Friendly staff and very helpful. Room was still dirty. Someone’s rolled up sock were left on the floor, pistachio shells were left on the floor around the garbage can, one of the mattresses didn’t have the mattress protector. There was stained makeup on the sheets and pillow cases but the staff was kind enough to give me new ones. You could tell a cat ripped up the chair in the room and the spare pillows had yellow stains on them. There was mold on the bottoms of the mirror. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again as the cleanliness was not acceptable.

Clean room and well equipped. Quiet area of town only 10 min drive to Broadway. Parking extra but can park in street for free. Requested non working flatscreen to be repaired twice. Nothing happened.

The pool was closed and ut as 90 degrees our whole trip. Also booked a king gce us a double when i asked why the ssid because i booked with expedia that my king ro was not guaranteed.

Great new property close to Nashville and surrounding towns. Pet Friendly, super clean, and the breakfast was exactly what was needed. Rooms have cooktops, Microwaves, and even a dishwasher! Stay for a night or a month! Quiet and the pool was sparkling and refreshing!

Visited Nashville for a business trip. The hotel was in a good location for where we needed to be, but with traffic and everything it was not easy to get downtown. There was one restaurant within walking distance. We had to Uber to everything else. The hotel was clean and check in was quick. The breakfast was a pretty typical hotel breakfast. The whole breakfast area was very clean. This is a great option if want clean rooms and quite area to stay.

The location is good. It is close to retail stores, restaurants, and the interstate. I wish the swimming pool was larger. My bathtub could have really used some Draino as the drain was clogged.

Great hotel located right off the interstate and only about 20-30 mins away from downtown Nashville. Also close to shopping and groceries if you need that. The hotel was very clean and comfortable beds. Breakfast was good. Check in was quick.

From checkninnto check out everyone and everything was great. Staff was amazing! Property a little dated but very comfortable. Bed was comfortable, pillows not so much but i brought my own. Everything was clean, breakfast was a plus.

Location- Right off the interstate Pool is very very small. The rooms had an unpleasant odor when first entering them. Air didn’t work and dirty shower. Was moved to another room and housekeeping tried to come in my room twice on this visit and once on a previous visit early in the morning. I was told I would receive a call from management and never did. Gave it a second chance, because the first stay wasn’t bad besides room service coming in the room. This second time it just wasn’t clean enough, had an odor, & I’m pretty much over housekeeping at this point. Never staying at this location again.

What a comfortable stay. He room was well organized with plenty of storage for a longer stay. Every person on the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed for 4 nights and it felt like home!

The hotel staff is pretty friendly, accommodating abd help full. Most of the cleaning servers are great with the exception of one long haired gentleman

I am not sure why this hotel has such high reviews. The bathroom had a public bathroom smell with dirt and multiple hair stuck on the sink. This was not something that was not cleaned from the previous guest, but it appears to be had been there for a while. The toilet had marks inside the bowl. You can guess what kind of marks. There was garage around the bin in the bathroom. We were staying here for a night on our back to FL. If we had not arrived so late at night we definitely would have moved to another hotel. The reason for us picking this hotel was because of the high reviews and the EV charger. The charger saved us some time in the morning, but still definitely not worth the stay.

Hotel was top notch. Restaurants in area were closed, we’re assuming because of weather. So we found a grocery store, bought food and we’re thrilled that our suite had everything we needed to cook, utensils, plates, glasses and space to enjoy our meal. Turned out great for us. Loved the room and staff. Booked another Towneplace for tonight.

Kitchenette was outstanding. Full size refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, and dishwasher! Everything was clean. To us, the beds were uncomfortable. Also, room temperature couldn't be adjusted. Heat was set to 72. Too warm for us.

I chose this hotel because prior to choosing any hotel I called before making the reservation to ask about their their COVID 19 safety protocol. The woman who answered the phone was very friendly, professional and was able to provide a list of things the hotel was doing to keep guests safe. I was told that staff was required to wear masks yet I was in the elevator with a member of the cleaning staff that had no mask on and she wasn't the only one. Kind of disturbing when the cleaning staff is not following the rules and the # of positive cases are increasing in the state of TN. I don't normally stay here when I visit this area a few times a year because I don't like the layout of the rooms. Given my experience this will probably be my last visit to this hotel.

We were very pleased with our stay. Everything was clean, towels fresh, and it was quiet. Temperature of room was perfect upon arrival.

The bathroom and counter top area around the bathroom sink were much smaller than pictures imply. We were in town for a wedding and had very little room to get ready (do make up/curl hair). Under normal circumstances the space would have been okay, but it was less than ideal for a family getting ready for a wedding. I also did not like the sink/dressing area of the bathroom being completely open to the rest of the hotel room. There was absolutely no where to safely keep a hot curling iron with a child in the room. All the lever type door handles in the room were easily opened by our 24 month old twins so there was no way to keep them out of the closets or bathroom. And since all the tabletops, drawers and cabinets were easily accessible to any toddler it would have been nice to at least be able to secure some items in the closets, but no place in the room was safe from the toddlers (other than the above counter kitchen cabinets). With the exception of the limited bathroom space and toddler accessibility issues, the room was very nice. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen provided pretty much everything you might need.

The kitchenette is nice for longer stays. The size of the room is great for families. There is plenty of storage. Also the 24 hr coffee is just what we needed!

Cleaning of the room was horrible. I moved the handicap bench and obviously the tub was not cleaned prior. My great Aunt is 103 years old. I called ahead, and told them she can walk in a walker but not great. We were in room 701, we couldn't get farther away from the entry. There were no handicap parking spots. The hotel did no Enforcement for those without handicap plates.

The bed was very comfortable. I slept like a baby. Check-in was smoothed.

My negative opinion is in regards to the "pet friendly" designation to this property. There is a $75 per pet per "stay" surcharge. Considering the hotel's main business is extended stays, that's reasonable. But we stayed only one night and had to pay the same $75 as a party staying a week. We take our dog with us frequently on our travel. And pet friendly hotels' charges range from FREE to $25/pet/night. TownPlace is way out of line with their $75 charge. I can't recommend this chain of hotels because of this policy.

I thought the sheets and bed could have been better. With better material for the sheets on the mattress and sheet to sleep with, as well as, the pillow covers. Overall it was a nice place, I will be returning. For sure.

Stopped here on our road trip to Florida. The room was comfortable, clean, close to a super Target so I was able to purchase food and make it in the room. Would stay again on the way back home.

The hotel was nice, clean, easily accessed and convenient. Service was great. However, I was disappointed in the accommodations. The room description I received on hotels.com doesn’t match the room at the hotel. The description given stated kitchenette 2 queen beds, separate sitting area with sofa bed. We received a room with kitchenette, 2 full sized beds and an armchair. When I inquired with the front desk I was told there were only 3 rooms with that description and they were booked for the duration of our 3 night stay. I feel that hotels.com should verify all accommodations at these hotels and list descriptions accordingly. My husband and I were traveling with our adult children and 2 dogs. The room was smaller than expected. I would stay here again if I were traveling individually or as a couple with smaller children.

We checked out of a hotel that was not so amazing so we're very happy when we checked into this one. Nice staff, clean spacious room, comfy bed. Wish we were here longer to take advantage of this nice kitchenette.

This property was excellent. Very clean and smelled nice. The apartment style rooms came in very handy. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was hot! Also enjoyed the smart TV. The hotel was located in a good location that was not in the center of all the busy traffice but easily accessible! Also loved the view of smyrna from the hotel. Very great design and friendly staff. We met the manager of housekeeping who was very polite and very helpful. Would definitely stay again anytime we are here.
