The rooms had roaches. The comforter had cigarette burns. The televisions need to be replaced, and the dresser had a missing drawer. There is no continental breakfast.

I took photos of holes in my blanket that was on the bed. The tub when I showered was clogged so I’m stepping in dirty bath water. This is my last visit here. There was an iron but no ironing board. OMG

Missing shades and lights did not work. Lamp shade also covered in blood. Sink was cracked and leaked and my absolute highlight was the battle I had at 4 AM as I went to wash my hands and had to murder an entire family of cock roaches running across the sink and walls. Your front desk guy was AWFUL the room had a broken sink broken outlets broken shower handles.

With the idea to be improved, room do not was clean as expected, I asked for non smoking room, I received I room with the smoke alarm broken, the room has a strong smell to tobacco and may be another kind the of substance.

Front desk was horrible, his name was Sam P. He did nothing to help our room was not in condition to be slept in, no outlet covers, no working lamps, the fire alarm was unplugged and wires hanging out of ceiling, broken furniture and the AC unit was leaking so bad our floor was covered in puddles of water. We were told because we didn’t request to leave within 15 minutes of arriving and because there were no other rooms available we did not qualify for a refund or switching rooms.

The bathroom was very nice with fresh, clean panels in the shower and what looked like a new toilet. There was no problem with the refrigerator. The sink just outside the bathroom was good but cracked. Then there were plenty of things that needed improvement. The blanket was dirty, old, and had cigarette holes. The sheets were clean but had holes too. Three of the four lamps had missing shades. One of the cabinets only stayed shut with cardboard inserted. The furniture was really old, and I would not sit in the dirty chair. The air conditioner worked but was really dirty. The advertised breakfast consisted of free coffee, but if you wanted anything else, there were only vending machines. I stayed there three nights, but they never even came by to pick up trash or check anything. I would not stay there again.

This place is cheap and you really do get what you pay for. The room smelled like strong cleaning chemicals but I found hairs in the sink. The room was dated but the bed was comfortable. I was able to park my car right outside the window which was cool. The hotel does not serve breakfast but you can get a free coffee in the lobby. Unfortunately, I found the coffee to be nasty and undrinkable. There are a couple of vending machines where you can buy a snack or a soda.

Good value. The bed was comfortable. The shower head was a bit dated, I didn't need two refrigerators in the room. A Channel guide for the TV would be nice. The door needs to be replaced, IMHO. Overall, a decent stay.

It's a place to sleep when freeze and frost warnings are in effect. I'm homeless, thanks to my government. I'm not on drugs, drinking excessively, prostituting, and/or committing crimes. My family, well, let's just say if they were in my situation they wouldn't last long. Their day will come. I'll be sure NOT to come through with anything.

Check in was fast and easy. Hotel staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable compared to other hotels.

Considering there was a homicide at the property the night before my stay and none of the staff informed me of that and gave me a choice of canceling and going somewhere else I rate this is the worst hotel ever

Paid for a non smoking room with 2 beds. Arrived to find that the only non smoking rooms they had left had only one bed. Being so late at night we took our chances with the smoking room instead of trying to find a another place to stay. Numerous websites, (including this one) say that there is complemenary breakfast. Come to find out they don't even offer breakfast. Travelocity only offer a very low coupon back and blamed the hotel. The hotel passed the buck and said it couldn't do anything due to booking through Travelocity. No one wanted to take responsibitly.

friendly checkin, bathroom spotless, bed uber comfy, wonderful never ending hot water shower...BUT walked on floor barefoot and feet got dirty, likewise sox, so floor is dirty, probably gets mopped with dirty water and not rinsed properly. also pillows strong fragrance, probably leftover washing detergent, problematic for me who is sensitive..and pillows lovely and thick but too high for me causing neck pain. unit badly in need of upgrade, furniture chipped, woodwork poor, decor is dark and uninviting. location chosen for proximity to Amtrak...

The receptionist went above and beyond to make it better after I found lots of hair on the sheets, and makeup stain on the pillows, he came and game a new set of sheets and everything alse was good… thank u for ur service

My experience with this property was ok.

When I initially got there to check in there was no clerk around for about 20 minutes and I had to wait for the person that was ahead of me to get checked in as well so that's about 30 more minutes I could've had for my nightly rental.

Manager yelled and wouldn't let me in at 11 p.m. Worst experience ever at any hotel. Had to go elsewhere.

The gentlemen checking me in was rude and seemed scared of my presence. He did not communicate very well as to what was needed from me to check in. The gentleman checking me out was very pleasant.

I called the hotel to cancel before 3:00 pm due to my shift at BWI changing within minutes of booking. Guest Service transfered the call to another a recording that continue to request for the reference number that was email. The emailed confirmation number was given entered. The recording would not allow me to speak someone nor did Guest Service. I was unable to cancel, unable to stay, and still was charge. When I got to my room, the TV was on; and it smelled like somebody had spent the last week smoking cigarettes non-stop. The floor was dirty; and the cleaning job in the bathroom was obviously rushed.

This property seemed to be in the midst of a renovation, but my room wasn't included. The mirror over the sink was broken, the tv remote didn't work, the bureau drawers were broken and inoperable. The extent of room cleaning was replacement of towels and emptying the trash. The bed was unmade and the floor unswept and dirty.

At check in, the lobby was under construction and it was the same person cleaning to check me in. The floors were dirty, got my feet and socks dirty. People arguing outside of my window in the middle of the night for a long time.

Very nice and friendly staff. The stay was too but it could use some updating and proper cleaning. However if I ever need to stay there again I would.

Love the modern look in the room: laminated wood-looking floors, big tiles in shower enclosure. Comfortable stay. Bed and pillows were soft. Well lit parking. Fridge and microwave in room. Good water pressure. Only disappointing things were there were some small litters on the floor like the room wasn't swept by housekeeping and the AC didn't really blow sufficient coldness despite having it set on 60 degrees temperature.

Bed was awful, man at check in took my ID and as he came back to ask me a question he was holding it at his mouth (he didn’t have a mask on) area wasn’t the most comforting either.

Not smoking room smell a lot like cigarettes smoke. The sheet of dirty the floor was dirty the bathroom was really really dirty. At one point we went to a gasoline store near by to by Clorox to clean the rooms.

At check in I was required to put a cash deposit. The on-site ATM doesn’t work. Although room was prepaid, no cash, no room. Would not accept a credit card. Their excuse was because of COVID. Yet they took photocopy of my drivers license and had no problem handling cash. Lobby looked more like a garage full of boxes and junk. I asked for a iron. Had a meeting next day and wrinkled shirt is not good. They don’t have irons in motel or blow dryer. I travel for a living and know that when a cheap hotel doesn’t have an iron you can usually get one from lobby. Not here. Worse still, one customer called the police on them and they all made a scene while I waited a long time at the counter to finish checking in. Next time I’ll do more research before accepting a bargain price. Might not be worth it. For the price, though, the room was acceptable; had refrigerator, microwave and safe. AC was good but noisy.

This place is run down and is very unsafe to stay. I had no iron in my room. I asked for one and the one they gave me didn't work. Had to get two more replacements and that one still didn't get completely hot. Many people live in this hotel which brings down the value tremendously. And very shady looking people. Had one young man that lived there that all me could he drive my car and could he look inside. I could only imagine if he asked that to a woman she would be scared to death. This is not a safe or comfortable and the hotel is run down. I would not stay here more than 1 night and that's only if nothing else is available. Not a good stay at all

Called ahead to make sure my husband was able to check in instead of me- got the green light from a Travelocity agent and when he got there they were TURNED AWAY. Are you kidding me?

My chair has a wheel missing and i fell to the floor when I sat in it. TV stop working air conditioner was hanging from the wall. Ironing board had rust and dirt with hair on it. Phone barely works, fire alarm is missing from the wall with the wires out.blanket has cig burns in it, fig hardly works,microwave is not in the room. Front desk guy was very kind at check in to me and i had no issues about my support puppy. Their is mold beside the A/C unit on the wall, the wall light has no shade on it. I was however safe with no problems from quest or staff.

“No smoking room" smelled all on tobacco. Hotel surrounding looks creepy with some garbage, broken refrigerators and microwaves just outside of hotel rooms. I paid through Orbitz, and still took me more than 20 minutes to check in (there was no line on reception desk). Not coming back.

Hotel was pretty ok with cleanliness. Could be better on the linen and the towels because the towels on occasion would have hair and other particles on it so inspect carefully. Floors could be mopped more frequently. Staff been friendly though a bit hard to understand with accents. Cant access the breakfast areas or vendors. Otherwise pretty quiet.

We’ve come here a few times and every time it’s different. This time, when I went to the office to check in, a lady was complaining that she was charged 2 more times. Front desk wasn’t helpful. My stay was for the weekend so once checked in, I was charged for the weekend. The next morning l, I received a notification from my bank that I was charged again for the day but it was pricier then the usual booking amount. Regardless, I shouldn’t have been charged to begin with. When I checked out, I explained to the man at the desk (Hari) that I was charged for an extra night. The man wasn’t trying to understand me and instead repeatedly said “it’s not possible.” Even when I showed him the charge to my bank and explained to him that it was indeed done to someone else JUST 2 days ago.. Needless to say, my blood pressure was through the roof and I let my old’ man handle it. I will never return there again. Besides the fact the TV wasn’t working for a few hours. Not good

I love you have a life you alone if you had the do not disturb sign on the door knob outside the door. I don’t however like how they don’t have liquid body soap just bar soap in it they don’t have any conditioner for your hair they only have shampoo that’s it, that needs to be changed big time but that’s all everything else was fine actually great.

The night clerk had very poor English speaking skills. This might have been ok, but when it came to problem solving, he was having real difficulty: gave me the wrong receipt to sign (ie, someone else's name), couldn't run my credit card ( lucky/unusual I had the cash); didn't ask my floor preference, spent 30 minutes checking in at 2am...). Not fun. Noisy room (freeway side), found 2 bugs on the floor, but too tired to switch. Clerk did call to say he still had my driver's license, and brought it to me. Couldn't get the TV to work. Sad intro to Baltimore.

Location was ok. But the tv did not work and we were giving a room on the street/road side which was very noisy. We called the desk about the tv and what they told us didn’t work at all.

clean and well stocked. the cable was very bad poor quality and quantity cable channels available poor sound and picture small flat screen. good thing i had my computer and free movie service. all everything else was awesome. parking was a little ruff too. was in non smoking but occasionally could smell smoke and also pot smell.

Breakfast could be better

After the first night, the room was not cleaned. The front desk did not have access to clean towels or Kleenex. I also had to go back to the front desk to have my key reprogrammed for room access despite a multi-day booking. Free breakfast was very thin on options. They had cereal most days but no spoons to eat it with. The last day, the breakfast bar had no cereal, no bagels, only a few slices of white bread. While the room was clean and comfortable, I could have done without the other frustrations. I've never been asked for a security deposit before!

Hot water was good. Breakfast, very minimal... I would not call it breakfast but a snack bar.
