Reviews
The hotel received mixed reviews with guests appreciating the friendly staff, clean rooms, and convenient location, particularly near the airport. However, there were consistent complaints about the state of the pool, breakfast service, and maintenance issues in the rooms.

The suite was comfortable and accommodating. The FRESH breakfast is EVERYTHING! I will return when a hotel in that area is necessary.

Yes breakfast was good but there were too many children running around unattended trying to serve themselves and making a mess with the food!
- 5/5
Staff was professional and the food and drinks was excellent.

The property was very large so at no time that I feel cramped. It was just a little dated, but very clean

Honestly, there was too much wrong going on for me to say anything that I liked about the property. If I HAD to say anything. It was close to my visiting location. Where do I start…. Upon arrival, everything seemed as it should. Prompt greeting. Quick check in. After that, it all went downhill. My first room was not clean. Specifically the bathroom. There was pubic hair on the toilet. There was urine on the back of the toilet. Then proceeded to find more hair on the bathroom sink. I immediately contacted the front desk for another room. As I brought photos down to the front desk. Again they promptly switched me. Once I got into the next room, I unpacked after I inspected. Everything seemed to be ok until later on that evening and into the morning. The light beside the pullout couch on the nightstand, was on the same breaker as the light that is in the hallway between the bathroom and the bedroom. I could not turn on the lamp without turning on the hallway light. Very inconvenient. My eyes are sensitive and I did not need all of those lights on. Ended up spending no time in the “living room because of the issue. On top of that , my daughter was staying with me. The next morning I woke up to use the restroom and wondered why my daughter didn’t flush the toilet. She’s 12 years old. No excuse right? Well, it was her fault. The toilet would not flush. Being that I was fresh out of my sleep. This took me over the top. I contacted the front desk and let them know of the issue. They tried to resolve it over the phone and I declined. I told them I would talk to them when I got my bearings about me. Mind you they offered me 10,000 reward points. After careful consideration, with all of my discrepancies that was not nearly enough to compensate for the troubles. After speaking with multiple individuals through the texting sessions I was then told that they would give me 20,000 points to compensate and a dinner voucher. As I did not want to drag this out I complied. The voucher was for 60 dollars. I ended up ordering the ribeye steak and a dessert. The steak was probably the worst steak I had EVER had.

Tia was absolutely amazing!! I have never seen a person pay such close attention to everyone. She remembered every person that she made an omelette for and how they had them made. Tia brought joy to our mornings and made our stay extraordinary! I hope you pay her well. A person like Tia is a Gem!!

Clean was the number one for me On the website it stated free parking but you definitely have to pay to park per day
- 5/5
Easy in every way: booking, check in, transportation, etc. Staff was great. The airport shuttle driver was friendly, reception was quick and helpful, room was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast looked great, I didn’t have time to eat it and it was busy with a line for omelets but that’s not a problem, probably means the food is tasty. Would be excellent for a longer stay, and suits any type of traveler. Great value for price.
- 2/5
On this visit, we were surprised to learn that guests are now required to pay for parking. This was disappointing, as it adds an unexpected expense and inconvenience. The hotel is not located in a downtown area where paid parking is typically expected, so we do not understand the reason for charging hotel guests. One of the main reasons we chose to stay at this property over the years was the convenience of complimentary guest parking. Unfortunately, this change has significantly impacted our experience. While we appreciate the excellent service provided by the staff, the introduction of paid parking has led us to decide that this will be our last stay at this location. I hope management will reconsider this policy, as it may affect the loyalty of long-term guests like us.
- 5/5
Everything was well as usual for this brand of hotel

Good
- 5/5
Excellent quality as always. I would definitely come back.
- 3/5

Clean well maintained property.

I stay at Embassy Suites whenever I have a chose. I love concept. Bring back Free parking for guests. Surprised front desk had no explanation why $15.00 daily. Wish would give wifi when check in so not have to call back down to front desk.

Breakfast was great

Hhh
- 2/5
The property is old, dusty, breakfast room was dirty, dirty floors, dishes, not enough workers, the front did’t clarify about the parking, we have problems getting out… that was a big issue because we have to go back to the front desk, we thought it’s was charge to the room, but we to do it on Qcode,
- 4/5
Breakfast is always great at ES! The only downfall at breakfast is they really could use more help for the breakfast special order station ~ there was only one guy doing those special orders - and btw he was AMAZING!- so kind and never made anyone feel rushed / give that man a raise and get him some help! Other than that the stay was wonderful ! Thank you !
- 4/5
It was wonderful. I didn’t spend much time there but the time I did spend in the room was great thank you.
- 5/5
Loved the free breakfast. Made to order omelets were outstanding. Room was clean. Lobby clean. Everything was top notch.
- 3/5
Property was kept clean, but the pool had hair and eyelashes floating in it so, we decided not to use the pool and hot tub. Exercise room was nice. Breakfast was good, but wish they had fresh cut up melon/berries. The managers reception was okay; two drink maximum, Chex Mix, chips, salsa and popcorn two of the three nights, celery and carrots that were browning in edges. Room service is at request only. Parking is $15 per day plus tax. Parking in the street available if you choose to risk it. The area was overall nice with quite a few options for eating out and grocery shopping.
- 5/5
Thanks I be back soon
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Front desk was so nice! Hated the fact they they charge for the parking now
- 4/5
Good quick little breakfast it was nice
- 4/5
Parking at this hotel is an outside agency and was difficult. Not just me, but I witnessed someone else having difficulty and another person telling them about the difficult process.
- 5/5
The rooms were very clean. The food at.the bar was ok. The breakfast was great !!!
- 4/5
Breakfast was delicious. The cook really takes pride in his work. Staff at the front desk were helpful and polite. The female bartender was so pleasant treated us beautifully! However the condition of the room could have been better and some updates are needed to furniture.
- 5/5
I really enjoyed the happy hour and the continental breakfast. The staff is amazing.
- 5/5
didnt need the shuttle
- 5/5
Clean . I was celebrating a birthday and we received cake, strawberries, and wine ! Definitely will be returning!
- 5/5
All of the personale were polite and hospitable. Breakfast was the best- with some made to order items. The bar is cute, cozy and prices were reasonable. I plan to stay there anytime I’m in traveling to Baltimore.

Bugs in the bathroom, water was brown. There small bugs in bathroom. Should be rated 3.0
- 5/5
Room was clean and spacious. Happy hour drinks and snacks were delicious. Breakfast was one of the best!
- 5/5
Great place to stay
- 4/5
Rooms clean staff very helpful
- 4/5
Good time overall. Nice clean room. Amazing breakfast. Good customer service. Happy hour food was more like veggies n chips n salsa rather pass on that. Hot tub chlorine was soo strong it burnt my eye n gave me headache. Slept it off.
- 5/5
Great Staff
- 2/5
Front Desk staff was amazing! The room had no hot water for an extended period of time while I was there. So I could not take a shower and I had business appointments during that time. Also, my room was not clean when I left and returned.
- 4/5
I had an issue with the room next-door being extremely loud. Went down and talked to the front desk and it was resolved within 15 minutes. This made me very pleased with the staff. The hotel self is in due of a remodel. It’s been a little outdated.
- 5/5
The airport shuttle was great! I got picked up immediately. The return trip the next day was equally good.
- 5/5
Clean rooms breakfast just need more help with the breakfast staff was very helpful

- 4/5
The staff was pleasant, the food was good, the property was clean and quiet.
- 5/5
We visited the bar and despite not having all the elements for an ordered cocktail, she made something close that was excellent.
- 3/5
Lobby floor needed to be mopped. Gym equipment needs inspection. Room needed new carpet.
- 5/5
very nice room and very clean. the staff were also very helpful and nice
- 5/5
Really nice
- 5/5
Enjoyed everything. My kids had a ball!!
- 1/5
In general it was good. Breakfast area was messy and slowly replenished when food runs out. Cleaning was understaffed. Sofa bed was uncomfortable and old with malfunctioning springs
- 5/5
Very nice
- 5/5
GREAT HOTEL! WE WILL COME BACK ON OUR NEXT TRIP HERE. BREAKFAST AND BAR WERE EXCELLENT.
- 5/5
Clean room, excellent staff
- 5/5
Shuttle driver wasn’t pleasant , the bartender was rude
- 2/5
In our room, the floor was not level and water from the bathroom, leaked into the hallway. The air-conditioning was SO loud and clearly needed some maintenance. There was a mini, mini fridge on the suite, nothing like the kitchenette that was pictured. Barely enough space to put 1 to- go box in. There were holes in the drywall and rust damage on the elevator. We had to request linens after day 3. This is a decent enough place to be but this place has seen better days.
- 4/5
The breakfast was really good enjoy the bistro and happy hour. The pool was out of order so I didn’t get to swim that’s was the only thing. The staff was really nice and helpful.
- 4/5
The parking situation was horrible. Might not stay here again.
- 2/5
There were also many unsupervised kids on the premises who kept knocking on our door and running away, which was very disruptive. The pool area was overcrowded, and the jacuzzi was not working. By the second day, the pool itself was closed. Breakfast was equally frustrating—there were large crowds and food items were not being replenished in a timely manner. Also, indoor AC unit was so loud that kept waking up my kids. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations and was quite disappointing.
- 4/5
Two ladies at front counter working at evening hours provided no help. No professionalism, both were there just to make salary, and had no willingness to help the customer.
- 3/5
General areas seem pretty nice. Room was falling apart wall paper coming off and bubbling paint throughout room, air system was loud and held to wall by zip tie, shower was ok very low profile head, soaps not all one line of goods, asked for pillows for sofa bed never received them, asked for feather free room and told front desk they responded with we don’t have feather pillows but indeed they were down feather pillows and I have allergies to them so slept with one pillow.
- 2/5
Front desk staff is very professional and kind. Parking is problematic as is the overall noise level of the hotel. Beautiful to look at, but rooms are loud from various mechanical sounds, guests and planes ( to be expected) On my very late return , they did not have my reservation; and they had no rooms.
- 3/5
Great location for entertainment hotel was very busy this weekend. Customer Service/Room service was not the Best at all . Room was was not refreshed the entire stay reception bar Friday night was not friendly at all.
- 3/5
We enjoyed the pool and breakfast. Noticed some maintenance issues throughout the hotel. Paint peeling, water damage, etc. Mostly cosmetic fixes needed.
- 1/5
We stayed two nights. This location charged for parking but oversold spots because they were sold out and they accept airport parking. We paid for parking but had to park on the street. When we brought this up the front desk we were told that there was nothing they could do about it. No apology, no free night or parking, just an oh well attitude. The grounds of the property were filthy. Trash everywhere right outside of the hotel lobby. It wasn’t welcoming at all.
- 4/5
Room was clean and smelled nice. Loved the layput of everything. Great location woth many near by food options.
- 5/5
Hotel looked really nice, love the room, and it was an overall nice experience
- 5/5
Yes it was very pleasant
- 5/5
Everything is so easy to access.
- 3/5
We have a good stay but not much to rave about the hotel food was horrible but the rooms are comfy for a quick stay
- 4/5
Tv in sitting room was hard to use when changing channels, the pool was very overcrowded and chaotic, breakfast was good
- 5/5

- 5/5
Very good
- 4/5
Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Unusually long check-in.
- 5/5
The room was comfortable, the restaurant was really nice, the staff was helpful
- 4/5
The room was spotless, and the staff was courteous however, it was extremely cold at the bar doing happy hour. My myself and several other guests complained but nothing was done.
- 1/5
Been here several times Never again! Attitude reflects leadership! Rude staff . Elevators , pool , jacuzzi all not operating at some point check-in was pointless told me nothing didn’t bother to make eye contact ! She might have noticed I was a senior struggling to walk a little ( I use a cane )and not assign me to the furthest room from the elevator .Did not feel welcoming at all ! The walk to the Jacuzzi to find it looking like a crime seen wrapped in caution tape was an adventure! And upon leaving I find a card on my car saying I didn’t register my car with them and had to pay for parking to avoid problems ! Never mentioned at check in ! And charge a $5 dollar service fee for the privilege of parking the car myself in their lot ! Only positive thing I can say to be fair the Bistro restaurant food was delicious the bar tender was wonderful must be operated independently! Hotel must have new owners in my opinion to have gotten this bad ! I wish booking app was updated on broken amenities I really needed that jacuzzi and one reason I booked it in the first place
- 4/5
We was very happy to have a hotel with an open pool. But notice how unkept it was. Over all the front desk staff, the house keepers and the breakfast staff was very kind and helpful we will definitely return!
- 4/5

- 5/5
yes
- 4/5
The room was pleasant. Starting to notice some wear and tear on the furniture and walls in the bathroom. Parking was free a few years ago but not anymore. That caught me off guard. Overall stay was fine.
- 5/5
Everything but the beds aren’t comfortable but I love it there
- 5/5
Room was spotless and up to par. Love the view and how close it is to everything
- 5/5
Clean and nice staff. Good breakfast and free parking
- 2/5
No hot water and from what I heard it was out and not used up. Had to pay $15 to park on a 6” to 8” snow covered lot that I had to use four wheel drive to even get in a spot. It appeared to be a couple days old. Attempts at any snow clearing were substandard. No priority. On a good side the room was clean and the staff was pleasant.
- 4/5
Room was clean. Took a while for the water to get hot, but with temps in singles digits, it's understandable. Amenities are good. The lobby was freezing though.
- 5/5
The room is was at its best amazing
- 5/5

- 5/5
Everything was excellent!

horrible customer service
- 5/5
Pleasant stay
- 5/5
The room was spotless
- 4/5
Spacious, clean room, comfy bed; bathroom could use an upgrade. Enjoyed buffet breakfast and omelette station, despite the wait due to only one cook. Evening receptions are always a nice treat.
- 5/5
Brittany at the check in desk was friendly, professional & very welcoming.
- 4/5
Breakfast was good. Bartender was really nice and drinks were great!
- 3/5
room was for 4 people only 2 towels . no extra blanket for the pull out . took over 30 min to get a blanket . the pool was nasty with lots of foam on it . not able to use it :/
- 5/5
Clean room, breakfast staff and bar staff were friendly and helpful, whole hotel was clean.
- 5/5
David is such a fantastic person. He remembers people who travels regularly and stays at the hotel. He remembers their favorite drink and food. He asked about my family and how they are doing. The food was tasty, the lobby needs some updates the couches are stained. The rooms could use an update. Wallpaper was peeling. I have stayed her many times because of a group meeting. I would love to see some TLC happen so I can enjoy the staff
- 5/5
We were there for the breakfast at 7:00 AM on Saturday, January 17, 2026. The omelet to order was not available. We ate the other things. Was very disappointed as we wanted to order an omelet before going to the airport to catch our flight. The omelet to order was available at 7:30 but we had a flight at 9:30 AM and had to get to the airport on time. Getting the omelet was the highlight of our trip, so disappointed.
- 5/5
Property was clean, safe, close to airport.....staff was extremely friendly and professional.
- 3/5
Satisfactory room, terrible check in. For a hotel like Hilton to nickel and dime patrons with BS parking fees without advance warning is sorry. The requied method for parking payment borders on the absurd. Really a total turnoff for this customer
- 5/5
clean hotel, quiet, kind employees
- 5/5
Everything about the place was just perfect would definitely stay here again
- 4/5
I was surprised by the parking charge. It wasn’t a thing last time we were here in July.
- 5/5
Always a pleasant time when i come here
- 5/5
Yes the room was really clean and the staff was friendly and polite and helpful.
- 4/5
Breakfast was good. Front desk service was excelkent.
- 2/5
Breakfast bar was a mess and too many children unsupervised was destroying the area.
- 4/5
The hotel is nice and all amenities were in working condition, unusual for an older hotel in this area. The staff was mostly friendly and helpful. The bathroom in the room could use a deep clean. The hotel is dated and needs renovation, which is really the only thing keeping it from a better review. Even with the old furniture and fixtures the hotel was still nice. It's hard to keep the same bathroom looking spotless for 20 years, things wear out. The design of the hotel. All rooms surrounding an atrium makes for a loud hotel. We could hear people in the lobby/atrium all hours while we were in our room. It wasnt too disruptive, but if you're looking for total quiet, this may not be the place. Overall we would stay again and it is one of the better hotels in the area.
- 2/5
I was there for 3 nightsfor the first 2 nights the heat did not work correctly in our room last day we had enough and thought we got it fixed nope my husband had to get up every 2 hrs to cut the heat off and on for it to work in the room. The manger said we could move to another room on our last night but it was too late for that so she said she would take off one night stay.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
The breakfast buffet was everything!
- 3/5
Roaches found in bath room
- 5/5
Always a great stay when we're here. Clean, inviting, friendly staff, good food, and great quality for the price. Literally no complaints other than being sad we only stayed 2 nights and couldn't fully enjoy all the amenities. Will be back again of course.
- 5/5
Everything is great here. All the staff are 5 Star courteous. The room is spacious, the bed was 5vStar comfort and the free breakfast was superb. Great place to stay.
- 2/5
The breakfast was not up to expectations. The cook tried to cook omelette on the grill
- 5/5
The room, staff and amenities were nice. The staff at the front desk, food area and evening cocktail are always very nice when I stay here.
- 4/5
Friendly staff at the desk and the driver of the bus. Spacious room and happy hour is a PLUS. I encourage the hotel to update to high chair toilets; those few inches make a significant difference in the comfort especially to your knees.
- 5/5
Great breakfast. Nice happy hour. Food at dinner ok. But employees awesome. Front desk, maintenance, maids. Special shout out to the guy who was filling in at the omelette station at breakfast, he was amazing and so friendly and wonderful.
- 4/5
Rooms well cleaned and maintained. Staff pleasant and responsive.
- 3/5
Breakfast food was cold as always. No warmers. Room had heavy smell of cleaner chemicals.
- 5/5
Very nice place to stay and kids friendly
- 3/5
When we went the hot tub wasn't working... that was part of my reason for staying there..
- 5/5
The room smelled fresh and clean and the staff was very nice.
- 5/5
Thank you for your service!

- 5/5
Loved it. Breakfast was delicious, the staff was extremely nice and courteous.
- 4/5
Staff was great. Hotel def could use some TLC but over all it was it was a great deal for our needs with inclusive features and a pool to make the kids happy.
- 5/5
Very comfortable stay. Breakfast was good and staff was helpful and polite.
- 5/5
Clean, fun, great breakfast, 2 free drinks each for happy hour. It was great!!
- 5/5
The staff and all of the service personnel were very professional. I had no issues checking in or out.
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
Great room
- 3/5
Found lots of little black hairs all over the bathroom and bathroom was really run down. Shower head was complicated to use and water pressure was very low.
- 3/5
There was a lot of noise from the room door.
- 5/5
The room.was nice and breakfast was delicious
- 5/5
Yes, the staff was excellent.
- 5/5
Excellent experience - the only thing that I would suggest is ensuring the operation and cleanliness of the pool area. During my stay, the pumps didn't seem to be working properly and the chlorine wasn't filtering properly, resulting in chemical foam puddles all throughout the water. Overall a wonderful stay! Front Desk staff was amazing!
- 5/5
Great experience great staff
- 5/5
Breakfast and the pool were great!
- 5/5
Amazing staff, shuttle service, and breakfast.

Nice place
- 3/5
Bartender was rude & did not smile at all. My shower was broke , the ironing board was broke. The room was clean & i slept comfortably . Kitchen & front desk staff were nice
- 3/5
It was extremely humid inside the hotel. The toiletries like lotion and some shampoo were empty. And there was visible mold along the lining of the tub.
- 5/5
It was free flowing. Everyone was so nice. Nobody bothered us. I had one issue at night and the desk staff came upstairs so quick to assist. I was very impressed by that! Good stay. Pool waa fun
- 5/5
Highly recommended
- 5/5
Very beautiful
- 5/5
Parking was convenient.
- 5/5
Very nice property, convenient to BWI.
- 5/5
Hotel was nice, a little dated. Appetizer bar and free drinks for happy hour were nice. You basically have to uber to go to dinner at a restaurant near by.
- 2/5
Safe did not work.
- 1/5
They never cleaned our room
- 3/5
I specially asked the front desk lady for a room close to the elevator. She did not oblige. Also the bed was extremely uncomfortable. I would not stay at that location again and I probably will not stay at Embassy Suites. The quality seems sub tier.
- 5/5
I've never been disappointed at this property. I've stayed at the Westin next door was not the greatest. So not all places in this area is deserving of a 5Star
- 5/5
Jamera was excellent as usual. She always offers a great checkin experience. She goes above and beyond.
- 3/5
Reception staff not friendly to all. Only selective to some. Very loud and In considerate at time of check in.
- 2/5
We were underwhelmed by this hotel. Our room smelled like a pool as soon as we walked in. The refrigerator in our room didnt work (and we needed it this trip) and the air conditioning was barely putting out any air period. One nice thing about this stay, was the maintenance man who can to our room. Although nothing was actually fixed, he was the very pleasant. He did inform us all the rooms ending in "12" like ours were having problelms with the air conditioning. The pool/hot tub area required a neon yellow wristband for entry, which struck us as odd. But it was so hot in there you could barely breathe anyway, so we didnt stay long. The nice man at the omelet station was probably the only other highlight of our stay. Breakfast was just ok. We ended up checking out early because we couldnt sleep another night there with the A/C not working properly.
- 3/5
NO A/C the whole weekend. My skyline suite had one large conference table in the commons area. For a suite that size. Definitely needed at least one sofa. Big kudos to the omelette chef!!!! He had an amazing patience and the omelette were amazing once you were able to get one. The weekend crowd was out of site.
- 5/5
Great value for price.
- 2/5
Our stay was okay the problem was we were given keys to a room that was already occupied and we were pretty shocked and disappointed.
- 5/5
Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent facility
- 1/5
The entire lobby was being cooled with portable air conditioning units that had clearly been there for weeks if not months. Air vents were dripping everywhere with mold and ceiling damage from lack of maintenance and fixing the problem. Staff assured me the room air conditioning was working, but it wasn't the unit was set at 65 but could only muster 75. It was too late at night to switch hotels. Terrible for a Embassy Suites/Hilton brand.
- 2/5
Two adults and one child - we had a room booked that would have two beds and the pull-out sofa. Initially we were put on the 4th floor, but the room's air conditioner was so loud my child would not have been able to sleep, so we requested a room change. We moved up to the 8th floor at that point - unfortunately for my 83 year old father it was insufferably hot in the next room. We then moved to a set of rooms on the 2nd floor which were cool (mid to upper 70's) and quiet. The staff was working hard to help us find the right setup, the maintenance staff did what they could with what they had - the building OWNERS need to invest in their property and upgrade the air conditioning units. The ancient units being replaced with slightly less ancient units is NOT the way to go. Baltimore isn't going to get any cooler year over year so spend the money NOW to make the investment or you will lose customers. It was too hot in the atrium for the complimentary breakfast so we wound up eating at a separate restaurant that was climate controlled. For our troubles we were offered the standard 10,000 Hilton Honors points but as of this posting they have not showed up in my account. We stayed in the hotel last week.

Love Embassy Suites. Nice hotel.

Hi the property was nice . But it was over booked and very hot . No Ac in the building. Rooms very out dated . But it was clean and the breakfast was good .
- 4/5
Room and everything was great, we only stayed here because our flight was cancelled and I have had a good experience with Embassy and their breakfast and they offer free shuttle from the airport. Only complaint was once the breakfast was closed, it was closed. We got there 20 minutes before closing and waited in a long line to have omelettes. By then, all of the other of food was either gone or shut down. The breakfast should stay open at least 30 minutes post closure imo.

Expedia didn't have us in the system and it took hours to check in! Will book directly next time.

There were 2 large family reunions going on during our stay. The staff handled the crowds well. The lobby hvac was not working which caused the lobby, eating area and hallways upstairs to be very warm. The room air conditioning worked well.
- 5/5
Love this property. The front desk attendant at check in was very nice and friendly. The restaurant food was delicious. The staff was great
- 2/5
Hotel is about outdated . There is also an issue with the air conditioning anywhere outside of the rooms. The lobby and areas outside of the room are hot like a sauna. I am here for a family reunion, made our gatherings very uncomfortable.
- 5/5
Stay was nice but I would have been more satisfied if the room I reserved was available.

We liked the location with proximity to the airport. My husband did utilize the shuttle service to the airport. Shuttle departed on time. He was dropped off at the airport in a timely manner. Room was clean. Front desk staff was friendly. Hotel just seems dated. When I return to pick up my husband from the airport next week, I will not be booking this same hotel.

Of all the suites that I’ve ever seen that this is probably the worst of all the staff was really rude

This hotel is outdated and dirty. Do not stay here!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The air conditioning in the common areas wasn’t working. You would start to sweat while waiting for the elevator.

Jameria at the front desk was excellent!! She is always professional and offers great service.

Embassy Suites are most always, great hotels that care more and offer more to their clients.

Love the breakfast and spacious rooms!

I requested that someone come to my room to fix the light in the bathroom that flickered every time you turn on the light. No one ever came.

in the near future. Thank you

While breakfast was great, I must let you know my dissatisfaction with the room assignments. I specifically requested that our two rooms be together, and I was assured they'd be on the 'same floor.' Unfortunately, they were located a considerable distance from each other, which was inconvenient. I had my mother with us, and I constantly checked on her and walked all that was not fun.
- 3/5
They overall stay was fine but way too much noise allowed in the hallways.
- 5/5
I would recommend any body to this location I enjoyed my stay and enjoy myself.

Most comfortable bed I've ever slept in at a hotel. Room was spacious, updated and very clean!

Tub would not drain in the first room, then I was moved to another room which the tv had issues and wasn’t working properly.

The stay was great.

I did not like the woman who checked me in at the front desk when I came from my stay. The first thing out of her mouth was her talking over me asking if I was canceling my stay. I found that to be very disrespectful, unprofessional, and off putting. If I ran a hotel, she wouldn't be working at the front desk or dealing with customers if that were her attitude. It isn't polite to talk over people either. I also found that agreement that I was asked to sign check in to be very troubling. I'd never seen anything like that at a hotel. I also didn't like that it was being selectively applied to certain individuals. The hotel room was clean. I got a decent night's sleep. Whoever is working in the front desk needs to understand that you're the public face of that hotel and are representing the brand. Why would I cancel a reservation that is non-refundable and just simply throw my money in the trash? Her actions made me want to charge my credit card back and sleep in my car. I was about to do that until I met somebody wonderful at this establishment. I tried to compliment the individual who did a great job driving the shuttle but you all told me you weren't gonna post the review.

nice hotel with comfortable rooms and good breakfast

They really need to remove the stripped car from their parking lot! It leaves one with the impression that your car is not safe.
- 1/5
About 30 vehicles were vandalized overnight and the staff was very dismissive to our concerns nor were they accommodating to the safety of our vehicles. The staff refused us a refund after we decided to canceled our reservation.
- 3/5
Below average stay for an Embassy Suites.Parking lot was full so everyone was parking in no parking areas and the breakfast buffet was poorly run. Kids touching the food and they ran out of clean silverware. Next time will stay at a smaller less chaotic hotel.

The room itself was ok. The common spaces- hallway, elevator, dining room- were filthy and there were multiple staff members wearing visibly dirty uniforms.

Me and my wife will book on weekends because of pool and jacuzzi maybe they should let you know before you get there both are out of order

The breakfast was wonderful with the cook to order option. Very nice hotel, comfortable beds. I must Mention TJ, the shuttle service driver. It is due to his kindness from a previous trip to the area. I had an unpleasant experience with another hotel's shuttle service that never came after multiple calls. TJ was so gracious helping us in the cold month of January. I told him because of him, my next visit to the area I was staying at Embassy Suites, so I did! I was so happy when TJ picked me up from the airport on this trip. Great, dedicated employee who loves the customers.

The woman with red hair pig tail braids, who works in the kitchen is very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. She talks about customers to her coworkers right in front of the customer. I suggest guest who stay at this hotel avoid communication with her. Also, i was not pleased with my stay at this hotel overall.

We were greeted with a smile and the hotel was clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great place to park and take shuttle to the airport- had a difficult time returning from airport to pick up car - shuttle never showed for a VERY long time - called desk several times and finally was told to catch an uber and they would over the cost - as luck would have it the shuttle showed up after I was done with call to hotel and 10 people who had then collected to this shuttle got on and it was a quick ride back to hotel
- 3/5
Parking is a mess. The pool was unavailable. The breakfast staff needs support especially with cleaning up. There were 2 people and they had a hard time keeping the areas cleaned and stocked. The juice area must be clogged because the lady had to keep pouring out the liquid that catches the juice. The precooked bacon was not good and waffle mix was awful.
- 3/5
Website said rooms would be ready at 12 noon. I arrived at 2pm and room was not ready. I asked for an early check in when I called directly and it was verbally promised. When I got back to hotel for my room. Under age kids were running around the floors with no adult supervision. I’m so glad I was not working and needed to rest!

Nice place lots of options for breakfast. Pool and hot tub was closed only bad thing
