I was there for 6 days and for the 6 days was the same 2 choice of breakfast and wasn’t good at all! The property wasn’t as clean garbage in some areas. I had to call front desk to inquire in why didn’t my room get cleaned for two days there response was that the hotel was completely booked and few staff. And when I asked for at least towels they said I had to go get them mind you a fall out and they couldn’t assist. Don’t like the hotel at all especially for the price !!!

The front desk staff are generally helpful but there is one of them named Fernando that just seems angry at the world, unfriendly and unhelpful. I’ve had the displeasure of interacting with him a few times and do believe he should seek employment elsewhere. He seems very unhappy at his job and we should not have to suffer because of this.

I stayed for several days, and enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Breakfast was good, but did get a bit repetitive. I hadn't realized the room doors open to outdoor hallways, but that didn't cause any problems for me. Parking felt safe. I would definitely stay here again, as the price is great for the quality of the hotel.

This is our favourite hotel. We’ve stayed here 5 times. This time for 8 nights. The room is clean, the staff are friendly, the breakfast is good and the pool is the best. It’s not a fancy hotel but it’s casual and comfortable. Lots of parking and great location for exploring. We will be back :)

We have stayed here twice - it’s an excellent location if you need to be near John Wayne Airport. It’s a clean facility - and although on our last stay our assigned room smelled like smoke, the front desk promptly switched us when we let them know, which we appreciated.

This is one of my favorite places to stay. Very clean, quite and close to walking distance of a great place called Spoons. Close to Irvine were we had to be for our conference the next day.

The room above the floor I stayed on was noisy throughout the night, which impacted my sleep. The floors are squeaky and in a couple of spots dipped. The breakfast area is also small, and was super packed making the experience not enjoyable.

The landscapers came to work on a SATURDAY morning for 3 long hours and it was unbearable to sit by the pool. They had gas equipment and it was nonstop gas noise and smell. Breakfast was full of carbs and no proteins.

Floors in rooms needed mopped. No hand soap in the room even after we asked twice. Jacuzzi needed serviced. But staff was friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was run well and food was good.

I stayed a few days at the hotel. At first I was a bit concerned because i arrived about 20 minutes early, I asked to check in and they said they were waiting on rooms to be cleaned. Then the area began to fill up with customers that wanted to check in. They would not allow anyone to check in, there had to be about 15 people waiting until 3 on the dot. Then miraculously the rooms were all clean and ready for check-in. For the most part I think the grounds are ok, could powerwash the walk ways etc...I ended getting ants all over my car, in cracks and crevices because i parked under a tree and on what looked to be vomit or something that was spilled. (That was my first night) I had to go buy a spray that was safe for the inside as well as outside of my car, due to the major any problem i got. The rooms themselves were clean and nice, especially for the price. The breakfast was ok, I wasn't a big fan of option #1 or option #2, I prefer choosing what i want, but overall it was ok. All the staff seemed to be nice and helpful. I did love the fact that I could stream on their TVs and cast from my phone. I love having that option. Wifi worked great and the pool and jacuzzi were clean and refreshing. Overall I had a great stay!!

Clean room. Hot breakfast. Lobby was not fancy but beds were very comfortable and clean. I liked that we could park the car directly outside the room. Only complaint was that we had the room with disability access and it was hard to keep the shower curtain/water confined within the shower area.

Breakfast was 0/10. I will never eat breakfast there again. The hash browns were frozen and tasted terrible. On my second day, I told the staff member to make sure they were cooked properly. She said “OK,” but I received the same thing again. When I asked for a replacement, the cook came out, looked at me, and said something in Spanish (“Q?”) in a rude way. This was not acceptable.

I would like to report an issue with the front desk receptionist during check-in. When I asked about the dining area and whether children needed vouchers, the receptionist responded in a rude and unprofessional tone. The interaction felt confrontational and unnecessary. While he did provide the additional vouchers, his attitude made the experience uncomfortable. I am not complaining about hotel policy, only about the way I was treated. I hope this feedback helps improve customer service for future guests.

Average room. It did have a mini fridge and there is a Del taco around the corner. Definitely comparable to a Motel 6, but this was my mistake. I meant to stay next-door at the Comfort Inn.

I booked this hotel for our volleyball team and had 11 rooms. We chose it specifically because it advertised a heated pool and looked decent in the photos. I even called the hotel twice ahead of time to confirm the pool would be open and was told yes both times. When we arrived, the pool was not running at all, which was a big disappointment for a team full of kids. On top of that, there were homeless individuals sleeping in the courtyards, which made the overall atmosphere uncomfortable. The only real positive was the front desk staff, they were friendly and did their best. Unfortunately, aside from that, the hotel did not meet expectations and I wouldn’t book here again for a team stay.

The staff was fine, but the second day, there was an accident, and the hotel had NO running water, shower, toilet! We had to check out.

The room itself was fine. I wouldn't say that there was anything "plus" about it.It was your typical Best Western room. What really killed our experience was the water going off and the casual way the staff handled it. The water went out Wednesday night and they said it may be fixed by Friday. This was on Christmas Eve so they said no one could take a look until the 26th. I find it hard to believe that a large chain like Best Western didn't have a plan to restore water service. These hotel chains should have access to 24/7/365 plumbing services. And if you don't, at least notify your guests so that they aren't left scrambling at midnight. The staff really didn't seem to care and weren't apologetic in the least that they couldn't provide basic services to their guests. So that's where the 1-star review comes from.

Dining staff was a bit rude, gave an obvious sigh when I asked for something. They controlled the breakfast and gave out plates. The items were cold (eggs, bacon and waffle). The room was old looking. Pool and jacuzzi were out of commission. So we couldn’t use what we came for, which was to relax.

I booked a room with 2 queens and we got a room with a king. It cost extra for the 2 queen so I wasn’t happy. It was late and we were exhausted so we just dealt with it but it wasn’t what we paid for.

This is NOT a safe place to stay. Around 11pm we had a strange man banging on our door. And I mean banging very hard. When we wouldn't open the door he started using his shoulder and body force to try and open the door..We could see this through the window and peep hole. This is when I called the front desk in a panic. Quickly explained what was happening and asked for help. Nothing seemed to be done as the man wondered to other rooms banging on doors. He went upstairs stomping, banging, yelling. We could hear other people yelling at him. Then things got quiet for a few mins so we thought it was resolved. But it wasn't. The man came back to our room and started banging and trying to get into our room again. This time he was using derogatory words. Banging harder than before. So I called the front desk again and said we were calling 911 if something wasn't done and only then was it dealt with. We had moved furniture in front of the door to keep safe and it stayed there all night. We were terrified and barely slept the whole night. At no time did the front desk ever call to check on us after the calls to them. We could have been dead. Terrible service. I will add that I 100% didn't expect the front desk man to come wrestle this man to the ground but he had some level of responsibility for our safety whether that be calling security or the police.

Breakfast wasn't good. There was always something missing... fruit, yogurt, hot coffee, or cereal.

Independently franchised, good location and clean facility but too many rules- breakfast is rationed, pool towels checked out, lacking clean public restroom locked outside of breakfast hours and did not provide enough toiletries/toilet paper. I hope they are using the money they save to buy better mattresses. I think for the price the neighboring hotels might be more comfortable! Seems like staff is under strict management and you can feel the stress trickling down to the customer but they were all kind. Also, pool is wide open which I found a bit bizarre since the property had a lot of rules and also could be unsafe especially with all the small kids staying there to go to Disneyland! I wish I had a better report but it's best to be aware before you book this location.

Everything about the stay was fine and the staff truly made it easy to check in and rest. I’ve come to develop anxiety with checking in after so many places give us hell when we just traveled 8+ hours. But they did great. However, all throughout our stay we would find … splatter (for lack of a better word) that looked like blood in surfaces that aren’t normally wiped down. Like the door frame to the bathroom. Or the edge of the closet mirror. Things I notice (OCD) that most people would walk by. I cleaned it up too so it came off, it was not paint. I didn’t complain to staff, I didn’t request another room.

I was totally surprised. Honestly, I was expecting the worse since this is the first time I've stayed at a BW. Check in and out was a breeze, rooms were good size, clean and the bed was very comfortable. Fell in love with the Pharmacopia products, so much so I went and ordered some for myself at home. Maid service was on it. Everyday it looked like a brand new room. Breakfast was the biggest surprise. Fresh cooked breakfast, large portions and tasted great. Will definately go back. Now if they start a happy hour then they could complete with Embasy Suites next door. lol

I honestly really liked my room. Super important to me/. No carpets. Bed was very comfortable and great line quality. I liked everything EXCEPT the extemelyy tu noisy A/C. I was unable to sleep because of the loud noise of the unit. Suggest you bring noise canceling headphones.

A great, serviceable little Best Western

The hotel looked like it was just remodeled. It's very nice. Just a weird layout how to move around the hotel. We found a better way to get our luggage up and down the 2nd story than what the front desk clerk told us. He wanted us to keep our vehicle parked in a front and got to our room on the second floor in the back. We found to be closer by parking near our room and use a different elevator.

No indoor hallways means no noisy guests outside your door. Cons: - same tired dull breakfast as every other hotel. Every sugary bread product, as usual. You have to like sugary bread products to like this breakfast. Hotel breakfast hasn't changed in 50 years, wish someone would change this already to include fresh, healthy items. - trash in common areas piles up fast. Trash bins were overflowing and stayed that way all day. Guests piled their own trash on the ground beside the overflowing trash bins. - the place is an enormous maze of outdoor hallways. Prepare to walk and walk and walk and walk (and walk) from your room to the nearest elevator. Dragging heavy luggage through the maze was a challenge for us. - the bathroom faucet was too short for the sink and couldn't reach over it far enough. Every time we washed our hands the counter got flooded. - one-ply toilet paper and one-ply facial tissue

They should have provided Kleenex in the room, but everything else was good. Room looked like it had been pretty recently renovated with everything updated and nice. Breakfast options were also good.

Busy hotel with plenty of amenities, I like that it includes breakfast. Parking is always full and can be a walk from room. Guests with dogs did not clean after they pooped! But enjoyed my 4 night stay!

Did not get the room I reserved. The TV was very difficult to maneuver. Soaps were empty and did not get housekeeping on 2nd day

The location is excellent. Easy to hop on the freeways and you can get to John Wayne Airport in about 5 minutes. Highly recommend!

Truck was broken into and belongings were stolen. Security cameras capture a homeless man on a bike. There is a lot of homeless people in the area. Police officers said it happens a lot here.

The sink drain made noise including during the night. The fan blew the shower curtain. It was difficult to hold the curtain closed and wash my hair. The floor was all wet.

Hot tub jets were not functioning. Breakfast options are limited. Customers are given a ounch card to choose from either small waffle or hashbrowns eith scrambled eggs and a sausage patty. There was coffee, bread, cereal, fruit (orange slices snd honeydew melon). The yogurt machine was broken.

The hotel was close to where we needed to go, the room was quiet and clean had everything we needed, just coming off a cruise where my bed was as hard as a rock this bed was so comfy and so were the pillows, everything was clean and a nice little breakfast before we left and i also like the 12pm checkout time. The only issue was the room smelled a little musty but didn't notice after a bit.

Soundproofing was not good

Property is fune, but since i booked thru Travelocity, Best Western will not recognize my member rewards number. I chose Best Western as a rewards member, but they punish members for not booking directly.

I booked this stay through Expedia, and unfortunately, it didn’t meet expectations. From the moment I arrived, the experience felt more like a motel than a hotel—particularly in terms of service and overall atmosphere. The front desk staff seemed largely indifferent and uninterested in addressing concerns, which set the tone for the rest of the stay. One of the most frustrating issues was the water shutoff from 9pm to 5am, which made basic things like showering or using the restroom extremely inconvenient. When I raised the issue, I was told that because I booked through a third party (Expedia), I wasn’t eligible for any sort of compensation or refund—which was disappointing and felt unfair. Other small things added up as well: pool towels were very thin and worn, definitely not what I would expect from a hotel in this price range. I generally rely on Expedia when booking trips, but this experience has made me reconsider how I book in the future. I’d recommend checking directly with the property before reserving to understand any potential issues or limitations when booking through a third party.

This hotel was definitely just average, but quite a bit cheaper than the surrounding hotels so I can’t complain!

The customer service was terrible, they didn’t clean the room or replace the towels one of the days, you can’t even be in charge of your own breakfast. The room itself was fine.

Stay was great. Very clean and nice. The only bad thing was the breakfast.

Shower was ridiculous. The water came out so hard we had to turn it to the wall and be very quick. The shower curtain was too short and flooded the bathroom. We had ants in the bathroom both days. Our feet turned black from walking in the room without shoes. There are 3-4 buildings to the hotel so you have to drive to ammenities. It is set up like a motel and all the doors face the parking lot. Will not stay again

Try close to the airport. The pool and outdoor area was very nice and inviting to hang out / around with friends and family.

Beautiful pool area

Came to this hotel after bad experience at the Motel 6 down the road( lost my reservation). The room was in great condition for my son and I for a 5 night stay. Included breakfast was good. Room was cleaned daily. Best of all was free and plentiful parking. Would definitely consider again for our water polo tournament in the Irvine are.
