Needless to say we didn’t want to stay…: we took pictures and went to show the attendant. He was very apologetic and immediately offered a refund. We went elsewhere for the night. The staff was very friendly and helpful unfortunately the overall condition of the hotel left something to be desired.

It was ok for the time being. Especially during graduation or parents weekend. I will come back because it’s affordable!

The property was a bit shabby and several things like lights and the shower diverter did not work well or not at all, but the staff were really helpful and made the stay workable.

I felt comfortable. The staff was easy to work with, too! Will stay, again!

They dont have anything to put in the tub if you want to give your kid a bath and they never clean under the bed which I find really gross and disgusting!!!!

We checked in early but had an event that was going to run late so never went to the room after we checked in, when we finally went to our room as midnight, there were bugs all over the dresser. We ended up checking out right then and there and driving all the way home super late at night. We were only in the room a total of maybe 3 minutes

Does not have a hot tub says it did but it didn't. And when we were checking out in the morning some lady screamed oh my god there's bed bugs.... We didn't see any in our room luckily..

Good size room, comfy bed, wonderful hot shower...all the things you need after a day in the car! Also had a Denny's right across the road, so didn't need to drive anywhere to get dinner, plus your room keycard had a 20% off deal on it for Denny's!!

Would not have chosen this hotel otherwise The staff was very nice, but I suspect had nothing to do with the upkeep of the hotel. This is a management issue and or ownership. I would never recommend this hotel to anybody probably one of the worst rooms I’ve ever stayed in

The bed and pillows were comfortable. The interior of the hotel, such as the hallways and walls feel very old. There are some brighter colors with paint in the rooms. However, the paint job is really sloppy making it feel cheap. There is a lot of dust around the edges of the. carpet and our walls had a lot of stains on them. There were stains in the grout in the shower

Everything was perfect except the room was dark because it was missing 2 light bulbs. That laziness lost them a star.

Toilet was not secured to the floor kept plugging up, and the room had a strong odor.

The facility was run down. The rooms were in bad shape and refuse under the beds. It also appeared that vagrants were staying in the rooms. We won’t be staying at a Super 8 again. I suggest you check out this and do the maintenance and stop housing vagrants.

There were bed bugs and we werebitten and captured them... they refund our weekly rate and we got out of there.

Terrible!!!! BEDBUGS!! I reported them! It’s a COLORADO LAW to keep these nasty bugs away!! They said it was NORMAL AND DID NOTHING!!!

Door handle didn't work unless lifted up, hair on shower wall, stains all over both chairs, tv wouldn't work, mold on bathroom ceiling, waffle machine clogged, and constant doors closing throughout the night. Supposedly the only room they had left that was clean.

The workout room was cute it looked like it was the beginning of something that may be better in the future. Kind of small and put together in what looked like a break room of some sort. Breakfast was really good.

This is a non-smoking establishment, but the hallway is reeked of marijuana. Nobody ever came in to clean my room I stayed there three nights. The TV didn't work after the first night they get that fixed. You pretty much pay for what you get I guess

Very run down and sketchy.

The curtains didn't even cover the windows. The beds are very lumpy and itchy. There's no one out front desk most of the time so I couldn't even check out. I wanted to receipt to make sure they had an overcharged me and when I called the girl was very rude. Breakfast was waffles and what tasted like stale apple juice and gross coffee.

They kicked me out of the room three days before twas scheduled to leave and kept the money. They said I ruined the bathtub with organic hair dye that was removed with comet. Easily mind you. They kept just over 400$ and refuse to use reason or logic. I have pictures of the room and video of the interaction with staff.

Great WiFi

Clerk kindly gave me first floor room close to outside entrance. Very convenient for loading and reloading car. Drain pipe below sink leaked significantly. I chose not to change rooms (as clerk offered to do), since I was only on a short overnight stay. I just used the tub faucet instead.

I hate leaving negative reviews, but this time it is readily deserved. I have not idea how this hotel got a 7+ rating from Hotels.com, but it must have been from management and employees having their friends leave fake review (or something).

Overall everything was fantastic!

When I got to the breakfast basically there was nothing in there… It looks like a lot of people live in the hotel. A staff member then came and added a few honey buns? And some very green bananas and maybe half a loaf of white bread.

Good place for an adult male to crash after the CSU football game.

Bed bugs! I have traveled so much and never experienced bed bugs before. So grossed out. I’m done with this hotel chain forever!

I was disappointed in my stay this time around unfortunately. The first thing we were welcomed to when entering our room was a false eyelash piece on one of the dressers. The second was the broken fridge, we notified the front desk and they sent one of the maintemce men to come and take a look at it, he checkdd and told us it was working but that wasnt the case at all ,our food had gone spoiled because it wasn't working. The wifi service was also very poor .. i usually never have an issue . Very disappointed

I would not and will not stay again. Rooms smelled so bad you needed to keep the window open. But unsafe area so you cant do that. Asked for a room change and they would not let us. So I was told I would get money back and that never happened ether. Go to Denny's for breakfast if you want to eat.

Hotel is well located and not right by freeway so it's pretty quiet. Staff is friendly enough. Hotel is in bad shape, with some damaged furniture. Bed is comfortable.

The hotel is dingy, smelled in the hallway, still has the covid plastic up at the front desk. Room was ok. Staff was friendly, very nice and helpful.

Hotel.com hit our credit card $15 more than the motel receipt. Will not use 3RD party booking again. Will not stay here again! Cob webs with bugs on ceiling- all four corners. No TV remote. Carpet loose - trippable for my handicapped wife. Window drape hanging loose. General condition of room unacceptable.

The room smelled bad with the AC turned off. A window which opened to the parking lot was left slightly ajar and easily accessible by an intruder. We were surprised by a foreigner who came out of the darkness and stopped us at the rear entry security door.

Our stay at the Super 8 in Ft Collins was mostly good. There was a dirty washcloth on the floor when we arrived. Comfy enough for one night while passing through the area

Leaky sink and double charged for towels used to clean up. Waited 16 hours for it to be fixed and were not offered new towels.

There was mildew/mold growing above the shower. The front door was left open and random people would come in to buy items from the vending machine which made them accessible to customers rooms. There was no chain or second deadbolt on the door. Will never stay at that location again.

Pat and I believe Jessica were very nice and helpful. Our room was fine, but bathroom had issues. The toilet sounded like it was going to come out of the floor when sat on. (I'm 5'2 119lbs). Tub was atrocious. Drain was rusty and horrible looking. Tub itself looked like a coating of sorts was coming off the bottom in places. I have pictures. Room 235. Hallways smelled like old, stale smoke. Probably old carpet needs to be replaced. My husband woke up early and went to the breakfast place to see if the there was coffee only available. A gal in a tye dyed shirt, PJ bottoms and slippers snapped at him and said "We aren't open yet" , he replied he only wanted coffee and she was about to yell at him again when Pat walked by and sweetly told him there was coffee in the lobby. We wanted to park in the front where there was more light as it didn't seem all that safe in the area. Plus there was trash in the parking lot. I expect more from a Wyndham property, but we were pretty disappointed in this one. We come here every year at this time but will be looking for another place to stay, unless I get told these things are fixed! Oh, and I'd like to be able to upload the pictures I took. The bed was hard as a brick, the hallways smelled of Marijuana despite being a non smoking facility, crumbs were along the wall and floor, the coating in the shower was peeling.

No complaints for the price ever when in town for a concert at Mishawaka.

Need a pretty extensive updating...tv no signal'd that's ok...just logged in and watched on laptop.

The room was absolutely terrible. Found a broken meath pipe next to the bed. The smoke alarms where wrapped in plastic. They say its a 100% smoke free hotel, well its not. The furniture had cigarette burns ,the bed smelled, the room smelled. Sections of the base bords where missing. We stayed one night because it was to late to stay anywhere eles after being on the go for two long days. Then when we wanted a refund because of the terrible conditions of the room and the hotel the desk cleark copt, an attitude with my wife. So when i went up i had someone different. They had a attitude about it until i told them i was calling the cops and reporting ppl doing drugs and the fire marshall for the blatant disregard for the safety of guest staying there in the room with smoke detectors that are covered up.That is apparently supposed to be clean and inspected before anyone stays in them. So people can smoke cigarettes and do meth in the rooms. The place is a trap house. The worst hotel ive ever stayed at. Sad part is is that most supper 8 are decent budget friendly places. Not this one. We will definitely take this as far as we can up the chain. The place needs to be shut down. Its not safe for anyone. Especially if your traveling with kids.

I liked the accommodations

Was average for a super 8. However, i have never been in a hotel that had parental block on their WIFI. I was able to access the internet but anything that might be considered not family friendly was blocked.

Decent place for the money. Room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was adequate. Overall condition of hotel could improve and grounds could use some maintenance. With the brewing distribution next door, it’s loud with truck traffic at all hours so I’d highly recommend not having a room at that end of the building.

There was NO SMOKE DETECTOR in my room, it was ripped off the ceiling. The outside of the building smelled like people were using the outside as a urinal. I didn’t not feel like my car with travel belongings inside was safe.

This was a very basic hotel - limited services and personnel. Breakfast was okay, room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Best price we could find for the area. They need to fix the sidewalk along the building which posed a severe tripping risk!

It smelled of smoke in my room and asked for a different room which they did but that smelled like smoke too. The lineslns were stained bad and the tub was chipped everywhere inside. The staff was nice. We ended up not staying and booked a different hotel.

tho the property was cleanish, there was a musky smell that was a less than appealing. The sheets, surfaces, and everything were clean, but the carpet seemed as if it was vacuumed with an old machine. Still it was quite adequate for our purpose and will not deter us from using property in the future

I'm a life time platinum elite member with Marriott. Sadly, the rates they seeking during the weekend of our stay were ludicrous. We found this bargain. Location, very near I25, a main road into FoCo, and food service. Parking was ample and free. The hotel is far enough off the path to be very quiet. The view from our west facing window was very nice. The facility is old and needs a revamp/makeover. Common areas look dirty. However, the room was clean and quiet, except the non-sleeping furniture which we avoided (filthy). The king bed was clean and comfy. We tried the free breakfast, it was poor so we drove somewhere else to eat. Overall, if you are driven by value, then consider this Super 8.

Staff were unfriendly, have no customer relationship knowledge. Internet was not steady, glitchs. Breakfast was at a strict time that those of us going to work by 5am leaves without food. Had to go to other food vendors for breakfast.

Door had a whole in it. Other than that…it was okay

There weren't any towel bars in the room...only one hook in the bathroom. No place to hang our wet towels. Breakfast was cereal and waffles. Many people mentioned it would be nice to at least have a toaster and a variety of breads.

For the price I paid, this place was great. The staff and amenities were great!

It was a good value compared to other hotels in Fort Collins. Nice that they have free breakfast. Decent sized and clean room with fridge and microwave. Yeah, it's a very dated property.

Hotel is significantly out of date. Bedding seemed more up to date, but mattress and carpeting was VERY worn. Room window was open with AC on. AC was blowing cold air that had an almost unpleasant smell.

The AC worked but made this awful scraping noise noise.

The property was close to the freeway and there were close the restaurants.

The thing I liked the most is the staff, they are friendly and kind as well as very professional.

The property was easy to find. Front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Property itself needs some care. Old carpeting fraying and a tripping hazard. Bathroom wall around the shower needs attention. Many big dirty spots on the white walls. Needs a refresh badly. It worked for the two nights I stayed.

We didn’t realize the area that this hotel was in. When I checked in, and there was plexiglass between the clerk and myself, and there were homeless people sleeping outside across the street, I asked the clerk how safe it was. The room seemed clean, but there was a bit of a smell when we came in and the bathroom definitely needed some repairs.

Halls and room were clean but smelled horrible- there was an half-inch air gap between the front door and the door frame. Friendly prompt front desk service, but there were sketchy people propping open side entrances to charge their phones- probably not hotel guests.

Right off the interstate and easy location for touring Fort Collins. Clean, easy checkin. Within walking distance of 2 restaurants.

Room looked ok. There was 2 small pieces of trash on the carpet. Bathroom is so out dated with messed up paint on the wall, dirt on the wall and mold on the tub. The main door had a huge gap, where you can see the hallway from the inside and you can see part of the room from the hallway. Felt unsafe. I asked for a diff room but “nothing available”. I walked around to check other doors and almost all the rooms around our room had a gap on the door. Some put blanket on it. We put tissue papers to fill up the gap…food was ok. Cereal, fruits, yogurt, waffles and juice…. Will i stay here again? No.

It did not smell very good, but we discovered our window was open and everyone elses Pizza and room odors were being sucked under our door. Closing the window fixed the problem.

I usually don’t review anything but felt I should this time. The room I was first assigned was pet friendly as I have a dog, I opened the door and was immediately met with an overbearing odor of pet urine. It was too strong to try and stay in the room. The lady at the front desk didn’t say much when I relayed this but did give me another room that was decent and had no odor. The hallway did smell of old animal urine, possibly even cat urine. The 2nd room was clean and decent.

This property was not only dated but dangerous. The door when closed and locked had a 1/4” gap between the door and door jam. Shower had black mold and didn’t like room and been cleaned well in weeks. Used tissue on top of desk. Many Super 8’s went through substantial remodels a few years back. This one apparently hung up new photos and but a new bedspread on and that was the extent. Entire property was falling apart. I appreciate that for $90 you aren’t going to get much these days but this place shouldn’t not be able to operate under the Super 8 name.

It's an old place not easy to find. The front was REALLY HELPFUL and accommodating, i was in need of a few items and i asked and was immediately taken care of.
