Clean room, plentiful parking, good but not extraordinary breakfast, okay grounds and lobby. The bathroom was a bit tight, but if we were staying longer and needed a kitchen, we would have appreciated that amenity more. I don’t know why the hotel doesn’t provide lotion. If we had known, we would have packed some.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They go beyond to meet your requests and never make you feel like you’re asking too much. It’s always a great experience.

I arrived at 5 PM, even though check-in was at 3 PM, and my room was still not ready. Once I got into the room, there was a terrible odor throughout the unit. I contacted the front desk and was told I could move rooms. Before moving all of my belongings and my children, I specifically asked if the new room was the same one-bedroom layout I had paid for and told yes. After moving everything pregnant, I discovered it was not the same layout and did not have the separate bedroom. I was told they would refund the price difference “as a courtesy,” which was simply correcting the downgrade. I then had to move all of my belongings back to the original room so they could try removing the smell with a machine for several hours. The odor never went away. When we returned, the room still smelled bad and appeared poorly cleaned. There were sandwiches left in the refrigerator, drawers left open, the bed looked rushed, and there was a large stain on the mattress. I was told there were no other rooms available, no nearby property transfer options, and no manager available until the next day . This was supposed to be my birthday trip, and the experience completely ruined it. The staff member I spoke with was kind and I appreciate the refund, but this experience was far below Hyatt standards. As a Hyatt Vacation Club owner who stays at Hyatt properties often, this was extremely disappointing.

Everything about this hotel was amazing! The staff, the pool, breakfast, and overall cleanliness of the facility! I will definitely be back if I’m ever in the area again! The only thing that wasn’t the best was that the pull out sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable.

Property and room were clean, easy parking quiet room. Very nice breakfast with lots of variety.

All the staff were friendly and helpful, room and amenities were clean and updated. Breakfast was great. Today was Mother’s Day and one of the staff members working the breakfast gave a rose to the mom guests - such a thought and appreciated gesture! Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here recently and had a really great experience. Everything was amazing from check-in to check-out. The breakfast had all the essentials and was always stocked, which I appreciated. The gym was spacious and clean, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable as well. The staff was also super helpful and welcoming, even later at night when I checked in. Overall, it was a smooth and relaxing stay and I would definitely come back again.

checkin was easy. room was clean. large group traveling together we utilized the dining room for a get together, which was great. if you use the sofa sleeper, request two extra blankets. they are thin a d have to weight to them. or, ask for a comforter like they have on the bed. room well appointed. Great location for shopping and dining out.

I checked in on Saturday, March 28th, 2026, for a three-night stay in three rooms. I immediately checked out because the experience was nothing like the pictures. The rooms had an overwhelming musty and cigarette smell, and there were spiders present. The hotel bathroom tiles were covered in mildew, which was very unpleasant. Overall, it was a terrible stay, and I do not recommend this place.

A very enjoyable visit from the moment we walked in. The gentleman at the front desk was very pleasant, helpful and accommodating, as was the staff when we checked out. The room was spotless, the amenities very nice and the bed was extremely comfortable. We were delighted to see the excellent breakfast selection, which was well prepared and fresh. I very much recommend this hotel and will definitely return should we be down in the area again.

They need to replace their locks with tap magnetic cards instead of having it to insert and swipe

Check in was quick & easy with a super friendly front desk host. Free breakfast was great. 12 noon checkout is another added bonus! Great hotel, great stay.

Breakfast was always fresh and different choices everyday. Staff was amazing, friendly and professional- always willing to help- and that was all staff(breakfast team, front desk all shifts, and housekeeping)! We were there 5 nights and really enjoyed the stay- close to places to hike and eat!!!

Our room was clean, equipped with the usual - iron & board, safe, TV. Our room had a well appointed kitchenette with microwave, mini fridge, dishwasher, sm. coffee maker, pots and pans, plates, saucers, cups and glasses, NICE SOFA BED AREAThe location was excellent, right off of the and near a grocery AND drug store, restaurants/fast food. The staff was excellent - always responding in a timely and respectful manner (front desk, housekeeping AND maintenance!). Breakfast was meh ok, but what do expect - sufficient for a free meal. Pool area was pretty good, my grandchildren enjoyed it immensely. Anyway my husband and I enjoyed our visit at HYATT HOUSE SAN RAMON, CA.

The property was very clean and the staff attended to all of our needs swiftly and professional.

The standard king beds had mattress toppers that were sunken in as well. Pillows were worn out. If you are looking for a good night’s rest look elsewhere. I rated it slightly higher considering the staff was at least courteous, but the condition of the property was such that I’d never go back.

Gym was nice we used it. Front desk snd housekeeping are friendly and helpful. The condition of our room 406 at no fault to housekeeping was that the tile in the shower was gone and very uncomfortable, a mat was provided but i am not a fan of these. The light in the makeup mirror was barely working. One elevator in the whole place ONE! that is crazy and one ice machine on the first floor. So we will not be staying here again. Not because of staff. Just not happy with the room and access to the room and ice.

The central heating in our room was horrible! It was making a lot of noise and was going from heat to cold all during the night! So, we did not get any sleep. It was the New Year’s Eve, and we were planning to leave early in the morning asap.

The sign on the hot tub jets says 20 second delay. It should say press once for twenty seconds then wait, and wait, and wait and the jets might actually turn on. The remote for the handicap chair only worked up and down not side to side then not at all. Perhaps a weak battery? But a little tough to call for help when there's an immediate need. Staff was great. Room was awesome. Blackout shade instructions should be more visible upon entering the room. But I suspect this is the trend so we'll catch on too. Enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast was a very nice offering included in the room price. We had to leave very early so we just had coffee. We observed many couples and families enjoying breakfast. The fan in the bedroom was located on the wall at the foot of the bed. It was easy to adjust the temperature in the room, but the thermostat kept blowing air on us.

When I checked in to my room on a Sunday evening somebody was dancing (thumping) in the room above me. I asked the front desk for a different room and they searched for an equivalent room with a vacant room above me. The rest of the stay was quiet and comfortable. I was very pleased with the front desk service that evening!

Our room smelled like some terrible spray that you would use to cover up pet urine. It was overpowering. If you’re got to allow pets, please keep those rooms for pet owners only. We will not be back to a Hyatt again.

Clean pool area, clean room, kids enjoyed the trunk or treat activity. Breakfast was fairly well stocked and clean in light of how many kids were there. Staff should be commended for managing the crowd.

Property was fine but the hotel failed at job one - honor the reservation. I booked and paid for a 1 bedroom nearly 4 months ago. Arrived just after check-in time to be told -- we oversold one bedrooms -- sorry! (At this point most hotels would try to 'make it right' -- I booked a one bedroom as my wife is undergoing chemo treatments and has erratic sleep patterns.) Nope! No room change. No sorry. Not even a price adjustment to the downgraded room! Better yet the clerk made it clear they 'prioritize Hyatt World members,' not (sniff) 'third party bookings' (Expedia. I did not buy it used from a guy in a trenchcoat.)

I stay here monthly for work. It’s a long-established hotel. It’s a bit dated. But it has everything you need inside and within walking distance.

The front desk staff were professional, courteous and helpful, and it was very easy to check in room clean. Appliances was clean in the shower very clean the breakfast was okay. I highly recommend thank you.

Everything was great (room, location, cleanliness, breakfast, etc) with the exception of the tv operation. After two unsuccessful trips to the front desk we gave up. Honestly, the employee was unable to figure out the tech

They were doing carpet cleaning which we refused as it would make the carpets wet (why would they do that with it being occupied) and have a horrible perfumey scent. There was also some cleaning done near the dining area that you could smell during the breakfast service that ruined the already mediocre breakfast. Wait until after breakfast!! It was so stinky.

Someone cooked fish on the third floor and it stunk to high heaven for 3 days. The night it happened I had to stuff paper towels under my door and run the kitchenette fan all night to keep the smell at bay. The staff didn’t seem too concerned about it. Yucky and stinky. Otherwise the room was fine.

Room is cozy but with the kitchenette nice. Only one night so totally doable. Son one sofa bed and us on king. Customer servive great and great breakfast included!

As Hyatt Houses go this was not quite as nice as the others we have stayed. It looked like this property was either one of the first ones or it was an old hotel that was reconditioned. The rooms were more cramped and the furniture was very dated. Wouldn't throw it out as an option but if you are use to a certain quality that Hyatt House projects you may be disappointed.

Hotel shuttle to local offices was very convenient.

The Hyatt house was great place to stay. Went to my friend's 60th birthday party and stay overnight. I wish I had stay for 2 nights. The hotel was clean, love the studio suite had everything you needed and then some. Next time I want to get away this will be the place to go.

I will be back again to stay longer and enjoy more amenities. The check in process was easy and the gentlemen very kind, personable and accomodating. The room cozy, warm, clean and quiet. All appliances and electronics in the room were in working order. Very convenient location in the San Ramon area. On my way out this morning, the breakfast smelled delicious. Hot and fresh. I had to leave just a moment before the start but I won't miss next time. Thank you and I will definitely be back.

Front desk older guy at night very nice. Younger man was rude at check out. Room was tiny king bed did not fit. Bright light from a parking lot next door blasting all night. No curtians. Cheap plastic blinds. Did not clean the room did not even dump trash. Pool requires key card for access. once I was at the pool it would not let me out. My card stopped working. I was stuck there till someone let me out. No bell or anyway else to leave. Brown carpet and sofa can’t tell how dirty it is. Charged for parking even though it’s more like a motel.
