The room was clean and the staff are friendly. It was the least expensive hotel near a hockey rink my son was playing. We had to check out of our more expensive hotel at 11am and my son had two games Sunday with 6 hours between them to kill. The room did have a weird smell but I opened the window and got some fresh air. Factoring in the cost, it was a great deal and met our needs.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, new towels, clean and tidy facilities. Mario, the front desk manager, was very attentive and helpful. Highly recommended.

This was a good experience for the fact that I broke down on the hwy and got towed here and was given permission to work on this parts replacement in the back of the lot that helped tremendously

The owner Mario is super nice and professional. The room had a big refrigerator with a good size seperate freezer. The ac/heat unit did not seem to work the best but it did not bother me much since it was cool during my saty. For the price, I would definitely recommend it.

Only criticism is the cleaner that was used, possibly for the carpet. Was a bit strong, but really not that bad. Clean room, courteous staff and it was quiet. All I could ask for. 👌

I've stayed at the hotel four or five times and two times I had to call to get my deposit back. They try to not refund it after you check out they say it's because I did it check out with them at the front desk but any other hotel you just leave and they automatically refund deposit that is just their excuse

The cost was supposed to be forty dollars. They charged me seventy five dollars. Will never use them again.

It was a trip because of bad weather. Everything went well and the Mexican restaurant next-door was quite good. The only downside is there was a $40 deposit. In order to get the deposit back you had to go to the office in the morning.

The bed was surprisingly comfortable. I hav back issues, I usually have trouble sleeping. Slept through my alarm!. The gentleman at the counter was so nice. I'd stay there again 😃

Our room was in need of repair/maintenance. Wind was rushing under the door so we had to keep the heater up high all night to stay warm. Other residents were very loud until about 11pm. The rubbish bin was over flowing and the elevator floor was filthy from food and liquid spills.

The hotel is fine for the price.

I was looking for a cheap place for a short overnight stay. This fit the bill perfectly. It was clean, quiet (I think. I didn't hear anything to bother my sleep) and a good place to sleep, shower, and leave.

Decent enough for the price. We couldn't figure out how to get the light above the bed to turn on. The TV remote changed the channels only, the power button didn't seem to work. The air conditioner was completely non functional.

Stay was nice, heat worked great~ beware though I booked through Expedia and once I arrived then I'll tell charges at $30 deposit extra on top of your stay which you do get back the next day on the form of payment that who was used that took 3 days to get back on my card and it says pet friendly on Expedia site but they're not

The guy at the front desk was nice. It's an older hotel so condition isn't top notch. You have to specifically request housekeeping the night before if you want it. It was alright considering the price.

This is a small hotel. Staff was friendly. Did not feel safe as it was very dirty outside. Looked like there was homeless people hanging outside.

I was very dirty. Holes in the sheets, blankets, and bedspread. It looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a while. Pillows were strained. Debris on the windows. The refrigerator was not clean and hadn't been defrosted in years. In the morning at 0630 went down to the lobby to give them the key and it was locked up. There was a lady there trying to get some to open the door because she was delivering the morning food .

This motel was not very clean, the hallways were littered with debris, my tub had hair in the drain. They also have an odd policy where they take a $30 deposit, then when you check out you have to reclaim your deposit after they inspect the room. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and gave me a stiff back in the morning.

When I booked our room it was the only one left. I requested if possible to have a ADA room so I wouldn't have to climb the stairs. The gentleman at the front desk called me right away to let me know that at this time they didn't have a ADA room available so I could cancel if need be. I declined and told him I would deal with the stairs if need be since it would be around dinner time when we got there and had been on the road a long time. We arrived and he was able to put us up in the ADA room on the first floor. Everthing in our room was as to be expected. Clean room and everything worked. I asked about the Mexican restuarant next door which he highly recommended. It was very good. Would recommend staying here and we will if we are in the area again.

9 Motel is OK for the price. The room even had a fridge and a microwave, which I didn't expect. They also had coffee in the lobby, in difference with current situation in other hotels because of covid. The negatives were: wifi didn't work. and TV shoved only one channel that we didn't want to watch. We really needed internet connection!!! So non-working wifi was the greatest set back. Therefore we will not stay in this motel again.

This on top of being woken at 4am to my neighbors coming home playing their tv and carrying on. I go to the hotel to get a good nights sleep.

The price was very good. But I am older and my room was on the 2nd floor and there was no elevator. Also the instructions in the room said you had to use both the cable remote and the TV remote and there was only 1 remote in the room. Otherwise a good value for the price.

I chose this over Motel 6 because its Google rating was 0.1 star higher. I'm so glad I did. My room was incredible. Huge room, comfortable bed. I liked the unique decor too, which gave it character and made it feel homey. I'm sorry for anyone who had bad experiences, but I would definitely recommend staying here.

PAID reservation was cancelled on arrival because my friend, that i booked stay for, didnt have my credit card. I was out of town

I sat on a needle on my bed and was laughed at by the manager when I told him. I never got a full refund and the woman at the front said I’m no longer allowed to stay there, as if I’d come back. Whole place smelt like feet.

There is an old splatter pattern on the popcorn ceiling that looks like blood. At least they replaced the mattress.

The room and surrounding property was very clean. The staff was so sweet and nice! They also have laundry inside right by the front lobby, along with detergent and dryer sheets

I booked through hotels.com to extend my stay. That reservation was not logged in through hotels.com and is not counting toward my rewards. They made something up to act like they didn't do anything wrong by bypassing the origional hotels.com booking.

Easy finding it,rooms not updated. Room walls dirty with a couple of dried snots on the wall.

Horribly dirty. Worst hotel ive even stayed in my life. I dont think they ever clean it. I slept in the chair becuase the stained and what looked like bugs on the bed. I complained and they just gave me new sheets. Its not the sheets its the darn bed. So disgusting

This motel was surprisingly nice for the price of $56 which included the taxes. I have stayed at many motels for nearly $100 which were not as nice.

it's smell a lit bit of cigarettes, even i reserved no smoking room. Everything else was good.

I booked a room with a single queen bed. I was given a room with 2 queen beds. The person who checked me in told me that I was not allowed to use the 2nd bed since I didn’t pay for it. The bathroom also had a 3-bulb light fixture, but only had 1 bulb installed. Cheap! And not friendly.

Looking to save a few bucks on my vacation so stayed here a couple nights. Great jumping off point and low cost for staying and getting into the foothills. Nice to have a fridge and microwave. Surrounded by many other hotels so this was a great value for the area. The area however seems to be a intererstate stop off or normal city hotel. Staff was super super nice and visible during my stay. Obviously no huge frills but 4/5 in value and location

The motel was in good condition. But do not plan to stay here if you have children. The staff really doesn't want guests with children to stay. I was grilled about my 9 old's ability to be a quiet guest! Then he was grilled again. Asked if he understood what it means to be quiet.

I was booked to stay 7 nights. The entire place is very run down and smells musty. First night i stayed i woke up with raised welt.like things on my head and arms that itched. I started looking around the bed and found bed bugs. Called the desk immediately and was told nothing she could do till the next day. I was stressed finally intold her i couldn't sleep even one more night with bed bugs so she told me to pack it up it was after 9pm i had to call and have my wife come pick me up although the did refund for the remaining nights they didn't refund for the one bug bed filled night i.had stayed and I was left making new arrangements for a week last minute after 9pm had work early the next am.they didn't even offer to help me find different lodging or act like it was even a serious issue

Denver was SOLD OUT. Made reservation 30 miles north, here. Smelly hotel. Upon arrival was informed our reservation had been cancelled because our card was declined. Checked with bank, our card was not declined. Hotel evidently sold room at higher price than Expedia, cancelled our reservation so as to make more money on a non-Expedia reservation. Claimed out card was declined to CYA. We backtracked 30 miles out of the way, used same (allegedly declined) card at another hotel without a problem.

The gal at the front desk was friendly and accomdating. Only reason I would not stay here again is for $65 I received a room and that's it. No blow dryer, no coffee in the room, only coffee in the lobby after 7:00 and not even a bagel to get on the road with.

The clerk was very accommodating to my booking mishap that had me rolling into town a day earlier than anticipated, something I'm extremely grateful for. I've stayed at this hotel before, and unfortunately this second room was worse in a couple key ways-- the blanket style was warmer, but it was missing furniture, there were dead bugs on the bathroom floor, and the AC didn't seem to be working. There was also some sort of dried suspiciously yellow liquid on the wall that neither I nor my partner bothered to investigate. Overall, I got what I paid for, I don't regret staying here. I can't emphasize enough how kind the staff is.

All in all the surroundings were adequate for a cheap room. Nothing to offer for snacks but had beverages. You could get a cup of coffee.

Liked the location and good restaurant next door. Beds were clean and comfortable, but the fans seemed unusually noisy.

We knew the location wasn't the best going in so I was OK with that. Got a little eerie when we heard a door knocking in the middle of the night and police came to arrest the guy staying across from us, just a little disheartening I assume they have partial residence there or something. The place was pretty clean but we did find somebody's contact lens and the bathroom, that was kind of gross. But all in all you get what you pay for so just be aware.

The carpet in the room was nasty dirty, my feet would kind of stick. Not sure how to explain it but you can tell the carpet hadn't been cleaned for quite a while.
