I had issue with the noise. There was a constant noise throughout the night that almost felt like a vibration in the room, making it difficult to sleep. My room was on the ground floor next to the parking lot, and people were talking outside until late at night. I called the front desk several times for assistance, but no one answered. The breakfast was very minimal, with limited options and not much variety. Overall, the room was okay, but the outdated condition of the property, noise issues and limited breakfast made this a disappointing stay.

Worst hotel ever

Overall it was a low-quality experience. There was no soap provided in the bathroom, either for hand-washing or showering. One of the sheets had a questionable stain on it. Everything seemed cheap, like outlet covers that were barely hanging onto the wall. The staff were nice enough but otherwise I would not be looking forward to staying there again.

Highway was right outside our window - could not sleep with all the traffic whizzing by. The hotel was very convenient to OHare airport.

Shuttle from the airport was none. We called and nobody answered. had to tax a taxi for $45 and should have had you free service.

Don't judge a book by it's cover. The outside of the hotel and surrounding businesses has seen better days and I was a little apprehensive when I arrived and entered the lobby. However, the room itself was really comfortable wtih a great bed, spacious, good bathroom, airport shuttle that ran smoothly and the staff was nice and efficient. If you need a place to sleep for a night near O'Hare, this is an economical option.

The air conditioning in our room did not work, and there were mysterious stains throughout the room, including on the carpet and bedsheets. The Wi-Fi was also unreliable and did not work during our stay. What was most concerning, however, was the lack of security. The exterior doors that were supposed to be locked and accessible only to guests did not lock properly, meaning anyone from the public could walk into the hotel at any time. This made us feel very unsafe and raised serious concerns about guest security. Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance, and security of this hotel were far below expectations. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.

Hotel was well maintained and clean but walls are thin..neighboring room was on a call and I felt they were in the room next to me. Restaurant in the hotel was very handy and the shuttle to the hotel was quick and easy. Only issue was the vending machines didn't work..and Im diabetic so I started crashing ..what i had with me wasn't working..thankfully the restaurant was still open and we could get something to maintain my sugar after getting it up.

Made a last minute reservation due to a cancelled flight. Waited a long time for the shuttle (saw repeats of other hotels before ours came) and when we arrived the hotel said they could not find our reservation and I would have to have hotels.com call them directly. Zero apology or assistance. I spent about half an hour trying to contact hotels.com until hotel admitted they had no rooms anyway. During this time a woman tried to check in and came back downstairs complaining of cockroaches and dirty towels and bathroom in her room. We left and found a new hotel. Stay away if possible.

We stayed here for the convenience of it being close to OHare. Friendly check in person. They have a shuttle that goes from the hotel to airport and you can park your car in their parking lot for a fee while you are traveling. It’s a nice hotel.

Great location and convenient shuttle bus with friendly staff. Room was fairly noisy from continuous vehicular traffic. Room door was not working properly and not well maintained. Property is quite old and could benefit from a refurbishment.

The shuttle took 65 minutes, not 30 as advertised. A/C unit did not work, even after 2 phone calls to the desk. So had a horrible, musky hot nights rest. No need for a peep hole on the door, there was a space between the door and the wall that I could see the hall way!! I am not exaggerating. I refer you to the pictures. The toilet worked, but very odd. It is an industrial/ commercial toilet that you'd see in a warehouse. The shower spicket where water came out to fill the bath I could pull away from the wall 2". The shower head which was connected to the spicket, I could do the same thing!! I couldn't help but wonder about the mold that must be growing behind the bathroom walls. Because of all these issues, I definitely could not trust the sheets. So I had to slept in my clothes on top of comforter. This is advertised as a 3 star. I guess can give it a 1/2 star because it was better than sleeping on the sidewalk outside. But, that's the only reason it gets 1/2 star and 0 stars. For your own safety and health, I'd avoid this place like you would avoid the plaque.

Place was dirty and smelly. It was doused in scented cleaning products to try to mask smell, didn't help much. Room was scuffed and a busy highway runs just past the back of the property - the sound does not stop, regardless of time of day. Breakfast was literally toast and fruit, served in the hotel bar that was still sticky from the night before. The rates for the rooms are low and you get what you pay for.

$100 deposit not advertised when booking the room online was charged when checking in. No ice machine where the signs stated there was one. Desk person at checkin was not friendly or helpful.

This hotel was under the highway. First time in my life i felt truly unsafe. If I didnt check in so late I would have moved to different hotel. The shuttle service was spotty. The toilet was NOT clean. nuff said.

Good value for money

The free breakfast was literally a carb fest no eggs, no meats but amazing coffee! This is definitely a two star motel, but the room was clean. The bed and the pillows were extremely comfortable, but there were light stains on the comforter but we didn’t use it. The mini fridge didn’t work and the TV channels are extremely limited.

Our room could have used so sprucing up. The shower rack is bent and distorted. There was no fan in the bathroom either. Our window looking outside had a large crack in running through it. The TV is old and only about the channels worked. The continental breakfast isn't worth walking down for. Only options for hot food was waffles, toast or instant oatmeal. Options were as slim as the quantity of food they had out.

Price is not cheap. They can provide atleast 2 bottle of water in the rooms. For water, there are 2 vending machine, but need only coins/ bills. No card options to pay. Such an bad options. Not recommend to anyone. Totally bad experience.

We didn't find a way to ventilate the bathroom after a shower - didn't seem to have a fan.

The stuff was very nice when needed. The property was not well maintained. The paint was chipped all through out the room but worse in the bathroom. There were scuff marks along all surfaces that had something against it.

Shuttle pickup from ORD is by prior arrangement. We forgot to call so there was no pickup. The hotel is aging but clean. Very comfortable beds but the pillows were tiny. We didn’t have breakfast but did eat at the restaurant. It was unremarkable.

Willie at the front desk was so helpful! I was dealing with a stressful travel situation and the room initially booked was unavailable, but he was able to figure out a solution. Hotel was close to the airport and so thankful they have an airport shuttle!

If going to terminal 5, give yourself extra time (it takes about 25 minutes to drive there if people from other terminals are riding, too, plus line time, waiting for the shuttle departure, etc.). Tidy room (even smelled nice), decent blackout curtains. On a Wednesday, I slept like a baby (a really tired baby), so I can't tell you what breakfast is like, because I slept through it. Nothing is overly fancy, but it's still nicer than a lot of airport hotels at its price point. I would go back.

Upon arrival to the hotel, I walked into a line of 10 people waiting to check in. Receptionist was helpful however overwhelmed. Room key opened door but door was latched from inside. Finally get into room and it was 76 degrees and humid. Room was dirty, hair on bathroom walls, floors and on bed sheets. Stains on walls. Toilet wasnt cleaned. Hotel smells like Marijuana. Awful experience.

Wasn’t a super well kept place to stay. Ben was super comfortable. Carpet was stained with makeup/wax or something to that effect. Prior guest clothing left behind. Staff was extremely friendly. Parking is terrible.

The room was clean but outdated. Room was good for the price. They could really use some work on the ceilings. There were spots that looked like they had a leak, but it was poorly repaired. There was definitely not any sound proofing as we could hear the room next to us talking very plainly.

The pictures on Expedia use a lot of artistic license, the place is old and shabby, however the room was clean. There is little by way of amenities, a bottle of water in the room would be nice. The place is ok for a bed for the night on a quick layover if your ok with the smell of recreational substances in the hallways.

But upon entering the room and trying unwind and take a shower, the bathtub flooring was bubbling, the shower knob was falling off. The property is out-dated. You can tell the cleaning staff are trying their best to keep it clean, but the property needs updating and multiple repairs. The furniture is very used and falling apart in the room. Thankfully the bedding was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Great lunch. Onsite restaurant was a real plus. Having room in building I had to enter from outside another building where you register. Key cards to that building and room were fussy. Driver of shuttle didn’t know pickup was between doors A to C, w is what online says as did clerk confirming reservation. He thought it was just A. Big distance A to C.

Room was just ok. But the AC was not working properly, only hot air, heating the room a lot without been able to cool it down. We had to open the window so cold air could cool it down.

The place is very old and tired. Our fridge didn’t work. But it was functional looked clean was inexpensive and near the airport.

I stayed here because I was able to park for a few days for a fee. They did not have parking this time so it was a wasted hotel stay. I will not be staying here again. It is not nice but it had parking. Now that it doesn't have parking,I do not recommend at all.

They were miss leading about the park & stay. You don't have to pay to park the night you stay, but you do have to park while you are gone on vacation. That was not told to us, so we had no choice but to pay $15 per night while we were gone to let our vehicle stay there.

The property felt a bit sketchy, and the hallway outside our room smelled like weed. The staff was very nice, but overall the place seemed run down. The only real positive was how close it was to the airport.

I cannot recommend against this place enough. When I arrived, I was shocked to find the hotel looks nothing like the polished, bright pictures on their website. It was filthy and run-down. The hallway had a persistent, overpowering smell of feces and sewer. I found stains on the bedding, mildew in the shower, and the room felt unsafe, as if anyone could walk in off the street. The staff was dismissive of the odor, and I did not feel comfortable or safe staying there. Total waste of money and a nightmare experience. Avoid at all costs!"

For a budget hotel the stay was fairly decent. Staff were nice but spoke limited English but were able to answer questions when we asked. Restaurant was understaffed and breakfast was mediocre. There are plenty of restaurants around so no issue there. Parking was free but a bit tight. No elevator which would have been nice to know ahead of time when traveling with a baby and stroller etc and had to go up the stairs to the second floor. Shower curtain was either dirty or stained either way probably should be addressed. Toilet sat very low to the ground which may cause issues for the elderly or mobility challenged. The room was clean overall so no complaints there. This was my second time staying here and I would likely stay again if I needed to save some money coming from out of state.

The location was right between two busy roads where traffic roared by 24 hours per day. The windows were so thin that they sounded like they were open even when they were closed, so the traffic noise was very loud. The beds had slightly dingy (yellowish) sheets. There was a mechanical problem somewhere in the building when we arrived, and all of the hallways smelled like burning brakes or clutch. Not sure what it was, but we left for an hour and when we returned we closed our door and stayed in our room and didnt notice it too much in our room, but it was in a different wing of the hotel. The area is near the airport, so it feels industrial and not cozy at all. The beds sagged in the middle and were only doubles, not queens (I knew this ahead of time), but due to the sag, my wife and I both ended up in the middle of an already small bed. We would not stay there again.

The room was very clean and smelled nice. The staff was very friendly. The hallway had a strong weed smell that was impossible to notice. Parking was tight, but luckily I managed to find a spot since I came in very late at night. For an overnight stay it was good for the price. I felt safe as a woman.

I have stayed here multiple times prior to leaving out of O'hare, and will again. Well stocked bar, a few "casino" machines, good food, safe area, sometimes a little difficult to park, can safely leave car for your vacation with a stay pre or post flight. Shuttle to/from airport. VERY pleasant staff. What I call a 5star 3 star hotel. It's not the Ritz but it's MORE than adequate.

The bedding and bath were clean but the carpet, walls, and furniture are not clean and very worn down. The refrigerator makes a very loud noise. The staff was only nice to certain people. The AC was fine. Didn’t go to the bar. They also told me I could park my car there instead of O’Hare and to pay morning of, but when I went to pay they said it was full so that was really upsetting.

Got stuck in Chicago for a few days. Room was clean enough but I switched to another hotel the next day. Luckily I can work anywhere on my laptop. Unfortunately the desk chair was broken in my room and this hotel had the slowest internet I've ever seen (0.14mbps up & down). I had to run a hotspot in my room just to check on my flights and send emails. The bar was the best part of my stay - good bartender, good food, good prices. The breakfast in the morning confirmed my decision as there was just the standard waffle maker, cereal and yogurt.

If you need a relatively inexpensive place to stay near O'Hare, the Quality Inn O'Hare is surprisingly good all around - the breakfast was a higher-end continental, and the bar and grill was perfect to have on site coming in from a frustrating day of travel. The room was clean and appealing.

Don't believe what they tell you about parking. We got there rather late and there was absolutely nowhere to park. We had to go find a parking garage. Also, we had dirty towels in our bathroom. It was fairly quiet considering the location. And as a last minute booking, I guess you get what you pay for.

The only reason we chose this hotel was for ORD parking. We booked, then immediately called to tell them we were coming to park, and they said they were full. Very disappointing.

The night lobby clerk was rude and very short. We were coming in after our flight was canceled, we had a voucher from the airline and he refused to even look at it because I already booked and added my card to the booking. The hallways were in very poor shape and the door felt like it wasn’t truly locked.

I paid for breakfast for my stay there and the whole time the breakfast bar was down. The staff obviously had more important things to do then their job. Also the shower wouldn’t drain so it would overflow every time i showered

Carpet was disgusting. Otherwise room was ok. Staff was courteous, efficient and helpful. Breakfast buffet had no hot cocoa mix, no eggs (not even hard boiled).

Cons: Parking is non-existent. We arrived in the afternoon when most guests should have been out and about. There wasn't even one parking spot available, and the fire lane had cars in it. We unloaded from the fire lane, then left for our event. When we returned, it was worse. Cars were literally in the landscaping. They are either not policing their lot for guests, or they are renting out their parking to someone else because they sure aren't taking care of their guests. Because of the lack of parking, we don't recommend this hotel, and we will stay elsewhere for our next event.

The hotel was fine for a one night stay. However, the room was not spotlessly clean. I was offered a continental breakfast that I did not receive, and I was not even given an excuse for this. Even the welcome brochure mentioned that breakfast would be provided. Their Expedia website still advertises that they provide a continental breakfast.

The room was so ghetto. The door didn't open properly, there was a Crack all the way down it. The outside door didn't lock all night long not to mention the screaming and hollering all night long. Zero sleep. Zero out of 10!

Unfriendly galat check-in. Guy was good in themorning. No breakfast when advertising full breakfast. Door looked like it was kicked in several times.

My concern is that I would like to know ahead when booking what I'm getting. If there is no breakfast change the listing.

Room was excellent, check in easy and simple, shuttle was a little confusing not having a number to call, motel put us on hold to never be answered again, didnt know shuttle ran 24 hrs and would have picked us up at the airports, uber was our transportation there where we then could actually talk to someone.

I've stayed at this hotel several time, before & after flights, and I've watched it deteriorate over time. It is now so run down, I will never stay here again. First, there are 2 buildings. There is no inside walkway to the 2nd building, so I had to go outside in -20 weather, for anything I needed from the office. The 2nd building does not have an elevator, so I had to lug my 50lb suitcase up & down a flight of stairs. The carpet & walls were in terrible condition. The ice maker was out of order, so I had to go back to the office, and they directed me to the bar to get ice. The room itself was pretty decent, and looked somewhat updated, but there was a gap in the door so wide that I could literally see out into the hallway. The next morning I went for breakfast and was told there was no food, due to an issue with the water pipes. They didn't even bother to run & get donuts or bagels, for all of the people there expecting breakfast. One of the reasons I've stayed here was because I could get a good breakfast before my flight. I ended up spending $25 on a crappy breakfast sandwich at the airport. Never again.

The rooms and bedding sheets were very clean. The hotel has a 24hr shuttle from the ORD Airport. This made our layover stay at the hotel stress free.

Unfortunately, the advertised photos look nothing like the actual Inn. The Inn itself isn’t bad. The room was clean. Bed was comfy. Having the Bar & Grill there was extremely convenient as nothing else was close by. Check in & check out was quick and efficient. Shuttle picked me up and dropped me off to the airport. It was good enough for a 15 hour layover but nothing more.

Neighbor rooms were too loud for me after midnight last week. Someone turned on their music even after 2am. I couldn’t sleep at all.

The guest next next door was terrible. He banged on our door and even when we went perfectly quiet, he still banged on the wall! We wound up leaving the hotel early. Ruined our whole experience. When I called to report him, they said he was just an angry white man and even they didn’t hear us making noise. Which ok… sure? I don’t know how something like this could be handled in the future? Maybe offer one of the guests a different room?? Ya know, to keep them apart and keep the peace? Especially if they aren’t being genuinely awful. Either way, I certainly dint get my monies worth and they seemed to be ok with me losing it. 😫

I always love the location, the airport shuttle, the size of the room and the staff...I also love the restaurant.

The room was very old and not well kept and had a terrible smell. It shook every time a truck drove by. We were directed to stay in their second building which was NOT connected to the main hotel and the door into that building was not locked. Anyone could enter at any time. The people in the room next to us were screaming at each other all night, which is not the hotel’s fault, but this made our stay feel even more unsafe. I would not recommend this hotel nor would I stay at a Quality Inn ever again.

They advertise serving breakfast, but when I asked, they said they do not serve breakfast, I asled them why they put that in their description and the FD has no answer. I chose this hotel solely for that reason. Additionally, their shuttle service is very slow because its only one operating, and the hotel is poor quality, with loud noises heard in the room in the middle of the night. This is unacceptable not good quality for the price I paid for it. I am warning you—do not choose this hotel.

Friendly staff But there is no breakfast

Room was clean, bed was super comfy. No hot water though but it was no fault of the hotel as there was a winter storm. Staff were very nice. Appreciated coffee in lobby in the morning as we had an early flight. Airport transport took about 45 minutes to pick us up from airport but again most likely due to winter storm. Restaurant in hotel was loud but food was quite good and we were grateful that they were open late.

Overall ok stay. There was no staff to make breakfast for the two days we were there. There is a restaurant in site which was also closed indefinitely. The closets place to eat is a gas station 10-15 min walk. When we asked the staff they said they didn’t know when the cooks would be back. When asked for a manager they said they don’t work weekends. There was slight weather and most cable channels were out. Driver to and from the airport was awesome. If the advertised breakfast and tv work this would be a pleasant stay.

The heater wouldn't turn down, or we couldn't figure it out and it was 2am when we got there. We had to shut it off. We went to get breakfast and the front desk said it was canceled because it didn't arrive. One of the reasons we picked it was breakfast so we could save time in driving.

The room was clean and spacious. The convenience of a shuttle bus taking my son to the airport and being close to the airport was great. I would have given a better score if there was breakfast offered like advertised. It was temporarily closed. Why advertise that it’s included if it’s not? Overall, nice place that we’ll come back to for the convenience.

We checked in late due to a late arrival from the airport and were assured the shuttle would be there. After multiple times calling from the airport we had to walk around and ask terminal staff to call the hotel directly to get information on the hotel shuttle. Upon check in, the staff was very rude, dismissive, and took a while to even come to the front desk. Finally, in the morning when we came down for breakfast we were told they do not provide breakfast even though it was advertised on their walls and website. We were disappointed with this stay and would not stay here again.

On the photos, this hotel looked much nicer than it actually was. Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations at all. The bed and pillows were quite small and uncomfortable. The bathroom itself was okay, but the sink water had an unpleasant smell, and the toilet flush lever had visible buildup on it, which raised concerns about cleanliness. We turned on the heating, which worked well temperature-wise, but after a while it also started giving off a strange odor. The TV was very outdated, and the speakers made a constant crackling noise whenever it was on. When we first arrived, we tried to take a nap, but were woken up by very loud music coming from the bar downstairs. The walls were extremely thin, and later in the night we were woken up again by someone on our floor yelling and by running water in a nearby bathroom which went on for about 2 hours. Because of this, we ended up leaving around 4am. Since we left so early, we didn’t stay for breakfast. While the bar and breakfast setup could potentially be a highlight, we were honestly concerned about food quality given the overall condition and experience of the hotel. There were also smaller cleanliness issues, such as a plastic bag and trash left in the hallway. We noticed it before leaving for the airport, and it was still there when we came back a couple of hours later.

It was a snow storm flight delay and we booked a last minute Saturday Night stay. Transport to and from O'Hare was timely and the room was ready, clean and quiet. The bar still had food and beverages late and we made back to the Airport early the next morning with over a foot of snow, no problem. We would definitely do it again.

There is no sign up for a shuttle, the lobby is tiny and full of people and you have to try to work out with guests who is getting on the shuttle as staff do not assist at all. The shuttle filled up and we paid for an uber rather than waiting another 30-45 minutes trying to decide who is next in line for the shuttle. Very limited parking. I asked the front desk about this chaotic system and she shrugged and said "well its free" I said it seems like the hotel price is higher at locations that have shuttles so it it actually free? Then ordered an Uber.

This place has pests in the dining area! When I mentioned it there was no type of urgency to address the adult roach I observed near the breakfast food. Clearly the roach wasn’t hesitant either. The place need to be exterminated! I checked out as soon as I noticed the disgusting site!

There’s an attached bar with patio which is cool but I didn’t go in there so can’t say much about it other than I saw those huge brightly lit gambling games that are poping up everywhere. The free breakfast was probably my least favorite out of many places I’ve been to but I guess at least they offer something I suppose. Grabbing a yogurt, fruit, and coffee on my way out was better than nothing though it really was the saddest I’ve seen, normally I find SOME protein like cheap cafeteria eggs and sausage. The room was neat and clean but smelled a bit mildewy or moist.. covered by some room scent thing. The one and only fantastic thing about the room that I don’t see often in single rooms was that the mini fridge was decently sized and the microwave was in the room instead of a shared hallway one. I’ve only gotten BOTH appliances in suites so that was great. Front desk wasn’t the most hospitable or friendly but they weren’t rude either. I just would have appreciated a quick run down like most places normally do - parking, locations and hours of amenities, maybe the bar hours. Most places check out at 11am so I made that assumption but she didn’t really confirm that either. It was just giving her my info she needed and then her telling me my room was that way. I can see some people not wanting all that but I don’t want to bother having to ask later either.

Due to a canceled flight we Needed A close to the airport, reasonably priced option with a shuttle. Something clean and comfortable. This fit the bill.

This property is surprisingly beautiful on the inside. Everything was clean and everyone was friendly. Upon exiting the property to the shuttle to the airport police where dispatched there because of vagrants. It's not the nicest area but as long as you stay inside the facility it's actually beautiful.

The staff were super helpful. The lounge and bar offered a good selection of eats and drinks, even had a solid happy hour menu with great deals. The bartender even helped with figuring out a good place to watch the world series as we wanted to explore the city some more.

The place was very clean and neat. Staff was very friendly. I think breakfast could be improved. There was no protein when I arrived around 8:00 am. Breakfast is served 6-9. Yogurt was out. Oatmeal, hot chocolate, tea choices are some suggestions. Milk pitchers needs lids. One staff member who was also mopping floors was stocking food. He did go and get me a yogurt after the small crowd left as he only had a couple on hand.

The plumbing needs work, the water in the shower wasn’t draining properly. The room wasn’t as clean as it could’ve been. There was a weird smell as you entered the lobby. Overall, the property needs updating.

Airport shuttle and staff was great in general. Friendly and knowledgeable, and the airport shuttle service was prompt and quick to get me to and from the airport. The biggest issue was that the duvet cover in my room had a few pretty noticable stains that kind of grossed me out. I just took it off, and it was fine.

Our room smelled clean. There was fresh blood stains on the carpet, definitely gross. It was a cheap place to stay and get a ride to the airport. It fulfilled its duty for what was needed in our situation.

I waited for the hotel shuttle bus for more than an hour, and the hotel never mentioned where to meet their shuttle bus when I arrived a the airport.They booked and quoted me one night at the Quality Inn hotel for $94.33 USD in total, but later overcharged me $205.32 CAD on my credit card statement.

Rooms are filthy. Noisy. Should have signs telling people not to talk loudly while walking in the hallway. If you have to tell them,then you know the clientele.

There is too much light coming in from around the room door, thus, you can hear the all of noise in the hallway with the room being on the main floor near an entrance/exit. Also, road traffic. The room was clean though. Breakfast is: make-your-own waffles, toast, a couple of cereal choices and a couple of fruits.

The bathroom was two inches higher than the rest of the flooring and I fell twice in the night trying to access the tiniest of bathrooms. Ridiculously inappropriate!!!! The doors had so much space in between the room and the hallway I could see people passing by. Felt insafe as a result. The lamp phone charging port did not work so I had to plug in my phone up at the desk to charge it. Only one that worked. The restaurant food was absolutely fabulous though I might add. Service was so so but the food was 10 out of 10. Fish and chips was delicious and cooked to perfection.

Bed was comfortable but the pillows were way too small for a king bed and no extra pillows in room. No cold water in bathroom and no other comparable room to move us to. Really insufficient for the price.

Would give this place a zero if I could. Me and my family (which includes 2 young children) stayed here two nights. First night was okay I suppose but surroundings are shady to say the least. The second night we were jarred out of sleep from a guy yelling and cursing and pounding on a door that was right next to our room saying to whoever was inside that they need to get the F out and that the cops were here and they were going to be arrested! Not remotely the kind of experience I wish to have that I had to PAY for! So no, I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay at this dump ever.

We didn’t enjoy our stay , 2 nights and 2 days there , room was smaller than expected, there was stink in the room , microwave was not clean , small refrigerator was very dirty and smelly , bathroom was small and for us it was very inconvenient. It’s close to the road so the traffic noise is always there. Not gonna come back here .

My expectations for this stay were pretty low going in, but it might have been nice not to be woken up at 7am every morning by construction noise. The room itself was fine for what I needed, and the staff was polite, but the constant early-morning hammering really took away from the experience. If you’re planning a stay here, just be aware that you may be trading sleep for scaffolding.

Place was dated and didn’t feel clean. Front desk staff was short, but the driver, the houskeepers and the restaurant guy were ok. I went with this property over some other because of the “breakfast”, which was an absolute joke. No protein options at all. Old bread, a waffle option, and cereal/milk, packed muffins and bananas. I was there early at 7am for a 6-9 service and stayed long enough to check that indeed they were not running out of options. On top, the countertops and tables were not really clean. Disappointing. Room was ok, at least the bed was clean and comfortable but the tv and ac were horrible. Washroom was very dated too. Area felt sketchy and there is no food option other than a bar in the main lobby. It’s literally beside a busy highway. Disappointed for what I paid

The place has been renovated and the bathrooms as well, but there is a smell of something old, I don't know where it is from. It could be the carpet or inside the wall. I don't know, but they have a breakfast of waffles, toast, corn flakes, and fruits. You serve yourself. The workers are also nice, and the place is very close to the airport, and they have a delivery service. I hope they pay attention to the smell.

Place was very run down and smells like pot. Bathroom toilet looked like it was from 3rd world country. People had garbage sitting out by their doors. Very noisy. The positive was it was easy to check in and very close to airport and they have a shuttle to get you back and forth to airport.

I liked that it was close to the airport. I didn’t like that we arrived already having a reservation but was told we couldn’t check in until 3:45am,so we had to wait in the lobby for a few hours.Then when we was finally able to get our room and the smell from the air conditioner was so bad that I had to lye with my mask on and my throw blanket covering my face,we literally left the room 2 1/2 hrs after getting in the room.And when I complained to the front desk staff all she said was okay.I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN,THEY NEED TO CLOSE THAT PLACE DOWN

The room was clean and comfortable but felt damp, especially in the carpet. The card reader for the door closest to our room did not work so we had to walk around the building in the pouring rain. The milk for the breakfast was sour so that was an unpleasant surprise. On the morning of check out, I was woken up early by hammering in the room across the hall. There was no warning that work was being done. The front desk staff were all friendly and courteous.

I like the food in the lobby and the bar tender from Europe was wonderful. I was irritated by the fact i can't take a bath due to the tub not having a stopper. i woke up to ants all over my things in the bathroom and the laundry room didn't have soap so they gave me shampoo to wash my clothes.

the airport shuttle was nice, the room itself was pretty average. overall not bad

The wait for the shuttle was about 40 minutes. The place is not what i expected for the price. This is a $100 room, not a $178. The first room we were given was in an unattatched building (and it was pouring rain, not their fault). Our room door would not open. So we had to get wet again. We got a different room in the main building. That was nice. The hot and cold water were messed up. We were told how to manage that...flush 3 times and turn sink on. We did. And it worked.

Restaurant is awful. Placed an order to take to my room. After waiting over an hour they told me they were out of what i had ordered. No sympathy. Tv went out. No staff member seems to care at all about their guests, like we are inconvenient. I even fell in the parking lot in front of the shuttle driver and he ignored me. BOOOO

Okay for a night

best breakfast bar of this vacation; airport shuttle dependable; very comfortable king bed, excellent fan noise on the a/c; hotel is isolated.

Price was way too high, almost $200 for a room with a crappy view of the highway and an overall motel 6 vibe, an upset server for a "breakfast" who yelled at us when we came in the door. The bar was ok, front desk ok, but not worth the money at all.

Very clean hotel but very outdated. I would recommend some renovations

Donno maybe was built in the 1800s. There is no elevator, old appliances. Breakfast is less than mediocre. Had to leave our luggage downstairs as we were traveling international and had our bags loaded.

Very convenient

Sleeping was fine, room key card had to be reset every evening, was told at check in that the next day would only be towels and rags and then housekeeping would start back up. Never had our room cleaned and had to walk the entire campus to change them out since our room was all the way on opposite side

Property was well kept up. There was free transportation to airport. Service was good .
