The location was good. It was a place to sleep. I did not like the weird smell of what I think may have been a disinfectant. The two times I have stayed here, I had to leave the door open for 45 minutes to an hour to air it out on the first night. There is also no refrigerator or microwave.
- 1.5/5
Pleasant and helpful staff. Falling apart. Ventilator falling off wall revealing garbage behind. TV at a wierd angle falling down. Broken smoke alarm. No bath towels available ( only tiny onea). Generally poorly managed though the staff on the spot were good. Also poor location, far from facilities.

Key card didn’t work first time, second time it let me into a very hot room where the air conditioner would not turn on, third time I got a room with working a/c. Didn’t feel it should have taken that long to get a room

The staff at the front desk was friendly and professional. My room was clean and I love that it’s near Eateries, gas stations, Target and other shopping centers.
- 1/5
The place is dirty, hotel room had dried urine on the door jam, rust and mold in the shower, a/c and refrigerator didn’t work, blinds were hanging off the window, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was hanging out of the wall with the wires exposed, dead bugs on the chairs, stained bed sheets, and the walls were stained. I checked out about 10 minutes after seeing the room. AND THEY NEVER REFUNDED MY MONEY!

Absolutely do not believe what the hotel looks like on hotels.com was a scam. We left early and we're still charged when people were outside doing drug deals by our car and close to the windows
- 4/5
No available shower towels as staff didn’t have enough supply, and water clogging on both the sink and bath. Everything else was great! Clean and safe space, many power outlets, lights, etc. staff was friendly too

Location. This place provided only one towe; no washcloth nor hand towel. There was no soap, no shampoo, etc. Bathroom sink flooded the floor. Management refused to fix the problem or offer another room. They did not even send someone to inspect the problem, and tossed me a pile of dirty rags to soak up the water. The staff does not care at all about guest comfort. Avoid this property/

Pretty much nothing. First of all after booking room waited outside almost 40 minutes until someone came back to the office to check me in the room was filthy had a foul odor one towel and no wash clothes even after asking for one.the fan in bathroom sounds like its about to blow up smoke alarm disconnected and laying on shelf bathtub drain plugged stood in 6 inches of water getting a shower.

N/a The room, the check in and only one towel in room had to ask for more towels and hand towels and wash cloths. They did not have any of these to give. Had to go to other rooms and take the towels out of the other rooms to give to us. Wifi was through a neighboring hotel with no password.
- 2/5
It was conveniently located. It was affordable but still overpriced for what we got. It was a very busy weekend so very few rooms were available, and as a result, many hotels increased their prices dramatically. So we had to pick a 2 start hotel instead of the 3 or 4 star that we normally get, in order to remain on budget. The floors and bathroom looked clean, there was a TV, fridge and microwave, which are convenient. Only one towel per room, we were two people sharing a single towel that had to be used for the shower and the sink after we washed our hands. Sharing a towel is not sanitary, especially if one person has skin issues. This needs to be addressed. The pool water was murky, very unsanitary, and dangerous to swim in, so we did no use it and did not see anyone use it. The pool is advertised as an amenity for this hotel, but it is not usable. The front panel of the air conditioner and heater was broken. A vent in the bathroom was broken. A light in the bathroom was not working, maybe the light bulb was burnt. There were only two small soaps, you should state it clearly that there is no shampoo nor conditioner provided.

The room was rather shabby, but—worse yet—it reeked so heavily of smoke that the moment I stepped inside, I couldn't bear to stay there; I immediately developed a splitting headache. I went to the front desk to ask for a different room, but I was told that no other rooms were available. So, there I was in this hotel , forced to suffer in this intensely smoke-filled room. The door didn't even close properly. Furthermore, the room was situated on the back side of the hotel—away from the main road—and the entire surrounding area, including the staircase leading up to the second floor, was overrun with homeless people. There were a great many of them, and the situation felt extremely dangerous because they were smoking drugs. It was a hazardous .My verdict on this hotel is that it is absolutely unfit for human habitation. After being exposed to that smoke-filled room, I couldn't sleep a wink all night long; my head throbbed constantly from the fumes. By morning, I was actually relieved to escape that smoky room—though I did end up suffering an allergic reaction as a result.

Room was a non smoking room. Smelt of smoke so bad i felt like i had a hard time breathing. They only put two pillows on each bed. And gave us one towel for a two adult room with two beds. I knew it wasnt going to be fancy but this was ghetto and disgusting. The front desk was super kind and nice. My check out was at 11am and at 9am housekeeping was knocking on my door bothering me. I will never stay here again.
- 5/5
They help you Nothing, everything it’s good
- 2/5
A very basic motel.
- 1/5
The bathroom tile was broken, creating both an eyesore and a potential safety hazard. On top of that, there was a hole in the ceiling from leaking, which made the entire room feel neglected and poorly maintained. Overall, the condition of the room did not match even basic expectations for a comfortable stay. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.
- 1/5
There were no towels, the person at the front desk would not give me a discount because of this nor give me any towels. There was noise all night loud music people going in and out of rooms throughout the night did not feel safe.
- 1/5
NO towels provided.
- 3/5
I only received one towel and though I had a non smoking room I could tell someone had smoked there recently— smelled it. Also there were cigarette burns in the bathtub ledge
- 1/5
The AC unit had a busted faceplate and was caked in dust. Room smelled like weed. Bathroom door had paper taped over a hole in it. Bathroom floor was warped from water damage. The drain plug in shower had to be propped up with something otherwise water would pool in tub. Pool looked like a green pond you’d find in a city park.
- 4/5
The room is clean and close by where I was working
- 1/5
Guests were fighting and shouting at each other over the night. I found it unsafe and uncomfortable to stay.
- 2/5
Staff was friendly. But I won’t stay there again. Room was outdated. The mattress was bad. Sunken in the middle. Not comfortable at all. The bathroom shower faucet drips causing rusty water to drip from it. How does one not notice that to fix? Only 1 bath towel. Yes I could have asked staff to bring more but it was one night and I just wanted to sleep and leave in the morning. Overall room needs updating. It just didn’t feel clean overall. Felt like they have some guests that have been there for a while! Basically living there. Not for me!
- 2/5
I didnt realize it was just taken over and is the same place it was the last time i stayed.
- 3/5
The smoke alarm was not connected-. Difficult to get fresh towels and they are limited ( no wash clothes! ). My room has lights that didn’t work requiring me to be moved at my request to a room that had functional lights— there are NO amenities yet they asked for my credit card “in case there were “
- 5/5
Friendly staff clean room surprisingly quiet for so near freewsy
- 2/5
They offered one towel and no bath mats. There were only two, poor quality pillows. It was such a bad stay, I checked out a day early but was not offered a refund
- 5/5
Great
- 3/5
Room was clean. The bed was ok. The rack rate is competitive. The only drawback was that someone tried entering our room at night (twice) with a card key. We had the latch engaged but the door cracked open twice. Recommend getting security or cameras installed.
- 3/5
This was one uncomfortable place , it looks like some people are permanent residents and they font take kindly to strangers . The room was nice , the location was great and the manager was extremely nice. I honestly blocked my inside door with my luggage cause there was some shady characters that kept poppin up wherever I was on your property. Besides the wuerdos watching everything I do it’s a cool spot .
- 3/5
The rooms need alot of deep cleaning or an upgrade
- 1/5
First room had problem with lights; second room had problem with TV; third room had no fridge, which I needed for medication and food. Mattress so thin/worn I could feel metal underneath when I lay on bed. Bottom sheet had a small tear in it.
- 4/5
I was happy with everything except the fact my room smelled like cigarettes.
- 1/5
Filthy dirty, stinky rooms definitely needs some upgrades.
- 4/5
QUIET AND RESTFUL after a long hard day of work
- 1/5
Overall it sucked
- 4/5
This hotel is clearly dated, and the vending machine was not working, but the staff were great, and it got the job done. It was the cheap option, and that's what I needed from it.
- 1/5
I didn’t have any water in the shower therefore I wasn’t able to take a shower.
- 2/5
The room was missing a smoke detector, another smoke detector was covered in plastic and the room was not very clean as there was blood on the toliet seat, the floor was not very clean.
- 3/5
Missing towels, heavy scent of cigarettes in nonsmoking requested room. Cleanliness not as good as past stays (obvious marks on sink area)
- 4/5
Otherwise quiet and clean room. Overall nice stay
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
Nice quiet stay for my employee...will use again
- 4/5
Staff polite and welcoming, room clean overall.

Floors boards was popping up in the room and joints was paved out with floor gaps I tripped. Also I asked the house keeper for a floor bath mat she told me there isn’t any they washing and will bring if available. But they never gave any.
- 5/5
Room was clean
- 2/5
The room smelled like cigarettes and the bathroom was dingy.
- 1/5
They gave us another room didn’t smell so much of cigarette but after 2 hrs of trying to sleep it started smelling really bad My kids were sleeping already wat could’ve I do!!!
- 3/5
The cons; very rundown property. It was a motel six at some point, but they locked the friendliness you would find in similar accommodations.
- 2/5
Yeah it worked and pets were allowed, staff was okay.
- 1/5
Room bathroom had leaky shower which splashed water on floor. Floor should signs of rot. Sink did not drain
- 3/5
Clogged sink
- 2/5
When asked to stay a bit beyond the 11 am checkout time, the desk agent gruffly responded "you have 30 mins". At night there was a lot of noise and people talking in the parking lot. BIG difference from when this establishment was the Motel 6 and even Park Inn most recently. Hopefully things will improve. They don't even have shampoo or body wash in the bathrooms.........only a small bar of soap. It was quite a disappointing stay.
- 1/5
Shady folks. I thought Walnut Creek would be safe but you get what you pay for. I left at midnight and drove somewhere safer, quieter and slept in my car.
- 1/5
Burn marks all over tub, blood and dirt on sheets. Holes in towels. Beds feel like a roll a way beds, all springs. The rooms smell like stale smoke and pine sole not to forget the green pool and dean bird floating in the pool
- 1/5
Sketchy characters stayed at the hotel. My room phone rang all hours of the night, but the front desk could not tell me if it was room to room. The cliental at the hotel were scary and I was uncomfortable enough to change hotels.
- 2/5
In fairness, I did chose this property because I just needed a place to stay while taking my daughter back to college. More or less, I went cheap. There's a clear sign at check-in that all are non-smoking rooms and that there's a 250. if you do. The room smelled worse than an old school, cheap, Vegas room. The shower was leaking and stained all around. The whole place just felt filmy & scummy. I pretty much locked myself in the room, unless I went to go eat or explore. Didn't feel really safe to go out at night. Idk... it was a cheap place & got the job done, but I would never bring any kids or my wife to stay here.
- 1/5
This would only be ok to stay at if other option was homelessness. Just gross.
- 3/5
The property is far too noisy, with most of the noise coming from the main road it is next to and the freeway. Also, some of the patrons made me feel uncomfortable.
- 3/5
It's okay for the price.
- 5/5
Wonderful manager
- 1/5
Didn’t have fridge microwave or pool as advertised was locked out of room for over an hour in the heat and they refused my refund when I checked out the day after I checked in because of how the room was. Manager was dope tho
- 5/5
It was good
- 2/5
Room was disgusting. Bathroom had mold on the walls and urine in the bathtub.
- 1/5
I searched for a room on a sudden trip. My criterion was that dogs were allowed. This hotel came up in the search, so I booked it. I messaged the hotel within minutes to confirm that my dog was coming. No response Check in provided that dogs are not allowed. This is terrible service.
- 1/5
Walked into my room and the light didn’t work and it smelled of cigarettes, hair in tub and sink, saw roach come from behind the mini fridge, mattress was luppy…I definitely won’t be staying here again
- 4/5
Generic but ok for the price
- 4/5
Perfect for my quick trip except the mattress was too worn.
- 3/5
Area is very noisy
- 4/5
Receptionist was considerate of a disabled man in line in front of me.
- 3/5
The property is dated. Looks like an old Motel 6 rather than what the Super 8 's used to be. King Size bed was more like a Full Size Bed, with an awful mattress. The one and only single Bath Size towel they give is ridiculous. No hair dryers, or irons or even coffee lol. It served it's purpose for one night.
- 1/5
They were very slow to check in and when asking for more towels. Also there was a clogged toilet and they made my plunge it myself
- 1/5
The staff was wonderful. Especially the front desk manager she was so nice! 5 star service but less than 1 star for the hotel and the rooms. We had to change room because of the smell of smoke in the room. Even after we changed it , we still smell smoke. We even saw there was a plastic bag wrap on the smoke detector on the ceiling to prevent it to detect smoking. Hopefully they will remodel the rooms. Everything was pretty dirty.
- 1/5
This was the worst hotel stay I've ever experienced. Bugs on the floor, laminate pieces able to pick up and move, stains on the sheets, and the list goes on. Looked nothing like the pictures, was not Park Inn, had just switched hands to Super 8. Had I known I never would have booked it. They had no reservation even though I booked 3 months ago, apparently because they changed computer systems when they changed hands, no email or any notification that they had switched over. Then wake up at 6 am to use the bathroom and step in water. Water was coming through the walls and was throughout the room. Went to the office explained, was offered another room, took about 30 mins or so for that to come through. Toilet wouldn't flush properly in the new room, grime in shower grout, needless to say, we showered quickly and got the hell out. Oh and come to find out all of that water, was toilet water from the room upstairs. Never again.
- 3/5
If you’re early bird wakeup kind of a person then it’s ok for you. Easy and quick access.
- 5/5
Staff was great
- 4/5
It’s okay but not super.

- 4/5
A fine place to sleep, considering the value. As an entry level motel class of the guests has to be considered, but it is what it is. Front desk check in staff member was uniquely kind, engaging, and helpful.
- 5/5
The Park Inn is a very nice stay, nothing spectacular, but if you need an inexpensive, comfortable, clean space this is the right place. The traffic can be noisy, not the Park Inn’s fault.
- 3/5
It was fine for what I needed but it was loud, uncomfortable bed, not up to date and unfinished. Needs work.
- 2/5
The sink was slow draining; stingy with the towels and the light above the sink was burned out. We were told there was no maintenance person available over the weekend. When we asked for a light bulb so we could do it ourselves we were told there were none available. We were offered a different room, although none was immediately available. Not ready for prime time.
- 1/5
After checking in on Wednesday, 16 Apr, and upon entering Room 120, my wife found a dead cockroach on entry floor and refused to take room and checked out of Park Inn. Found another hotel in area. Next day my wife talked to Jennifer the Hotel Manager and was told that she would give a full refund/reimbursement notification to Expedia.
- 3/5
There was no coffee in rooms. I was surprised this was a Choice Hotel property. It was a Motel 6 at best.
- 5/5
They were good and recommendable
- 1/5
Although the staff was friendly and courteous the overall feel of the motel was dirty. Cigarette butts all around. The room smelled like smoke, burns on the bathtub. Staining on curtains. Bed was very uncomfortable. No fridge or microwave or dresser for that matter. Would definitely not stay there again. Pool was absolutely gross!
- 5/5
Check in was seamless!! Room was comfy, clean and quaint……I slept through the night
- 5/5
The lady at the front desk was excellent. Very efficient rooms were clean good value.
- 5/5
Great customer service! I've been here multiple times for work-related reasons. This is my go-to place when I'm in the area.
- 4/5
was a very nice price and thank you for accepting my support dog. The only thing in the room was a strong smell of cigarettes, since I do not smoke it was not a big problem.
- 2/5
I didn't stay, I asked for a refund. It wasn't for me. To run down.
- 4/5
Miriam was the best. Very helpful.
- 5/5
Small room, no fridge, microwave, or coffee maker, could smell cigarette smoke in bathroom, tub stained but for the price, I’d stay again for an overnighter.
- 5/5
Was good
- 2/5
Staff was excellent under a difficult situation. This property until recently was a Motel 6 that has not been taken care of. We have been told that it is slated for refurbishing. Hope that it occurs soon. It is unfortunate that the property was allowed to deteriorate to its current condition.
- 1/5
Despite the nice people who work here, this hotel is in terrible condition. It rained when I was there and the rain came through the light fixture. It smelled bad, was dimly lit and I could hear every word from the next door neighbors.
- 3/5
The staff was helpful and so kind and the room would have been great especially for the price. The problem was that the non-smoking room I stayed in smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke that it completely permeated every article of clothing I packed.
- 2/5
There was mold in the shower, water damage that was painted over, and scuff marks on the floor. The floor base was damaged and dirt had accumulated in the cracks. Light switches were not flush with the wall, and there were other indications of poor construction or putting lipstick on a pig. I am a licensed architectural engineer and notice things like that.
- 5/5
Staff awesome. Had a room with a funky smell and front desk person immediately put me in another room that was awesome! Thanks!
- 5/5
A very good hotel for the price. I am hoping that they eventually get a free breakfast
- 2/5
This is a converted Motel 6.
- 3/5
If you are looking for a low cost stay, this is it.
- 3/5
Property is run down, it is an old motel 6 just name changed. Wouldn’t have stayed there if I new it was a motel 6
- 3/5
Very accessible to everywhere.
- 3/5
Room was clean nice hot shower good heater and tv
- 1/5
The room smelled like cigarette smoke. I did not feel safe in the room. There were lots of people hanging outside. The outside grounds are not very well kept. However, the room was clean, but sparse.
- 3/5
No in-room coffee maker. No sitting chair; just really cheap dinette chairs. TV & channel selection was good. Bed was comfortable. It’s a recycled old style Motel 6 that Marriott acquired for some reason and it feels like it.
- 2/5
Strong smell of cleaning products. Had to keep the window open. Filthy tub. Trash over flowing in managers office.
- 1/5
The property was not well maintained. The rooms are okay, but the guests above and on either side of ours were loud and obnoxious at all hours. Some guests were smoking in their room as well and we heard a dog bark several times. The shower drain was also plugged solid. I decided not to stay as planned for 3 nights and wanted to cancel, but the manager would not refund my payment. He was a jerk to say the least and was not helpful. Expedia was kind enough to give me a $50 credit. Needless to say, terrible property and poorly managed. It is a cheap place and seemed to attract sketchy people. I would not recommend this motel under any circumstances.
- 4/5
I like it
- 3/5
Renamed Motel 6...
- 3/5
The motel was in a convenient location. Did not realize it was a remodel of a Motel 6. Not too sure if I'll stay again. No coffee available.
- 4/5
The front desk person made us jump thru hoops to check in after we had already called and explained our situation prior to arrival, she denied my ID and since the reservation was non cancellable I had to call in a favor from someone I knew who had an ID and change the reservation details so he could check in for me. It was a hassle that could’ve all been avoided had she said no my ID was not acceptable in the first place instead of making it seem like it was possible when we talked on the phone. The rooms were nice and clean and it’s close to a few fast food places other than the wretched front desk person I had an overall peaceful stay.
- 1/5
Again no hot water !!!!!
- 2/5
On the good side, there are refrigerator, microwave in the room.
- 3/5
The people at the front desk were very friendly. They need a bigger/brighter/more visible sign closer to the road. If i didnt have GPS running i never would have been able to find it. Our room was cleaned and towels replaced for us each day. The tub looked like it had been damaged/scuffed from previous guests or something. Bubble gum substance stuck to the bottom of the tub The pool needed to be cleaned. Leaves and dirt collected on the bottom and floated on top along with a random mini alcohol bottle 2 days in a row. The beds were comfortable. However, we were jolted awake 2 out of the 3 nights due to an extremely loud rumbling vehicle revving their engine right outside our room at 2:30-3:00AM. I would recommend asking for a poolside room if at all possible.
- 2/5
Old and out dated. Bed was a mattress on a plywood base, extremely uncomfortable
- 1/5
Smells bad
- 3/5
The afternoon check-in was easy and efficient. The room was old but clean with few amenities. No shampoo. Where they really dropped the ball was in the morning. At 7:30 they were out of coffee with 4 or 5 of us waiting for a new batch. That disappeared fast and when my wife went to the office a little later there was no coffee. When we checked out a half hour later still no coffee. How about getting a second carafe?
- 1/5
I wasn’t even able check into this property because they couldn’t work it out with Expedia. Stay away.
- 4/5
The staff here are always very friendly and kind. They check you in no matter what time it is and they don't give a fuss about it. Homekeepers offer their service when you say for an additional night which it awesome . I've asked for additional pillows and towels and it was received upon request.
- 2/5
If you dont need a shower, iust sleep in your vehicle.
- 1/5
This place advertised as part of Radisson. It was literally a re-branded motel 6. This is not hyperbolic. I confirmed it with pictures of the property a year or so ago. There were no amenities. The room was tiny, bed barely counted as a queen size. And it took 30 minutes to check in because the clerk didn’t know how their booking system works. And the next morning I woke up to police searching all the rooms because there was some kind of major theft had taken place there.
- 3/5
This was a Motel 6. Room was clean and TV worked. The air conditioner didn’t work that well and was partially broken. Someone had put a piece of paper over the controls and written in pen what the buttons were but it didn’t cool the room that much. Fortunately it was a cool night.
- 5/5
Very nice
- 2/5
Just be aware, you truly do get what you pay for. Walnut Creek is a relatively higher end city, but this hotel is old, not clean or comfortable and people at and around the area were very sketchy. Needed a cheap room, but I was so uncomfortable, I am not sure it was worth it.
- 4/5
Good location & staff. Much quieter then the Studio 6 in Concord I was staying at previously, however lacks some of the amenities that Studio 6 offers for similar price. Overall would rather stay here.
- 3/5
Next to the freeway!

Nothing
- 4/5
Ok
- 4/5
Very convenient. Right off the freeway.

Good place to crash for the night , front desk lady was awesome.
- 5/5
Nice staff and clean room and good rate
- 5/5
It was a wonderful stay this is one of my favorite hotels to stay at and I definitely will stay again
- 5/5
Clean comfortable place to stay. The beds were very firm. The room was clean and remodeled. Love rooms with LVP instead of carpet. Shower felt amazing with plenty of pressure. Sheets were pretty warn.
- 5/5
very clean and well kept
- 3/5
We wouldn't recommend this Motel 6 at all. Although the room was clean and the staff was okay, the property was filthy and there were was shady people staying there. We booked a non-smoking room and our room reeked of smoke. On our last morning there, a police car was in the parking lot, running license plates. We won't stay there next time we're in WC.
- 2/5
Pool was filthy and it was extremely hot And tv channels didn’t all waork
- 2/5
Non smoking room smelled like cigarettes / scary area &no cameras !
- 5/5

The place is decent enough, the room is clean and tidy but the smell is horrible. As soon as I entered, the whole room smells like cigarettes but then later realized that it is marijuana. They could have done better. It stayed in the room. The area is safe and convenient from the freeway. It’s just the horrible smell that I couldn’t take.

It was late so I’m grateful we were able to get a room. People were being loud early in the morning which was annoying especially since we’d had a long night.
