my departure—a new staff member greeted me warmly with “good morning” and wished me an enjoyable breakfast. Additionally, during checkout, the front desk attendant apologized for not being immediately available. This created a clear and positive difference in the level of hospitality compared to the previous days. I shared this feedback at checkout, noting that it was disappointing not to have been acknowledged during the majority of my stay, while also complimenting the Tuesday staff for their professionalism and welcoming demeanor. The contrast highlighted how impactful consistent, courteous service can be on the overall guest experience.

I feel for the price it cost, there are several hotels around the same area for better price and quality and that don’t charge overnight parking.

We stayed at a room with a balcony, but its rather noisy since it was across the street from the metro. Only thing I would say is the elevator is a bit questionable. We took an elevator going down from the 2nd floor and when we exited, we were greeted with a curtain that was halfway closed. We had to duck out of there. We told the staff and he said that elevator was ‘out of service’ yet there was no sign whatsoever. The elevators are super slow too.

At first it seemed clean. Check in wasn’t overly friendly. We called down for extra towels and blankets, service not available for single night stay. The pool is freezing and they don’t keep towels stocked. All that I could overlook until breakfast. We found the largest cockroach I’ve ever seen under our breakfast table. No thank you!

We have a family of 6 and stayed in a 2-queen & sofa bed suite. Beware: the sofa bed mattress is TERRIBLE - thin, dirty, and very uncomfortable. We ended up making a bed out of the sofa cushions for our 14 year old and that was much better than the sofa. The building is definitely older - the floors in our room had quite the squeak! Also, the parking is $15 each night. The breakfast was good, and staff were helpful.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had. The hotel room smelled terrible, the bathroom fan didn’t work, and being charged $15 a day for parking was ridiculous. The staff were unfriendly and more focused on their cell phones than helping guests. If other hotels hadn’t been fully booked, I would have left immediately. Honestly, I would have rather just stayed in my car.

The room was very clean and well-stocked. Plenty of room too! Staff was friendly and helpful, and the free breakfast was excellent! The VTA stops literally across the street took us into downtown San Jose and up to Levi’s Stadium quickly and easily. That was a wonderful experience. Heads up, the indoor pool is unheated, so it was absolutely freezing which was disappointing. Also the airport shuttle does not start running until 5:15am, but it was a quick uber ride to the SJC airport for our extra early flight. Overall, very good airport hotel!

We booked this express because it was close to the airport and it had a shuttle. It was so easy to make a reservation to use the shuttle. The driver was right on time and very curteous.

The reason we chose this hotel was the indoor pool. Unfortunately, the pool was cold and unusable. At check in, the clerk was not around, and we had to locate him to check in. In the room, there was 1 coffee pod for 2 adults (2 queen sized beds). The room was clean, and quiet.

The second room wasn’t much better. There were ants in the bathroom, and every single area of this hotel that had carpet was visibly dirty and needed to be vacuumed. The tile in the bathroom looked stained and almost moldy. Overall, the hotel felt unclean and poorly maintained. This was not a good experience, and I wouldn’t stay here again.

Convenient location close to the airport. I thought it might be a bit noisy but it wasn’t. The room was a bit dated and some wallpaper repairs are needed in the bathroom, but the beds were very comfortable and staff was pleasant. Complimentary breakfast is always nice.

They do not make the lobby available for you to wait for your room to be ready. Preferably they ask you to drop your bags off, leave and return after 3PM. I have never been to a hotel where you couldnt wait in the lobby.

It’s conveniently located, easy parking, very clean, the room is nice, beds are comfortable but the main reason… the breakfast. I have a large family, so it saves me a lot of money to have breakfast at the hotel. This morning alone they had biscuits and gravy, pancakes, two types of sausage, two types of omelettes, scrambled eggs, yogurt, oatmeal, toast, muffins, cinnamon rolls, cereal, three types of juice, coffee and fruit. I’m really impressed with the cleanliness and quality of the hotel as well, pool was a little cold but that’s being picky. Highly recommend.

Carpet (corner of the room and around bed area has dead spiders and insects with lots of dust) as if room wasn’t vacuum for a while. Room was a dirty. We slept on the bed but didn’t use the bedding or blanket. If you flush the toilet you can hear gurgles in the shower drain. It’ll be our first and last time staying here.

Staff wasn’t so friendly. Breakfast was good but not a lot of places to sit. Had to go up and down elevator 5 times to get what we want for breakfast since we couldn’t carry it to a table and just sit and eat. Everything on my rooms surface was tacky. I had to wipe down everything including remote.

We stayed for 3 nights and needed to request at the front desk to have the rooms made with clean towels, only to have one room not have house keep accommodations. Room 415 had ants in the bathroom and it smells.

A very average hotel.

Smooth check-in; large, clean, comfortable room; clean bathroom; comfortable beds, adequate outlets for device recharging. Pool was cold- children did not stay long. No room service during our 3 night stay, charge for parking was a surprise.

From the moment that I walked into the hotel it did not feel fresh and clean. The floors in the lobby and elevators were dirty when I checked in and when I checked out. Our room did not feel fresh and clean either and their was long dark floor in the restroom- yuck!

The staff during check in was nice, but come the day we had to leave Johannah the front desk was super rude, belittled me when i had a simple question. Online says a heated pool, we took the kids for a swim and what do you know, no heated pool....bathroom in the pool area VERY dirty.

The elevator had issues and did not always work properly. You had to see the sign at the front desk to know that you had to request a room clean service. Even after I did that, we were not given extra toilet paper. The next morning I had to go down to get some. Tedious how self-service it felt.
