Breakfast was great, staff was very friendly. Room was greatly equipped, water pressure was amazing. Size of everything was wonderful, and TV had Netflix option which is a plus. Location was great. A little expensive. The pet fee was basically the price of a whole other night and parking wasn't included. For the price, I was hoping it would be.

Room was clean, but appeared not used in a while. Towels and sheets were definitely clean. Breakfast options were good, with a basic, simple menu. Food was fresh and kept full. All the bowls and plates were compostable.

Its nice to have the kitchen area with a baby and the breakfast was nice.

Good selection for breakfast

Third place I have stayed at in San Ramon for work and by far my favorite. Rooms are private, large, and up to date. Ice maker works in the room! Everything you need is nearby. The complimentary breakfast is better than most.

The bed in my room sagged so much I had to sleep on the sofa.

Highly recommended our room was clean spacious,area was clean and the service was exceptional.

First and foremost, despite explicitly informing the front desk that I did not require housekeeping, a maid attempted to enter my room unannounced. Thankfully, the latch was engaged, or the situation could have been much worse. On two separate occasions, the white alarm in the room went off without cause, creating significant distress. Additionally, guests frequently gathered outside my door to smoke and talk loudly, making it difficult to relax or rest. When I approached the front desk the day before checkout to request a copy of my incidental folio, I was informed that it could not be printed. This is highly unprofessional and suggests either a lack of resources or poor management. To make matters worse, the manager, Narcisa, interrupted my conversation with the guest service representative and accused me—based solely on hearsay from housekeeping staff—of using inappropriate language and playing loud music. These claims are categorically false. I did not play music during my stay and certainly did not speak disrespectfully to anyone on staff. Furthermore, I was double-charged for a night’s stay, and my incidentals have yet to be refunded. Repeated calls to the front desk have gone unanswered. The hot tub was out of order for the entire month, which was disappointing, though I will note that the breakfast staff were consistently pleasant and professional. =)

Fire alarm in the middle of the night and woke us up with this terrible screeching, strobe light. After about two hours we got back to sleep the next night. There was a guy above us that was wandering all night in his room really noisy at midnight

Well, I was overcharged today as I extended my stay I’m going to be extending it an extra two days checking out Friday morning so I didn’t like how they charged me 300 a night plus a $500 deposit. I was very disappointed in that fact.

Door was very hard to work for a 4 star hotel. Key was fine but door handle extremely hard to push down. Tv remote worked terrible and had a hard time turning on.

Location is good. Safe area. Walking distance to restaurants. Parking spaces are really narrow. I asked for room to be vaccumed as they had not cleaned below couches when I checked in but never happened in my 5 night stay. Although they did change towels.

Unfortunately - there is a large construction, and by some reason they work overnight - so if you would like to hear a sledge hammer from 10pm to 4am - please ask to be in the city facing room :) Again - not a hotel's fault.

Also, because our daughter got sick overnight, I asked to have the bed sheets changed out because we had to strip them. Front desk and manager said they don't clean the rooms if only staying 3 nights. But I explained that it was an accident and sheets needed to be changed. They said "no, sorry." They said I could change them myself if I wanted to. Anyhow... this is the first time I've ever been told (at a hotel) that they could not help. They said there was no one available to change sheets (even though there was a housekeeper across the hall from our room). Nonetheless, that put a bad taste in our mouth. Also, remote was not working and overall, an ok stay, but I would not stay here again.

Took kids to pool later that night, we were told the pool closes at 10pm, got kids out by 9:55- Noticed a group of teenage girls were allowed to hangout till 11:00pm.. I stay at residence Inns by marriot often, because theyre great places for families. The room was great, $400 for a two bedroom suite. We had family come back to our room after the Service to look over old family photos. The housekeeper was very sweet.. but the staff at the front need to get some retraining. Do better.

Exactly what we needed.

We stayed here with a high school basketball team for a basketball tournament. Amenities include suites with full kitchens, breakfast, pool/hot tub, laundry and a basketball hoop. This place was clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I would absolutely recommend this place for a stay. The location is also terrific. It is close to grocery stores, restaurants and coffee!

Great place to stay. Parking slots are so close together you can’t get in or out of your car. Otherwise very nice.

The stay was very disappointing. The people at the desk were not polite and they did not know what they were doing. We were locked out of our room because of a mistake they made and we couldn’t get back in at 2 AM.

Good relation price and service. The included breakfast is fine, but they could have a little more variety to choose from.

Cons: Dated and dirty! Carpets were filthy which made the kids’ feet black. Curtains and surfaces dusty. Very basic bathroom/shower tub and toiletries. Cigarette butts all over in the parking lot right outside our room. Cable was basic. All the outlets were old and I could not get any of my chargers/plug ins to stay in place. They literally would just fall off. Went to use the microwave and someone else’s nasty old food was inside! Note: staff was 100 percent accommodating. Offered to move us to another room. It was less dirty than the original room.

Wonderful amenities, shower was fantastic and the bed/ mattress—-slept like a baby. Very roomy and comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding, best I have had that was included with room. Only down side was no USB ports for our devices but we managed. Staff was wonderful too!!

We got our room late due to late check outs and late cleaning. They were able to accommodate free parking, but after a long drive and exhaustion, it felt like it wasn’t enough. My key kept deactivating. Luckily there was an extra key. A/C didn’t work well at night. But, overall it was a nice peaceful stay. It was a nice area to stay in for a family.

We've stayed at other Residence Inns before and this one seems a bit dated. It was fairly clean but the pullout had a big stain on the mattress. Other beds were comfortable and amenities were great. Staff was very nice and breakfast was so-so, like prepackaged school lunch breakfast sandwiches. There were other options too, and coffee was strong. Surrounding area is great, tons of restaurants and grocery stores, etc.

Only there one night but it was very nice. Lots of parties so a few hours and of course, a nights rest with comfort and quiet was delightful

Everything was very nice about the place except the gym was very sad.

I was moved from my originally room to another room dur to lack of cleanliness. The 2nd room was better but not the best, not disgusting but definitely not COVID standard clean. Breakfast was basic and so was the gym.

the room was infested with pet hair. we didn't realize until we saw pet hair on my laptop which is black. upon complaining the hotel didn't do anything about it...

I like the apartment style rooms. Perfect.

Then there was the first “non-smoking room” that smelled intensely smoky inside. We needed to ask for another room. Then the toilet did not stop running. I notified the clerk as we were leaving and she said the maintenance person would look into it. Other than those problems our stay was good. The breakfast is definitely “lacking” in this time of COVID. Very Sad!

Stayed overnight for a soccer tournament. It was great for what I needed.

This is my 2nd time staying at this location! I love it! The bed is comfortable everything is very clean and I love if I choose to cook I can and the convenience of restaurants and stores are within walking distance. I will return and I hope when I do the pool is open!

Hide a bed in the couch was not very comfortable for anybody over 65 pounds. The pillows were not very comfortable. The continental breakfast had enough to satisfy breakfast hunger. The coffee pot was lacking instructions.

It was clean enough, the carpet and furniture are a little worn, but the bed was great. Kitchen in good condition and all dishes were washed and clean in dishwasher. It was a nice quiet stay.

The advertisement and service does not match, specially breakfast was nit fabulous as mentioned. Room service was not regular. Weekly cleaning is not a good way for service. Though we had good time.

The wifi didn’t work for 2 days then there was an inspection and they were knocking all day and on top of that the police were called and knocked on our room. It needs new prices it is not worth it.

My TV was broken my stove did not work correctly the pots and pans were missing and they were not in proper working condition when I did receive some from the front desk when I called for assistance that evening the night person was there by themselves so I had to fix the TV myself I’m very disappointed and plan on reporting this incident to everybody on the Internet And they charge me for parking without my knowing about having to pay for parking in a hotel that was more than half empty

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The check in process went swiftly. The room was fantastic. The only down side was to have to pay for parking. Parking should be included in the room cost.

We had a very good experience and more convenient than any other place to the party we attended at The Bridges.

Reserved a 2 bedroom suite. It was on the 2nd floor-no elevator! 3 televisions in the room. None worked. The cables had been removed!?? Manager got one working and had to go get more cables. Said he would be right back. An hour later we had to leave the room. Front desk said they were busy. Never heard from them again.

A very pleasant experience- with family recently moved to the area, I hope to stay there frequently.

Like the property, spacious, comfortable, and it's located in a good area where there's nature and easy access to some local restaurants and mall. But just wish the hotel would provide free bottled water or at least toothbrush etc

Spacious and convenient for me to access to my office located nearby the hotel. But the TV connection to YouTube was extremely slow and sometimes it just froze. Small matter but it would add up to everything eventually for a perfect point for my evaluation.

The most expensive 3 star hotel in the world!

Place was not clean. Front door jammed often. Parking is not easy to find late at night and it costs $10 a day. Front desk was not welcoming. Breakfast ends at 9 am. The location is very safe. $360/day was more than the hotel is worth in my opinion. It needs to be renovated or cheaper.

Close to our family in San Ramon, plus close to the freeway to get around the Bay Area. Room was clean, comfortable and a good size. Food shopping, CVS, Starbucks and a few restaurants within walking distance across the street. New San Ramon center down the street with shopping, restaurants and a movie theatre. Overall, very convenient location. Great wi-fi access...no problems. All staff were extremely nice and hospitable.

Everything was wonderful only Complaint was it was a bit noisy but not too bad

I had a brief stay but the room was terrific with a kitchenette and sofa, a backyard with bbq and chairs/tables. Good breakfast and helpful staff it was a place I could return to without a doubt. I did have to use the toilet plunger once, they brought it to the room and removed it when I was done.
