Rooms was nice and clean they was during construction on the outside fixing up the building but it wasn't a issue and it's close to a lot of nice restaurants

No complaints

Clean room. Enjoyed the microwave.
- 2/5
They do not offer transportation to the airport because the hotel is being remodeling but, nobody told me when they stopped it. I had to call an Uber and self payment. People at the front desk are not very nice or helpful.
- 5/5
Was traveling by myself and just needed somewhere to sleep, pretty good location, free parking is just priceless.
- 0.5/5
Carpet was torn in room and on stairs, food was left in the fridge, and half of the lights were out.
- 5/5
I love the staff, they customer service was excellent. I loved my room it was very very nice. I will come back. I didn't like that my TV didn't work. We didn't get to watch TV the whole time we were there

Great selection of rooms, very spacious, good customer service convenient location with lots to offer.

Good location and nice rooms Very sketchy looking and dirty on the outside

The location is good I didn’t like that I rented a room Tuesday night and decided to extend a day I called the front desk 15 minutes before 11am check out time she told me to do it same way 3rd party I did that. 3 hrs later a couple tries to enter my room and it was just rented to them. Wow I’m in shock then the manager comes up banging on my door like the police I said wassup she says you tell me I said what do you mean im paid in full and I called you and told you I was extending my stay she leaves to go check computer never comes back to apologize or anything then I was was never serviced room service or anything no new towels no soap no nothing. So today at 8pm I ask for Towels and soap the guy at the desk says the keys is missing and he contacted management who failed to get back to him on top of that the water to the hotel was shut off for emergency repairs unbeknownst to me it wasn’t until I needed to wash my hands I realized no water I called she said it will be fixed in what was told to me minutes took 4hrs nothing was offered to me for the inconvenience or anything and then the repairs were sooooo loud over my head for hours I wasn’t offered another room or anything and a few days before I knew I should’ve came back because I rented a room and it was room 113 and the pep hole was missing the glass and I was being watched someone hit the door as they watched me and that’s how I looked a realized I was being watched I reported it to the staff my next stay which is This one I doubt anything happened but this is unbelievable and not worth my time or money I can’t believe it and still day 2 no towels they need NEW MANAGEMENT ASAP AND THEN GAVE ME ATTITUDE LIKE I WASNT SUPPOSED TO BE HERE WHILE TIME SHE WAS WROMG AND FAILED TO DO HER JOB I DEMAND ANSWERS AND A REFUND OR A COMP FOR A WEEKEND STAY ON THE COMPANYS DIME NOT MINE THIS TIME!!

I didn't like anything about it. It was awful. The room was run down, looking, it looked some what ok but I suffered the whole time. It was something about the room that made me itchy so scratched the whole time. I was irritated and uncomfortable. I asked the front desk to give me another room, and he did. But I had the same problem scratching the entire time. I really wished I hadn't booked O'Hare Inn. I want a full refund for my suffering. also, it was false advertised and the free shuttle service, when I asked the front desk, they said it's no longer an option, so I had to pay an Uber at 3:00am in the morning. It's not cool at all. I'm requesting a full refund placed back on my card..

Poor
- 0.5/5
Location was good. Closet door was off its track. Two persons staying in room but only one office chair. I asked about the ice machine location and was given directions to the washing machines. Key card had to be reactivated twice. Breakfast choices: two different types of cereal, granola bars, coffee wasn't labeled (no decaf)??

Just a short taxi ride away from the airport, it did everything i needed it to while on a budget. Wasn’t the most up-to-date on decor or cleaning, but for a last minus booking after a missed flight, it was a life saver
- 0.5/5
The hotel cancel the day before my actual trip which was very confusing and very much an inconvenience for me.So my rate tint is very poor one out of ten. N/A

Very nice place spacious rooms very affordable, quiet peaceful with a lot of convenient places an things near by. Great location curtious staff clean an comfortable.
- 1/5
I booked here through Expedia, they sent me a cancelation email from the property, and therefore I booked through a different hotel. The hotel still charged me, and refused to assist me even after providing proof that an email was provided of the cancelation. This is terrible customer service, I even called the property directly and they hung up on me. Needless to say, I will never be booking here again, for the lack of assistance.
- 5/5
I enjoyed the experience, and would recommend it for anyone that enjoys comfort at affordable price!
- 1/5
DO NOT book this slum. If you like smoke-filled rooms, dirty shabby carpets, peeling paint hookers in the hallway, this is for you. I checked out after 2 hours. The only reason I stayed that long is I had to wait for a ride to escape. No elevator for access, I fell down 7 stairs.
- 1/5
Very bad Property room is very dirty. Bathroom is not clean. You guys say they have breakfast but no breakfast.
- 3/5
It's a case of you get what you pay for. It was just adequate for a one night's stay. The place is a former Howard Johnson's and hasn't had much updating since then. It is tired and worn out and right on the street so you hear traffic noise all the time and we had a great view of the dumpster! Definitely would not return.
- 1/5
Place old and dirty
- 1/5
Staff Stole my Jacket.
- 3/5
For the price and location needed, it was ok. The floor needed to be cleaned and vacuum. The room and facilities need to be updated.
- 2/5
The hot water wasn’t working could take a shower and the room was damaged with broken draws and dirty rugs
- 4/5
Pricing was quite good, staff was friendly and professional. Property and room were run down (e.g. stained carpet, peeling wallpaper, unlocked window on 2nd floor) but the bed sheets seemed clean. I just needed a safe inexpensive place to park, shower, and sleep, and that's what I got. Is go back.
- 1/5
Rooms smelled of cigarette smoke. Lack of cleanliness. No bedsheets for the sofa bed. When we opened the sofa bed, a ton of coins fell out onto the ground.
- 1/5
receptionist had a disrespectful attitude towards me, as well as the area being extremely dirty and i just wouldn’t recommend it.
- 4/5
Parking was easy and check in went well. The room was spacious and the TV and A/C-heating unit worked well. the furniture was extremely worn and there was some damage to walls and counters. But the bed was solid/firm and was one of the best I have ever slept on in my 74 years. A real mixed bag.
- 1/5
If you only need it for a night, I guess it’s OK. Otherwise if you’re gonna be in Chicago for a while, find a better place
- 2/5
Walls are thin. Can hear everything in hall, rooms next to you and outside. Very challenging to sleep before a flight
- 1/5
Literally the worst place! We showed up at 11PM and they had cancelled our room without telling us. Manager did not want to help and we were stuck without a hotel room for the night. STAY AWAY!
- 3/5
Dirty
- 1/5
Seriously, we feared for our lives and left. We would rather sleep in the airport. This is horrible. The photo is misleading. There should be more questionable stains on the floor and cigarette burns in the fabric. Also, it doesn't capture the smell.
- 1/5
There were no bugs, though, I checked under the mattress. If I had not paid or was not so tired after a sleepless airplne flight. I would have changed hotels. Breakfast was cereal and coffee.
- 1/5
This hotel was uninhabitable. Not only was it dirty, but the tv didn’t work or the shower. There was no deadbolt on the door, and near the couch we found a used needle on the floor. Absolutely disgusting do not stay here.
- 1/5
Not a safe area nor establishment.
- 5/5
Great place to stay clean
- 4/5
While I booked and paid for a Jacuzzi room but got a regular room the karma was great!
- 2/5
I realize that the hotel was not a five star hotel however I did not expect to see stains on around and in the bathtub. There wasn't a lock on the inside for extra security. The hallways to my room smelled like marijuana. I did take pictures of the room, but there doesn't seem to be a place to upload them.
- 5/5
The staff were helpful but the rooms were noisy and I couldn’t sleep well.
- 4/5
Room was good!
- 5/5
Room was clean, staff were nice.
- 1/5
The room didn’t feel clean and the room held the smell of cigarettes.
- 5/5
Very nice especially for the price cant beat it next to gas station less than 10 min from airport cane in clutch
- 3/5
The toilet in my room was leaking so the bathroom floor and the carpet was wet. I don’t know for how long. The stairs smells like cigarettes. The check in was easy and the man in the reception was very friendly.
- 1/5
Few breakfast items, room smell bad, bedroom furniture were very bad, few parking.
- 1/5
This was one of the worst motel stays I’ve had. The room had a strong cigarette smell that wouldn’t go away. Cleanliness was very poor—the room and bathroom were not properly cleaned at all. The lights were dim and barely worked. The AC was not working, which made the room very uncomfortable. The bathroom was in terrible condition, and even the power sockets were loose and unreliable. The only acceptable thing was the bed, which was just okay. I would give this place 0 stars if that were an option, but unfortunately there isn’t. Overall, not worth the money and I would not recommend staying here.
- 5/5
Room was very clean, staff is friendly.
- 5/5
Microwaves and mini-fridge in room
- 5/5
Housekeeping did a great job!
- 1/5
The room was dirty. They didn’t even clean the room. There was an unpleasant smell as we entered the room. it was pathetic experience.
- 1/5
Rooms smelled, noisy and dirty
- 5/5
I guess it was all right for the most part and for the price
- 3/5
Faucets falling, unusable stuff, walls stained with a range of things
- 3/5
Light foesnt work
- 4/5
The room was not spotless, but sufficient. The evidence of faith in God with the staff was something that gave us confidence.
- 5/5
Iit was great
- 5/5
Great customer service
- 5/5
I have been going to this place for the last 2 years , it’s dirty but it’s what it is … going to the con next year will be back at the same hotel..
- 2/5
It was a horrible experience. But I get for the price what can u expect …
- 1/5
This motel made me feel very uncomfortable. We didn’t even stay there. Cigarette holes in the blankets and sheet. Dirty. Smaller bad and had sketchy people walking around and hitting on random women. I was so concerned for my family and my safety, we didn’t even attempt to get a refund. We just got back in the car and left.
- 1/5
I didn't like anything about this hotel, neither the phone nor tv worked, they didn’t have ice nor tissue. The place stinks really bad, it was not secure The staff was horrible didn't want to give me a refund even though I checked out on the 18th before check out time. It was a horrible, horrible experience!
- 5/5
Alot of vagrants, but if you stay in the room and not venture out much, its not bad. Lots around to eat and shop.
- 5/5
Customer service
- 1/5
In the name of breakfast there was cornflakes and tasteless coffee
- 1/5
Cleaning staff very nice. Front desk had accents so thick you could barely understand them...tub was patched...we showered in our shower shoes. Hallway and room smelled like smoke yet its a non smoking hotel. Had to stand in the chair to turn the ac on and off. Very dark room, very little light. The ice machine was the highlight of the stay as i am an ice cruncher. None of the furniture matched the other pieces. Tv was good....
- 2/5
poor dinning and no public transport around
- 2/5
However, our entire stay the staff left us with lukewarm impressions. Most of the time they were nowhere to be seen, or socializing despite other guests needing attending. We never saw anybody who worked with housekeeping. In fact, we were asked to go to their storage and cleaning facilities to get our own towels, sheets, and toiletries from their stock. Our toilet broke the second day. As we could never find any staff (outside of check-in and check-out), we had to deal with that and physically maneuver inside the tank to get it to flush every use.
- 1/5
For one the guy at that helped us check in was very racist and rude, the shower in our room did not work.. at all couldnt even take a shower.. the fridge in our room did not work properly.. not at all happy with thos hotel, will never stay there again
- 4/5
There was plenty to do in the area, restaurants, shopping, etc. My only complaint was the lighting in our room needed to be fixed and the hotel walkway was dirty.
- 3/5
You get what you pay for, and if you’re just looking for a place to sleep, it works. Cons: manager snapping at a new employee in front of hotel guests; literally hearing sex work being carried out across the thin walls. Pros: close to the airport. At least there’s a bus that goes to the Blue Line right outside the hotel.
- 4/5
Convenient location, prompt service. Beyond that, got what I paid for. No complaints.
- 2/5
The place and the room looked like a cheap motel to stay when you have no other place to go....
- 2/5
The hotel was very shabby, no breakfast as advertised. Not very welcoming evening staff. Bed was surprisingly comfy.
- 1/5
NOT GOOD!
- 1/5
Hallways and a room very dirty In room I found two bloody teeth on the floor
- 3/5
Very old and worn out. Could definitely do with some work.
- 2/5
gross!!
- 1/5
Everywhere smells like weed. Staff doesn’t speak English.
- 2/5
they did not fulfill whats in the hotels.com app
- 2/5
This hotel is ok for 1 night stays only if you need a hotel near the airport.
- 5/5
I had a 12hr lay over at O'Hare and choose to stay last minute. Check in and and check out went flawless. Thank you again for your hospitality!
- 1/5
There where ants overall the room, for the breakfast they even had a spoon, and there were only cereal for breakfast.
- 1/5
Umm bed was comfortable but things in room a broken lamp the shower dripped water continuously stains in the sink and tub toilet flush very slow and then it overflowed and management brought me a mop bucket and plunger. Maintenance never showed even though she claimed they would. Continental breakfast was cold cereal two choices and instant coffee and same garbage sitting on the ground and floor inside and outside for two days they getting up when we were leaving terrible not worth the money!
- 5/5
Room had a jetted tub this time but it didn't work. I got the feeling it wasn't supposed to be working tho, like more of an it's an old appliance that isn't going to be upgraded so no reason to be upset over it... Another great stay at the OHI
- 5/5
Another great stay at OHI
- 5/5
Good price
- 5/5
I am an Uber driver and I rent rooms here because it is closest to the airport and the price point can't be beat. After a long day of non-stop ridess to and from the airport it is nice to commute 5 minutes to this hotel and crash before I wake up and do it all over again
- 5/5
Darshan at front desk was helpful
- 5/5
Another great stay. Staff was training at front desk but the check in didn't take too long.
- 2/5
Todo Muy sucio, con olor fuerte a marihuana y tabaco.
- 3/5
Step back into the golden girls decor. Broken chairs shredded pillows broken light fixtures cigarette burned bedding. Building slopes towards the center as if foundation is giving way very scary.
- 1/5
It's not like the pictures. Terrible smell of marihuana inside of the corridors and the rooms. Dirty property, no transportation to the airport. Terrible place.
- 3/5
The property was seriously outdated, and the furnishings were very worn. The bed was an old, very old spring mattress that was very worn. Wallpaper in the bathroom was patched in many areas and everything basically needed an upgrade. The light over the sink did not work.
- 1/5
This was the WORST hotel ever. We left a day early, they refused to reimburse us for the day we didn’t stay . The pictures they put on their link were so deceptive, the rooms stunk like pot and cigarettes. The tile in the bathroom was cracked and popped out . The bed was like sleeping on a metal box . The bathroom was stained . And it was basically HOOKER HOTEL . I DO NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL EVER . They give you the run around about how to get hold of the manager and she lied about who she is.
- 1/5
This was hands down the worst hotel experience I've ever had—and I’ve stayed in some rough places. The room looked like low-budget Motel 6 quality at best, but was filthy beyond belief. The smell inside hit me like a wall: a revolting mix of mold, cat urine, and something worse I couldn’t place. Two doors down, there was an all-night sex party happening—loud, obvious, and not even trying to be discreet. The shower in my room looked like a literal crime scene. Peeling caulk, mystery stains, and grime so thick I didn’t feel safe standing barefoot. They falsely advertise a gym/workout facility—there is absolutely no gym anywhere on the property. When I asked the front desk, I was met with a shrug. Housekeeping? Not available for most of the day. The buildings are in visible disrepair, with soiled, stained curtains and random storage rooms scattered around the property like abandoned set pieces from a horror movie. It felt extremely unsafe. Doors left propped open, sketchy loitering in the parking lot—it’s not the kind of place you feel comfortable leaving your car, let alone sleeping. And the “free continental breakfast”? A joke. Stale Raisin Bran and bad coffee. That’s it. Avoid this place at all costs. You’re better off sleeping in your car with the doors locked
- 2/5
Felt a bit unsafe in the area, smelt like smoke despite being nonsmoking. Advertise breakfast but had cereal and milk, that’s it. Nice ladies in the front but wouldn’t stay again.
- 1/5
Got a smoking room, room was filthy liquid drinks splattered all over walls, bedding was filthy with dirt particles, and yellow stains on sheets and comforters.
- 1/5
Bathroom very small. Cigarette smell all over. Very dirty and old.
- 5/5
It was good
- 3/5
For the price, this place is very convenient and close to the airport.
- 3/5
Good overall but some areas had strong smoke odor, I would said good for the price but some updates will make it more apeeling
- 3/5
You get get what you paid for
- 5/5
Nice and cheap.
- 1/5
Location to airport was good. But old and too expensive. Dirty, very outdated, not family friendly, sexual encounters and explicit women hanging around. Would never return
- 5/5
The hotel had nice vintage decor. Staff was friendly and helpful. The property is very clean.
- 3/5
They didnt tell me the wifi network. Didnt know the four digit code for some channels. Had a phone. But didn't know how to get ahold of office
- 5/5
In all honesty, I wouldn’t stay again. It was just somewhere quick to get too after a long day of travelling.
- 2/5
Dirty
- 1/5
Stay far away from this place, room was a disaster. Appliances such as the fridge were so old they had yellowed, tray in the microwave was busted. There were several holes in the walls were it appears it had been punched. The leather in the chairs had been worn off. Worst part was the numerous physical fights and arguments occurring in the parking lot. Place really had an uncomfortable feeling about it.
- 5/5
Large, vaporwave-level outdated hotel rooms near the hotel, even though I traveled on the Fourth of July I slept just fine. Inexpensive and straightforward, thank you for your hospitality!
- 4/5
Its not a good experience. The hallway always smells like smoke. Nauseous kind of feeling.
- 1/5
Very bad experience
- 2/5
The room served it purpose for me, tv worked, fridge sort of worked, ice machine worked, but I did not want to take my shoes off and let's just say, my room was dirty floors to walls
- 1/5
Lobby was atrocious, dirty and smelled, checked in attempting to give it a chance. Went to the room, urine smells and stains in stairway and corridoor and filthy. Room was horrendous, cigarette burns on the furniture and bedding and a broken chair. Did not feel safe and immediately checked back out. I have photos. Was nowhere near what was represented on Hotels.com and very upsetting. This is the type of place that would rent rooms by the hour.
- 1/5
I reserve 2 rooms and when I got there they didn’t have one of the rooms available. So they gave me a smaller room with a couch that looked like someone peed on. The restroom had poop stain and the other room tv was broken and there was ants by the AC. Nasty hotel with poor customer service.
- 5/5
Staff is nice
- 1/5
I would atay away from this place..Filthy, reeked of smoke , stains on the bedding, suspicious characters lurking around the doors, outside security door would not always latch, was not charged the rate given by hotel.com. Stay away, you have been warned
- 4/5
the breakfast included is only cereals
- 1/5
Avoid this place. The room was filthy, staff were extremely rude, and the so-called "continental breakfast" was just dry cereal- no milk, nothing else. Total rip-off. Save your money and stay literally anywhere else.
- 2/5
The stairs were dirty and the rug in the room was wet like there was a leak and the tub looked dirty. I have stayed at this place before and never encountered these problems before.
- 5/5
And clearness
- 2/5
Hole sin the walls. Stains on furniture. Smelled like smoke terribly.
- 1/5
dirtiest place I ever seen in my life . so dirty and filthy hotel should not renew the License
- 1/5
Very dirty place. Floor had trash during checking, walls are dirty. Staff very unprofessional.
- 1/5
Terrible breakfast and coffee. Ice machine was broken
- 1/5
Very sketchy. Surprised about the good reviews. everything in the room shows a lot of wear and tear and signs of destruction. Even the bed sheets have holes in them.
- 1/5
The front desk clerk was talking to herself. Literally, one minute she was talking about something totally unconnected to the conversation (to herself) and the next minute talking to me about the room. I called my husband into the hotel because I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. The property is not kept up at all and the smell of marijuana was stifling. I left my clothes in the car, as to not have my personal items smell like such when I left. You get what you pay for.
- 1/5
Restroom was nasty/ didn’t flash the water properly, pillows was awful, morning : continental breakfast:- just cereals/ milk, tasters choice powder and hot water. Requested for extra towels.. reply “ we can’t provide you know, we don’t have laundry unit, you will get it tomorrow morning after 9am.
- 2/5
Nice people! I got what I paid for/expected as a broke college student. Not the cleanest, but passable for one night
- 1/5
Not recommended strongly. My kids got sick badly after stay due to ugly bed and bathrooms. Bad smell from the room
- 3/5
If all you care about is a cheap place to sleep near O'Hare, this place works just fine. Expect much more than that and you'll be disappointed. On the plus side, there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room, and it is literally next door to a gas station with a Subway and Dunkin Donuts. WiFi was also good. On the downside, the room showed significant wear (and even damage on one wall) and it had no accurately-set clock. If there was anything to the "free breakfast" beyond cereal, it was gone by 9:30 a.m. the one day I tried it.
- 1/5
Thi Hotel was very Nasty and Dirty I will never ever stay there aging I will make sure that I tell my family and friends not to stay at O'Hare Inn & Suite.
- 3/5
Rooms need update, room smells like smoke and ac unit needs replacement. I can hear people from another room. you get what you pay for!
- 2/5
Air conditioner didn't working. The room was not clean enough. Also it was smelled of cigarette and marijuana. Horrible experience.
- 5/5
Great no frills property with friendly staff, that is near the airport, with ample parking, 24/7 service and very safe with a lot of security cameras. Made me feel safe a single traveler!
- 5/5
Great
- 1/5
The room smelled like a closed place, the conditions were terrible with old and stained furniture, broken light fixtures, the bathroom shower with difficulty regulating the water temperature and the worst of all is that I made the reservation because the advertisement offered continental breakfast included and it turns out that the breakfast was only milk and cereal. I did not like the place at all and I would not recommend it.
- 1/5
Absolutely disgusting. Husband stayed here due to a delayed flight. Tried to request a refund but hotel ignored communications from Expedia.
- 3/5
It was a good stay the price was right nice and cheap
- 5/5
Nice
- 5/5
Good people there
- 4/5
The staff was very friendly and welcoming
- 2/5
Convenient to airport & cheap but really rundown. Bathroom sink was falling off the wall. No microwave or mini fridge. Would never stay again despite the low price.
- 1/5
Take them off your lists. The room had no light on entry. I reported it but they did not fix even next day. Tv did not work. Shower tub had perforation masked by vinyl glued on. Demanded new room. Said they only had smoking room. Bath light burnt out
- 5/5
Nice experience
- 5/5
Affordable and close to the airport.
- 1/5
It was so dirty, smells like a garbage no proper washroom. Outside area was so smelly
- 1/5
Very cozy.old not maintaining property.rude day manager.no choice of healthy breakfast.
- 2/5
Unfortunately, we were disappointed with our stay. The furniture and decor felt outdated, the breakfast was very basic, and there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room, which made our stay uncomfortable. Sadly, we wouldn’t recommend this hotel
- 1/5
The recertionist was beyond rude. The room was a nightmare. Blood on the lamp shades ciggarrette burns everywhere. I really wosh i could be refunded on this one. I didnt even want to sleep under sheets
- 1/5
Why does the expedia site say that the minimum check-in is 18? It is 21 at the physical hotel! Screwed me out of a hotel and my money. Worker did not give any advice on what to do and I was 5 hours from home. Couldn’t even recommend me a hotel that the check-in minimum age is 18 . This was just ridiculous on Expedia’s part especially. I should NOT have to call a hotel to double check if I’m being lied to on the website I’m booking with.
- 5/5

In the 6 years i have been coming there, had a room that hole in the tub, people fight and argue at 3 in the mornings and they didn't do nothing about it. Want to talk the manger and never was able to talk to the manger. All the did was switched me rooms. Would not recommend staying her again
- 4/5
Very enjoyable
