    The location was convenient to our purpose for visiting. The bed was uncomfortable, the breakfast was cold, noisy hallway, the floor had trash on it when we entered, the parking was far from the entrance.

    Great bar and restaurant service. Also airport shuttle very fast. I was disappointed with the hygiene standards. The room was quite dusty and the carpet was stained and dirty. I expected much better for the price. Guest services staff unprofessional.

    As long as you’re not sensitive to certain smells I don’t think I have ever stayed at a hotel with nice smelling linens. We took the shuttle to the air port. The driver was on time and we had no issues at all. We would definitely stay there again

    Nice hotel, clean. The booking website said they had a hot tub, they did not, also they gave us a hard time about breakfast being included when it was clearly included on my booking. Once they saw it was included they tried to give me breakfast for only one person although we were 2 staying in the room. I had to ask again to get breakfast for both of us, and part of the reason I chose this hotel is the booking listing said breakfast was included.

    Aside from the parking situation, this hotel was wonderful. It was easy to get off and on major freeways. There are plenty of nearby eateries, but the hotel restaurant was really good. It was a comfortable stay.

    Very condescending staff, my daughter had a sleepover and they charged me a $200 cleaning fee for paper plates, a trash bag, cardboard and balloons in the room. I won’t ever stay at this hotel again, one of the staff even came threatening to end my daughter’s party because of a little noise. Worst experience I’ve ever had

    Everything about my state was great. The only thing I had a complaint with is. The parking space is not a lot of parking space to accommodate everyone who was staying at the hotel but also those events where people are not staying there. End up taking the pocket spaces of those who are actually spending the money To enjoy their night all weekend, there. That's the only complaint I have.Everything else was great

    It also appeared that only one person was working at the front desk, which seemed unusual for a hotel of this size. Their attitude and lack of professionalism only added to the frustration. As for the hotel itself, the condition was disappointing. There were visible holes in the walls, and while the bathroom had some modern updates, it felt dark and dreary. Overall, the hotel is in serious need of renovations to improve both its appearance and guest experience.

    room was dirty and came with the opened soap of previous guest(s) left in shower. sheets were dirty and pillow had hair from someone else. duvet cover on extra bed had what appeared to be boot marks on it. ongoing elevator issues that could result in being trapped (or worse) inside. pros: super close to airport with shuttle service. close to dining options. microwave in room was nice to have.

    A terrible choice for a stay. Despite a nice lobby and bar, everything else can be rated at 0.5 stars only. It takes over an hour to have your meal ready, the staff is stressed and shorthanded, your drink arriving to the table is half spilled. One of the receptionist ladies with big glasses on has no clue how to do her job. She just stands there like a decor and cannot even provide a breakfast voucher. Rooms are rundown and feel dirty. The heat wasn’t working in one of the rooms, and I had a big spill from a red wine right next to my bed. I don’t know how anyone can stay here!

    Comfortable room. Late arrival went well. 24/7 airport trsnsportation a big plus. Desk person on alone when I registered. He was customer friendly but the desk very busy. Did not get my requested wake up call; but had set my phone alarm. It would have been a plus to have the lobby coffee ready at 6am when I left for the airport. Glaf Sheraton collaborates with way.com for airport parking.

    The room is decent here. It looks like they clean and maintain the hotel. Our main concern for this hotel was the pool. It literally smells like pee and we mentioned to the front desk and they kinda just avoided the problem. Telling us someone was just there swimming. They closed off their spa with tapes and theres paddles of water everywhere thats prob where the stinky smell from. Kids would have love swimming in there if they cleaned and maintained it.

    The rooms were good. Staff was friendly, the shuttle was good. The bar/restaurant was not so good. Sold out of much of the menu, no taps were working and prices were outrageous. Service was very slow. One person to run everything when they had a 100+ people there for a business conference! There is nothing within walking distance.

    We stayed here thinking that parking and shuttle were free if we stayed over. I felt like free parking was false advertising. It wasn't included other than the one night we stayed. My husband also left his pillow. Staff said they would save it for us and we could grab it when we returned. No one could find it or even knew about it when we went to pick it up. The floor in our room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a while.

    The booking and check-in process was seamless. At first glance, the hotel is modern and up-to-date. My room was very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was set to the perfect temperature (hell hot, lol). My only negative comments are that there was a bug in one of the beds and the toilet seemed to be backed up. Both issues were resolved in a timely manner, when I advised the front desk. Breakfast was suitable and met my expectations. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would book here again.

    It was just dirty. Run down. We stayed in room 311. Upon checking in the guy at the front desk finished his conversation with his coworker before checking us in. Made us feel like it was race related. We had 2 towels and 1 wash cloth for 2 people. Furniture was chipped and run down looking, musty smell to the room. Shower was hot and bed comfy. Other than that it was just a waste of $250. Never ever ever again.

    The Sheraton BWI Hotel Staff provided exemplary service during our stay in Baltimore. The hotel was close to the airport, but was quiet and had a convenient shuttle service to the airport. We were a short drive to Baltimore and Washington DC for sightseeing adventures. I would give this hotel a 10 star rating.

    Please read my entire review. I'm extremely sensitive to cigarette & Marijuana smoke. Last year my wife & I stayed at the Sleep Inn & Suites BWI Airport which reeked of pot smoke 24-7. The rooms were dirty, service was nonexistent, furniture was missing, lights burnt out, no hot water, and trash was piled up in the common areas. At times we felt like we were on the movie set of “Menace II Society". I am extremely happy to report that this property "Sheraton Baltimore Washington Airport Hotel - BWI" is the complete opposite. Only once in our 6 day stay did I vaguely smell what might have been pot smoke. Checking into the Sheraton Baltimore Washington Airport Hotel was a delight as the front desk staff was very knowledgeable & friendly. Our Club Room with Garden View located on the 6th floor was all ready when we arrived. All of the furniture was present and in good shape, all of the lights worked, we had hot water, the heater worked, the linin was clean, and they had a room on the 6th floor with computers, tv sets and they served breakfast every morning as well a food throughout the day there. I also noticed a lot of flight crews staying there. I would highly recommend the Sheraton Baltimore Washington Airport Hotel – BWI to any and every one. I give them 5 stars.

    When I checked in I go to the bar to place an order and the lady there was more interested in being in the face of men than to place an order. She threw the menu and was very short. If not for the men she was going to sit there and smile in their faces all night like she had no job. The day I go to check out my club access key didn't work. Rhank goodness I packed out early to leave because I had trouble getting into the elevator to get beach into my room. The inconvenience wasn't fixed when I went to thr front desk. I asked for the trouble of having to take over an hour and 0 keys working to get thr rest of my belongings to be compensated for breakfast or points towards a next stay. The front desk clerk didn't want to and said its not possible and they knew it wasn't working and never fixed it. They seemed to act preoccupied when there was no other person there needing customer service and that the key problem wasn't their fault.

    Staff and front desk seemed overwhelmed from their work load and wasn’t very pleasant. Housekeeping AWESOME and very pleasant. Fridge in room wasn’t working . Minor issues but for the price of the rooms i think Everything should be working properly.

    Loved the staff, competent, nice! My stuff left behind was sent to me as they use a 3rd party CO. company "ileftmystuff.com" to make it easy. The view from the 2nd floor room facing the parking lot was very soothing - forest. The was pool big enough for swimming, New gym. Good towels and toiletries, spacious room (2 beds). Breakfast food could be better, coffee pods refilled when empty but close proximity to the airport affects for such, hot tub in the pool area did not work.

    We approached the desk after an 8-hour drive. No greeting by staff, instead a question “do you have ID?” While I was tempted to say, no, we travel without any, we provided ID and was off to the room. The air conditioning unit was leaking and 1/4 of floor space was wet. I was too tired to pack back up and move so we waited till the next day while positioning the iron board over the spot as a reminder. Next day, hubby relayed problem to front desk and the response was very dismissive as it was voiced by 2 rude staff members at the “service desk” we are full and do not have any more rooms. Hubby walked away to get breakfast and was approached by a manager who offered another room. After some discussion and a short wait, we moved to the 6th floor which was the club floor only to deal with more problems, the toilet did not shut off properly after flushing and the shower only had hot water that kept getting hotter no matter which way it was turned. We decided to just make it through 2 more nights with a note to file, do not stay at another Sheraton.

    A hotel is just bricks and mortar, the staff is what makes it worthy of being called a Sheraton. The staff in this hotel need to learn basic Sheraton hospitality skill of listen, empathize, apologize, react, notify, the management and shuttle driver were rude and belittling. To be noted front desk lady in morning and front desk Victor were extremely friendly and helpful, they are an asset to operation. Waitress in restaurant very rude, but bar tender was nice. Only takes a few bad connections to ruin experience and this is what happened, to bad as trip started off well. Teach staff how to approach guests and properly speak with them

    the air condition was not working and there was a lot of moisture on the carpet in front of it. Hotel knew about it and still assigned the same room. The toilet flush was hardly working.

    When we checked in we were accidentally given a room that was already occupied. We opened the door and found someone sleeping in the bed. We did get compensated by getting upgraded to a suite which was nice but the suite seemed to be in a bit of disrepair.

    Loved everything besides bathroom. Floors were dirty. Shoe prints were on floor before we entered. Everything else beautiful.
