Reviews
The hotel's proximity to the airport and quietness are appreciated by guests. However, cleanliness and maintenance are major concerns, with several complaints about unclean rooms, lack of toiletries, and old, poorly maintained facilities. The staff's friendliness is praised, but the restaurant's quality and pricing are criticized.
- Close to the airport
- Quiet rooms
- Unclean rooms and facilities
- Poor restaurant quality and high pricing

The bathroom had a leaky bathtub and there was hair on the wall.

Shuttle and room perfect N/A

When I checked in, my bathtub faucet was dripping and I couldn’t stop it. I had to get maintenance in. Then my TV didn’t work. It turned on, but I couldn’t open any channel. Disappointing hotel in all.

Weather was a factor the day I flew. My flight into ORD was delayed hours and I couldn't make a connection flight until morning. I booked Four Points online. Location and shuttle service were the best! Nothing!
- 5/5
Clean room staff was excellent and the shuttle driver was perfect
- 4/5
Very good
- 3/5
Instructions on when and where to get the airport shuttle were unclear. Tired to call the hotel and was out on endless hold. Eventually took an Uber for what should have been a free connection. Front desk had nothing to say when asked.
- 5/5
We were late to arrive to hotel about 1am but the reception waited for us to check in. We are appreciative to reserve the room for us.
- 2/5
Close to the airport. The airport shuttle, advertised as running every 1/2 hour, does not. The driver was “on break” when I checked with the front desk at 10:33am and no shuttle had appeared. Unknown when he gets off break. And last night I waited for 45 mins at the shuttle pick up at the airport and it never showed up.
- 5/5
Amazing staff
- 4/5
Shuttle runs every 30 min to ORD, so very convenient and only 15’ ride to/from.

Read all the reviews! The hotel is as dirty as some have mentioned. Hair in tub, excrement in toilet, old carpeting with dust and dirt along all the edges, did not walk on floor batefoot, no mattress cover, mattress and bed extremely old, frame wasn't connected to headboard, mattress falling apart underneath the bed, blood stained pillows, we were worried about bed bugs. Didn't see any though, inspected well. No bites either, thankfully. We went and bought clorox wipes, pillow cases and other supplies to assure sanitary conditions. We also chatted we Expedia online, but that wasn't helpful, and we were cut off. Almost checked out, but hotels were getting booked. Even the children were grossed out by the room. The hallways consistently smelled of marijuana. When we got home, we kept everything outside, brought things in individually to wash and sabarefoot, a safety precaution. As with other reviews, staff friendly, but when we asked for extra towels and there were none. Needs a desperate revamp! Travelers beware.

I didn’t get to stay. I had booked 2 rooms and the check in time was 3pm or later. When I called they said everything was set BUT we could not check in till 3. That’s was fine but when we went to check in they didn’t say anything and only gave me 1 key for 1 room, like I said I showed them where I booked 2 rooms and the lady at the front was rude and didn’t even try to help accommodate for giving my other room to someone else. And on top of that they charged me for the rooms and then I canceled the 1 room they gave me and she said I might get a refund in 7 days. Was not a good visit at all. I had to go and get rooms at a different hotel for the trip Rude customer service

Our room was ok very long hall to walk through to get to our room, a stain towel was hung up behind the bathroom door and the tub drain was awful filling up as you showered. Won’t stay there anymore!
- 2/5
The location is convenient because you can take the shuttle to the airport and hop on the train from there to get to the city. The hotel is an hour away from the city, which is something I should have looked at more closely when booking, but the shuttle access made things much easier and it was easy to get to and from the airport. We also were able to get checked in early which was convenient. Upon arrival, we were checked in and given a room on the second floor. The shower was not draining properly, causing the tub to continuously fill with water. The shower itself wasn’t clean either. So we asked the property staff if someone could clean up the bathroom a bit. We came back much later in the evening to find nothing had been done so the next morning we changed rooms. The second room also had a dirty bathroom (stuff on the toilet seat, dirty shower walls, etc.) and the sink didn’t drain properly in this room. So overall, big issues with the bathrooms. Seems like these rooms could use a little TLC because they weren’t very well kept.

It was all good, zero complaints.
- 4/5
The location and shuttle were incredibly convenient to the airport, and the staff was helpful and polite. My reservation did not include breakfast, but I had a light dinner in the restaurant and it was fine. Overall, a positive experience.
- 3/5
Hallway carpet was pretty worn and loose in places. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Toilet didn’t flush well and bathroom is pretty dated. Coffee maker in the room is nice. Only option for breakfast was the buffet which was $16.95. Most places I stay has a continental breakfast which is nice in hotels close to the airport when you’re traveling. Feel like I overpaid a little but I was tired enough after traveling for the past 24 hours I was glad to be able to shower and sleep in a comfortable bed. Shuttle is supposed to come by every 30 minutes but we waited 50 minutes to be picked up and ended up calling the hotel twice.

The Mirage hotel onsite was good for dinner, but not great for breakfast. The dinner menu has a nice selection and service was good. When we went for breakfast, the menu either had very small "healthy" entrees or monster ones. I am comparing this to IHOP or Original pancake house based on pricing, so I felt it could have been better. There was one lady attending to everyone, so more waiting. Overall, will stay here again. Chicago area hotels and parking are crazy, so this place (located about 18 miles from downtown) with a little planning frees you from headaches of finding parking and is close to the airport, which makes the return trip more predictable wrt traffic. Uber it from here, basically.
- 4/5
The overall condition of the hotel was good, and it was very convenient that it was close to the airport and included free shuttle . However, some small things needed further attention and maintenance such as the supplies in the bathroom and the water that kept running in the toilet. In addition, the room had a smell that we were more sensitive to.

The only thing I didn’t like was that our room didn’t have a fridge other then that everything was good enough
- 5/5
Perfect for an overnight
- 5/5
We had a layover in Chicago and although we checked in at 10:30 pm and left at 3 am the next morning, the stay was much needed. The shuttle from Terminal 5 was there when promised and, because we needed to leave before the scheduled shuttle operation the next morning, the agent booked us a cab the next morning that was there as promised. Nice room, nice property, helpful staff. All good.
- 4/5
We had two issues. First, the HVAC unit ran continuously on a cooling setting. The controls did not work so we were chilly the whole time. Turns out there was a wall thermostat that overrode the controls on the unit Second, the hotel description listed a buffet breakfast at a fixed price beginning at 6. We got up and went there only to find that the time had been changed to 7. When we returned at 7, there was no buffet. The menu was ala carte and if you added in the usual items from a buffet, like juices, coffee and tea, yogurts or fruits, the cost was much higher than the advertised buffet.

Room was not that clean, we found a Gatorade bottle under the bed from previous person. Also, there was no refrigerator. Restaurant was super slow, and there was a wedding the same night. Loud guests. Will not be staying here again

The room was scuzzy, toilet was crooked the curtain was broken. It sounded like someone tried to come in my room at night. The food was expensive and not great...would never stay again.
- 1/5
Toilet poor flush, no plastic bags in waste basket, mascara stain on new face cloth. There was a small turd in the elevator on Fri Eve. I reported it and by Sunday am, it was stepped on and dried. No dresser, just wicker baskets for clothes, no micro wave or refrigerator. Two nights in a row, room key didn’t work. Room was about a block and a half from lobby. This hotel and traffic are the only awful things about Chicago
- 4/5
Airport shuttle was 20 minutes late which made me miss the closing of the hotel's restaurant
- 2/5
It was not cleat at all,no fridge in the room. They told expedia has problem but they couldn't check in llike a half hour.they canceled our key and rechecked in us, it was a bad experience.
- 3/5
I reserved one room through expedia and when I got to the hotel, they said they didn't have that kind of room available. They put me in an ADA room, which normally is not a big deal. However, the bathroom is a wet room, meaning no separation between the shower and the rest of the bathroom. The shower head was leaking so the tile floor of the whole bathroom was wet. There was hair on the bathroom floor and it just felt dirty.
- 5/5
Excellent customer service
- 2/5
Didn’t eat breakfast there
- 5/5
The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle was very convenient. The location was very convenient to the ORD airport. I enjoyed the stay though it was very brief.

It was an older sheraton hotel, probably needs to change it's name otherwise it will make one think all sheraton hotels are only so-so. When many are fine hotels.

- 5/5
Airport shuttle is currently easily accessible at the top of the hour and half hour for those who need it
- 5/5
Shuttle is very. Convenient close to all states arena .
- 4/5
Nice hotel for the price. Hallways and common areas could definitely use an update. The shuttle is not 24/7 so we had to Uber to airport and I was told I had to book online to do a park and fly and online no parking was available but the lot seemed plenty empty. Ramp next door was nice and secure with a free shuttle though a tad expensive.
- 1/5
when i was there, they left the toilet paper half used and the water wouldn’t drain so i was showering with cold water on my feet. when i reported it the next day, the front desk said they would do something about it but nothing was done. very disappointing

Host was great. However room wasn’t that clean , our tub wouldn’t shut off for about an hour , one rooms sheets had blood on them, most of them didn’t speak English so we had to keep going down for help.

No microwave, and no fridge, but did have screaming kid running the hallway.

Loved it! Great service!
- 3/5
The walls are so thin I was hearing the conversation from the room next door.
- 1/5
The front of the hotel towards the lobby was well renovated. As you go deeper into the hotel, the carpet is extremely dirty, wall paper is peeling from the walls, toilet took forever to flush, the rooms smelled like urine. The staff was great in getting a new room for me, but the hotel definitely needs a full renovation.
- 5/5
Excellent services I can’t ask for more thanks to all the staff they are very lovely

Hotel needs an immediate renovation. Cleaness in the halls is poor, rooms with very old mobilia, beds not comfortable, cheap small towels.

I called more than 5 times bit they didn't give proper response and people were not apologizing for their mistakes.
- 2/5
Just ok. Old.
- 3/5
The hotel is old and could use an upgrade for the price you pay.
- 2/5
Room was OK - no working charging ports in the room for electronics. Property was run down. Very small elevators.
- 3/5
Bed frame was broken on one side so the bed had a slant. Walks very thin. Could hear what the upstairs neighbors were doing/saying. Only good thing and useful was the complimentary shuttle to and from airport. Will not stay here again if in the area.
- 2/5
The side chair in the room was dirty and stained. The lamp shade was cracked and ripped. The room was advertised as having a small refrigerator and a microwave, which led me to choose this room, but upon arrival, I found out it did not. The room faced the expressway and was noisy.
- 5/5
Every thing was excellent little noises from airport planes but that is expected Staff were great will definitely stay there again!
- 3/5
The hotel is quite dated. Smells musty on the hotel room floors. The parking lot had a lot of trash laying around. Our room was clean and the staff was friendly, though!

Convenient location. Clean room. Closest to O’Hare airport with shuttle service.
- 4/5
The weather was horrible and the hotel was very busy because of it, yet the staff was very pleasant and cheery. Thank you!
- 1/5
This hotel is very dated, and it shows up and everything. There’s a strange smell in the hallways. The bathroom needs to be renovated. When I checked in. I was given the key for a room that other people were staying in, which made me not feel safe. The lady at the front desk didn’t seem to care in that she did not offer me a better room on a better floor. I would never stay there again or recommend for people to stay there.

My new husband and I celebrated our first night as husband and wife and we loved it.

Great job!!!
- 3/5
It wasn’t overly clean. The restaurant wasn’t great and unorganized. And most disappointing was there was no parking during our stay.
- 3/5
The hotel was close to the airport and offered a nice shuttle service. However it was difficult to find an elevator that worked, the rooms appeared to be moldy in the bathroom area. However beds were comfy, clean and got the job done. Staff was friendly and helpful
- 3/5
The property was very busy when we stayed and seemed to have inadequate parking for the number of people that were there. Our room was clean, but the whole property looked like it could use a good update as everything looked old and dingy. The staff was friendly. We did not use any accommodations while we were there.
- 3/5
Parking lot was a disaster. There was nowhere to park. Front desk clerk had pre-keyed our rooms. I wish that every hotel took it upon themselves to do this later in the day. The lobby area looked as if the garbage companies had been on strike for a month. Trash everywhere. One of the 2 elevators was out. The "working" one was on its last legs. Took WAY too long to get from the lobby to our floor. The room was very dated and worn down. Time for a refurb.
- 1/5
Bathroom toilet was dirty. I was put on the 7th floor (building’s roof) on March 14th and on the morning of March 15th around 8 AM people were drilling right above me. I called the front desk and their response was “I’m sorry, I also didn’t know they were coming in.” I decided to check out earlier than anticipated and at the front desk they just kept apologizing without any compensation. I was going to take the shuttle to O’Hare and came outside immediately when it arrived. I greeted the driver with “Good morning” and he ignored me as he headed inside. When he came back out, he did so in a hurry. I approached him while calling out “sir” and he continued to ignore me. He immediately hopped in and started driving and I l knocked on the window but he did not stop. I went back inside and the receptionist called him and told him “it’s still three minutes to 10 o’clock” and she told me he was driving back. When he got back he started arguing with me about me knocking on the window and claiming he had “not finished his work” and that he was “switching vans”. I told him he did not tell me that and that he just drove off. Extremely unpleasant stay and very rude staff. I only stayed here to save $20 over nearby hotels (e.g. Sonesta) but I have learned my lesson and suggest spending the extra money and go elsewhere.
- 1/5
My room was never cleaned during my stay

When I got to my room, I pulled the sheets back and on one side there was something black smudged on the sheets and on the other, what appeared to be a cigarette burn. I left the room, called an uber and let the front desk know I wasn’t staying. Best part here is, they didn’t even bother to ask “why?”. They obviously knew why. I ended up paying for another hotel in addition to losing money from my reservation at Four Points. Don’t go here!

Interesting decor, esp in the restaurant and bar. A building that needs modernization but fulfilled my basic needs for an overnight stay.

Just go somewhere else. Wifi is trash, the toilets are so low to the ground and slow flow everyone was using the general restrooms on the first floor so you can imagine clogged toilets which the pool toilet was experiencing. There's no smart tv access, microwaves or refrigerators in the rooms (which I didn't check for thinking its "2026" all hotels have this, I was wrong), small elevators so get used to using the stairs. I knew that is was outdated but dang at least clean up correctly throw away old stained towels and clean all areas no way there should be hair, candywrappers The wifi can't extend to any floor above the first floor, the closer you are to the front desk the better which is why so many people were in the lobby using wifi (I think there's 7 floors). I was on the second and the wifi went out 5 hours after check in and didn't come back on until the morning of check out. I stayed for 2 nights on New Year's Eve. I didn't speak on the issue until the next morning, first staffer instructed me to call the hotel internet support line which is an external company smh I don't know why this is the responsibility of a guess, however, I did and the company blamed the hotel lol. second shift staffer claimed since the front desk had internet everyone should have internet and got upset that I asked about it. The only staffer who tried to help was their front desk night clerk (Larissa) give that lady a raise. The restaurant food was trash, well if you do don't get the nachos.

Staff was amazing and the room was clean and put together. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend!

I returned that evening, and the front desk said it had been taken care of. I went up to my room and it was exactly the same. They earlier had offered to let me switch rooms if the toilet didn't get fixed. But by that time I was very tired and just used the public toilet when needed. The part I was disappointed about - and a larger problem - is that the front desk had been told by someone that it was fixed and it was not. I probably got the room for the same reason - they thought it was fine. So there is a communication problem with staff or the staff just didn't care enough to actually fix it. Rather disappointing.

Got stuck in Chicago after missing a connection at o’hare. Checked in around 11pm . The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and even allowed me a late check out since my flight wasn’t until 6pm the next day.
- 5/5
Staff very courteous. Older hotel stains on chairs and carpets, but clean.
- 3/5
The staff were very friendly and the shuttle was very convenient. However we found a bug in one of the beds. It didn’t seem like a bed bug, it looked like a silverfish. The rooms are basic and could use some updating and a deep clean. Not sure id stay here again because of the bug.

- 3/5
Overall it was fine. But the property is worn down and unpolished. The lobby and conference area are really nice, but hallways, carpet, overall a bit worn down. Needs a facelift. Shower was super short, I’m a tall man, basically it washed my belly button well.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean rooms, free shuttle
- 5/5
Nice clean room. Prefect for that short night of sleep before an early flight.
- 4/5
No breakfast property needs updating. Staff and shuttle bus drivers were excellent
- 4/5
Always a good stay
- 4/5
Smooth and pleasant
- 2/5
The hotel is very dated and not cared for. The carpet is ripped in many places, the toilet in my room wasnt even aligned with the wall. The drain was wide open, and the cheap sink was chipped in several placed. When i first arrived they gave me a room that wasnt ready and when i went to call the front desk the phone didnt work.
- 4/5
We arrived after a delayed flight, about 2am, and was very impressed by the cheerful and kind woman at the check-in! Especially after a long and stressful day of traveling. However, we asked for a 3:30am wake-up call (yes, only 1.5 hours of sleep!) because we were so tired that I was concerned our phone alarms wouldn't wake us up. Fortunately our phone alarms DID wake us, because we never got the wake-up call!!! That really is pretty terrible -- what if we were completely depending on that for our middle-of-the-night wake-up to catch a plane? Please figure this out!!
- 2/5
The hotel is fine for one night between flights but I wouldn’t stay there again for the price.
- 4/5

- 5/5
Clean room and delicious food at the restaurant
- 3/5
The hotel needed some updating, there were very few amenities. Soap and lotion. No hair dryer, no refrigerator so i has to throw out my food. I asked for one because i didnt know there wasnt one. They said no my reservation didnt come with one. I actually meant to book in shamburg and boy do i wish i did. I went by that one and it seemed much nicer. But i was alreasy paid for and in there. I just wasted so much money on food as i only eat 1/2 at a time and i couldnt keep my drinks cold without constantly filling the ice bucket. Not convient to pull in either. Very unhappy with this room.
- 4/5
yes
- 5/5
Nice staff
- 3/5
The van we were on was in obvious need of a rear suspension issue. It felt like it was on a square rear tie/probably a strut or broken tie rod. My head hit the window pretty hard and others were looking at each other with shock
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly, shuttles to and from airport were great & easy check-in, Along with park n fly - safe!
- 2/5
service in bar - restaraunt on Sunday evening was poor , slow , not friendly .
- 5/5
The front desk was very fast and efficient. Thanks for finding my slippers I'll be by Thursday.

- 2/5
Really rundown hotel -
- 2/5
The whole 4 floor was old needed to be upgraded . The room & restroom was dirty
- 2/5
Shuttle service was good. Checked out early, did not see our eat breakfast. Room is old, has odor, dust balls on the sealing and it looks dirty. Bathroom very, very small. Shower head doesn’t appear to be clean. No microwave or refrigerator in the room. Asked for wake up call, never got it. Do not recommend this hotel.
- 4/5
Good
- 5/5
Friendly quick check in. Clean room.
- 3/5
Nice hotel, needs updates as our room smelled musty, very convenient for flying, overall ok
- 3/5
Staff was very friendly, check in was fast. The room could have been cleaner, I noticed some stains in the carpet and on the bathroom counter, and some hairs in the bathroom. The wallpaper was also bubbling off the wall. It was a fine place to crash for the night
- 5/5
Everything was awesome!
- 2/5
Over priced breakfast airport shuttle delays
- 2/5
Night staff was lacking in professional manner. Check in desk clerk just handed me the room key. No explanations. I did not have a password for WIFI. Upon arrival at ORD night shuttle bus did not come to pick us up despite my 4 calls to the hotel. Shuttle bus did not show up for 2 timed pick ups. However early morning desk clerk Lisa and shuttle driver was awesome.
- 5/5
Sure
- 4/5
The room was clean and the staff was friendly
- 2/5
The staff was awesome. The room was not what I expected especially since I just spent the night before at Four Points by Sheraton in Barcelona, Spain. It had a stench that I could not determine the scent. I will not choose again.
- 2/5
The airport shuttle was the main reason you are getting a poor rating plus the emotionless young lady at the check in desk. We were a party of 3 and we arrived at 7:25pm at the O'Hare Airport designated pickup location for shuttle service for the numerous local hotels. We had many hotel's shuttle buses/vans stop and pick up passengers and were anxious for 7:45 to get picked up to get out of the windy cold weather. Well 7:45 came and went, so we called to see when to expect our ride. We were met with a confusing answer4, but told the van would pick us up soon. At 7:58 I called and asked again and was told our ride would be there by 8:15; never explaining what happened to the 7:45 pickup. At 8:10 another in our group called and were told the shuttle would be there in 3 minutes. Well the driver finally showed up at 8:21 and said we needed to call to get picked up and when in the van he handed me the green printout that gave the shuttle policy, and it says nothing about calling in, but we had called in. If he were my employee, he would be fired for his attitude and unfriendly service. The young lady we had talked to was very unfriendly and seemed put off when we were checking in. she gve us rooms on separate floors, and my room, #241 was about as far away from the reception elevator as possible. when asked to put us on the same floor, she said the other rooms were not made up and therefore, not available. The morning front desk receptionist was fabulous and personable.
- 2/5
The room was very aged and neglected except for the remodeled bathroom. It seemed more like a motel 6 than a 4 Points Sheraton. There was a weird curry smell in the room as well. The towels were old and hard.
- 4/5
The shuttle was fine. The shuttle driver scared me a bit but we are in Chicago. The paper we got said they come on the 15 and 45. It only came in the 15 when we were there. The hotel is nice but could use a little updating. Everything was clean. The restaurant was good. The staff was friendly. I left my car for a week while we were gone and had no problems. I would stay here again.
- 5/5
The hotel was very convenient and close to the airport. (Which I really loved) the hotel was clean and the price was reasonable. Only complaint is that I booked a King size room and was put into a double bed. When I called the front desk and let her know she apologized and changed our room. But guess what it was for another double bed! I decided not to call back because what would be the point.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Excellent service! Everything was fine: clean room, premium bed and the airport shuttle just on time!
- 2/5
Stay 2 nights and the room was not cleaned or the bed made. We were gone all day and service did not even come to take garbage. I expect more from. Bonvoy property. Staff are not very welcoming. Breakfast advertised as buffet but it is not.
- 5/5
Great pool temp.
- 3/5
Close to the airport which is primarily why we booked this hotel. However does seem like an older property and felt very dingy and old.
- 2/5
There was no free breakfast even though it was announced as one of the amenities, apparently that exactly day they change it to buffet. but they didn't offer any solution to the price we paid with the included breakfast.
- 2/5
Airport shuttle was terrible, my family had been waiting for one hour to get picked up.
- 3/5
The elevator and hallway it’s a very strong of mold!
- 4/5
Good ❤️
- 3/5
Shuttle service was fabulous. Check in was easy... Coffee machine and a few tea bags in room... NO cups. Toilets are too low for older folks, hard to get off the pot. Food in restaurant extra greasy and unfortunately there on night of a lot of very loud obnoxious guests... had to take meal to room. Beds very comfortable.
- 4/5
Beds were extremely umcomfortable
- 2/5
The commode was dirty with stain marks The AC fan speed could not be regulated No glasses for coffee Did not even inform about snacks being available at 4:30 pm Staff do not answer the phone Carpets are dirty
- 4/5
Was disappointed to find the room did not have a refrigerator or microwave. Other than that, pleased with the stay.
- 3/5
The rooms need to be updated. The carpet areas around the elevators need to change. The lobby is nice but the rest of the property is outdated.
- 2/5
Updates need to be made. The room we stayed in the bed needs to be replaced. You can feel the springs through the mattress
- 4/5
Nice hotel
- 3/5
Customer service good. Rooms needed to cleanings up more, bed comforter pillow sheets kindly smell coffee machine needs to clean out.
- 4/5
Improved over prior stays. I really like the large print on the shower amenities. No more squinting to determine which is shampoo, conditioner or body wash.
- 1/5
This hotel is one of the worst! There’s bugs crawling at the night stand, molds on the bathroom, dust hanging on the ceiling, phone is very dirty, carpet is smelly and filthy, my kids got bites on the arms and legs. Even with the change of room, it’s still not a pleasant stay! Will never book this hotel again! But thankful that every hotel desk staff is nice!
- 3/5
Average
- 5/5
Convenient and comfortable
- 2/5
The instructions for the airport shuttle pickup were unclear, and I frequently encountered a busy line when attempting to contact the hotel. The front desk staff lacked warmth and made me feel unwelcome, almost as if my presence was an inconvenience. Additionally, the computer system was often down, which created problems when trying to make purchases; staff frequently requested cash instead. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi in the rooms was also unreliable. Furthermore, my room was stocked only with decaf coffee and did not have any cups available throughout my entire stay.
- 5/5
Although parking was secure, parking lot and exterior of hotel needs upkeep.
- 3/5
The airport shuttle was inconsistent. Not in the time frame indicated. Our room was not ever cleaned though we were there for three nights.
- 5/5
Great hotel!
- 3/5
The airport shuttle is great, very timely and friendly. The room, while clean, was short on amenities. There was no coffee for the coffee maker and no cups at all in the room (we’ve stayed there twice and both times, no coffee, no cups). The toilet ran constantly and there is no fan in the bath. The halls smelled heavily, maybe someone was vaping? Also, there are no dining options in walking distance except for their restaurant or a Dunkin’-Subway combo.
- 5/5
Clean room. Coffee in the lobby. Convenient shuttle to ohare.
- 2/5
Airport shuttle never showed up. Coffee maker in the room with no cups or coffee. We let the front desk know and they said they were aware.
- 2/5
Coffee maker and no cups Staff very unfriendly
- 3/5
Okay for over night stay. Nothing fancy
- 2/5
Very unfriendly staff
- 3/5
Rooms need some update
- 4/5
People wore nice
- 5/5
Always a first choice stay in Chicago. Really convenient for O’Hare. Friendly service and a good restaurant. I always sleep well here. Looking forward to my next stay.
- 4/5
Na
- 2/5
Honestly, I wouldn’t have had a problem with this cheaper option hotel if it weren’t for the beds. The mattresses were broken on both beds in our room. The one my husband and I slept on was completely caved in the center. We were falling onto each other because it was so dipped. The mattress that our boys had to sleep on, the springs were sticking into their backs. No one got any sleep before we had to leave for the airport and we were all in pain by the time we left. I should have asked for a new room but it was so late when we checked in that I felt at the time it wasn’t worth the effort.
- 2/5
The hotel is outdated and in poor condition. The carpet was dirty in the room and hallways and the room was old and musty. Expected better from this brand. Would not recommend it to anyone.
- 4/5
Good Location and the restaurant was very good
- 2/5
There was no available work space away from the front lobby or room to work. There was a lack of information provided. So getting a bill for almost 200 for using the tv in our down time between Thursdays appointment and mondays appointments was a surprise. First hotel I have stayed at in a long time that charged like that without upfront information. The staff in the restaurant is why we returned. But I won’t make that mistake again.
- 4/5
Me
- 1/5
The hotel is dated, dirty, smelly and did not feel safe
- 4/5
Waited for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel for an hour. Had to take an Uber to the hotel $15.00 2 miles away. When I arrived there was a shuttle bus sitting there not running with no driver. We went through 5 cycles of other hotel chains shuttles. Late for my meetings. Not good!
- 2/5
I had to go 3 different times to request water cups and another time for facial tissues and another time about making up the room. The reason given for the cups and facial tissues was supplies not received, no reason was given for room not being cleaned.
- 3/5
We did not have enough towels, had to ask for more. There was only 1 trash can in our room. My goddaughter and I both got bit by what we think wete bed bugs. The restaurant prices were ridiculous. Coffee maker in the room no cups. This facility needs a major overhaul. I would only stay there again if it was just for a night
- 3/5
our room was missing the TV remote, not iron, no coffee cups.
- 5/5
Have stayed here a few times and really like it here. A clean, safe hotel with everything you need and close to O’Hare.
- 5/5
Clean rooms with ample toiletries. The staff was very courteous and available. The restaurant was great and had many options. Shuttle service to ORD was a big plus.
- 2/5
The room was not so clean, there was hair all over the bedroom toilet and shower. It’s just disgusting.
- 1/5
Old and dirty. Staff are unfriendly, lack people skills
- 3/5
Unrenovated. Not up to date. Looks worn and unclean.
- 5/5
Room is clean, it faces the highway so noise level is high. The hotel passages could be cleaner. Staff was very hospitable and friendly. Very close to the airport so a good place to stay and park your car .
- 2/5
Some lights didn’t work, some usb ports didn’t work, one pod of coffee for two, no cups in room. Hall carpeting dirty. Restaurant pretty good. Neighborhood has nothing to offer.
- 1/5
Day 1 there was no wifi. I was in Chicago for work and needed wifi. There were no face towels in my room. When I went down to let them know the wifi wasn't working, I asked for face towels and was given the thinnest face towels in the world. You could see through them- thats how thin they were. I ended up just leaving day 2 without even canceling or checking out.
- 1/5
Our first room we were given had mold on the ceiling wall and carpet clearly from water damage, we were shocked that this room was even rented out and bit closed for repairs when the last guest checked out
- 4/5
Property location to airport is great. Shuttle from airport at night was unavailable. To airport was available.
- 4/5
Very convenient to the airport with an efficient shuttle service. Rooms are clean though a bit dated. Could use a refresh Very limited on-site or nearby food options. Service was friendly and helpful. Great for an overnight at the airport. Excellent value.
- 5/5
Quiet and clean room. MaryJane smell in hallway. Dinner at the attached restaurant was convenient late. Nothing around hotel within walking distance. Airport shuttle was full in AM and I had to Uber at 5:00 AM to catch my flight. All around convenient for hotel near airport.
- 3/5
Place is really outdated for the rooms. Very limited for food. Vending is advertised but couldnt find any.
- 1/5
Nasty
- 3/5
One room did not have hair dryer readily available until we asked for it. Another room has water blocking in sink, and did not have iron stand.
- 1/5
The outside looked dated but the front desk and waiting area looked updated and inviting. The further we walked to our rooms the less comfortable it was getting. The rooms didn't have coffee, cups, or a mini fridge. The faucet was rusted and spraying water from the top of the faucet and the light switches didn't look safe. It's wasn't a comfortable room and I wouldn't recommend for my team to stay there. The shuttle driver and check out attendant were pleasant and the best part of the stay.
- 3/5
It is right off O’Hare airport. The hotel was built in the 70’s. Thought since it was a Marriott property it would have been updated. The lovely young lady who checked us in was very friendly and personable. No complaints there. The carpet in the halls needs to be vacuumed around the baseboards or replaced. The bed was comfortable and the sheets looked clean. There were no washcloths in the bathroom. The bathroom floor could use a good scrubbing. The carpet in the room could stand to be replaced. I left my socks on. There was a coffee maker in the room but no cups. Looks like the cleaning crew made the bed and left the room. No liners on the trash cans. The towels were rough. It’s a hotel in need of updating. The windows in the room looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years.
- 3/5
The room seemed clean but I couldn't help feeling like something was off. Maybe it was because it hasn't been renovated in a long time? The next morning, there were a bunch of pill bugs in the lobby, on the rug. I could easily spot at least 20 of them. That kind of just confirmed my feeling.
- 2/5
Not as expected
- 3/5
NO COFFEE CUPS, NO DRINKING CUPS, NO COFFEE
- 4/5
The room was a bit small. There was a chair which didn't fit in the side they put it since it was right in front of the AC. So it sat at a weird angle. It would have had more space without the chair. Due to the age of the property, there were limited plugs around the room. There was a power strip next to the desk. There were no face cloths to use in the shower.
- 5/5
Good
- 3/5
Pictures and reviews are deceiving. A lot older building than pictured. Smelled old and windows were dirty or had some sort of paint or something on them. Market for late night arrivals is bare. Just was expecting a different look and more updated feel. It is a good quick over night stay and we did feel safe. Check in smooth and kind.
- 2/5
My room had a tray for coffee and tea, but nothing on it. No water either. The shower had hair on it and the bed had an odor
- 5/5
Great stay
- 1/5
Our first room had dirt embedded in the curtains, and on the night of our arrival, my brother found a roach crawling on him. When we reported it to the front desk, the response was surprisingly casual—they simply asked whether we wanted maintenance to come by or to switch rooms. We chose to switch, but the lack of urgency in addressing an issue as serious as roaches was concerning. Although our second room was cleaner, the overall experience left us uneasy and disappointed.
- 2/5
It feels very old
- 5/5
Very friendly and kind staff!!
- 3/5
No fan in bathroom, not good. Water leaked all over floor when taking a shower. AC unit was loud.
- 2/5
Unfortunately I did not expect to pay 17$ a Night for parking as we were there Guest. We had two Cars so if that was made clear, we would have only driven One Car to Hotel. I also got stuck in the Elevator Friday Morning! Started taking th Stairs. 54.00 for two Breakfast Orders was Outrageous! Mistake going there!
- 1/5
Reception was rude when we checked-in. Towels smelled nasty.
- 4/5
Did not receive water bottles in room…coffee pot…but nothing to make the coffee…room carpet had a weird smell…I appreciate fresh air..from the advertising was lead to believe there were open balcony’s but not..room air very stale..but yes easy access for our needs in the city…and room was clean..front desk was professional
- 5/5
Very good service
- 5/5
Refrigerator and microwave needs on the rooms
- 4/5
There needs to be comforters on the bed? It was like a duvet cover only?? Not super comfortable pillows but the sheets are soft and the bathroom was clean! Would stay again.
- 5/5

- 5/5
friendly staff....
- 4/5
The staff worked with me and was very nice
- 5/5
Clean quiet as courtesy staf and service
- 1/5
They didn't have basic supplies in the room such as disposable cups, cutlery, or even wash cloths. We requested these at the front desl and we were told they didn't have any either. How does a hotel with a restaurant and bar not have cutlery? The room and building were both extremely worn down. There were stains on the carpets and walls, as well as peeling paint. In addition, one of the elevators didnt work at all, and the other was broken and would stop at every floor every time, regardless of if the button was pushed. It was unclear if breakfast is served. There is a $20 breakfast buffet.
- 2/5
Entire hotel was dirty. The ppol was very nasty. Only 3 towels total in room. No vending machines. No water except the restaurant. Worst hotel stay I've ever had.
- 2/5
Thank you Prebitmon Syriac
- 3/5
It was an average stay at the hotel while in Chicago. Carpets were dirty, and walls need a scrubbing. No cups, coffee pot, fridge or microwave in room. But it was okay for just somewhere decent to sleep while in the city.
- 3/5
My sink spout had a hole in it so when I washed my hands all my toiletries got wet because it sprayed out the side all over my stuff🙄
- 5/5
Parking was easy and convenient. The building was secure. Nice, clean room. Close to the airport
- 4/5
1. dining on property 2. friendly & helpful staff 3. reasonably price room What I didn't like: 1. no wheel chair availability
- 5/5
El desayuno debe tener más variedad y en la habitación deben poner cubiertos y vasos desechables
- 4/5
Complimentary airport shuttle. Long term parking in locked lot.
- 4/5
Muy bueno para su precio , el desayuno fue lo que más me gustó
- 3/5
No tv remote control in the room, no coffee cups, imposible to buy a bottle of water after 10.30 pm
- 1/5
No toiletries - reception was plainly saying no shipment of soap/etc has been received. Go buy from neighborhood costco -
- 5/5
Great hospitality and customer service
- 4/5
Good clean hotel. Friendly staff with a great restaurant. A bit pricey but would stay again
- 2/5
Unfortunately, there were no drinks available for purchase. Uber or someone else stole our food. I would pass staying here in the future.
- 5/5
Great!
- 3/5
This hotel is outdated and poorly maintained. So many little things that made our stay not comfortable - towels were old and with stains, bathroom sink had a crack, bathroom door handle was broken, there were no toiletries - only 2 tiny pieces of soap and empty bottle of hair conditioner. No cups for coffee, dirty windows, uncomfortable pillows etc. etc. etc.
- 5/5
Great food! Rooms are reasonably priced…
- 4/5
I didn't like the fact that only 1 elevator worked
- 4/5
The staff was amazing as always. For the price that they charge the rooms are outdated. Other than that a nice place to stay.
- 4/5
This hotel needs a renovation, a lot of the amenities and upkeep are in need of facelift.
- 3/5
Just an old property not well maintained. Windows looking out on 5th floor are filthy. Soap left in shower. No wash cloths. Staff not very welcoming or friendly. Wont stay here again.
- 5/5
Todo bien gracias
- 4/5
Very nice and friendly staff. Shuttle lift to airport was awesome. Great place to stay. Highly recommend.
- 5/5
All good
- 5/5
Due to airpirt clisure, everyone was scrambling for a hotel. I quickly chose one that offered a shuttle and at a reasonable price. The hotel and roomwere clean. We enjoyed a glass of wine and some appetizers. Check in and out was easy. Communication with the front desk at midnight was great. Thank you for a great place to sleep!
- 2/5
No A/C in common areas. Market was barren. Room amenities were non-existent.
- 3/5
Some stains on top of the blankets
- 1/5
I was there for 4 days and not once was my room cleaned. I had piles of trash in my room, requested clean towels twice and never got them, I had to go downstairs myself to get them. I requested my room to be cleaned, was hoping for fresh towels and sheets. The same dirty ones were still on the bed and bathroom floor and the room was never cleaned, the trash still piled in the room with days worth of food in the trash beginning to smell. The building itself had a musky/mildew smell. Minus one male staff that actually helped with the towels, I would not stay there again.
- 3/5
Nothing really stood out i like
- 2/5
They only clean every other day. Each room only had one roll of toilet paper and didn’t swap towels everyday
- 5/5
Everything was excellent
- 5/5
Close to the airport
- 5/5
My kidslove coming to four points hotel been here 2 times
- 5/5
.
- 2/5
Not even a bottled water avaliable in their mini store nir in the room. They should close the facility.
- 5/5
The shuttle to and from the airport was fantastic, very prompt and clean. The hotel was nice as well, though it is an older one, it still is a good value
- 5/5
Staff was extraordinarily helpful and kind!
- 2/5
Aircon in the room is good Aircon in the function room is hit. Elevator is so slow.you have tonpress the buttonntwice on 5th floor.door keeps on opening.on one soap provided . No toothpaste No shower cap No slippers Toilet flushes so slow in room 417 Food is excellent Testaurants food is excellent Vending machine was empty On the forst day we arrive No water to buynin vending machine.
- 1/5
The shower had hair in it everywhere, it was also in the floor around the toilet and in the sink. There are no microwaves or fridges in their rooms. Not convenient at all. Not for the price!
- 2/5
I mean? What the Hell??? What hotel doesn’t leave a wrapped soap on the counter upon entry? Being part of the Sheraton name, and BonVoy family seems like a disgrace Won’t stay
- 4/5
It was solid. Bit oldish maybe depending what you’re used to
- 3/5
Poor maintenance and lack of linens such as wash cloths.
- 4/5
Enjoyed my stay overall, I wish I would of had a refrigerator and that there would be 24/7 airport shuttle
- 2/5
The rooms we got (2 rooms) were both very musky and felt like there was a stale smell in the room. We had to run the AC for a couple hours to make that smell be any better. The rooms are outdated and really need a major upgrade. The bathrooms (both) were missing soap. The location is very convenient to the airport and parking was super easy.
- 1/5
Would not recommend
- 2/5
Very run down. Phone didn’t work in room. No towels. Weird smells.
- 5/5
Thank you
- 1/5
The room was never cleaned the towels were never changed took a long time to get it changed
- 3/5
There no drink in the vending machine, also not much snack at all.
- 1/5
Very bad service of employee
