Room wasn't ready and breakfast was ok, potatoes cold. The doors slam real loud when people entering and leaving, 1030 at nite to first thing in the morning. silly

Well over all the room and food was good. but the liking toilet only issue but was fixed right away. this motel was great and good location.

Didn't Have Any Dislike

It was overall a great stay. It was a clean and spacious room that had what we needed for our trip. The breakfast was great and it varied each day as well as was fresh. There were also many different items to choose from. The staff was attentive and all the food was great. We only had 2 things that were slightly bothersome. The toilet/shower room did not have a vent which made it stuffy in the room. The other thing was that each morning between 430 and 6am, the garbage truck would arrive to empty the dumpster and it was not at all quiet. We were in building 5 so I'm not sure if this applies to all areas. Overall we would stay there again as it was in a super convenient location as well.

The only thing that surprised me was how much single-use plastic there was—cup lids, cutlery, milk cartons—it felt like it was everywhere. It just seemed unnecessary when something used for a few minutes can stick around in the environment for hundreds of years. If Homewood Suites put as much effort into cutting down their reliance on single-use plastic as they do into their great hospitality, it would make an already great stay even better. That said, thank you for a lovely stay. On my first visit to the USA, I was really charmed by your hospitality.

The suite was very spacious and convenient for us family of 5. The breakfast was amazing and freshly made. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

I loved the room, comfy beds… the only thing is the layout you have to walk to another building for the lobby and when we arrived night time it was a little bit scary if i need to walk all the way to the back to get into our building… otherwise location was just walking distance from food places and starbucks…

Found dead cockroach in the bathroom area. The suite was in rough shape, light switches that don't do anything, exposed TV mount with no TV, visible water damage around the kitchen area.

Really nice lobby, easy check in process, great complimentary breakfast buffet, and generous, clean, and comfortable 2 room suite. Just was a bit dark - could use better lighting.

Friendly staff check in was easy. My room was very spacious and cleaned.

The property was close to stores. One of the days the sausage option did not look appetizing or taste good.

I’ll the property was perfect and it was nice and quiet over there and very clean . . Only thing I didn’t like was the tv could be updated to smart tvs I wasn’t able to watch my Netflix but other than that it was fine

The room was spacious and clean. There were complimentary snacks in the room. Also the continental breakfast was excellent. I would definitely stay there again.

Our room was supposed to have been serviced every other day. We stayed for 3 nights, which means the room should have been cleaned once during our 3 day stay. Nobody ever came to clean the room or give us clean towels and more toilet paper. On check out day a lady from housekeeping knocked on our door before we checked out. This is extremely rude and not appropriate.

The room is quite okay, but the AC on the other room and living room is not working. Last night, it’s raining and terrible that the rain went through the front door inside. Staffs were kind, friendly and nice. But next time, please give us the first floor unit because, my 85 year mom is pwd and three of my grandkids are special.

One of the more unique hotels I’ve stayed at. Set up in numerous buildings that remind me of apartments. We were updairs and had a massive 2 bedroom 2 bath full living room and full kitchen for a very fair price. Definitely the best bang for your buck. Close to the tram to walk to the 49ers games too!

The rooms are huge and super convenient with a studio kitchen. The breakfast here is really great with so many great options, but if you stay here during the weekend, get there early to get a seat, or you're taking back to your room. Enough parking, but way to small. My only complaint is that I'm not a huge fan of tubs. I'm a walkin shower kind of person. But other than that, staff was great.

It was terrible for the price we paid we expected to get a good nights rest and could not due to someone's constatly banging the side of the building it started at 1 am and did not stop till 4 am when i called the desk they finalky addressed it - also soneone else in the building was playing loud mysic all night and it did not stop needless to say we did not get rest and needed to attend an event the next day. I would appreciate compensation for my discomfort since i book frequently with hotels.com

Great location, super staff

Absolutely AMAZING staff!! They were all so friendly and willing to help with any questions we had - from check in, dining options, transportation options, and things to do in the area. It was so busy due to the concert in town and they didnt rush us or act as if our questions were a burden. They were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to really make sure we had everything we needed. The excellent provided breakfast was a huge bonus too. I would 100% recommend staying here and will absolutely stay with them again when i come back for future trips. The room was clean and spacious. Just an all around wonderful experience. Thank you!!

Staff were helpful, accommodating and friendly. The location made it easy for us to attend a concert at Levi Stadium. We took the light rail located within walking distance and saved ourselves $$ as we had planned on using an Uber. Round trip was $5/person. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Great place to stay..first time staying at Homewood Suites here in San Jose. Nice location near Airport without the deafing noise...thats a plus. nice ammenities and incredible customer service. The room had a couple wear and tear issues, but nothing that would keep us from staying again.

There was a wasp nest outside our room, which didn’t bother us much but made us cautious when we stepped out. The cleaning service was done every other day, but the housekeeping almost forgot to clean our room until I kept bothering the front desk about it. Despite these minor issues, the room was spacious enough for our needs, with two king beds and two bathrooms.

I had a wonderful time during my stay. My husband and I brought the kids and they enjoyed all the amenities pool, jacuzzi, basketball courts and the delicious BF. Staff was wonderful and very accommodating! Definitely recommend and will be back.

The beds were comfortable, the apartment style rooms made for the perfect space between the kids and us. Staff were super helpful and the check in was easy.

We did not have a good stay here. Our room was extremely dirty stained carpet, stained and very dirty sofa bed, the room smelled like cleaning supplies and had a yucky smell. The website stated there was a fireplace which they only included logs for the first night but there was a charge for additional logs which defeats the purpose of having a fireplace if we had to pay additional fees for the logs not good advertising.

This was perfect for us as my son was recuperating from knee surgery and his apartment had too many stairs. This had everything we needed including the mini kitchen. Front desk service was great and friendly whenever we had a request or needed anything.

Loved this property. Comfy, spacious apartment-like rooms. Staff bent over backward to provide us extra pillows, complimentary taxi service, and re-keying the room at least once on checkout when I forgot things in the room and had to go back in. They were great.

Property is dirty. Room had hair in the bathroom on the floor and shower. Bed is very old and squeaky. The property was probably nice when it first opened but it’s ran down now. The front staff was nice though. Trash under the stairs. Not a good property. Would not stay again.

Hotel service staff were great! I had a heavy bag and my room was on the 2nd floor. It was an outside entrance and no elevator. Entrance was dirty and the bottom of the tub was black. It is old, but comfortable. I would not stay there again if I was back in the area.

The only issues we had with the room was sleeping, the mattress was not comfortable, the sofa bed was worse. It was so bad that my sister in law had to sleep on the sofa cushions on top of the mattress and the second night she didn't even open the sofa up, she just slept on the couch. When you are paying $200 a night, the beds should be comfortable

Dirty, old feeling and not a lot around the location. Stains on the carpet and smudges on the walls. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Hotel was super rundown and dirty. We didn’t even turn on the heat/air due to the mini splits being filthy. Scuff marks on all the furniture, stains on the carpets, dirt smudged on the walls. Super disappointing. Parking is cramped as well. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Clean, friendly stay. Great breakfast and a ton of other eating options in the adjacent strip mall. Sleeper sofas are getting a little long in the tooth and lacked a secondary arm chair. The acccessible room has very little counter space due to configuration. Great proximity to VTA rail.

We were there for our childrens TKD tournament. We spent 2 nights. We arrived passed 10pm, i did call like at 4pm to let them know. The person that answered was polite and made a note of it. It was extremely important for me that my children had a good rest after the long drive. Not disappointed at all easy fast check in. The suite was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. We are a famiy of 6.

When we arrived there was a lot of police activity on site and around the area. We were told to stay in our room. It was unnerving but the staff handled it well and assured us that we would be okay. Stovetop burners didn’t get as hot as regular stovetops and took a long time just to boil pasta. However, it was still convenient to have, along with the kitchen. Traveled with kids and room was spacious for us. Kids loved the heated pool and hot tub. The free breakfast was typical hotel food but it was convenient for our family. There is a basketball court that we used and borrowed a basketball from the front desk. That was nice. Everything was as expected for the price.

We are a family of 6 so we stayed in the 2 bedroom 2 bath suit. The breakfast was amazing. They had everything and it was great.It would have been a nice room, but it was dirty. We wouldn’t have minded so much had we not had brought our baby who crawls and puts everything in his mouth. My 8 year old used the pull out couch and found a fake fingernail. Glad it was him who found it and not the baby. The blanket provided for the pull out was ratty and stinky, so we turned on the heater as to not use the blanket. We had to turn it off as it smelt so bad like the filters had not been changed in a long time.

I have stayed in countless hotels in my travels with my husband. This hotel tops the least hospitable of all. The receptionist named Brie is the most unfriendly hotel staff I have ever encountered. It amazes me that she was hired as a receptionist with her personality.

The staff were so welcoming and friendly! I also noticed the cleanliness of the room and overall areas l. I also loved that there was a complimentary breakfast, so no need to worry about going for breakfast.

This property has a great staff and the hotel portion is devided up into separated buildings they are easy to access and provide a safe feeling, the is shopping within walking distance and several things to do in a few minutes drive. During my stay the pool and hot tub area was being worked on and unavailable for use, it is a very well kept and great looking property next to a retail shopping area.

Convenient

the carpet was so dirty that we we took our shoes and socks off the bathmat showed black dirt. The manager was quite unfriendly about our complaint. Other staff were helpful and pleasant. We would not return based on the manager's response to our complaint. I even took a photo with cell phone to show her but she was not receptive. she offered carpet cleaning or change rooms but her manner was unwelcoming to say the least

The rooms were a little dated, but spacious and clean. The complimentary breakfast was great, one of the best I’ve had at a hotel.

This property is great. The staff is always nice. The rooms work out great. It’s nice to have the free parking and breakfast which is rare to find in San Jose. At first there were 2 dozen mosquitoes in my room after checking in. They offered to move me, but I ended up staying and they resolved the issue.

Furniture in the living room was stained and ripped. We avoided sitting in the room. Televisions were old and took a considerable amount of time to turn on.

Great place to stay. Was there for a quick visit but the staff were great, the room was lovely, and the pool is a real bonus!

My dislikes, the bedding mattress are terrible. This is a Hilton property, needs to upgrade the flat mattresses to something more plusher. The slowness in water drainage in the bathroom sink is something that should have been tested as QA room cleaning and maintenance notified so they can correct the sink drain in the bathroom. The ironing boards need to be replaced. Homewood Suites need to step up to the plate and make sure upgrades. It eventually goes down, but it's very slow. The front deck receptionist at check-in was fabulous. Very personable and had Character. Give her a raise or promo. She absolutely deserves it. Love her attitude. Wish I remembered her name to display here, but you can easily view check in receipt to whom she was.
