Everything was great the staff was very accommodating. Only complaint would be that the breakfast could have been better. Clean place and the beds were very comfortable.

Staff was very kind, welcoming and helpfull. The hotel is new, clean and air condition was working perfect. Lots of parking spots and reasonable prices. Highly recommended 👍

My stay was pretty awful. Both my son and I left with bed bugs. The hotel staff dismissed my claim until I physically collected bed bugs and showed them to them. The manager then changed my room. I couldn't leave due to the tournament "stay and play" and nothing being available during Memorial Day weekend. He refused to refund my stay even though my inconveniences went far beyond the Friday night. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless they're in a major pinch. And then I'd still suggest somewhere else.

I would rate this hotel a 3/5. It was clean but could have been cleaner. Breakfast was ok, but limited. The shower was dirty, I had to rinse it out before I got in it and the showerhead leaked all over the toilet and toilet paper. AC and fan did not work as expected. It was set to 67 and constant fan and it was not 67 in the room and the fan would kick on and off, not constantly stay on.

Staff was not friendly. Room was clean but in disrepair. We were not told the ice vending on our floor was unavailable-they had the broken ice machine blocked by a dolly with a new one it the box. Our bathroom was stained and looked like they were performing maintenance and our door had a gap so it did not close properly and was a safety hazard.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were nice and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again!

The room was clean, which is the most important thing to me. There was more lighting in the room than most of the hotels I've stayed at, which I liked. On weekdays it was so quiet and peaceful. On weekends, there were loads of children making a non-stop ruckus using the halls as a playground but never after 10 PM. But the weekdays were very serene. It's next to the major highway but I never noticed the traffic sound. It's in a safe location with plenty of parking in a well-lit lot. There is a fridge and a microwave and a desk to work at. The heat/AC work quickly. There is a guest laundry that uses quarters. It's at a good location for venturing out into the Chicago suburbs. They don't do housekeeping unless you ask but they were helpful when I needed to change the trash, get new towels, or get coins for the laundry. Check-in was easy. If I had to find something minorly negative, I'd say the material between the floor tiles was loose and kept sticking to my feet and pulling out and it could feel like stepping on a Lego brick.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was quite helpful. The breakfast was good as far as free breakfasts go. Free parking was a plus. You must request room service for cleaning and you may have to go to the front desk to pick up more towels if you didn’t request that service. The placement and lighting of the sink mirror made it hard to see for grooming purposes. All things considered I would definitely stay there again.

The room was dirty. There was pubic hair on the bed, the microwave was dirty. I was charged twice for the same room. Dogs are allowed, but there was not a designated area for dogs. The light in the bathroom had a short in it and flickered while taking a shower. I was advised that no guests were allowed after 10pm. I didnt eat any of the free breakfast. It really wasnt the best place to stay and I wont stay here again

Hotel was packed on Saturday night yet it was not loud. Room was clean. Staff was great. Breakfast is good. Owners work on site and are very hospitable.

I've tried other hotels in the Bolingbrook area, and when I found this one, I dept coming back. The best part is the staff; everyone is always so friendly and goes out of their way to help. The rooms are always clean, and the hotel is quiet.

The rooms were nice, comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the pool. And the continental breakfast was very good. Got very little sleep. The walls seemed to be paper thin. Could hear a child crying and screaming. People were in the hallway talking and carrying on loudly until at least 3 o'clock in the morning.

The room was fair at best, I wouldn't describe the breakfast as anything more than snacks - this was a major disappointment, the hallways smelt of someone smoking weed, the workout room light was on a timer and went off every 5 minutes and I had to get off the treadmill and reset it each time. I will not be returning to this property

We were pleased that Josh let us check in early when we arrived. That favor really helped our schedule of events. The room was very clean. Clean linens and an extra blanket were provided anytime we requested them. Everyone helped to make the visit cheerful and easy for us as travellers. Even in a huge snowstorm!!!!

Staff were helpful. Front desk gave me access to the dining area when I was looking for napkins. They also pointed out that I can get juice and coffee any time. They mentioned that when checking in but I was preoccupied during check in. Love the free cookies.

Breakfast was terrible but everything else was great. Room was clean and well stocked with fresh towels. Pool area was clean. Lobby area was really nice.What I also liked was they had a complimentary juice, water, and coffee bar that was free to guest.

I have stayed here twice within the last five months and the second stay was just as great as the first stay! Front desk staff are very friendly, breakfast attendant was friendly and kept food stocked, the dining area is clean, the housekeepers were nice and did not give you a hard time when asking for extra towels etc. Rooms were clean and the lobby was clean and cozy. They even had a complimentary soup bar in the evening! Great hotel and great staff!

Really comfortable beds. Offered free cookies but the container was always empty. Had only one EV charger and nothing to control if someone just parks there without using the charger. Breakfast was ok as far as options, nothing special. Milk was sour one day though. Non smoking hotel but someone was clearly smoking cigarettes in the rooms or stairwells. Heated pool was never warm. There was poop smeared on the toilet paper holder and roll in the women's bathroom. Rooms with two beds were really small and not conveniently organized. Had to scan a bar code to get the channel guide for the TV. Ran out of clean washcloths and they gave us hand towels instead. Smoking section in the front was too close to entrance and you had to walk through it going in and out so you'd smell like cigarettes.

Could not stay two days as I have a handicap child back in another state, not far away,of I could only stay for one reservation was for two daysinitially front desk clerk told me that I could not change my reservation. I told her that I will leave the hotel and go somewhere else until another woman from another race had the same request and she honored hers and then only after honoring her I was honored Very uncomfortable in 2025

Very pleased with my stay. Clean and comfortable room. Staff was friendly and upon checkout they asked how my stay was. I shared one tiny concern I had with my room, and the staff member immediately apologized and wrote down the room number and my concern. I felt heard and that they were truely going to look into it. It was minor, and didn't take away from my stay.

I truly appreciate the professionalism and kindness of Jay, manager at the front desk, in being open to the slight suggestions I mentioned to make the facility more comfortable. I loved the breakfast daily and the room was very comfortable to stay in. Recommendation though to take the bathtub availability off off the site or to note that it does not hold water to take a bath. I can foresee returning thanks for having me‼️

Staff was spectacular, especially Sol in the kitchen - ensured our mornings were spectacular. We plan on returning just from this alone, Sol really went out of their way to make our stay perfect. Front desk staff was also attentive and caring. Pool was nice, and clean. Amazing hotel overall

Good place to stay on overnight trip into Chicago. Our event was over by 10 so drove out of city half hour to avoid morning traffic and pay less than half of downtown rates.

Love the Beds, very comfortable! It wasn’t the cleanest- I had to plug in the lamp and it was disgusting behind the bedside table!! The TV was older and their cable provider didn’t have very many channels and no guide. Didn’t use the pool or workout.

We booked this hotel based on the rating being about a 9. Our room had a clogged toilet and the sink didn’t drain. I’m not sure why but we were given a handicap room so the shower was like a hospital shower with 2 drains in the floor. Shower floor looked dingy and smelled like urine. We had other friends that stayed there as well and their room wasn’t as bad as ours, but there were ants in their room. For the price, if you are just staying a night and can get a room with functioning plumbing it wouldn’t be too bad.

Very noisy people with barking dogs at all time of the night? Rochus in the hallway all night…dirty bathroom, uncomfortable mattress, we will never stay again.

Perfect unlike towels were in each chair ready.Cookies and the water downed apple juice,orange juice and cranberry juice was perfect for diabetics not sweet but the perfect touch and cold.I loved this hotel.

It was amazing. The hotel manager took care of us where we were 13 hours late checking in and had awful car trouble. He gave us directions to close restaurants to order food from and offered us cookies and juice since we were clearly frazzled.

The rooms were nice & the dtsff were nice & professional. The only thing missing was a light by the mirror. The light was behind the mirror and it was difficult to see when putting on make up, combing hair and brushing teeth. If they had a bright light by the mirror I'd give them 5 stars. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was nice & bright. I'd dtay again & bring my travel lamp.

Our stay was fine, but we had no cleaning service. The first day I just assumed they’d missed us and didn’t worry about it. After the second day of no cleaning, I came up and asked, and they said you had to request cleaning and pointed to this little 4 x 4 note on the counter. I think if you’re not gonna provide service like typical hotels do you should call attention to that.

Otherwise the bed was comfortable, toiletries were well stocked, amenities like refrigerator, oven, iron and board were available.

It was a nice hotel, decently priced

I had a medical emergency so my husband and daughter had to go, had to call customer service to get his name on the list to check in instead of me. They had no issues, husband also had to do laundry there hotel staff was accommodating to him and out Daughter.

Good stay with clean rooms and decent breakfast. Only recommendation would be to add an outdoor space to congregate.

Very nice hotel. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and our third floor room was very quiet. Breakfast was well stocked with plenty of choices and an attendant on hand to restock as things got low.

Room showed much wear and tear. Torn curtains, rusty shower drain, etc.
