The hotel staff were really nice throughout the stay except for one guy who worked on a Monday morning. He tried to implement his own policies into place I’m sure due to me being a woman of color. The rooms are dirty, unsanitary, full of cockroaches, and linen unsanitary. The bath tubs had burn stains in the bath tub, a cockroach upside down on the built in soap dish fighting for life upon arrival. The amenities such as the microwave, stove, and refrigerator hadn’t been clean and sanitized since 1990 I’m assuming. The place is home for many which is heart breaking. The trash receptacle outside the rooms were overflowing in trash during my whole stay. I couldn’t believe the place. I will say again, it’s home to many. May the most high bless the staff that treats everyone there with dignity. The place should have a deep cleaning done and tented for removal of the cockroach infestation.

The Wi-Fi was completely non-functional in both the guest rooms and the business office. Despite bringing this to the front desk's attention multiple times, the staff was unable to resolve the issue. Additionally, one of the two key cards provided did not work. The room itself was disappointing, featuring an outdated interior and a bathtub with noticeable stains. Given the sub-standard conditions and lack of basic amenities, I cannot recommend this establishment.

I love this place 💕specially if you like to cook your own meals, they do provide with a small kitchenette and main dishes to continue with your daily meal routines even if you are away from home.

I did not enjoy my 1 night in town for work stay At all.

The woman at the front desk who checked me in was incredibly nice and I enjoyed talking to her.

The first room smelled like cigarettes and when I asked to change room, I was given the Room next to the washroom under a stairs and light did not come into the room. besides that the room was not clean, the single person couch had slash stains from who knows what.

Overall a good place to stay with kitchen amenities and laundry access. Staff friendly. Floors and carpet could be cleaner and making sure the heater AC is actually in working condition. Shower stream could be improved with a newer shower head.

Staff was nice. Room was clean. Only complaint is someone below me smoking pot in front of his room and the smell came inside my room. He should go away from the building!! Some weather stripping under the front door would be beneficial as well.as you can see the gap and hear outside noise easily.

The first room I was assigned it was unclean and not ready at all. Second room was in the corner upstairs and it stunk very bad. I was unimpressed in the room and honestly didn’t want to stay there.

The room was spacious and appeared to be an upgrade, which was appreciated. The bathroom was also large. However, the bed was extremely springy and uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep. Additionally, shampoo and conditioner were not available in the room and I had to go to the front desk to request them. Since I arrived late at night, this should have been disclosed at check-in

Mold buildup in the shower and the room had such a large gap under the door that the individual living in the hotel outside smoking weed permeated the entire room we only checked in for about 40 minutes and my daughter and IThis was actually one of the worst places I’ve ever checked into. The rooms are nice but very dated and look old. Everything works. Kitchen area has a tiny island to eat at, full refrigerator with freezer, skin and plenty of cabinets for food. There is also a microwave, and stove burners so you can cook in your room. Laminate wood flooring in kitchen and bathroom are very nice. The should do it throughout the room. It's a bit odd to have old carpet and then a nice kitchenette and bathroom floors. Great place for extended or shorts stays if your ballen on a budget and need something low cost but still nice.

But the room was great and comfortable. The staff towards the end of my trip were awesome and accommodating. When I needed something or I had to extend my last day hrs they were great about it. But I wish they would call about the checkout hrs instead of knocking. I needed an hr extension and I called about it, there was no communication about that

There was a cockroach on our bed in the morning as we left, I squished it and threw it in the trash. I reported it to the office and they stated they would treat the room and if they do d evidence then they would refund me, I will not be paying for this room and will dispute the charges.

The room felt old and damp and it smell moldy. While we were unpacking, I spotted a bug crawling on top of the dresser and I quickly squashed it. We reported this matter the next day and they offered a room change. The new room felt dry and fresh and bug free.

My family & I have been staying at this location for a while, nice location, clean rooms, & quiet for the most part. Also like note the managers are super nice & if you have any problems with your room, they tried to fix the problem asap. Overall a good location.

We showed up and they didn’t have our reservation in their system. They were not helpful at all. We had already paid, and they made us pay again. Gave us a room that wasn’t cleaned, the bed was clearly slept in already. The staff called our room at 1:30 am because they had a computer error and needed us to come in and pay again! It was a mess.

After my first night I noticed welts on my body. I thought it might be because I have sensitive skin. The second night I had a lot more and so did my husband. He has 32 welts bites! Now we knew we were being eaten alive. We told the office employee. He said they could look and see. I told him I wanted another room. He said they did not have bed bugs in the hotel, but the second floor had roaches. I should him the bites I had on my leg. One was three bites together and was about 2 1/2 inches long. Some welts were one inch in diamentor. Then he asked if I wanted another room, I said YES. He asked a second time. I said YES! He asked a third time. Guess what I said? He gave us a another room on the second floor. Gratefully I did not see any roaches. The first room's door had to be slammed in order to shut. The kitchen faucet came up from it's setting, the bathroom sink did not have a stopper. There were other things wrong, but we lived with it. The second room was better, but there had been a leak upstairs in the bathroom and had evidence of that was in our bathroom shower. Other minor things as well. In my opinion the hotel is extremely ran down and need a complete overhaul. We now refer to it as the Roach Motel.

Room was so so but check in was bad. I tried to change "deluxe king" to two queens as our group size changed and because I booked through hotels.com, the desk clerk would not budge, in spite of having availability. The bed was ok but don't know what made this "deluxe" unit at top dollar! The included breakfast was terrible. Just a ledge in the office with a coffee pot and a hot water pot. "Food" consisted of small packet of oatmeal (no milk) or a stale muffin. Small breakfast bar was option but no real food of any kind. No place to sit so stood drinking coffee in small lobby.

This is a well-maintained property with a friendly and accommodating staff. The location is safe and provides easy access to both 580 and 680 for easy access to all areas of the greater Bay Area. It is quiet and has rooms that allow for heating up leftovers or preparing simple meals. A great choice for traveling families or locals looking for access to shopping and nearby communities. Will stay again when I want to leave S.F. for a weekend with peace, cleanliness, and an escape from today’s dysfunctional city…

It was dirty,, disaster place! I don’t recommend to Anyone to go there! I find out the hair in the towel. The bathroom was dirty. Everything the room is dirty totally I wasn’t happy and I had to sleep. I had not another choice. But look from outside was nice. The inside was terrible.

I had to call IT twice for internet connection issues. There are easier ways

After check-in around 10pm, climbed 3 flights of stairs to room which wouldn't open. Had to return to front desk to have room key reset. Most inconvenient welcome!

On three separate occasions, I requested a downstairs room with two beds. One was online with the reservation and two were in person. Went to check in and had a one bed on the third floor. I just had major knee surgery and needed to be on the bottom floor in case of an emergency. They had no rooms on the bottom floor. Ended up with one bed on the second floor. They moved us on day two. Went to check out the room smells like cat piss. Moved to another room with two beds on second floor. Refrigerator was not working. Bottom of the doors and cupboards were rotting. Had to move again because of roaches. Now I’m on the second floor with two beds. The fire alarm goes off and I’m in a walker and unable to walk downstairs. My caretaker comes back to the room and lets me know that it’s just a drill. This place is absolutely awful.

Front desk employees were all very helpful and friendly. The area felt safe and it was in a convenient location. The room itself was ok. The mattresses were comfortable but the sheets felt and smelled not very clean. There was a bug in our fridge (not sure what kind though because I killed it) and then found another bug in the bathtub the next day (different kind of bug than the fridge one—maybe.. could’ve been a baby version of fridge bug, I guess). All of the amenities for the kitchen (forks, spoons, plates, toaster, etc.) had to be requested at the front desk (and we had to carry them up to our room ourselves) and there weren’t any drawers in the kitchen to put anything. For the price, the room definitely needs a renovation and I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Bed was so broken down we had to change rooms. They were pretty accommodating. Would not return here unless the rooms were completely remodeled. The one positive thing was clean rooms & friendly people.

Bed mattress had divets in it from wear and uncomfortable.Shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed because the bar was falling off the wall so water was all over bathroom floor. No utensils only two plastic cups in the room, the coffepot was empty at 7:30am in the office. Staff was nice and room was clean

I was having surgery the next morning and the noise level was immediately obviously too loud to let me have a good nights sleep so I asked the desk clerk if I could cancel my reservation and get a refund. He said he would have to talk to his manager but that this would not be a problem.

Neighbors dogs kept barking. Sheets and towels had blood stain droppings. Room had roaches. There were burn stains on the bathroom counter. Room wasn’t vacuumed and had pieces of something on the floor that my dog was trying to eat.

Definitely a nice location if you want to visit attractions in the San Ramon/Dublin/Pleasanton area. But it's too expensive given that the walls are paper thin and it had a pretty bad aroma. Most likely the quality of paint. There is no ice machine but they give you ice cube trays in the freezer. No exercise room and no swimming pool

The manager Sonia was unprofessional and rude. The room smelled, had damage in several places, stains on the carpet, outlet coming out of the walls. Pics available upon request. The pull out couch bed had blood stains all over it, it was disgusting. The first night when I complained to Sonia her only solution was she could check us out so we could go find somewhere else to stay. Our entire soccer team booked here and were beyond disappointed. The rooms looked nothing like advertised. We travel A LOT for soccer and will never stay at this chain again.

It was an ok stay for the price. The bed was comfortable. Pillows wet flat and small. Needs to be upgraded. One of the lights in the room didn’t work. The other only worked when you twisted the bulb on and off. Breakfast was a wrapped small muffin or nutrigrain bar. They did have coffee though.

They did not want to clean the room even after asking for service on the 11th day of stay.cleaning staff was rude to my parents and didn’t want to provide toilet paper and other things!

No hot water for a shower, smelled of mold very badly in the bathroom. So bad, we went and got a car air freshener to help with the stench.. Carpet dirty, stover burner dirty. Commode would not flush when needed. The water in the bathroom smelt like something was dead. . Ac did not work enough to cool down our room. Very displeased and would not go back. The only nice thing was the young man who checked us in. He was super kind.

I was charged $300 for a reprocessing fee under duress trying to get my son checked in late at night. They said I made a mistake on the name on the reservation but they never changed the name on the reservation and let him in so I paid for nothing. Expedia claimed it wasnt them that charged the fee but also wasn’t willing to help me get the fee refunded All I know is I paid $300 for absolutely nothing as the reservation information was never changed. I’m disputing the charge. We shall see if Expedia or Extended Stay do the right thing here.

We didn't realize there wouldn't be simple amenities in the rooms. You had to make a special trip to request shampoo, etc.

Poor bed covers but sheets are clean, many chips in kitchen counter and cabinets, no ice machine so no ice upon arrival. You have to make your own. Does have dishes upon request without charge. No coffee in room. Advertised as breakfast but it is a muffin and coffee not breakfast. One step above motel 6 but also the low price leader in the area. One night, treat yourself and step up, multiple nights the savings add up.

Took the front desk three attempts to get me a room. Two out of three times the key would not open the door. And this was two different rooms. The third room, the door was open, and all the furniture had been thrown around the room. I will not be staying there again.

Parking was easy. Breakfast was terrible muffin and coffee only, carry back to room because no chairs or table.

Reserved a room with 2 Queen beds as there were 4 adults staying in that room. When we arrived, our room had been given to someone else or the prior occupant stayed beyond planned. The night clerk gave us a second room instead because of the mistake. Overall stay was good, but this hotel has some serious deferred maintenance and updates that need to be made.

The shower had a constant drip, popcorn ceiling, heater is noisy, false center climate control, I left the night before I was suppose to check out. This hotel is in need of a major update.

Night staff was very difficult. He couldn’t find my reservation and i had to call Expedia and have them call him. He finally had to create a new reservation and Expedia cancelled mine. Took over 30 minutes at 1:30am to check in. During this, another couple was trying to check in and he was inventing new rules that he wouldn’t allow them to check in. Completely incompetent staff.

I just needed a bed for the night. The room was very comfortable. Soni and Sulemon were friendly and helpful.
