It is a nice little motel. Just check your room for the things that are important to your visit because maids may ignore things for awhile.

There is nothing nice about the property except for the location. The property is run down, bed frame is wobbly, sink tap is loose, unclean bedsheet/pillow cover/ chair, dirty bathroom tiles, insufficient lighting, nil amenities.

One of the reviews mentioned a hidden gem of a hotel and I don't mind an older place, as long as it is safe and clean. The place is definitely older, but seemed fairly clean. I had hoped to support a small locally owned business instead of a chain. The area seemed safe enough. The nighttime lighting in the dealership helped to illuminate the parking lot of the inn. By the time I realized what a mess this hotel was, we had already checked in and had arrived back from our team dinner late, so we felt stuck for at least that night. Here are the issues: -Seemingly DIY bedframe that shook anytime my daughter and I moved in our sleep. (Pictured below) -The flattest pillow I have ever encountered in a hotel. There were 2 pillows and I gave my daughter the better one. -A decorative sheet masquerading as a comforter. I'm glad we happened to have blankets in the car. There was no fitted sheet, just a flat sheet on top of another flat sheet that didn't look to be the right size. It didn't reach the top of the mattress, much less have enough area to tuck around it. -No safety bars or latches on a door that opened to the parking lot, since this is an older motel style building -multiple cockroaches that got in because there was little to no seal on the bottom of the door leaving a half inch space for bugs to crawl through. -Flooring that was pulling apart, with big spaces between planks. - For 2 people, we had one larger towel, 1 smaller towel, 1 hand towel and a wash cloth. At most places we stay, we have 2-3 bath towels and at least 2 wash cloths and 2 hand towels. Who wants to share a wash cloth? Gross. Anyone with long hair will have to do double duty with their bath towel unless they are there alone. - The chairs in the room felt as though they might be rotted under the cushion and they were not supportive or comfortable. - One of the strangest parts was an utter lack of convenient electrical outlets for charging phones. There was one behind the bed that we couldn't reach. None near the night stands. One near the TV which allowed my phone to sit on the refrigerator while charging. One near the bathroom, and one near the dining room, but not far enough up the wall to accommodate our cords. We struggled to find good places to charge my daughter's phone and our smart watches.

Close to shopping Attendant first gave us a room that was occupied. We went back and advised the room was occupied and she gave us another room that wasn’t even clean, bed messed up and trash all over. Went back and got another room key. (I should’ve just left) 3rd room -bed only had two flat sheets and a duvet with cigarette wholes in it. Wood planks missing , wall headboards looked like it had never been wiped down. Good thing I always travel with Lysol, Lysol wipes and my own bedding. Ended up staying about three hours to rest and then left. No parking either. You get what u pay for and don’t let area fool you.

Parking lot is small. Noisy area.
- 2/5
Toilet clogged, tv didn’t work, stingy on towels, no cups, manager doesn’t come to office. Won’t give out local number, WiFi listed couldn’t get code etc cleaning and maintenance can’t contact office either.
- 1/5
Can’t get my money
- 3/5
This place is a little sketchy and pretty loud. My room was a little banged up, but functional. The bed was decently comfortable. Overall, I spent the night here without incident, but there are probably better options in the area.
- 2/5
I didn’t realize this was a motel, I believe with long term renters. The rooms was big but the floor wasn’t clean, the sink faucet wasn’t attached to the sink, poor pillows and the bed was squeaky and simple. The front desk guy was nice though because I accidentally booked a smoking room and he switched me to non smoking.
- 3/5
Room was raggedy
- 2/5
Love the wifi internet connection area was good but we got bite the hell up in the room
- 1/5
Never stay road we're being construction traffic was horrible changed hotel

- 2/5
The room had like some kind of smell to it. Staff was okay and the WIFI did not work at all.
- 4/5
Nice staff
- 3/5

The running of the washer or dryer all nite. Especially if your bottom units near the end of building. Should be a cut off time like maybe 10pm not all hours of the nite making clinging sounds. Best to get a 2nd floor unit. Bc if your below you here people walking n noises.
- 5/5
It was quiet. And pleasant.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect , just the room was a little dirty , shower didn’t work properly, there was some mold in the tub && that was the main reason I went
- 1/5
Shops not too far. Walking distance.
- 3/5
The room that we stayed in was old and in need of a complete renovation. It was a place to sleep and it was cheap.
- 3/5
Bug spray the rooms, staff was nice… wanted to add more days but saw 2 Roaches when lights were on
- 2/5
The room was outdated and dirty , holes in the wall everywhere and the non smoking room smelled like smoke . Good customer service was good despite the room
- 2/5
Very rundown, I understand I paid for what I got. Just a tad bit disappointed.
- 3/5
room lighting is well under norms. The cabinet sink, the microwave and refrigerator (ice making) prove to be somewhat of a plus. TV and channel viewing is a bit of a hard learning curve, the remote control nearly awful. Provision for bathroom towels appear to be under par. the room conditioning is fine. the parking lot is a bit in need of more space and state of the stairwell leading to your room very grimy. the surrounding part of the hotel in the city is considered very good albeit bustling w/ traffic. No ice to be had, no hot kettle, no vending machine. A soda or bottle of spring water can be had for $1.25 at a front office which is accessible via a ringing button.
- 3/5
The wifi didn't work! Only this plastic cups - no paper ones that I coulld use for heating up coffee.
- 2/5
There was only one shower towel for a room for two people. The overhead lights went out. A roach got into my bag.
- 5/5
Everything was fine.
- 4/5
Yes the room was clean & staff courteous.
- 2/5
The room felt dirty and gross. There was a horrible smell
- 5/5
Yes
- 2/5
Only window it has is facing back of property with barely any sunlight Second time staying in this room without dry towel Nice size crack under door for critters to get in unless you put a towel down
- 2/5
I will not stay next time.
- 4/5
Lots of shopping options near by, as well as food options, couple of rental car offices within walking distance, would have been perfect 5's but got bit by a spider on the last day.
- 1/5
The first thing we noticed was the intense smell of something rotten or sour. The WiFi did not work at all and the tv could not be controlled or watched by a remote and the cable box was completely dead. To top it off, our second day there, there was a roach in our room and it was completely disgusting. The only good things I could say about this inn is the shower and price. The shower had great water pressure and the temperature was fantastic. The price of the room was also great especially for that part of town.
- 2/5
The room was dark and didn't look clean. WiFi was sporadic at best. Rates are too high for what you get.
- 5/5
This little gem is a diamond in the rough. It’s obvious that there is a lot of clean up going on here. My recommendation would be that they do a complete job in each room. Our room was clean, linens looked new, however, freshly painted walls would have been nice. I’m sure they intend to paint all rooms, I would just complete each room one or two at a time.Staff was wonderful, location is convenient to everything. Will definitely stay there again.
- 5/5
So why do I write the review? Because these people are genuine. To the last. This is likely the only place I know where the housekeeping staff simply want to do their job without bothering you and they’re so sincere about it that I’m not even sure that’s what’s happening until I ask for something. I have to pantomime a little. But they are so genuine and kind about my requests and so are the front desk staff. Everyone here seems simply to want to stay out of the way of my experience whatever it is on any particular day. And I appreciate that. I’m an old man. I’ve been everywhere and I’ve been staying in hotels for going on 6 decades. I don’t need housekeeping waking me up.
- 3/5
I would not stay here again though.
- 3/5
Parking is good, but all they put on the bed is a sheet and extremely thin end of bed thing. Luckily I wasn’t freezing in bed.
- 1/5
The worst hotel ever super dirty smells like cigarette moisture disgusting ACs are full of dirt Grime the windowsill is full of grime. I literally slept in my clothes I was traveling from LA to San Diego run highway robbery don’t stop here needs a complete U-Haul from the entrance to the inside. You can’t even use the ice machine. Looks like it has Lyme disease. It’s just disgusting. I do apologize in advance. I wasn’t able to take the photos. It was like a quick and go never again run run while you can.

Needs upkeep. Noisy someone working on the property late. TV didn't work. bathroom fan is loud
- 4/5
Ok
- 1/5
Just live in it because it's the cheapest motel around the area I want to be in.
- 2/5
Ants are EVERYWHERE. I mean bathroom, bed, sink and, obviously, floor

- 3/5
Staff is very friendly, but the property itself is old and you get what you pay for. No duvet, limited amenities, etc. Only some rooms are non-smoking, and ours smelled very smokey. A few hairs were found around the room and there was a loud bang from the room next to us at night. These are things that may not bother others, but personally I would pay more to stay somewhere else.
- 3/5
Was very dirty and I think I got bedbugs from the bed
- 5/5
Best
- 1/5
They gave me a dirty room, I went to cancel and get a refund, a kid around 13 came out in the office to talk to me. I asked to talk to the person in charge and he said they were not there.
- 3/5
Mold in room corners of ceiling and smelled like mold not healthy. Other than that, it was ok.staff are nice
- 5/5
Stay was excellent and staff wss professional and courteous. Would have been nice ti have coffee pot in room but ither thsn that perfect. It is a very quiet hotel and easy access.
- 1/5
There was nothing to like about this place, the toilet was broken, the office is locked you must talk through a bullet proof window, no coffee, dirty room with mold on the blackout curtain, water in shower runs hot and cold, bring your own blanket as there is just one threadbare blanket on the bed. Stay at a Motel 6, anywhere but here no mater how small the price. DO NOT STAY HERE.
- 3/5
It’s OK for the money, first room they put me in had no AC the second room I was in only had a shower no bath, blankets yucky, bring your own.
- 2/5
Floor was dirty for 2 days. Only one blanket. Noisy with kids playing outside our room. No ice bucket.
- 5/5
Grand!

I took some photos....

- 2/5
This property was very noisy and did not respond to request to fix the tv reception. It was not working at all.
- 4/5
Good inexpensive choice for the area.
- 4/5
Roaches on the floor
- 5/5
Brilliant.
- 1/5
It looked nothing like the photos. It was nasty. There were stains everywhere all over the place. I saw mold all over the bathroom. The sheets were dirty. It was gross.
- 4/5
Very cold air conditioner worked very well, easy check in, do not disturb sign available,
- 3/5
It’s Ok for the price!!!!
- 4/5
Customer Service is always first rate here
- 5/5
Staff and Janitorial are very nice. The rooms are affordable, and there is plenty of places to eat and shop. Thanks guys for 1st rate customer service.
- 2/5
The bed linens seem to be clean enough and the area was quiet for good sleep. However the cleanliness of the room can only be rated very low. There was some type of pink liquid sprayed all over the wall between the beds. I would not stay at this hotel again, especially for more than $130/night!
- 4/5
The staff here is very nice and professional. The property, is affordable and clean close to bus stop and shopping plaza.
- 5/5
great service akways
- 1/5
Nothing
- 3/5
The family wo runs this business, is professional and polite at all times and really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, all while keeping the integrity of their property in order
- 1/5
There were multiple cockroaches, the towels were tiny and stained we went and bought our own.
- 4/5
Comfortable, quiet and a nice area, it needs some update.
- 4/5
Rooms were clean but not well maintained (peeling paint, damaged toilet paper holder, cracks in basin). Staff were friendly & helpful, location was convenient, price was reasonable for what was provided.
- 3/5
Good location that's all
- 3/5
AC Broken
- 4/5
nice spot for when your on a budget. comfortable bed nice jacuzzi tub only thing its no ventilation in the bathroom and the room gets a little stuffy but other then that i like this spot
- 5/5
Room very bad
- 1/5
Terrible condition. Black Mold, faucets are broken.
- 2/5
I liked the idea of smoking permitted rooms, but was very concerned and uncomfortable with the dirt/mold in the windows, holes in the bathroom walls, and smell (urine ?) near the bed.
- 3/5
You get what you pay for.
- 4/5
The customer service here is great and the rooms are very reasonable. This property, also has a very good washer and dryer that sits underneath the carport. There are a variety of places to dine and Shop, the DelAmo Mall, and the South Bay Galleria, is nearby as well.
- 4/5
The staff here has good customer service and are quick to help resolve issues. My Fiancee and I are expreinece
- 2/5
The cleaning materials are so stuffy, made us dizzy
- 5/5
As great stay
- 2/5
Not updatedbsince the 70's
- 5/5
Always a pleasure to stay here
- 4/5
Good place and room. The only problem the first day was that I didn’t see shampo and jabón
- 4/5
For the price the rooms, they are clean and the property is safe. There has not been a issue where, it was not resolved same day, and I want to say thank you, for allowing my partner & I to extend our stay at times on short notice and Huge appreciation for keeping your establishment affordable.
- 4/5
Staff was friendly and room had the basic services.
- 3/5
Good location but hotel is very run down. Felt like a motel room you would be stuck in when you are suddenly thrown in witness protection like the movies. Stains on the curtain and blankets. Luckily no rodents or cockroaches found in room.
- 1/5
no phone, tissues, wi-fi. The only way to contact the office was to call on my cell phone. 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 2 wash cloths. Toilet ran continuously unless you lifted and pulled the flapper chain out of the drain because it was too long. no coffee maker The office was locked and access was behind bullet proof glass (like at a bank). Made you wonder how safe the property was or wasn't. I won't be staying here ever again.
- 3/5
Staff removed all belongings from paid room in avoidable mixup about check out times.
- 2/5
The toilet was plugged and the sink too. I called the reception desk and I let him know but no one went to fix it. My husband told the cleaning lady and she went to get a tool to fix it but we kept having issues. The toilet tank was not getting any water. I had to keep opening the cover to hold it so that I could flash it. They never went to fix the sink. I’m very disappointed. It was super frustrating to be dealing with this on our vacation. I asked the cleaning lady for two towels and she refused to give them to me. She said that because it was a room with one bed she was not supposed to give them to me. I never heard anything like that anywhere.
- 5/5
There aren't enough channel options to watch on television
- 5/5
Good place good price would come again definitely
- 5/5
Clean
- 1/5
Noting it was infested of cimex lectularius
- 5/5
Nice
- 3/5
Basic budget accommodation if it’s just a bed and shower you’re looking for. Not much else to recommend.
- 2/5
Hotel room was the filthiest I've ever had. All solid surfaces other than the night stands and drawer were visibly filthy. I passed a wet towel over the bed headboard and it came out black. Surprisingly, the bed sheets were white and clean.
- 3/5
One little soap and the worlds smallest towels. The remote control didnt work either. Water pressure was 3rd world.
- 1/5
It was a nightmare that I stayed only one night in this hotel( I paid for 3 nights). The room's air condition was not working, the TV remote control was not working, the bathroom had cockroaches, bed's blanket was dirty with human or animal hair. At night the upper room was too noisy to sleep, just like they have an amplifier with louder speakers. I can hear the street noise all night. I would rather sleep in my home.
- 1/5
Overall a decent facility, but I would never recommend a place with poor shower water flow!
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
The property staff is very welcoming.
- 3/5
Room had no working refrigerators. Some faucets broken. Had to call in for a remote control.
- 2/5
We did not sleep well here at all! There were bugs and cockroaches so we had to kill them.
- 1/5
Jacuzzi was broken
- 2/5
Grimy. Funky smell
- 1/5
Showed up and there was people in my room already, room isn’t clean has strange smell to it and the shower is absolutely ridiculous with no water pressure whatsoever over all will not be staying here again
- 2/5
The property did not did not feel like a motel. The microwave didn’t work on at the room I stayed in on November 14. The smoke detector had been removed on in the room I stayed in on November 17. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
- 5/5
Dogs
- 5/5
I always stay here when I need a place to stay.
- 3/5
Place is fair enough. Rooms need more improvement.
- 3/5
Great location but bedroom was smelling cigarette a lot and room needs to be painted the bathroom has some mold there. The rest the hotel is in a good location a simple hotel good for the price
- 5/5
Great overall stay
- 2/5
The faucet handle came off in my hands. Half the light switches did nothing. The replacement room had one bed when I paid for two beds and reeked of old cigarette smoke and also had light switches that did nothing.
- 5/5
Great!
- 3/5
There was a bug (roach) in the bathroom and in the “kitchen” area
- 3/5
This motel was pretty nasty. I definitely wouldn’t stay again. They cancelled my reservation because I wasn’t prepay. Although they did honor the price when I got there at 11:39 pm. I knew it was a cheap hotel but $109 was even too much. I only booked because the reviews were pretty good. Overwhelming smell of marijuana in the room. We had a really hard time getting the door to even shut properly. The bathroom had black mold around the edges of the tub and on the ceiling as well as someone else is used Washcloth hanging from the curtain rod.
- 3/5
Linens bathroom clean. Tv and hairdryer did not work. No cups
- 5/5
Great
- 3/5
The front desk doesn't even tell you.
- 3/5
Great convenient spot, no carpet on the floor, towels were extremely cheap and soap was even cheaper. Staff nice.
- 5/5
Although the building was bit older but they keep it clean. Cheaper place to stay in CA.
- 2/5
When i got there at 4 my room wasnt ready still. Even though check in was at 3. I had to wait till they finished cleaning the room and they siwthced my original room too.
- 5/5
Everything
- 2/5
It's hard to say what i liked beyond their parking and the proprietors were very nice. I requested a room on the first floor but when i got there, my room was on the second floor with no elevator. I am elderly and had a big suitcase so there was no way i could be on the second floor. The following morning, a room on the first floor became available so i switched rooms. Unfortunately, the new room was even more atrocious. Big hole in bathroom door, toilet seat was hanging on by one bolt, walls were stained, bathtub was stained, various small holes in some of the walls and next door there is a suto repair shop so your heard airguns and hammering all day long. The room was so bad, i considered changing hotels for my stay which was one mo re; h
- 4/5
It was enough for what I needed.
- 5/5
Nice stay
- 2/5
The stairs to get to the second floor are absolutely filthy, need a good power wash. The room had a smell when you walk in ,not pleasent. Bed was old but the sheets were clean, tv is not in English, like my wife says buy cheap you get cheap. All i needed was a place to sleep, i got that.
- 5/5
Large clean room big bed lovely shower kitchen area large tv and nice staff
