This would be our second time visiting and the first one last year was not that bad. This time they had put us right across from the housekeeping area. The ladies where very loud in the morning so could not sleep in for the vacation. We where placed in one room that smelled like smoke. I had changed to a new room. I had traveled with a 14 year old and 4 year old. So with that being said food was being dropped on the floor but dont worry there was ants right behind the 4 year old picking it up. The room was dirty and was not cleaned very well. There was also a rock and toothpick on top of the bedframe. Told the front desk lady about the ants at check out and she was just worried about telling the maintenance man. We will not be coming back this time.

The rooms were spotless! The staff here are friendly. Cleaning crew waited until we woke up and asked if we needed anything. The breakfast was okay. Orange juice was really good! The pool and hot tub was amazing! The room even has an alarm clock that is Bluetooth and connected to phone to play music. My stay was very nice.

The room was very clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Our only complaint was the sloooow Wi-Fi. We were unable to do any work at the hotel and had to go to a Starbucks for their Wi-Fi - which turned out to be terrible as well. The location of the hotel is convenient to the freeway.

Location, breakfast, my guests generally like staying there. A king room with pull out sofa was selected online. It is not the room received. When I followed up in the app (3) separate times during the duration of stay, I’ve yet to receive a response or rate reduction/refund for incorrect room. After my family contacted the front desk about the discrepancy and inquire about a correct room, the staff member was rude and simply blamed someone else. My family are recurring guests and generally likes to stay at this hotel. However, this is the second time the same staff member was rude to them on arrival.

Would suggest 2 waffle cookers for breakfast. The line to make a waffle took almost 20 minutes. Our keys were not working to get into our room the evening we came back for some reason. When we booked 2 nights. Like I mentioned the front desk seemed very unprofessional to any Hotel I've ever walked in. Comparing to Comfort Inn, Holiday Inn, Best Western & other Hotels.

The room smelled a little but the worse part was a dog barking all hours of the night. I guess that's what I get though for booking a pet friendly hotel.

Very disappointed that the creamer for the coffee was powdered. UGH! A small thing, but memorable. Overall a very comfortable stay.

It was very loud, doors slamming all night.the toilet leaked, I notified staff, still leaking the next day with nobody looking at it.all things considered it was one of my worst hotel experiences ever.

The room was clean and the breakfast was the best I've had since I left home Tuesday. The layout of the property was like a maze. That would be the only reason I wouldn't stay again. The direction signs when you try to find something led you on a wild goose chase. One of the cleaning staff took my husband's hand and let him to the elevator. We weren't the only guest that was confused. We helped her get back to the lobby

The room was fine for cleanliness, however the climate control in the room was poor. The TV was difficult to figure out and control. Pribably uthe biggest issues, though, was the marijuana smell in the hallways in a couple of locations.

Room was clean, Bed comfy. Front desk was busy training new staff & kept us & others waiting about 10 minutes before helping to check in. Surprisingly no liquid creamer even in pump form. Powder only, really??? Terrible coffee experience could be easily improved.

Very comfortable for our Ft Collins visit. Sink faucet did not work well on the hot side. Reported to desk, hope they fix it. Staff gave us wrong times for breakfast when we called the desk.

The toilet was not functioning when we got into the room so we could not use it. I called the front desk to request service and they said they would send somebody. They did not. I called again early in the morning to complain. They finally sent someone AFTER breakfast - just before I checked out.

The room was clean. The bed was rock hard and we had to call the front desk to find out how to work the TV. The soaps, shampoo and conditioner were empty in the shower and there was a box of kleenex in the sink with long black hairs in it.

The rooms are beautiful! You can have pets here and you would have no idea. It smells so good in the hotel. Breakfast was excellent!

Room was clean and the kitchenette was so nice and convenient! Ample parking in a large open lot. The surrounding area was somewhat industrial but felt safe and we didn’t hear any highway noise inside our room. Stayed in the dead of winter and the hot tub was overrun with children every evening.

Breakfast was disappointing. Seveeal of our party asked for fruit snd were told there was none. Then someone got a parfait yogurt bkfst complete with strawberries and blueberries. When we said there is the fruit iur waitress said no, that. Is strawberries and blueberries. No one was given fruit. Then we noticed a team buffet had about a gallon of fresh cut fruit-we still got no fruit. One of our party who ordered with me got his meal as I finished eating mine

As with any La Quinta Inn I've stayed at in the past two months, there's always something in the room not working. We stayed in room 113; TV remote not working, tray in microwave didn't fit the microwave so doesn't rotate. The room was clean and well stocked, very comfortable.

I really enjoyed stay at this hotel.ot very friendly.the only thing they need to work on is making eggs it tasted like pam spry.

Best thing was that the beds were soft and comfortable. Breakfast options were standard but fresh and plentiful. Indoor pool was clean and in good condition but hot tub water was discolored. Staff were friendly, and check in was quick and easy.

This place was reasonably priced and had almost everything we needed. Fridge in the room and microwave. The only thing I wish they had was a safe in the room. Other than that, everything was great.

Everything was great…except for the fact that I didn’t sleep a wink all night. There was a college sports team staying the same night that we did and they were so loud, seemingly having a party the entire night. I’m not sure if they were on the same floor as us or above us, but I could plainly hear everything they were saying, yelling, singing, etc. I understand that hotels probably make more money when they’re able to book blocks of rooms to schools like this, but some consideration should be made for other guests staying on the same night.

I wish I had gotten the name of the young lady on duty the night I checked in! She was dealing with very difficult circumstances (a wind-caused blackout) in the best manner imaginable. I was on crutches when I checked in, and not only did she guide me to my room by flashlight, she wheeled my suitcase for me (all with a smile) GREAT employee!

Room was OK for cleanliness. Everything felt like value vs quality. Towels felt like value towels. Bed was broken and made a cracking sound when moving around. Refrigerator barely was cold or running. Elevator broke while in it. The doors opened and we got out.

The front staff was super nice and helpful. The power was out when we arrived but they were still able to get us into the rooms we had reserved.

No internet was slow and also the staff was uncooperative.

The room was quite nice. The beds were very comfortable. The only downside was there was constant sounds in the night, either outside the hotel or inside. I didn't use the indoor pool but it looked clean and there wasn't a chlorine smell inside. There was lemon water provided in the lobby, a nice touch. Entry off of Mulberry is a little tricky. Overall I was pleased with the stay.

Poor experience. Despite the hotel being half-empty, they crammed all guests into adjacent rooms. I could hear everything: a barking dog, loud TVs, and neighboring conversations. The noise isolation is non-existent. They could have easily spaced everyone out but did the opposite. I do not recommend.

The staff was very helpful and nice. The room was very clean and comfortable. The tv is big for a hotel room and had a great picture. My only problem was that the building is like a maze. It's confusing and very big. I didn’t mean to reserve a handicapped room but it was fine. I just thought if i was handicapped, it was a long walk to my room from any door. You shouldn't put the handicapped room in the middle of a very long hallway. You should put them closer to the door.

When I arrived to check in at property, the lights were completely turned off and black and the front door was not open. I could not enter the property and the phone was going straight to machine. I was not able to check in or reach anybody working there. I decided to take my business elsewhere

1. The fan in the bathroom was loud and the tub drain control was broken. 2. On bed sheet was stained. 3. I could not get Good Morning America on the TV where it was shown to be.

Check-in was simple. The staff was so nice and sweet beds were comfortable. Price was definitely great but they are dog friendly and I had my dog and there’s really nowhere to let the dog go to use the restroom. Just wish they had more grass or an area you can take them.

Checkin staff was rude. They wouldn’t put my parents room on their card but had to put on mine because it’s past 6pm. They let my other people in my group pay for it but not them. It was ridiculous.

The room was fine- Minus the fact that the toilet wasn't cleaned and there was urine on the back *yes I have pics*- and the hot tub, I mean warm tub- had SO MUCH chlorine that my eyes and nose burned for hours after.

The whole building smelled like weed/canabis. We requested nonsmoking but noticed we were next to smoking rooms so our rooms smelled too.

The staff was good. However, we chose this hotel for the pool and hot tub and when we arrived after driving 9 hours we were informed that both were closed. We were not offered any compensations or suggestions to make up for the loss. Should be a way to alert potential guest of closures that could effect their stay.

Room was great! Beds were comfy, pillows perfect. The problem was the first night we were there, a dog was barking all night like its owner wasn't with it. I informed the front desk that if if that guest was a stay over, we needed a different room. I wasnt going to listen to a dog barking all night long again. The second night we slept great because they handled my complaint and there was not a barking dog all night. I appreciated that. But the manager didn't once talk to me. I asked them to reach out with a solution, i wasnt called or emailed or texted. It was a lil frustrating. Also breakfast mafe ys sick and the sasuage wasnt cooked all the way.

There were literally two cockroaches in our room. Lobby coffee was so cold the cheap powdered creamer they provided wouldn’t even dissolve in it. I have video of one of the cockroaches. I booked five rooms. I book 300+ rooms/year. Will never book at a La Quinta again. On the plus side, the woman at the front desk was fantastic. She should be managing that place, not the woman that became argumentative with me when I needed help because I’d been given the wrong room.

I called the police and they never even showed up nor did the front desk. Do anything about it? I refuse to pay for this bill. I am speaking with the manager tomorrow. I got no sleep and I needed it badly. I couldn’t get through Colorado to the Cheyenne line because the winds were 100 miles an hour so I had to stop or be blown over. This situation was the second experience that was bad at this hotel I will never ever go back!

The staff is always pleasant and wanting to speak with you about your stay. The gentleman at the bar is very nice and is clean and cares about how he serves the food. Great music in that area. He makes the environment very friendly for folks to just get along from wherever they are traveling to and from. And he serves amazing drinks that aren’t to expensive

Apparently if you are staying here for more than a few days you aren’t allowed to have your room freshened up or clean linens or towels. Especially if your book through a third party. No disclosures or notifications given irt this at time of booking. Staff are trying to be as courteous as possible however the GM here is atrocious and should not be managing a hotel or people

Room was nice and beds nice. Bathroom was out of shower gel and only had a little bit of toilet paper left with no more stocked. My main complaint is the kitchen. There was no soap or paper towels, utensils were all crusty and dirty, and there were half eaten bags of chips in the cabinets. 2 TINY trash cans were all that was provided. Room was so loud. Could hear every conversation next to our room and above our room. someone was smoking weed near us could smell it in the hallway. Kids loved the pool.

We are old and have mobility issues and we had to walk the farthest distance from the car. This hotel isn’t set up for the handicapped. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone if you have a disability

The room could definitely be cleaned a lot better. Curtains had cigarette burns, carpet wasn't vacuumed and some chairs in the lobby were pretty dirty. The staff were very friendly.

Taya was amazing at the front desk. Professional and went above and beyond. I extended my stay twice, mostly because of her assistance and customer service. Room was not clean one day they did not put in the system to be clean. Faucet water broken. Heater was giving cool air. We put the heater 72 never stop all time on and on with horrible noise. Nice rooms, good location

The room was nicely appointed and the front desk staff, Kati and Anthony, were awesome. Breakfast was plentiful and had several options.

The hotel was clean and well kept. The staff was friendly. We had only two complaints. Housekeeping did not make sure we had hand soap and they don't put regular coffee in the rooms. You have to make a special request.

The tv in our room wouldn’t work it turned on but no channels would play and morning breakfast was to include biscuits and gravy we arrived at 9:35 and no biscuits the bun was empty but there were lots of gravy just no biscuits!

We chose this location due pricing but we couldn't have been happier with the overall stay. It is a very clean and safe space. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Thr breakfast was hot and had a great variety including cereal, toast, bagels, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Will definitely stay agaib.

The football team that took over the hotel made our stay miserable. We were unable to use the pool or hot tub, breakfast wad crowded and there was a fist fight outside our room.

Pool area was out of towels. Hallway smelled like marijuana. Shower door installed incorrectly, could only be turned on by stepping all the way into the shower and getting blasted by cold water. Sad breakfast offerings. "Healthy" offerings not actually healthy.

I appreciated the staff's friendliness and assitance with check in difficulties, and they made our stay very enjoyable. I would appreciate a reciept showing what I was charged and whether I recieved my security deposit back, as there could have been more clarity about that.

Bottom floor is designed for dogs. Good if you have a dog. Bad if you don’t.

Staff, while friendly, seemed uninformed of policies and amenities. Our biggest complaint was the room itself. There were hair clumps all over the bathroom floor and shower walls. The toilet paper roll looked dirty and there was a sizable (~1”) gap between the door and the frame which allowed a lot of light and noise in, not to mention the security risk. When asked to change rooms, we were denied as the hotel was “sold out” for the weekend. Needless to say, our first few hours were spent extensively cleaning everything on our own and shoving towels in the door gap.

The rooms are nice, and the amenities are more than worth the reasonable price. Great breakfast, and friendly staff.

The property is right off the interstate. Very convenient. The hotel rooms were updated. Very clean. My only complaint is the pillows were hard. The coffee and breakfast in the morning was excellent. Definitely a good place to stay off you're trying to save money.

I've stayed here three times now. The price is always right. It is a clean hotel near the interstate. They have a great little fitness room. The lobby is very nice and continental breakfast is good and served early. Parking is free and internet works great. I can't ask for much more for a good hotel. It is a little older building, but well-maintained.

Lower cost, nice room

Service was great and rooms were clean. I was very pleased and would stay here again if I’m ever back in the area. Compared to other La Quinta locations, this one was pretty amazing.

Lacks deep cleaning and maintenance

The breakfast was consistent every morning and we appreciated the savings versus having to dine out for breakfast. The staff was friendly at check in but that was the only interaction we had. We visited to visit Rocky Mountain National Park, which was about an hour away. Saved a good amount of money versus the Loveland location. This location was also quiet. Silence at night. Very impressed. Happy we chose this one!

There were dogs barking every now and then from inside other peoples rooms, we weren't a fan of that. The bath tub had a large yellow stain on the bottom, gross.

We had 5 rooms total for a work trip. 2 rooms had roaches pretty bad if you turned the light on after it had been dark for a while. 1 of the rooms was not cleaned very well at all. There was hair in the shower (not from us) and some pizza hand prints on the bed cover. Not sure about the other 2 rooms.

The hotel layout was interesting. The elevator was quite a bit away from the lobby and interesting to find. The location of the hotel wasn’t some place I might have picked if I was aware of the surrounding area. Our bathroom had mold, but room was otherwise clean. Our AC wasn’t cooling well so the front desk told us to open a window to see if that would “kick it in”. The TV didn’t work and maintenance said he had no idea how to fix it. The hotel was able to refund us part of our stay. The breakfast was very limited and the same each morning. Only strawberry cream cheese was offered each day. We weren’t brave enough to try the indoor pool as the water was green. We did try the gym and 1/2 treadmill were broken. I know these are first world issues. So take these issues with a grain of salt.

40 minutes to check in, one staff member training two new hires while managers sat on a nearby couch. Bartender was very rude with zero customer service . The end of the hallway near our room smelled like something died . Bathroom in room was dirty . We have stayed here for football games the last three years and will now be changing hotels

While I do love staying at Wyndham Hotels, I was quite disappointed with this hotel. My room was very small and had a strange musty smell. The bed was fine but the pillows were lumpy and flat. The desk chair had tears in the seat and the desk covered the window which made the room feel smaller. The shower has no water pressure and the built in bottles of shampoo and conditioner were gross with mold and funk on the tops of the bottles. This is not normal for La Quinta Hotels.

It seems like almost all of the hotels have gone to small pillows on the beds. We don’t like that, you roll over and your head goes off the pillow. We brought our own pillows for this trip. The bed was very comfortable. Our room also had a couch, desk and office chair, mini fridge and microwave.

You get what you pay for. I was in town for a conference with my young adult daughter. The hotel has an odd layout and could use some updating. The room was pretty clean, the bed was comfortable , and the place felt pretty safe. I wouldn’t want to stay for more than a few days. The breakfast was pretty good. It was SUPER weird that they had NO ketchup for potatoes or eggs. In America that’s sooo basic. Not a huge deal but an inconvenience.

I think the property inside was neat and clean however I think the rooms could use some improvement. In my room, the closet door would not close. The shower door would not close, it kept sliding open. The door frames need to be wiped down, I needed to go to the desk to have the bed spread replaced as it was soiled but still placed on my bed. All of the staff were courteous and pleasant. Just a little attention to detail will yield numerous benefits to the chain if done properly.

More of a Motel, dirty site to say the least. Pool is green and water is very cold. Hot tub is good temp but also a ton of algae in bottom, making it slippery. Bathroom in room, not cleaned and smells moldy !! Toilet had hair all over it.

I had requested a special needs room as my 85 year old mother who uses a walker was with me. Instead we got a room down a very long hall, far from the elevator that had no accommodations for her whatsoever. When I brought my concerns to the front desk they offered a room down another Long hall, far from the lobby but by a back door. We will never stay here again when visiting family.

Incidental hold is $250. I didn’t pay that for my room! I have never been charged an incidental fee that high, even at luxury hotels. We were given a sheet of amenities available, but it only had hours of dining operations. We were placed in an ADA room without being asked or informed. They were switching out TVs and said that service would begin at 1000 and our room may or may not be affected. Nope. You can change the TV out on empty rooms after check out. I paid for a private room to change and shower in and routine maintenance is something you should build into your schedule, not the customer’s. The staff was very nice, especially the valet.
