    We arrived late and they are not prepared to ready for us to check in. Had to go four different rooms to make sure to find a room is clean. Found one and unfortunately no bathtub that I requested. I was not happy plus my kids. We had a long trip!

    Honestly always stay here and it’s usually great but this past visit the room cleaning got done once in 7 days I would call for towels. Toilet paper and it would be hours till I recieved some.

    Room was great. Plenty of grab bars in the bathroom. Would have been nice to have non slip strips in the tub as my husband has balance issues and could have easily slipped in the tub. Really surprised these were not installed in the tub as it was supposed to be an ADA room.

    Horrible. Got delayed by a storm, called to say id be late checking in. Cancelled my room, then ruled to give us a refund. Expedia was no help and told us they couldn't do anything because the hotel refused to answer their phone. Complete joke of a booking.

    The hotel is right near the exit ramp. It's also located in area with plenty of shops and restaurants. The hotel is also pet friendly. The breakfast was very good. Plenty of people were at the hotel due to loosing electricity due to a snow and ice storm. Several people had their pets which is not a problem being that it is a pet friendly. The issue is that people allowed their dogs to pee and poop by some of the entry and exit doors without cleaning it up afterwards. I would like to think this was only being done due to the ice in the parking lot and on the sidewalks. Management was notified.

    The room was great, but the water was lukewarm and it never got hotter than that. I didn’t enjoy that part. Also enough the two nights of stay. We had children running and jumping across on the top constantly all night until I reached out to staff. First night I let it slide. Last night it was constant banging early morning against the wall from next door neighbors. You literally can hear what the next doing in their rooms. Not a good sign thing. Other than that, it was pretty good

    We showed up wednesday night around 1030 pm. Housekeeping came thursday morning around 9 am. We then didnt see housekeeping until we checked out today, monday, 5 days later. We called the front desk and asked for housekeeping on saturday and they never came during the day on saturday or all day sunday. We also told housekeeping to check our room on friday when we saw them in the hallway and they never did. We repeatedly grabbed our own fresh towels and other amenities from the cart we needed, emptied our own trash (which the house keepers left in the hallway until we told them to please remove the trash from the hallway since we dont get housekeeping), made our own beds and cleaned counters and tables ourselves for 5 days. We ask for some sort of closure on why they would have signs posted saying room service comes at least every other day, and a bunch of BS was given instead of a real answer. The sign also says that housekeeping is avaliable more often upon request, which we did, and never got. The hotel is nice, breakfast was great, but the staff is the poorest hotel staff we have all had in a long time. Definitely will not be coming back.

    I liked that the washer and dryer were in the gym area so I can workout while I wait for clothes. The machines looked new and clean. Breakfast was good, breakfast staff very attentive. My only complaint is that the first room we were assigned reeked of cigarettes. We took two steps in and walked right back down stairs. The only option was either wait for maintenance to use an ozone air cleaner or get a room with a queen (my original reservation was for a king). We just got off the red eye, so we just took the queen. And was told the king room was cheaper than the queen room that was given. I was too tired to argue. But overall a good hotel, I would return. Location was central to a lot of stores, but not walkable.

    Excellent room design! Definitely a reurbushed motel, but done quite well with modern travel needs in mind. I wish we had had this room at Disney! The breakfast was excellent with a yogurt machine and pancake maker. I will be looking for Home2 in the future!

    Location great for access to Smyrna Airport. Big room. Pretty quiet. Shower controls unresponsive. Difficult to adjust. Breakfast ran out of food. Full house with food greedy clients. Clients acted like it was a feed trough. Not their last meal. Over filled plates, wasted food.

    I was not giver the room type I requested and ended up having to sleep on the pull out couch which was terribly uncomfortable. I suffer from back issues and since my stay I now have terrible pain in my back that is hindering me performing my day to day duties… I was told someone must have extended their stay which caused me to not be able to get the room type I reserved. Also the room had a foul odor that flared up my son’s allergies. The bathroom was small and not laid out well. I would never stay at this property again. It is not the same as the many other Home 2 Suites I have stayed.

    We had a couple of issues with our room, but Kendrick and Noah were on top of things right away and switched us to a new room immediately. We have stayed here about 4 or 5 times and this is the first time we have had any issue at all. We will continue to stay here, the service is great and all the employees are super nice and helpful. We always get a studio and they are very nice and plenty of room.

    Front desk staff a little more friendlier. A smile wouldn’t hurt. It means a lot when someone is just coming in to check in for there first time there. Cleaning staff more knowledgeable within the facility when asked a question. They seem confused when you ask them anything.

    the lady at the desk was quiet but very nice. too many checking in at the same time slowed the process. the triangle luggage carts are not user friendly and was not a fan of the room doors being so heavy. Room was lovely and comfortable. too cold initially but bumped it up to my comfort level.

    Negative points = staff very negative and unhelpful on the desk. Tried to give feedback when checking out, but refused to listen. Pool suddenly put out of action - when we were in it and did not re-open for 2 days despite the high temperatures. No alternative pool available despite others close by at other hotels. Breakfast staff no where to be seen during breakfast to top up food and did not clean down any areas such as a wipe to a table. Not a lot of choice. Ran out of too many things for breakfast, no milk for 3 days, no coffee, no tea bags, no bagels, porridge, orange juice, philadelphia cheese, bacon, pancake machine didn't work. Room kitchen facilities limited, unable to cook anything suitable in the room, despite being told the microwave would do. Why have a dishwasher when cannot really cook a meal there. Air conditioning unit very noisy, no instructions how to work it so not able to sleep very well during our stay. Staff did not communicate with guests unless specifically asking them something and even then they did not understand us and vice versa. Disappointing that during a 10 night stay, room cleaned and towels only changed once.

    We arrived at the property and it actually seemed pretty nice. But we got to our room and the door would not close. I mean you could just lean on it and it would open. I went to the front t desk to tell them about this. They told me they had no other rooms available (even though the website said there was 3). Then proceeded to tell me “don’t worry you will be fine nobody will walk in on you.” I paid for not only a nice place to stay, but a safe place. I was taken back by this honestly that they even said that. Then the bathroom door also wouldn’t close and the shower door was super hard to close. The next morning I got up to take a shower and realized there was no conditioner, I went to the front desk and they told me “Im sorry we don’t have any up here there is nothing we can do about it.” Just over all rude and not helpful whatsoever. There were a few other things, I have tried to contact a manager or something to let them know about this, but they put me on hold for like an hour.

    There was a noise at night that was hard to ignore coming from the walls that could have been the hot water in pipes but it started at around 10pm every night until early morning hours, it was constant so hard to pinpoint what it could have been. seemed to be concentrated in the area of the pullout bed/kitchen/bathroom area. Not heard at all during the daytime hours. however, the rest of the family, sleeping on the beds barely noticed it and slept great, just me on the pullout had a harder time bc of it being in that area. Otherwise great stay and will be staying here during any visits to the area.

    On Expedia room was advertised and booked on itinerary and confirmation as Suite, I king bed with sofa bed. There was no King bed. The bed was not even a queen it was a double. I have pics to send to Expedia. According to front desk this hotel has no king beds in any rooms. According to front desk at this hotel do not book through expedia or any 3rd party as the hotel will not guarantee the room. Check in was worst I've seen.

    Home2's amenities were great. The 24 hour gym was clean and included a cold water refill station and gym towels. The complimentary breakfast was awesome, it included a variety of cuisines such as eggs , sausage, potatoes, waffles, and pancakes. The laundry room was a bonus. The rooms themselves are very spacious. My family of 4 (2 adults, 2 toddlers) felt comfortable and safe. The kitchenette was great to have! Supplied with plates, cups, and a dishwasher! I would come back anytime.

    Staff is really friendly and the breakfast is great. Room was clean ..we had the queen studio with kitchenette and it was a great room for the price. The only thing I would improve on would be to add some wine glasses to the dishes!

    The weather was rough with ice in the parking lot. The parking lot of the hotel next door was in much better shape. Got checked in and to the room. Room was nice and clean. When we decided to turn everything off around 10 all you could hear was a loud thump. To me it sounded like water hammer in the pipes on the roof. It was very loud and lasted all night. It kept waking us up and made it difficult to go back to sleep.

    The front desk staff told us we could check in then we arrived and our room was not ready. We paid for a suite and the bed was a full. There were dead bugs on the floor in the rooms and the trash had not been taken out.

    The type room that I actually booked was unavailable because the hotel didn't have enough staff to clean that type room on Thanksgiving so instead of 2 beds, I had to make do with just one. It sold for a queen bed but was actually a full size bed. This was the only complaint that I have with this hotel.

    We love this hotel and always stay on our way through. This time we walked into our hotel room and it had an overwhelming smell of animal urine. My 6 year old even started gagging. That being said, we realize that is the risk the facility runs having a pet-friendly policy. Front desk was quick to get us a new room. New room is tired. Floor visibly dirty with debris near wall but only noticeable when you open the fridge. Roll in shower must not have been sealed correctly when installed, seems like water has gotten under tiles and caused lifting/shifting damage. Bathroom is in a pretty bad state. All of this to say, WE WILL STAY AGAIN. These hiccups do not define the whole facility. The beds are comfortable and my husband is a huge fan of the egg white frittatas! Thank you!

    Hotel was kept very clean and complimentary breakfast was good. Snack and beverage area available.Great location with restaurants, grocery store, gas stations and various store within half a mile. Rooms were nice and spacious. I’m rooms for handicap use would recommend higher toilet seats and minor upgrades to rollin shower.

    Planning our mini vacation to Nashville, we chose this location so we weren’t too much in the congestion of downtown and saw it was rated “superb”. Checked in, put us in a room that had a queen bed not the king we booked. Ok, we can tolerate that. 2 o’clock in the morning on our first night my daughter woke me up saying “bugs were crawling on her” and she had one in her hand. Went into the bathroom to take a look and it WAS A BED BUG! Went down to the front desk immediately with it in a piece of toilet paper and he was not shocked by this. Told me he would switch us rooms immediately, but the bug spray for our luggage, bite cream for the bites on my daughter, laundry I had to pay out of pocket for, or any kind of reimbursement to ask the GM who isn’t available on the weekends. The inconvenience of cleaning our belongings most of the day- we lost out on our fun events planned for our mini trip. That was 4 days ago and I emailed GM immediately. Called multiple times since, left messages, and I never got a response. Had to open up a claim on this app which is taking MORE time out of my schedule. Hotel, besides the bed bugs, was “ok”. Great looking from afar but obviously cheaply made and not taken care of like it should with such high traffic. I can say, the cleanest and nicest area within the hotel was the gym- but I think gym/laundry facilities are leased out to a different company who has higher standards. Beyond disappointed in something rated superb.

    Breakfast ends at 9 which was kind of a bummer when trying to wrangle multiple kids in the morning. Our room was comfortable. Bed and pillows were great. But cleanliness lacked. Our shoes made that sticky sound when walking into the room. Shower had hair in it. Asked for housekeeping after the first night. Some of the sticky sound disappeared but not all. Same hairs still in the shower. And the new washcloths had hair in them. Great area. Close to stores if you forgot something. And lots of food options nearby.

    The only thing I would suggest is for them to offer cleaning every two days opposed to four, but you can request it everyday if you want. Overall though we loved our 4 day stay!!!!

    Honestly one of the best quick stops we’ve made. Updated, clean, room accommodations with the full kitchen were great. Breakfast was probably one of the better we’ve had at a hotel.

    The hotel is in a good location, close to several good restaurants. The bed was really comfortable, but the pillows were horrible, super lumpy. The room itself was great, you can just tell where they were being cheap. Like the pillows, the ironing board. Has a room for up to 4 people but only one chair, tiny towels… things like that. I would recommend this place despite the cutting corners.
