Reviews
Guests generally enjoyed their stay, appreciating the clean and comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and convenient shuttle service to and from the airport. However, many were dissatisfied with the additional cost for parking and some experienced issues with the air conditioning, breakfast, and room amenities.

Last minute booking because of an unexpected lay over at O'Hare. Comfortable and clean room and reasonable choice of food at breakfast.

Not much at all
- 2/5
This is a very tired hotel. It is not convenient to any fast food restaurants. Only one elevator was working and it’s an eight story building. I will not stay here again.
- 5/5
Hotel is close and convenient to the airport and was good value. Staff was super helpful and appreciate they give you a snack for breakfast when you have an early flight.
- 5/5
We loved the 24 hour shuttle service and the drivers were communicative and accommodating.
- 1/5
Terrible rooms with strong smoke and animal smells and tear furniture, we left the hotel and asked for a refund, pictures do not match reality
- 3/5
The biggest issue was the room cleanliness. We found hair in the room and in other areas, and the floors and sofas did not appear to be well maintained. Housekeeping standards could definitely be improved. The airport shuttle was also a big disappointment for me. The experience was quite disorganized and did not meet my expectations. On the positive side, the breakfast was decent and offered enough options to start the day. There are also a few food options near the hotel, which was convenient. Overall, it served its purpose for a short overnight stay, but there is not much to enjoy within the hotel itself, and the cleanliness and shuttle service need significant improvement.

- 2/5
Room smelled like smoke, faucets leak constantly, and front desk staff failed to inform us about signing up for the shuttle despite being told we needed a shuttle at 5 and if that would be an issue.
- 4/5
The staff was very accommodating.
- 3/5
Suggest to renew the floor carpet
- 3/5
Got delayed so we booked here as it had a 8.0 rating. When we arrived it was not. Maybe 5.0 at best. We also used this for the shuttle service from airport. Next morning both shuttles were down and front desk told us nothing they could do and told us to uber.
- 5/5
Staff were nice
- 4/5
The hotel needs some upgrades. It looks like that maybe some are being made but I never seen anyone working. Nine of the ice machines worked. You had to go to the restaurant inside the hotel and wait for someone to get ice from their cooler. The restaurant was awesome! Great food and drinks and hospitality. The included breakfast each morning was fantastic. They even mixed up the menu so you’re not eating the same thing every morning. The entry door was broken and there was a piece of wood inserted where the glass was missing. There was a car parked in their parking lot on the far end where someone slept every night. Kinda weird. At least I think that’s what was going on. It felt strange to me because the only parking available was very close to that car. Overall, the price to stay was reasonable and the bed slept comfortable. There were stains on the ceiling and the shower needs work. Good water pressure and heat but the walls and surrounding was in poor shape. Air conditioning worked great one night and the next night we had to leave the fan on all night. The toilet was plugged up too. I had to call for maintenance who responded pretty quickly. He found that someone tried to flush the card key to enter the room.
- 2/5
The van to the airport was full and could not accommodate everyone who wanted to go, so we wound up taking an Uber.
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly, and I like that they have the airport shuttle. The restaurant connected to the hotel is really nice as well - good food and good drinks.
- 3/5
Kind of rediculous to charge for parking when they have a large lot. This area is not busy so no need to charge extra cost. The fitness center was closed down and it seemed that only one elevator was working. Kinda needs an update overall. Bathroom toliet kept running. Room was ok but for the price I would expect better.
- 2/5
International travels. Be mindful of the deposit. They actually will charge your card and refund it later, causing a lovely currency exchange cost. I was very disappointed when the airport shuttle was down, but the staff offered no other alternatives or support with getting to the airport. I understand equipment breaks down, but at least try your best to assist the customer.
- 3/5
Receptionist to check in was wonderful.
- 2/5
At June 6, my daughter Senela already booked for next day to airport, but June7, She want to take airport shuttle bus but hotel staff told her bus is broken and do not know when will be done Bus can be break down any time but no replace or spare? My daughter has to take uber to airport without any help from airport>
- 5/5
Parking was challenging, much of the parking lot was being used to stage and store materials for the renovation. Plus $20 per night to park at a hotel in the suburbs was disappointing. Staff was friendly, room was clean, bed was comfortable.
- 3/5
Hotel rooms are pretty tired but reasonable price for the area. The breakfast had soggy frozen waffles, sausage patties and a bowl with bananas with a crawling bug. Oh yeah, $20 to self park. Stay some place else for similar price.
- 1/5
Our room had a persistent, stinky smell that we couldn't get rid of. When I reported it to the front desk, the woman there simply told me there was nothing they could do, which is not the kind of response you expect when you're paying for a room. On top of the smell, there were stains on the floor and on the curtains, and the pillows were uncomfortable. The AC was a nightmare. It was terribly loud, and at one point, it stopped working entirely. Someone had to come look at it before it would run again. The bathroom was just as bad: the shower curtain was coming apart from the wall, and the shower knob was so loose that the water randomly switched between freezing cold and scalding hot. On top of all that, the WiFi was unreliable the entire stay. The fitness center was closed too, so that amenity was off the table. For a place marketing itself as a 3-star hotel, the condition and the service fell well below even a 1-star experience. I would not recommend staying here and won't be returning. Parking was $20 per night, which they didn't mention when booking the hotel.
- 4/5
The property conducts housekeeping every 3 days - which is good (there really is not really to do room cleaning daily). However, there should be a way to be sure that the room cleaners service the guestrooms every 3 days (I stayed 5, but not until the 4th day did someone do a bit of tidying on my room, and only after I asked a room cleaner). The room inspector should automatically track how long a room is occupied and assign someone to do a little clean-up on the 3rd day. The location close to O'Hare makes this a very convenient place to stay, plus it is just far enough from the runways so that it relatively isolated from almost all of the airport noise. If I have to stay near the airport, I would surely consider this property again.
- 1/5
That’s not so great. The AC was sound like a truck must Masa said motorbike carpetvwas nasty. The sheets was dirty.
- 3/5
The bus shuttle operator was rude and wasn't accurate i was taken Schaumburg when I wanted to go to Schiller park
- 5/5
Hotels were very nice. Car Rental service was efficient.
- 3/5
Not clean. I was scared to sit on the sofa. Thankfully I bought my own sheets and pillow cases. Everything looks old and run down (in the room we got anyways). Front desk wasn’t rude but wasn’t pleasant either. We stayed less than 12 hours because we had to catch a flight. Morning breakfast was ok. Close to Ohare. Worked for the night but wouldn’t stay here longer than 1 night.
- 5/5
Clean environment and great pizza nice staff
- 2/5
Staff was friendly. Breakfast area did not look clean. Part of parking area was poorly lit and full construction equipment. Catalyst stolen from our car the last night.
- 3/5
Breakfast was good. Front desk in charge was helpful.
- 5/5
Best value. This Comfort Suites is clean and reasonably priced. Staff is friendly and helpful. They provide a breakfast bar (good for coffee and a pastry) and on site Uno's restaurant. There is an Alidi grocery store and Dollar Tree behind the hotel that you can walk to for essentials. Rooms have a microwave and refrigerator. Best part is the 24/7 on demand shuttle service to O'Hare and the Rosemount train station.
- 1/5
This property was not clean. The bathroom was not clean. The carpets were dirty. There were hair in the tub. Pull out bed you can fill the springs in the mattress very uncomfortable. It needs to be updated.
- 1/5
Front desk staff at night when I checked in was friendly and kind.
- 2/5
The property needs a full renovation and remodel. The staff were great at checkin and checkout. The breakfast was in a small room off to the side where it was very tough to get through.
- 4/5
My sheets had blood stains on them and the elevator stopped working during my stay and I was on the 7th floor 👎😐
- 3/5
There is a free shuttle to the Rosemont L station (blue line). The breakfast looked great. The staff was friendly. The neighborhood looked safe. The hotel itself is in need of remodel. The carpets in the hallways were old and the elevator stopped working. The bed and bathroom in our room was clean. Overall it wasn't the best but certainly not the worst. The price was right. It takes about an hour from downtown on the Blue Line to get to Rosemont.
- 3/5
It is not a fancy hotel and could use some repair (notably elevators). Nice having the Pizzeria Uno in the lobby. I paid for parking but their lot was full every night, but I never had trouble finding free places to park on the street. It was a very affordable hotel so was sufficient for my needs.
- 4/5
The staff were all friendly and helpful. There was a variety of hot and cold breakfast items. The downfall was the elevators kept breaking down. And the stairwell would only lead outside. One member of our group finds stairs difficult, so luckily only once both elevators were down. Otherwise it would be one. The rooms, hallway, elevators, lobby and Uno Pizza were clean. The stairwell was a bit dirty with banana peel and chunks for two days. The beds were comfortable. My husband usually has a hurt back after staying at hotels, but no complaints this time around.
- 5/5
Very quiet and very nice location
- 5/5
I enjoyed my stay at the Comfort Suites O'Hare. The staff was friendly, I greatly appreciated the free shuttle to and from the airport and the free breakfast. Those are the main things that drew me to this hotel. I gave the amenities 4 stars only because the gym was under renovation and I didn't know that before booking, so I didn't get to use the gym. Overall, I still said the property was a 5 star rating overall. I also like that they are directly across the street from a bar, and there is the Pizzeria Uno on their premises. I enjoyed the four cheese pesto deep dish pizza I ordered. The bartender was friendly too. I also greatly appreciated a microwave and fridge in the room! So important. I would recommend to others if they are looking for a nice stay in Chicago.
- 4/5
It was good
- 3/5
Convenient 24 hour shuttle service to airport. Great pizza restaurant in Lobby. The property feels very old and not in good condition (ripped sofa, bad paint job, and smoke detector beeping every 30 seconds due to low battery that were not replaced despite asking). Feels like a cheap roadside option.
- 4/5
Room was clean and the airport transportation was very convenient. Friendly staff
- 3/5
The blanket on the bed seemed clean until you held it up in sunlight, it was really dirty and nasty. Other than that everything was good
- 2/5
The room I stayed in was rundown, dirty with stains and with an awkward smell. I did not have much encounter with staff, only with check in and check out and I would say they were nice. The parking is $20/day. I parked outside their parking and had no problem.
- 3/5
We choose to stay at this hotel because it is conveniently located near the event we attended. The hotel is not well maintained and everything looks old snd run down. The free breakfast was a plus, but the food was of poor quality. The most surprising thing was the parking fees which were relatively high for the quality of the hotel and location.
- 4/5
Everything was fine. Good for the price
- 4/5
Easy access to food and shuttle to airport.
- 5/5
Room
- 5/5
Decent hotel located close to O'Hare. Friendly staff. Rooms were decent but could use some updating. Clean.
- 4/5
Overall great affordable place to stay close to airport
- 4/5
They forgot to remind us about breakfast! We didn't eat!
- 4/5
It is a nice place and most of the staff is very friendly.
- 5/5
Friendly staff I forgot my iPad and they held it safely for me
- 3/5
Our room felt a bit dated and humid, the sofa bed was damaged and the mattress in it was heavily stained. The beds didn't have a proper comforter just sheets and a thin cover. It wasn't terrible but it wasn't great either
- 4/5
Bus Shuttle most of time were very convenient , quick, and bus drivers were friendly, except the first time pick up from ORD to the hotel, the assigned driver didn’t drive out the bus until 20+ minutes later we called the front desk
- 3/5
The property is very dated from the carpets in the entryways to the carpets in the rooms filled with stains, patches missing. The arm of the couch in our room was all torn up. The presentation was alott to be desired. However, the beds were comfortable and seemed clean. The bathroom area was mediocre. Thankfully this was a quick overnight - maybe 5 hrs to put our heads down and rest b4 we boarded our flight home.
- 5/5
Very convenient location and helpful staff
- 5/5
Clean room, staff, Breakfast

I needed a place to crash because my flight was late getting in. This was close to the long term parking I use. It served its purpose.

Breakfast was fresh. Charging $20 for parking seemed a bit high. Restaurant was good. Shower never turned off. Workout area was closed
- 4/5
The breakfast was fresh, the staff friendly and knowledgeable
- 4/5
Everything was ok
- 3/5
Hotel is run-down. Needs a refresh - paint, clean carpets, etc. There was mold in the bathroom - not good. Breakfast was not very good.

Wonderful!
- 4/5
Not bad for a cheap hotel option. Rooms were cleanly although outdated.
- 5/5
Very good
- 3/5
The front desk assistant was nice and she made me feel welcome
- 5/5
All good
- 0.5/5
The carpet was so disgusting it should be condemned. The health department should shut them down! I want my $$ back!!! It was such a horrible experience!
- 3/5
No waffle maker.

Convenient
- 5/5
Staff very respectful
- 4/5
Très bien situé et la navette pratique.
- 1/5
Double booked hotel for the same weekend on accident and staff was not friendly enough very disappointed in all of the overalls service. I would never book again
- 4/5
I didn't like to pay for parking.

Uno's in the bar was a delightful surprise. Visited the original location 50 years ago on last trip to Chicago.

Room
- 1/5
Booked this hotel due to an early flight the next day. Exterior of the building was boarded up from a recent shooting. Inside needs a renovation. Couches in the rooms were ripped up, showers had visible mold, condom wrappers found in the room. Did not sleep in the bedding. Also this hotel is not on the safe side of the airport. Avoid this hotel.
- 1/5
Sofa was torn. Very bad condition of the room. Not good. Breakfast was bad
- 5/5
I stayed there 15 years ago and nothing has changed same carpet same bed same everything
- 5/5
Great places very helpful
- 2/5
I felt like I was in a nice hotel in a third world country. The maintenance was terrible. The sofas in my room and in the lobby had torn fabric. The ceiling in the lobby had stains on it. This means plumbing had leaked....hopefully clean water and not sewer water. As a Certified Infection Prevention and Control Nurse, I know that if the water was clean, these areas can simply be painted. If sewer stains, they need to be replaced. It was difficult to find the one spot in the airport for shuttle pick up and the staff on the phone were not helpful in giving me directions to get there. The pillows on the bed were very thick and hard. I slept without a pillow because I didn't want my neck to hurt in the morning. Breakfast was adequate for giving me fuel, but nothing inspiring. The table had a chip in the veneer-even a touch up with a brown marker would have helped.
- 5/5
Room was in good condition with staff very friendly. Breakfast was great every morning fresh and fully stocked with variety.
- 5/5
Price
- 5/5
The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable enough for a good sleep after a long international flight. Breakfast had a variety of options—both cold and hot, but don’t expect a huge buffet spread. It was decent enough to be filling and there were juices and hot beverages. Overall, it was a decent experience for a night’s stay. Also, staff informed me that the hotel is undergoing renovations as it was bought out and being changed to a Marriot.
- 5/5
Clean room, convenient airport shuttle
- 5/5
Breakfast was good, staff was friendly. The parking lot was hard to navigate and not well lit.
- 5/5
Great shuttle service! Awesome complimentary airport shuttle. Great place to crash for an overnight layover in Chicago. Family of 5.
- 3/5
Room smelled smoke and outdated
- 5/5
Clean hotel
- 2/5
Inexpensive stay at a dive hotel. Furniture damaged, cigarette burns and stains on the carpeting and general state of disrepair. Ice machine broken with sign indicating it has been broken since January 2024.
- 3/5
Good location near O’Hare with a nice shuttle service. When we stayed the hotel was under renovation and we got one of the old rooms. Old carpets and room requiring renovations.
- 3/5
I cannot believe this place had 8.2 rating!!!! It was less than a 2. Except the staff. They were great! The property is fire need of updating, repairs and a good thorough cleaning in the common areas.
- 5/5
Super dirty Ice machines on all floors did not work But rooms were nice and the value is there and you consider the quality of the breakfast. It’s definitely worth staying. I can overlook dirty carpets.
- 1/5
Bed was damage, I got hurt with blade attached to blade. We rushed to get vaccination due to this.
- 3/5
airport shuttle was great
- 5/5
Breakfast was very minimal. Rooms were great. The place is outdated but fair in prices
- 2/5
The corridor of the suites I stayed at were in very poor conditions. The room had a strong smell of humidity. The young lady at the front desk was rude and with attitude.
- 5/5
Breakfast was great. The room looked outdated. The cost of 20 per day for parking the car was a lot
- 2/5
Service was phenomenal, but hotel is dated, and smelled of dope and/or cigarettes everywhere. Sad…
- 4/5
Good

- 4/5
Solo female traveler, stayed one night. Convenient location for early flight from O’Hare. Staff was great, room was good. Stayed on 7th floor and it smelled like a mildew cigarette in the hallways
- 5/5
The staff is great and Shirley is awesome!
- 4/5
Breakfast was prompt and the shuttle was super useful. The room was clean but could use some new dressers. I would stay there again.
- 3/5
Staff was friendly. Free breakfast in the morning. UNO pizza is on site with great pizza. Still believe that the hotel was best before Covid hit.
- 4/5
Great staff. Easy check in.
- 4/5
Staff were great and the shuttle service was excellent. We only had the room for five hours during a long layover at O’Hare. Few hours of sleep and a shower, left before breakfast
- 1/5
When my flight time changed, I asked to cancel my wake-up call. Instead of resolving a simple request, I was told they “don’t know how” to cancel it in their own system and was instructed to “just unplug all the phones.” That response alone shows a complete lack of training and professionalism. To understand their procedure, I asked a reasonable follow-up: if I didn’t answer the wake-up call, would someone check on me as a courtesy? The response I received was shockingly rude they said no one would “come break down your door.” That kind of dismissive and sarcastic remark is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. The room conditions were just as bad. It reeked of cigarette smoke, and even more concerning, there was a plastic bag placed over the smoke detector to prevent it from going off. This is not just negligence , it’s a serious safety hazard. The fact that housekeeping failed to remove it shows a complete disregard for guest safety. Cleanliness was also far below standard. The room had visible dirty spots, and I woke up with an itchy, red eye, which raises serious concerns about hygiene. This was not just a poor experience as it was a failure across the board: customer service, cleanliness, and basic safety. I would strongly advise others to stay elsewhere.
- 4/5
They’re doing some remodeling so ice isn’t available on all floors.
- 1/5
The room smelled and was dirty. Blood on the floor
- 3/5
Hotel had a bad smell and wasn’t the cleanest. Staff was friendly and airport shuttle was reliable.
- 3/5
The beds were very comfortable and the staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was typical for a free meal. The entire hotel smelled like weed (elevator, lobby and hallways) and the floors and bathroom were dirty. It was fine for one night before our flight but would probably use somewhere else next time.
- 5/5
Good location, room was was, breakfast was good.
- 5/5
Amazing service
- 5/5
Everything was abovevand beyond. Zero complications or complaints.
- 1/5
The bedding was dirty from previous guests, right down to pubic hair under the sheets. Furniture was old,sat on couch and it was so dry rotted that the material split. Other furniture was all scratched and looked like it had been salvaged from trash. No working ice machines on any of the floors, moldy shower head, and ice bucket. Blood spots on sheets of one bed. Two tiny soaps not enough for 2 adults, for 2 days. The only decent thing was the breakfast. Priced to high for the quality.
- 5/5
Clean room and close to the airport
- 4/5
Room was clean, shuttle service very easy to use.
- 3/5
The sofa was all torn up. Beds were very uncomfortable.
- 1/5
The place smelled horrible there was blood on the floor and bed bugs we didn’t even stay a night due to how bad it was
- 1/5
It’s 149am I haven’t been able to sleep at abd Ihsve high blood pressure condition.there is music playing constantly playing. This is not good for me. I have a 20 hr flight to Africa. I have tried to call several times to the front desk to if they switch my room. There is no answer. Am very disappointed, sad and upset.
- 2/5
The beds were clean, however, the sink was jam packed with food and the water wouldn’t drain properly. It would have been impossible for housekeeping to have cleaned the sink and not notice it was not draining and why.
- 3/5
The airport shuttle was nice. The room had clothing left from previous occupants, so didnt seem the cleanest. Continental breakfast was not bad.
- 5/5
Breakfast was awesome! The staff was amazing...a lot of giggles!!!
- 4/5
Breakfast menu was good and sufficient quantity is provided.
- 5/5
Everything was excellent we enjoyed ourselves. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice, the location was good. The only thing I didn’t like was being charged $20 to park in the lot of the hotel I think that is very greedy of the owner!
- 2/5
A dog was barking next-door to me all night long Ice machine broken.
- 3/5
The staff was friendly and did well, but property was not kept up well and seemed dirty and old.
- 4/5
Really great value. Enjoyed my stay and the Unos on site. Room needs to be updated. Couch is a great touch but you sink through it. Staff is overall great. Jennifer at the front desk is an all star. Lee not so much but maybe just having a bad day. Would come back.

Airport shuttle worked easy and on time. Staff excellent on helping setting up shuttle to airport.
- 3/5
Top floors are undergoing renovations, clean room but carpet stains and damaged curtains. Nice friendly staff. Breakfast included turkey sausage, hash browns, grits, oatmeal, eggs, and juice but no waffle / pancake options.
- 5/5
Shuttle was fast, rooms clean and quiet. Nice breakfast. Purchased last minute and was a great option.

Great value, staff was helpful and kind. The room was clean and decently comfortable.

Breakfast was good and staff very nice
- 3/5
Airport shuttle was easy.
- 1/5
I am very disappointed.!
- 5/5
I did not eat breakfast
- 4/5
Outlet for phone charger was very unusual and had a weird connector. My phone charger for my iPhone when I work.
- 4/5
Nice shuttle drivers!
- 5/5
Airport shuttle was perfect.
- 5/5
Clean, comfortable, convenient, and cost-efficient!
- 4/5
Staff was great. Especially Manny the shuttle driver and the front desk gal (forgot her name). They were both excellent. The room was very clean and we had everything we needed. The restaurant and bar was nice. My only complaint was that the refrigerator in our room was not working and froze everything. I was happy with the stay.
- 5/5
Loved the breakfast menu. Everything was great! I particularly loved the little sitting room outside the bedroom where I could relax and watch TV.
- 2/5
Broken furniture
- 3/5
Hotel is outdated but clean and great price
- 1.5/5
The carpets were stained and chunks of the tile floor were cracked or missing. The couch was ripped up. A strong smell of pot was throughout the hotel. The gym equipment was broke and the ice machines were removed. We had to pay an additional for parking.
- 2/5
The good: bed was comfortable and clearly the cleaning staff are working hard to make the best of this. One desk clerk was very sweet, though unfortunately she was also the one who assured us that the manager would reimburse us for our Lyft to OHare. Bottom line—stay somewhere else if you can.
- 2/5
Im not sure if the hospital/mental health unit or homeless shelter used the hotel but it was filled with drugged out and/odd people with hospital bracelets on. We were thankfully just there to sleep and fly out quick became it was sketchy. There was a guy screaming about he was "trippin" and locked himself out of his room with nightmares. At breakfast there was a mand with boots and a trenchcoat only. There were people wondering thru the parking lot. It was absolutely crazy
- 3/5
Front desk seemed overwhelmed
- 3/5
Todo muy bien, pero las camas para dos personas son muy pequeñas.
- 3/5
Not comfortable with lobby environment. Broken window in entry way. Strange men loitering in parking lot. Room: ripped couch, damaged wood furniture, stains in rug. Breakfast in Pizza Uno restaurant was very strange. I will say that bath and bed were clean and comfortable. My wife was very uncomfortable at this hotel. Do not recommend for single women.
- 4/5
Wifi was good. Room was solid. Everything was fine. Not a great place to stay, but verybconsistent and reliable.
- 3/5
Airport shuttle was awesome. Guy was so nice. Hotel is very old. Couch in our room had big class in it and furniture was old. Was clean.
- 5/5
Comfortable beds, clean rooms, but a little run down. On-site restaurant & a buffet breakfast make it convenient. Shuttle service every half hour. Friendly, helpful staff.
- 5/5
Amazing staff! I will definitely be back again. Thanks!!
- 5/5
Wish the take away breakfast had included a healthier breakfast bar , a pastry or something more substantial

Today, March 11th, 2026, A manager insulted my integrity. I felt threatened by him to pay a $100.00 deposit when it was already paid. A housekeeper was listening to everything! How come he knew my Birthday if DL was already verified ¿

Staff were friendly. Having pizza Uno attached was a plus. They charged extra $20 for overnight parking and $10 for an extra out of late checkout. The deposit upfront was $100. With all these expenses I could have stayed in a way better hotel. The rooms were old. The faucet clogged and the aisles smelled like pot.
- 4/5
everything is good
- 2/5
Bedding were not clean ,
- 1/5
It was dirty. Nothing worked. The building was in sad condition.
- 1/5
People were using drugs in the parking lot, very bad atmosphere, super “getto” even I’m pretty sure a prostitute was leaving the hotel, room was horrible, ac super noise, smell really bad and the carpet was dirty (like blood spots).
- 3/5
Basic not entirely spotless but not gross good enough airport hotel.
- 5/5
Very nice
- 4/5
Staff was great. Breakfast was mediocre, room carpets could use replacing. Also note you have to have a card that they will charge $100 deposit and $20 for parking
- 5/5
Perfect everything
- 4/5
The room was clean. The staff was helpful only down side was none of the ice machines worked and one elevator was out.
- 5/5
The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. The room exceeded my expectations. Clean, friendly, and comfortable. I’ll be back every stop through Chicago now.
- 3/5
The room had a leaky tub spout and ripped couch.
- 0.5/5
Yes rooms were very run down. Paint falling from ceiling in bathroom. Couch ripped up
- 3/5
The room was clean and the breakfast was hot and okay but the hotel overall disappointed me. I was expecting much better based on the reviews. There were some people that seemed intoxicated and there was smell of marijuana in the elevator and the rooms were a bit outdated. I should have stayed in the downtown area
- 3/5
Staff was ok, not friendly but not rude. The fact you have to pay 20 dollars a night for parking in the parking lot is inappropriate. It is not a safe secure location. It is just a way to charge extra money and it isn’t advertised until you get to the hotel. The smell of the hallways is definitely off putting and the stained carpet and cut up upholstery of the furniture is disturbing. Best I can say is I did not get bed bugs. There are definitely better economical hotels out there especially if you add in the parking fee.
- 5/5
Friendly staff and the room was nice and clean. The rooms are nicer than would appear from the outside.
- 2/5
The sofa bed mattress smelled like urine, it had stains under the sheets and it looked old, you could feel the springs sticking out. The cushions on it had tears all over them. I’ve machines located in 3 different levels were broken. The person who we booked out early morning smelled like he was drinking all night.
- 3/5
Hotel was very run down, although the room was clean. Parking is not free like the website stated - it is $20/night to use their lot.
- 5/5
Fantastic!
- 1/5
The room was not up to date
- 5/5
Room was great! Great price and very spacious. Breakfast was good too.
- 4/5
The hallways and rooms are starting to show their age. But, that said, everything was clean and sanitary. The breakfast sausage on Saturday was a little strange. Maybe a lot of fillers? Friday’s sausage was good. It was a different manufacturer.
- 2/5
La habitación deja mucho que desear y el personal no hizo sus deberes de arreglar la habitación.

Not refundable at all even tho is says fully refundable. Workers don’t know know what privacy is I had the cleaning lady’s open my door multiple times for no reason at 7 am and then again at 8 am and then 9am. Check out wasn’t till 12. Won’t ever stay here again I’d advise anyone not to as well as it is unsafe they let random people who don’t stay there roam around the halls.
- 5/5
Nice and quiet!
- 4/5
Personnel at front desk are very kind
- 4/5
A little workout but clean!
- 3/5
breakfast is disappointing, too simple and even lacking choices like hot oatmeal and yogurt. All pillows are small.
- 4/5
Room was clean! It do smell like cigarettes in the hallways.
- 2/5
The toilet bowl in my room was completely clogged. The water would not drain and started overflowing, which made the bathroom unusable. This was very disappointing and caused significant inconvenience during my stay.
- 5/5
Staff was courteous and check in process was easy. The room was spacious and had plenty of room to relax.
- 5/5
Everything was cleaned, Staff was nice
- 2/5
Hotel need re-modeling. Ice machine broken in all the floors. Only one elevator working. Bathroom and room from the 80’s. Parking $20.00 and $100.00 security at check in. Will not stay there again. Better choices around O’Hare Airport.

Woke up to a cockroach crawling up the wall, needless to say the staff was not helpful at all and laughed in my face. Would not recommended and they did not offer to accommodate anything!

The online hotel was much different than in person.I am upset I payed $--- to stay at the worst hotel. Also had to pay extra 100 upon arrival. So many things wrong with this place I can't even put it all on here. I'd love to speak with someone in charge
- 3/5
Was smoky smelling. Lots of cigarette butts I’m stairwell. Hallways smelled of marijuana. Older facility. Could hear everything from next room.
- 4/5
Over all a clean place staff were friendly and helpful

My guys liked the hotel and the bar and restaurant there and nearby. The only complaint is the WIFI service is very poor.

Room was clean. Staff was very helpful. It is close to the surtout & allows dogs.

If that dirty footprint was missed, I can't imagine how dirty the carpeted areas are.
- 5/5
room was quite adequate and staff was friendly and effecient
- 5/5
Spacious clean rooms. Friendly and very helpful staff.
- 1/5
They hold a deposit ($100), I haven't received it yet. no breakfast. didn't like the experience.
- 5/5
Room had a giant refrigerator, microwave, two televisions, and plenty of electric outlets, both A/C and usb. Free breakfast buffet was very good, there's a Pizzeria Uno in the hotel, and the room was clean and comfortable. Add in a free shuttle to and from the airport and a very reasonable price and you have a great place to stay if you need to be near the airport.
- 4/5
My flight was cancelled and found this hotel in a pinch through Expedia. It was affordable with a shuttle to O’Hare. The property seems pretty old and dated, smells like old carpet. But it had all your basic and essential amenities and a comfortable bed. The staff was nice and the pizza at Uno was good too.
- 5/5
The room was spotless and the staff were beyond courteous and friendly. Great stay!
- 2/5
Outdated hotel and rooms. On top of that you get charged $20 to park in the lot. Would not start there again
- 5/5
Everything great
- 4/5
The room was clean, but it wasn’t updated, but still nice and comfortable. They also offer a free shuttle from the airport which is awesome!! Word of advice, the shuttle is also promoting UNO Pizzeria, so you have to read the entire message so you won’t feel lost. They also had a free breakfast that was included in my stay, and I appreciate it! Other than the people next door was blasting their music (it lasted about 20-30 minutes) I gave nothing negative to say. The best part of my trip was the employees. Shirley was great! She was very informative, warm and welcoming! I would have given them 5 stars if the room was updated, for the cost of one night, ($100 plus tax) it could have been a little fancier, but I’m willing to book here again the next time I’m in Illinois. Oh yeah, I need to give their water pressure in the shower a high 5! It was hot and a very clean shower curtain and tub!!! I have a phobia about bathrooms and I wasn’t freaked out, so I guess my body was comfortable. Ok, that’s all I’m going to say!
- 5/5
Unexpected flight delay caused our stay here and all was good. Comfy beds, clean, shuttle to airport was great.
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly, the shuttle was quick and efficient. The room was very large and so clean, and it was so quiet! I would totally stay here again.
- 1/5
The staff was very nonchalant. There is no ice machine on the property, after I was told it was not working. The rooms are very old. I had to change rooms because I was being bite by bedbugs and fleas. It is a very miserable experience. I complained to staff and they basically snubbed me, telling me they were going to get housekeeping to check out my complaints. This hotel is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in my entire life.
- 4/5
Shuttle of the hotel runs 24h every 30min, super convenient, and close the the airport (10/15min). When at the airport, you can either call the hotel or use the web request. Room is dated but clean, with a separate desk room. 2 TVs. Very good mattress. LeeSandra provides us with an excellent service, and the shuttle driver was great too. Breakfast ok. For the price, the convenience, the kindness of all the staff, if you're stuck for a night at O'Hare airport, I recommend this hotel.
- 1/5
My wife was bitten by bedbugs and was not the room wasn’t changed and would like a full refund. She is in a lot of pain and has a bump on her.
- 5/5
I thought my room was clean and a lot more than what I paid for! it had a little front room with a privacy door for the bedroom, that was nice. My son was able to stay up and watch TV while I shut the door and went to bed. I was tired. The bed was nice. The bathroom was nice. I went down in the morning and had coffee, i didn't know there was a breakfast broom. Hiding in the corner, so I worked my way back there. And had breakfast. I enjoyed my breakfast and company. It was a good atmosphere. I was sitting like in a restaurant. It was a Pizza place. since, like 1940. It was cute. I have no complaints and would definitely stay there again. If I had to I was flying from New York, and I messed my plane. So I had to stay..
- 1.5/5
Tried to charge $20 to park. Ridiculous!! Room had a broken bed and sheets were not clean. Breakfast did have much. No waffles?

But this hotel needs major updates- every surface was damaged, stained, or just not very clean. There was some one else's hair strand next to my pillow, plus what looked like pet hair in my blanket. I woke up several times at night because I could hear every little noise and every talking-level conversation being had in other rooms or outside, and we weren't on the first floor. $80 + $100 deposit + $20 parking for a room that was barely a half step above a motel.

Breakfast was great and the room offered the sleeping arrangements that I needed. The room and halls were a little smelly, and the sofa bed was a little uncomfortable, but I didn't expect 5- star accommodations. I would stay here again for the price.

A little dated on the room conditions.

Walls were paper thin and my 12 year old had to listen to unwholesome sounds from next door. I played white noise on my phone but it wasn't enough. The halls smelled of garbage and weed. The heat was loud and woke us up all night. Seedy, dingy, dump.

- 4/5
The hotel itself is decent, with clean and comfortable rooms, and the breakfast is excellent, definitely a highlight of the stay. However, the parking situation is disappointing. There is no garage, and the fee for parking outside is far too expensive for what’s offered. If parking were improved or more reasonably priced, the overall experience would be much better.
- 4/5
Shuttle was fine. Room was clean, but some furniture was well past its prime.
- 5/5
The breakfast menu was fine. The airport shuttle pickup location was a bit difficult to locate, but once the shuttle arrived it was fine.

Older property yet well maintained. It felt clean and safe. Room was dated in decor, but it had a comfy bed and the staff was nice. Plus, the restaurant (Pizzeria Uno) had pretty good bar food, comparable to the standalone places. Just needs some new interior decorating, but wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

When I went back to ask if they can assign me to another room, they said I had to wait because they were busy with guests coming in from the airport. After 45 minutes, they told me they had no rooms left. I had to be out trying to find another room at 2am
- 5/5
I needed a hotel room when my flight was canceled late in the day and Comfort Suites was available. It turned out to be lucky for me. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was great for the price. I have no complaints at all.
- 4/5
Staff was very helpful
- 4/5
I like the remote in the plastic baggie... Breakfast was sufficient...I liked the infused water in the lobby. Shuttle drivers were cautious...moerning driver kept us in prayer for journey mercies. Only the hallways carpet is not inviting.

convernient location, room space is good. Sth wrong with telephone line, it always disconnected after speaking with front desk for only few seconds.

Bad - no more flights today to your destination. Good - services at this hotel. Free 24/7 airport shuttle, Pizzeria Uno open until 11 PM, amazing friendly staff, gym, hot breakfast. For an 8-10 hour stay until your next flight just book this - very pleasant and no hassle and extremely affordable. I really appreciated their hospitality during a very difficult travel experience.

I love the Comfort Inn and frequent this location often, Uno’s pizzeria in the building is also a big plus. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The few times I had breakfast it was tasty, my only complaint would be the let out sofa. Please replace the sofa’s they are very outdated. I sat down on the sofa and it almost swallowed me up,

Front office person has great honor on us. He did a warm welcome by playing some Bollywood songs.
- 4/5
Unfortunately I did not have breakfast, I didn’t meet the time frame. Although I’m sure it was suitable 😊
- 1/5
I booked three rooms; they only had two reserved. I was told I'd have to take it up with Expedia. It being midnight and we were getting up for a 7 am flight, we had to purchase the third room, for which we had documentation of already being reserved and paid for through Expedia, a second time and the price rose by $60. Additionally, it took 6 trips to the front desk and a zoom call with the manager to get a key card that worked.

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We didnt need it, but our room was supposed to have a couch with pullout bed and instead we had 2 conference room chairs.
- 1/5
Staff support and customer service was terrible not very accomodating at all i left very disapointed how can you charge your customer for parking that should be free they need to remove the parking fee asap
- 2/5
Staff was friendly, but our room was in disrepair. Couch was ripped with stuffing coming out, bath tub looked in bad shape, the shower curtain rod is falling off the wall, bed sloped towards the inside, etc.
- 2/5
Filthy rooms. Carpet was disgusting. Couch was soiled and ripped. No chance anybody in my family was going to sit on it. This hotel just seemed dirty, outdated, and uninviting. Only slightly better than staying at the airport for a long delay.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
It was good
- 3/5
Not the best stay I've had. The pictures are a bit deceptive. The shower was amazing. The bed was comfortable. I guess that's what really matters.
- 2/5
The room showed lots of wear and neglect. Torn fabric on the sofa, scratched wood and paint. The shower curtain rod was pulled down. It is obvious that this used to be a nice hotel, but those days are in the past.

Hotel was a bit dated but it was fine! Perfect for the layover.

You can hear EVERYTHING through the super thin walls . I was unable to sleep since the guests next door to me were super loud . Three o clock in the morning they were still going (if you know what I mean). Old hotel , world not recommend
- 4/5
The breakfast buffet is excellent. The check-in process was smooth. The room itself is average: the pullout sofa is very old and has some small rips in the upholstery, the TVs are small, and the room itself feels a bit drab and musty. OK for an overnight at the airport but not a place I would stay for a longer visit.

Avoid this Hotel! Honestly, this hotel is falling apart. The coach in the room was all broken, carpet is really dirty and smell like dead cat. The breakfast was horrible and the people don’t care about this. You can get salmonela or something worse. I saw people in underware picking up breakfast or people with the mouth full of food and talking over the breakfast and you can see how the pieces of food were falling from the mouth over the breakfast. I paid $400 for 2 nights and they should return some money because it was disgusting and disappointing.
- 1/5
It has no free cancellation

Older hotel staff was nice

The toilet doesn’t flush very well.

- 4/5
Close to the airport. Place needs new carpet and upgrades
- 2/5
Rooms were old, outdated, had broken furniture in them and hair trapped between the fitted sheet and the mattress cover
- 2/5
There were bed bugs in the room that they allotted to us. Also, the breakfast is not so great. They preferred only pork in the breakfast and no other varieties. The carpet in the bed room and walk area is filthy. It’s not so clean and full of dust.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Carpet needs to be replaced and beds are old.

- 5/5
Wonderful, friendly staff. Safe clean location. Expeditious, courteous shuttle service. Good deal for the price or cost.
- 5/5
Great cheap place.
- 3/5
Breakfast was very limited - Shuttle service was poor. When trying to contact the hotel to setup a shuttle, nobody would answer the phone. We ended up using a car service to the hotel on most occasions.
- 2/5
The hotel was really just somewhere to sleep while we waited through our layover. It is in need of serious upkeep and update. The furniture was tore up and not comfortable. The workers we encountered were very friendly. The front desk clerk was not 100% educated on room amenities that caused a little confusion on our part. Worst part was that they overbooked their airport shuttle which caused us to get to the airport and to the gate just as plane was starting to board.
- 5/5
Really like the fact that the shuttle was very accommodating to get you to where you needed to go! My check in and check out was a breeze! The hotel brand should consider updating the rooms but outside of that I really enjoyed my room!
- 5/5
Airport shuttle(by reservation) was prompt--pick-up driver was a quite a scolder of the rookie service user, not drop-off driver was fantastic, professional, courteous, prompt--van was clean, comfortable, and late model. Hotel was a pleasure. A bit older, and carpets need a good cleaning out replacement--some large stains--but comfort touches were on point for this level hotel. Staff was excellent. Attached Italian/pizza restaurant was fantastic!
- 4/5
My stay was nice overall. The toilet kept making noise and ended up backed up and the sink drained really slow. Parking wasn’t so friendly after a certain time. I loved the size of the room and the customer service was good.
- 2/5
Bad experience checking in. Our reservation was all messed up. Still trying to get it straightened out.
- 2/5
The staff was very friendly, but the property was old. The furniture was torn and it wasn’t very clean.
- 5/5
Excellent staff. Room was clean and safe and quiet. Highly recommend and I’ll be back.
- 4/5
My go to hotel when I need to take early flight. Shuttle is dependable. The hotel rooms are older but comfortable, clean and quiet. I have always had very comfortable beds and pillows at this hotel. Breakfast is served in the bar area so lots of room to sit. The food is basic but fine. Having the restaurant in the hotel itself is convenient but there are also two other restaurants within a few minutes walk.

Property was of but clean. Problem with check in was they had no reservation for me.Expedia never booked my room but certainly charged me for it!!!
- 1/5
so I had to take a 3 hour exam in their business center that had no ventilation and felt like a sauna. How is this acceptable.
- 2/5
The bed had an iron frame at the base that was sticking out, the mattresses were horribly uncomfortable. The sofa bed was stained.
- 3/5
Needs an update.
- 1/5
Pillows are too hard. Be ready to face neck pain
- 3/5
There was an event in the hotel so parking lot was full so I ended driving around for 20 minutes then parking overnight on the street. Discovered crack in windshield next morning.
- 4/5
The beds were comfortable, the staff was very friendly, the breakfast was limited and average tasting like most hotel free breakfasts.
- 4/5
It was kinda nice hotel, but it’s old and the room was a bit smelly but I mean they provide you free shuttle to airport, fashion mall, subway as much as you want so it was good for that
- 5/5
The shuttle was exceptional! Responsive! Professional
- 4/5
Staff were friendly. Shuttle was friendly, fast and reliable with an app to track driver arrival. Common areas and rooms are very outdated and dirty, with many broken/worn furnishings and stains. There is a dingy/musty smell throughout the hotel. The pizzaria on site was good with fair prices. All in all a decent price for what it was, a place to stay between evening and morning flights. If you’re looking for a long term stay, I’d definitely spend just a little more to go somewhere else.
- 2/5
The airport shuttle was great. The front desk was helpful. The rooms were dirty, stains on the carpet and couch.
- 1/5
Can’t think of anything that was good. Would never stay there.
- 1/5
Just wasn’t the best cleanest hotel , didn’t have a good tv , also WiFi never worked horrible experience
- 3/5
Breakfast poor quality, hotel needs a freshen up. The shower in our room room would not turn off. Called twice repaired twice. The 3rd night we just let it run and informed them Again of the water.
- 5/5
Nice!
- 5/5
Limited parking
- 5/5
Loved it
- 3/5
The proximity to the airport was great along with our shuttle driver. The hotel itself you can tell is older and been well used. We stayed less than 12 hours as a quick overnight stay before a flight so it worked well for that
- 4/5
They need to clean a little better. My room smelled like dog pee
- 2/5
My other issue was there was little parking. I came back from a concert late and I circled the building a few times because I luckily found someone leaving and could take their spot. The buffet was ok but it was very small. We’ve used Comfort Suites a lot and usually love them but this one was not one of those times.
- 1/5
I booked King suite but was given queen bed and the staff was rude at the reception.
- 2/5
The airport shuttle didn’t show up after a 50 mins wait. I called the hotel when we arrived at the terminal, the front desk never connected. Had to call the sales and the guy told us the shuttle was running every 15 mins. But never showed. We took uber. The staff at the hotel were fine. The guy who drove the morning shuttle was great. Room was old, but spacious.
- 5/5
Close to fashion outlets of Chicago
- 3/5
The shuttle service is very bad I had to wait for an hour for the shuttle to pick for a ride of 10 minutes and even after the pick up they went around to collect other people so it took 30 more minutes, The cleanliness of the hotel is very poor
- 4/5
We had issues with Wifi and room keys deactivating
- 5/5
Clean and friendly
- 2/5
Was interesting stay. Microwave sounded like it was going to light on fire , could use with a big cell in the hallways and rooms, and shower was dripping water all night. Front staff was very friendly and helpful, but the hotel could use with an update and deep clean.
- 5/5
Excellent!
- 3/5
yes. It's ok for quality
- 3/5
Hotel needs updating, carpet needs a thorough cleaning. Staff was very pleasant and polite. Parking costs too much for the location. The lot is hard to get in and out of. Beds are uncomfortable, they are hard and springy.
- 5/5
This property is great location to the airport. The breakfast was good. Air shuttle is a plus.
- 2/5
Staff was great, but the facility and rooms are run down. Sofa bed was stained.
- 2/5
The pictures posted with this hotel did not match what we actually experienced. Our door did not feel like it locked well, I thought the outlets were next door or very nearby but this was not the case. There were homeless outside hotel and I did not feel very safe.
- 5/5
Loved the breakfast, shuttle was quick and dropped us off where we needed
- 5/5
Clean quiet and great location!
- 1/5
Horrible ass hotel
- 3/5
I was only staying for one night & had my infant and dog with me, the bedding, bathroom & overall bedroom were clean, comfy but the front living area had a pee smell I’m assuming they put me in a dog friendly room. It was acceptable for a 1 night stay but carpets desperately NEED to be replaced!
- 2/5
Hotel could use some renovations or deep cleaning. The hotel seems better in the pictures online than real life. Mattress in sofa bed was filthy! Everything seemed old.
- 3/5
The facility is old, and it shows.
- 5/5
Location was very close to the airport and their shuttle service was very good. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was nice too.
- 2/5
Property in need of face-lift. Torn dirty hallway carpets beatup furniture in room. Ice machines on 3 floors none working. Clean bathroom, comfortable bed, quiet
- 4/5
Hair dryer was broken
- 3/5
Coffee wS very good. Breakfast always had something I liked.
- 2/5
Staff was great but the rooms were dated and dirty.
- 3/5
Everyone at hotel were very nice. Thought it was storming outside, turned out it was the elevator behind our room. Sheets fine. Comforter stained. Mattress under pad was gross.
- 4/5
Staff was friendly
- 3/5
Good location and the pizza place is good but the internet doesn't work, and we were trying to work the entire time. That's horrible.
- 5/5
Great staff wonderful hotel
- 3/5
The Hotel was fine, the staff friendly and helpful. The in house restaurant was good with fast service and hot food that was enjoyable. The property seemed dated, I wasn’t aware of what shops and services was around until we left. Many hotels will have a flyer or pamphlet of surrounding attractions. The worst for me was the internet. I was unable to stay connected long enough to get any work done.
- 5/5
Good choice near ohare
- 5/5
None
- 5/5
Clean comfortable room with multiple dining options in walking distance
- 4/5
My stay was fine the attendant on duty wasn’t helpful in regards to my reservation saying I didn’t have reservations when I clearly showed him everything
- 3/5
The facility, especially the carpets were quite dirty and in considerable disrepair. Parking should never cost extra. The desk staff, and the shuttle drivers were very nice and service oriented.
- 3/5
Loved the shuttle folks and other staff.
- 5/5
Quiet hotel, friendly staff, shops nearby. I always stay here when flying to/from O'Hare!
- 5/5
Everything was great just the room smells like cigarettes
- 5/5

- 4/5
The halls where very dirty
- 5/5
The uno being on site made things real easy for me, the crew at the hotel and and uno had great customer service 👌
- 4/5
When we arrived at O'Hare, we telephoned for shuttle service to the hotel. The desk clerk had a problem connecting to our phone and the call was ended. A person standing next to us at the platform directed us to the shuttle bus. Shirley the driver was a great help.
- 5/5
The room was clean but all the furniture was outdated and stained. The beds were very small but comfortable. We had the pizza from Uno which is in the hotel and it was Amazing,!!!
- 5/5
Staff was great. Shuttle was convenient. The drivers were great and friendly. Ms.Shirley was the best. She was very helpful and talkative. The room was nice, and spacious. The carpet had a dog smell and could use and update. The restaurant in the hotel is convenient but did not eat there. There is an Aldi and Dollar Tree located directly behind the hotel. Less then a minute walk if you forget something. The breakfast was ok, could've used some cheese for the eggs. The pillows were heaven and the bed so soft. I would definitely stay again when i visit. Convenient to the airport as well.
- 4/5
The property was shabby and looked old.
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly. The room nice and clean.
- 3/5
The pull out couch looks to had mold on it, the mattress was torn, the cushions on the couch were torn. I informed the staff when they finally brought up the crib that was asked for. I thought she was coming back but never did.
- 2/5
This property needs to be renovated! In defense of the property the front desk manager stated that he had good news as it is to begin renovations in December. They are starting with the restaurant, then ballroom then hotel.
- 5/5
Staff were very friendly. The pizza was amazing and the shuttle service to and from the airport was great. Very fast did not have to wait long upon returning to the air port to get shuttle service back to the hotel.
- 2/5
en la reservacion me indicaron que tendrian un sofa cama inlcuido y eso no fue cierto
- 1/5

- 5/5
The breakfast buffet was lovely, well tended, the two women who took care of the guests were wonderful. Please put the tip cub IN the buffet room not on the bar. It is easy to miss and guests want to say thank you with a good tip.
- 4/5
Wifi was not working during our stay.
- 3/5
Staff kind of rude
- 3/5
Need to update. To expensive for the condition it is in. Could have better breakfast and should have more face towels in a room.
- 1/5
My flight was severely delayed and therefore I didn't stay at this hotel due to trip cancellation.
