Upon entering the room, we noticed a strong humid and mold-like odor. The room felt poorly ventilated, and later we discovered visibly wet carpeting near the bathroom and beside the bed. We had already unpacked and chose to tolerate the conditions for the single night stay rather than request a room change.

I like the lady in the evening shift on friday night and the lady in the evening shift on saturday night. The breakfast was good. I was traveling with a sixteen year old fifteen year old and thirteen year old.I put in that I had children.Because it said anything, seventeen and under were children. On Saturday when I went to go get breakfast with me and my kids, I was told that I only had one breakfast purchased and then they corrected it. It was one breakfast and 3 kids. They tell me my children would have to order off the twelve and under menu. I told them that that wasn't specified in the booking and that my kids are gonna eat more than a kid's meal. The waitress had the nerve to tell me that sounds like a hilton problem.I go to the front desk to tell the guy he tells me if I have a problem.I can complain monday to the manager. Also I reserved two queen beds put what we actually got was two double beds.So me and my children were sharing beds that we barely fit on. They were very uncomfortable when I tried to tell the man up front that they were double beds and not queen beds, he argued with me.And then again pointed to the card and told me I could contact the manager on Monday. I was really thrown back that they didn't even offer me the chance to pay extra to get my kids.Adult meals. I complain to the lady on saturday.Evening and she actually upgraded all my children for the inconvenience to adult meals.

Unfortunately, this was not disclosed at the time of booking. The availability of the indoor pool was the primary reason we selected this property. Had we been notified in advance, we would have chosen a different hotel in the area. I wish the property was more transparent regarding the availability of a major amenity, and the lack of notification significantly impacted both our stay and our plans for a special family celebration. Additionally, upon entering our room, we noticed a strong musty odor. The smell was significant enough that I used my own Lysol spray to feel more comfortable in the space. This further detracted from what we had hoped would be a special and enjoyable stay. We expect more from the Hilton branding.

I paid for a junior suite with a pullout couch and when I went to go pull the couch out, it had wood underneath. I called the front desk and they were booked and there was nothing they could do. This was very unacceptable because it was my daughter’s 10th birthday the next day and I wanted to decorate the room and everything, but it says she had to sleep on that hard couch. It took away from the day that really meant a lot to me. They were able to switch us rooms the next day and then they gave us a credit for our breakfast, but I feel as if that was definitely not enough, especially for how much money I paid to stay at the hotel. The hotel also only have one trashcan in the whole suite. And the breakfast was the worst Hilton breakfast I ever had. It was so bad for the point where I couldn’t even eat it I couldn’t even cut into the pancakes. For me being a Hilton honors member I expected great service

The location is VERY noisy. I planned to leave my car in the hotel garage for 3 additional nights while I was in NYC. When I made the reservation, an employee quoted me a fee of "about $20 per night". At check-in, the clerk at the check-in desk quoted me a fee of $45 for 3 additional nights. At check-out the general manager insisted that I pay $100 for a full week. Terrible that the general manager would contradict his customer-facing staff and refuse to honor the information they provided.

The room was great. It was well kept and clean. The customer service was lacking. I've always had exceptional customer service but this time was lackluster from the time I got there until the time I left. When I got in the agent looked annoyed, didn't say hello just requested my ID, asked for cc and then handed me the keys. I was waiting for instruction to the room or receipt to sign but he just looked at me and said "thats it". Every interaction throughout the weekend was just lacking the normal Hilton customer service charm that I was accustomed to.. I wouldn't visit this location again.

We arrived back at the property at 11:30pm. I explained the situation that happened earlier. The front desk attendant told me that we were entered into the system as a "no show" and he would look for a room. We finally get a room after multiple phone calls to coworkers for assistance. The room key unlocks the room but the door won't open. We tried several times. Head back down, told to try again and push hard. Tried again several times. At this point we were concerned someone was in the room and had the deadbolt on. Desk attendant finally came upstairs with us to assist and had to throw his body against the door to get it to open. He said, "I told you." and walked away. The room had a terrible smell and dirty countertops. We will not be back.

It was a little noisy in the morning when someone was doing yard work next to my room but it wasn’t super early so I’m not upset about it. I couldn’t close the opaque curtains which was strange. They couldn’t care less. I could have booked from three other options in the area with working pools. Wasted money. And my son was upset the whole ride home. Front desk staff- 0/10. I thought I had seen milk for sale on the pictures of the "store" they have located in the lobby. All they had was beer and soda. I had asked if I could have milk for my daughter (as they have a full breakfast) and I was told absolutely not. The following day when I had asked the front desk for some help, the gentleman was too busy to help. That evening they rented the pool out to a private party that was drinking and smoking - approximately 30 people that were not hotel guests.

They have garage parking and there's a walmart nearby.

It was an ok stay. Parking was great. I said good morning a few times to a few employees and rarely got a response so I wouldn't say they are friendly or warm but the space was decent and economical for the family's comfort.

Property is dated. Breakfast is $16USD. Carpets are disgusting in both rooms we got. And bathrooms were dated. Hot water was cyclical or non existent. Save your money. Go someplace else.

Excelente personal. Muy cordiales. Lo único es el ruido de los carros en la noche ya que el hotel está situado al lado de la autopista. Hay que llevar tapones de oídos o pastillas para dormir

My room smelled like someone had been smoking. I stayed one night and the inside of my bags and all my clothes smelled like smoke. I informed assistant manager at front desk and they stated they would try to resolve the situation. They will not refund my stay. I will never stay here again. My concerns were not taken seriously. The assistant manager stated she would reach out to me but never did. I have stayed in many Hilton properties but this by far was my worst experience.

This is a great property. Only thing is that the area around it is a little confusing to get around for the first day or 2. I would highly recommend the property, just more of a heads up for out of state visitors.

My wife and I wanted to visit New York. The hotel was excellent we parked at the train station and caught the PATH into New York. We also caught the Statue of Liberty Ferry, wasn’t far from hotel, they had plenty of parking. We took advantage of the parking to sneak into New York and see the World Trade Center.

Did not end up staying called and spoke to the manager to see about switching the one day because my daughter had cheer competition and we couldn’t make it, called well in advance was told she would look into it and call me back in a little bit and that was two weeks ago and never heard anything back so I’m out $300!!

We stayed a night here for a concert in NYC and had a nice experience. The Secaucus Junction train station was an 8 minute Uber ride and about $4 each way for a train ticket to Penn Station. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and smelled good. The staff at the front desk were nice and prompt with solving our door issue when our key cards would not work. The beds were comfy and it was nice and quiet sleeping at night. We would stay here again!

This hotel is located in a very challenging area to get to. There is also very little around to eat or even have delivered. To get a bagel, go to a diner or get Starbucks you have to get on some intimidating roads and exits. The shopping center is basically right across the highway but takes alot of effort to get there. What would make this better? Free breakfast ($15!), shuttles to food/shopping, shuttle to public transportation, the option for daily room cleaning. What I did like: on-site garage parking (free), indoor pool and hot tub, on-site guest coin laundry ($2.50/load!). Service was fine.

Room had a faint smell of mildew coming from the AC unit. Fortunately it wasn't warm enough to need it so after turning it off, the smell went away after a few hours. Room was nice and clean otherwise. Staff was friendly and check-in was a breeze. Location pretty much requires you to either have a car or Uber since its location makes it very difficult to walk to the train station.

The entrance to this property is right on the exit to NJ Turnpike. It looks like 3 entrances but its 2. The 1st entrance you may miss because its in a curve. The 2nd one please aim for it. The 3rd entrance is not to a hotel but a warehouse with a gate. You cannot back up to the 2nd entrance because of on coming traffic for the NJ turnpike. The closest U-Turn if you miss the 1st or 2nd entrance "WILL ADD" 16 miles of extra driving for you as I found out.
