My wife and I stayed here with our three kiddos before dropping her off at the airport the next morning and it was another great stay here. The front desk clerk is probably one of the sweetest, most helpful people and would recommend her 10 times over for any help you may need. We loved it.

Having a sofa, but it most uncomfortable. Breakfast was OK Convenient parking. The room was large and fubctional but barren and uninviting. A bit of color would have helped. The most uncomfortable sofa with vinyl covered seats and poorly placed to watch tv. Or sit and read. No detergent available for purchase all 6 days which made laundry less convenient.

Their house keeping needs to do a better job with cleaning the bathrooms had to change room 3 times and bathroom was still dirty

For flights leaving early there should be a continental breakfast

Myra is the best! Always friendly and goes over and above for her guests! She easily resolved our stay extension and maneuvered our accommodation requests with ease. She exhibits the most exemplary values of hospitality!

I didn’t understand the fees of me staying in the room I book at a price and the charged me an extra ten dollars to stay in the room I had already booked and too a parking fee per night I never heard of such

Clean room friendly staff

The night I checked in, there was a man who was trying to help with my reservation. They had to give me a room upscale from what I had. He was so kind so welcoming, and the residence in Marriott did a fantastic job of hiring that gentleman. When I woke up a new gentleman was there and every bit of kind. I don’t care about much more else than The room was excellent and clean. But the employees are off the chart.

The situation was not ideal, but this hotel was a wonderful place to rest and relax while waiting out the storm. The gym was well equipped, the breakfast was really high quality, including cage free eggs and organic options. I would recommend this place for sure. 10/10!

It started out rough with a room that smelled like stale cigarettes, but the staff were super friendly and immediately moved us to another room that smelled great. I can’t say enough about the staff at the hotel. They were so welcoming, made us feel at home, and I had great conversations with them. The room was clean and comfortable, and I would recommend this hotel.

It was very clean and we really enjoyed the outdoor courtyard w friends. The breakfast had a both hot and cold options which was very nice. The room was clean, comfortable and accommodating. The blinds darkened the room well and the AC worked well. Nothing comes to mind.

The service from the time I checked in to the time I checkout was remarkable. Everyone was friendly & helpful the cleanliness was amazing I highly recommend this hotel whenever I need to stay this is where I will be staying.

The bad: Our room was not the cleanest. It was dusty, and the glass shelf in the bathroom had remnants of someone's soapy stuff dried in puddles on it. We were so tired we didn't request a new room, but ew. Overall it felt like this room had not been opened in a while. I know it must cost a fortune, and is a whole to-do, but the decor here seriously needs updating. The 90s were 30+ years ago. Also - the elevator had a terrifying shudder/drop thing. Even my stoic husband was a little freaked.

Very nicely decorated and furnished. Seems to have been recently renovated. Good breakfast. We had a problem with the TV. Couldn't get it to do anything but show ads. Very frustrating. Would stay there again.

Waited 20 mins for a human being to show up to check us at 6pm. Called the hotel no answer….very frustrating!

The stay was wonderful. Big shout out to the laundry manager. She was awesome!

This booking was a steal. Not only did everything come as advertised and function well, but the room was absolutely elegant. It blew me away and far exceeded my expectations. The mounted shower soap pumps were a first for me, and I hope they become more popular because they are very convenient. Clearly renovations were underway, but they did not ruin the experience.

Room size and breakfast. Was advised a would get a king size bed upon arrival. However it is hotel discretion even tho I was told something else two days before.

great location and the staff were all friendly and helpful There was a terrible smell outside my room and on the whole 2nd level. It was so bad. I stayed for 2 nights and the smell was bad the whole time. The room itself didnt smell the best either. The toilet seat was broken. Rooms can use a modern touch. Also, I came in late one night and seen somebody sleeping on the couch in the main lobby pretty sketchy being that the front lobby was totally open for all to come in. I didnt have to use my room key to access the lobby at all.

Hotel employee was very rude.

Was not told renovations were being made. The entrance was in disarray. Painters on scaffolds, it took customer service rep 15 min to even see I was at the desk, was not made aware of the deposit required to stay there on top of what I had to pay. I would not of stayed there if I knew that
