The staff at reception desk was very rude and not helpful on our arrival . Our room had a canopy over the window so there was sunlight coming through and we were not even able to see outside. Our room was not cleaned or bed made or changed. When I called the front desk I was told that they clean every three. When asked for towels was told to come get it. The bathroom had no water pressure and water flowed onto floor. Breakfast area with no one to tidy between guests or refill. Eggs very dry with limited choices. Overall worst hotel stay. Would not recommend it to anyone.

Good thing was that they promptly offered a clean set when we notified the front desk. Room overall was not cleaned. The bedsheets also had hair that did not belong to any of us..another sign that the room was cleaned, nor the old bed sheets replaced. There were crumbs at the bottom edge of the bed. The bathroom was quite small. Breakfast was just very basic. Overall felt disappointed enough that we did not end up staying for the 2nd night.

I was booked for five nights but left after one, even payed for the 2nd night I didn’t use because I wanted to leave that badly. The front desk was also defensive when I raised these concerns. I booked this hotel partly because Expedia listed it as popular with solo travelers, but as a woman traveling alone, that did not reflect my experience. The environment felt uncomfortable and more geared toward truck drivers, which made me question that labeling. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for solo female travelers.

Bad service and a bad person at the reception desk was rude to me and tried to kick me out of the building. He didn't return my deposit and I even had to call the police there to resolve the issue with this person.

All went fairly well. Bed very comfy and clean. Room and bath were clean. Only thing was I spilled a glass of water on the vinyl floor and wiped it up with a bath towel only to discover how dirty the floor was. The towel was black with dirt. Didn’t want to walk in the floors barefoot after that. I did tell the front desk and they did seem very responsive about it.

Everything was great. It started with the staff at check-in. She was very friendly and helpful. And had a smile that was not forced at all. You can tell when tha smile is not sincere. Hers was 100% sincere. The room was very clean and inviting. Nicely laid out with plenty of room.

It was absolutely amazing! It was so clean and smelled so good. The bathroom was spic-n-span clean! The bed sheets were clean. The carpet was plush. The remote control was enclosed in plastic so I know nobody touched it. For the price, it top notch. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone! Keep up the great work! Kudos to the staff. Hopefully they will get a raise!

The front desk staff is so friendly. I did not utilize housekeeping since I was only there 2 nights. However, there was a really strange (musty) smell in my bathroom the entire time. I could not pinpoint where it might be coming from but it was just strange. I just kept the door shut while I was in the room. Also, there was a strange "beating sound" both nights and I am thinking it was from the a/c as this would not be consistently the same both nights if it was another guest. At any rate, the stay was great and was very convenient to where I needed to be in Chicago. I did not utilize the breakfast at all except for coffee, which was perfect.

This newly remodeled hotel is gross. Mold in the shower, glaze chipping off the tub, and dust and dirt everywhere. There was nobody there to check us in, only a kiosk which took way too long. Avoid at all costs!
