This has actually been the best hotel I have stayed at for around $100, coming from Ohio to Colorado, while stopping and seeing sights along the way. The staff was definitely the friendliest that I have come across, and the room, while not luxurious, was clean, comfortable, and fairly well updated. The only thing that kept me from giving it an excellent, especially for the price, was that my window on my first floor room would not lock. I noticed that they had little sticks in the window to block them from being opened, but because neither of the sides of the window locked into place, you could only block one side of the window and the other side could still slide open.

- 4/5
We were happy with the room, staff and parking. They could have had a little better quality on the breakfast.
- 5/5
The hotel appeared to be recently remodeled so everything was fresh and clean & very comfortable. The check-in lady was extremely helpful and nice. The breakfast wasn’t the best ever but better than some. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
It was good
- 3/5
We rented 4 rooms for 2 nights each and not one of us had a working TV! Otherwise, the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was nice.

The room was clean. The bed was awful. Hard as a rock. The front desk person lied to us about the TV services not working.
- 4/5
No biscuits and gravy, no toast, no scrambled eggs, or bacon. My wife found nothing, and I tried the eqq patty,

Clean Quite Safe and Staff was very helpful and friendly. I will stay there on my next trip to Fort Collins. Breakfast nook was stocked and clean. Coffee was fresh and hot.
- 2/5
We had 2 beds, one had a box spring...other did not. Very awkward and unimpressed.
- 4/5
The stay was nice. It was quiet and clean. I will stay there again.

I am a Bridal Makeup Artist and stayed here last minute the night before a wedding due to a huge snow storm in May. I wanted to make sure I took my time traveling up from the south and missed any icy roads in the early morning drive. The hotel itself was extremely clean, quiet and a good price. There was more then enough parking and the area surrounding the hotel felt safe, which is especially important for me when I'm traveling alone for work. I would absolutely stay here again!
- 5/5
I was concerned because it’s an older hotel, but the inside is newly updated. Comfortable beds. Loads of good pillows. Really clean.
- 4/5
Our stay was in May of 2026. In the past, this property used to REEK of marijuana usage. But management has really stepped up the quality, and that is no longer a problem. The building and rooms have been recently remodeled. The only negative from our stay was the sketchy Internet signal which caused the TV to not work correctly, but there were people there trying to get it fixed.

Great staff. Clean room comfy bed!

Nothing Being woken up to roofing Construction directly about my room at 7am
- 4/5
Clean, comfortable, quiet Price was jacked up due to graduation at college. Not worth $350 per night.
- 4.5/5
Breakfast was as you would expect, and I wasn't disappointed. I liked everything I ate.

Rooms are tiny and cramped. The air conditioner was so loud I couldn't sleep. Staff was nice but since the hotel was packed, I couldn't move to a different room.
- 5/5
It was a clean room with easy parking.
- 5/5
Very clean room, friendly staff.

- 5/5
We love staying at this Days inn rooms have all been remodeled and are always clean. Beds have great bedding and comfortable beds.
- 4/5
Everything was good. The room is very clean and the staff was very courteous.
- 5/5
Breakfast was great
- 3/5
The room was clean, but on the end of the isle by the back door. It was very noisy throughout the night, but was a nice 1 bed room. Variety of breakfast items, though you had to heat your own sausage and eggs. Otherwise, not a bad stay at all.
- 1/5
The room, staff, and breakfast were great! What wasn’t great was having a man in his Jeep staring and watching us everytine we came and went in the parking lot. I brought it to staffs attention but the man continued doing the same thing. I asked staff about it again and I was told he was an extended stay customer who chain smokes in his car. It was very creepy and made my young daughter and I very uneasy. Staff said there was nothing they could do about it since he was a paying customer. We did not feel safe with him watching our every move.

Sarah was fantastic at checking in clean nice property comfortable stay
- 4/5
the best thing about breakfast was the pancakes! my kid had a blast watching the pancake maker do its thing. everything else like sausage and eggs was frozen so you had the cook it in the microwave they did have some pretty good muffins apples bananas cereal, oatmeal, and yogurt.
- 5/5
Very clean room, spacious & well appointed!👊
- 1/5
Ants crawling all over the room and in the bed. Adult “toy” left in the bed where if the sheets were actually changed it would have been seen. Asking for full refund. Do. Not. Recommend.
- 4/5
Nice location
- 5/5
Clean room, quick check-in.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating.
- 3/5
Breakfast was not good… coffee tasted watered down. Also didn’t care for all the plastic wrapped food and glasses… would also like large containers for shampoo, conditioner and soap. Too much plastic
- 1/5
Breakfast was slim, front desk couldn’t break change from their atm for vending machine that only takes cash. Had to wait a while for front desk employee to show up to check us in and was not friendly. Damage deposit is twice that of other, much nicer, hotels.
- 4/5
Room very clean. The only issue I have is that there are no safety handles in the bathroom for help getting in and out of the shower. Seems that would be a safety issue. There is absolutely no where to hold onto.
- 3/5
Room was ok. Obviously an older motel that has been updated here and there. Room was clean and staff was friendly. The room still had the AC unit mounted through the wall like old motels have and the unit made so much noise that you could hardly hear the tv. I won’t say it was bad but I probably won’t be staying there again. It was hard to get in and out of the drive in order to reach restaurants across the street. Overall I’d say it was just ok.
- 2/5
The ac rattled all night. When I booked the room it was described as 2 room, 2 bed. It was one room.. Check in employee was super friendly. Oh and the bathroom was kid size. We stayed at this same hotel in September and had an amazing room, it was perfect. We didn't give it a second thought when rebooking. I'm not sure if we will stay again.
- 5/5

Basic but very clean and practical. Great for my frequent business trips to the area. Very good breakfast. Nice Staff
- 1/5
Room had an odor. Didn't feel clean.
- 5/5
Yes
- 3/5
Staff was gracious to rinse my bedding with just water to tone down the scented bedding. I’d consider alternatives for guests with allergies.
- 3/5
Room good bed not so comfortable, staff good.
- 3/5
Fees for Pets was not disclosed at the time of booking
- 1/5
Water leaking all over bathroom floor each time we took a shower Price gouging due to nearby college homecoming weekend. No remotes for t . Management brought up 2 and had to rig it to work. All in all it was a very unpleasant stay. Hard to believe this is a Wyndam property. We won’t be returning or recommending.
- 5/5
Front desk staff was very friendly. Housekeeping did a great job and were accommodating when we needed more towels.
- 4/5

Clean room, comfy bed, bathroom small.
- 4/5
Easy check in
- 2/5
Spoke with 3 of them The toilet in our room was about 6 inches off the floor. For older adulys that is dangerous. The shower was wonderful Thanks Rhonda
- 4/5
The parking area was well lit and safe. The staff were very nice, helpful and friendly. Overall, it was a nice and quiet place to stay.
- 4/5
shower poor
- 3/5
Staff was not very friendly when checking in, we won't be staying at this location again. Room was average, building overall needs a good cleaning and update.
- 4/5
The room was clean but very basic. The bathroom was very, very small. Water splashed out on to the floor when taking a shower. The air conditioner made a lot of loud noises. The blankets were very thin. Our stay was comfortable.
- 5/5
The breakfast was tasty with a nice menu.
- 2/5
Smelled like
- 5/5
Friendly staff and our room was clean.
- 3/5
My stay was fine but I didn’t notice that the bathtub wasn’t clean because there was a lot of hair in the tub. My hair is very short and what was in there looked like a woman’s hair
- 5/5
Great room, clean and spacious
- 4/5
The place shows its age a bit, but has been recently remodeled, it seems. The room had a double bed, sufficient for me as a solo. It was rather small, which put the really noisy wall A/C unit closer. It was clean with bare floors, enhancing cleanliness. The bath could use some improvement: lighting could be better and installing a dispenser for liquid soap, shampoo, etc. Would be welcome. Those silly little bars of soap are useless.
- 5/5
Pillows were short and fat. Eggs and sausage were in a fridge and needed to be heated in a microwave.
- 5/5
Lots of parking, and obvious effort made to update the facility and keep it clean. Great value and I'd stay here again without question.
- 3/5
Good for the price, but not for a family traveling. It was noisy and located in a sketchy area. The continental breakfast was appreciated, but the people coughing continuously made me leave the dining area.
- 5/5
very friendly and attentive staff
- 5/5
Good
- 3/5
Good value stay, however not the best area and property is a little dated and lacking amenities.
- 5/5
Nice staff, clean rooms, convenient location, great place to stay in Fort Collins.
- 2/5
Had Bed bugs enough said
- 5/5
Really clean and is great for the price! Good job days inn Fort Collins!
- 5/5
Everything was as expected. Very clean hotel with a comfortable bed.
- 4/5
The only thing was the ac in our room, it would shut off and then become a bit uncomfortable for our liking. Other than that, the property was inside nice and clean.
- 4/5
it was ok
- 5/5
It was very clean, extremely comfortable would definitely stay there again without hesitation.
- 5/5
I was looking for a clean quiet and inexpensive place to stay near CSU and this checked all the boxes.
- 5/5
Clean room, excellent value
- 5/5
Easy to get to.
- 3/5
I liked it was close to Old Town. I liked breakfast options. I did not like noise leval, traffic outside, small room
- 5/5
It was great and very clean
- 4/5
Could improve breakfast
- 4/5
Over all the stay was ok. I like that they did not have carpet. That keep the floor looking clean. But, as soon as you drop food on the ground. ANTS ANTS all over the place. The AC will turn off in the middle of the night, so be warned. Breakfast, the food was good but not fresh. The food is frozen and you have to microwave it and this was a busy weekend with student move in. East hotel to get in and out of close to the freeway. The staff was ok, one girl had a bad attitude for some reason. But you can’t have it all I guess. Would I stay again, only if I was on a budget.
- 5/5
No complaints
- 4/5
Everything went well for the stay we got accommodated to stay on the 1st floor when asked at check in all was clean as well
- 4/5
The AC was loud. I could sleep because I use a fan at night for noise. I know it's summer but the AC didn't keep up with the heat. If it’s not hot outside we would stay again. Breakfast was okay.
- 4/5
The property was clean and well-kept. The room was comfortable and staff cleaned it daily. The areas inside and out are well-lite, clean and secure. The staff was helpful. I would stay here again.
- 4/5
Great stay for the value. I would suggest Days Inn to other value shoppers.
- 5/5
Property was secured and safe. Rooms and bathrooms clean. Front desk staff could could service with a smile.
- 4/5
Off interstate, easy to find.
- 5/5
Great simple hotel where you can relax, shower, and sleep. Nothing fancy but that is what I love about it. The staff is very friendly as well.
- 4/5
Check I was easy and from was clean
- 4/5
Wish you had a hot cooked breakfast. Could use taller shower in bathroom for people over 6feet tall.
- 5/5
Great value
- 1/5
Front Desk kid, was very unprofessional, rude, smart ass..didn't like him from the go!! I left and found another place to stay!!
- 5/5
Reallt appreciated the clean room and quick check in.
- 4/5
The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. However the toilet is very low and hard for a older person to use .
- 5/5
Came in for CSU orientation and saw good reviews- definitely a gem in in Ft Collins. Everything was clean and the front desk was great checking in and out. It was quite and with my back issues I was worried about the bed but it was great too!
- 5/5
Convenience, clean friendly staff
- 4/5
Ok, older hotel, needs an update.
- 5/5
Great place for the price!
- 4/5
Toilet area too small!!
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay. Staff are great and helpful! I highly recommend!
- 5/5
Great staff & room
- 4/5
It provided the necessities at affordable rate. My main complaint was the cleanliness of the bathroom, there was hair on multiple surfaces. A full length mirror would be nice too.
- 3/5
Clean but dated. Breakfast was only fair.
- 1/5
No elevator to the second floor. On the prescribed refresh day, we didn’t leave the room until 8:30 a.m., so the room wasn’t cleaned, which we did not find until after our return at 9 p.m. Deeply regret choosing this property.
- 5/5
Clean, comfortable
- 4/5
It was okay and the baseline of what I needed
- 3/5
Basic needs were covered. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Rooms are smaller than others nearby.
- 4/5
Sufficient for my needs
- 4/5
Days Inn is a decent place to stop for an overnight. It was very convenient for us and beds were good for a good nights sleep. The second floor is only accessible by stairs so if you aren’t good with stairs let them know you need first floor.
- 5/5
Well done!! Excellent property, very clean and up to date.
- 3/5
It was ok, but the building was hot, stuffy, humid, and it smelled like all those things.
- 3/5
Lobby & room were clean. I could easily hear people talking in the hall. I could hear the activities in the room next to mine. I was able to block the noises by running the fan in the bathroom and having the AC fan run on high.
- 2/5
I would not recommend this hotel. The room smelled, the entire room floor was sticky and the shower did not drain. They did get the shower draining. I washed the floor so that we could walk around without sticking to it and it was really dirty.
- 5/5
Very nice and clean and affordable.
- 2/5
Horrible breakfast options, noisy road traffic all times of day, hard bed, and other hotel options in the area are better quality for same money. I will not stay here again!
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
All things were fine, just that there was a smell in the hallway that was un pleasing. There was a a bug/ spider in one of the beds. The breakfast was frozen food in cooler/fridge and you heat in microwave, other than that it was fine. For a night stay is ok.
- 4/5
Check in was quick, other than expedia note about pet included did not transfer to hotel staff. Also power outage shut down room air conditioner that wouldnt reset. Evening shower was great , but morning shower taker got cold water. Not sure if this was remnants of the power outage or not.
- 3/5
It felt unsafe to park. You have to walk around the entire hotel in the dark to check in. AC unit couldn’t be used due to loud rattle
- 4/5
Hotel grounds and room are very clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good - nice selection.
- 5/5
Safe and clean
- 4/5
Clean and accommodating staff
- 3/5
The breakfast is aweful. Its all stuff you have to microwave.
- 4/5
Excellent place after a long moto ride across Nebraska. Bed quite comfortable… nice for someone with a bad back.
- 4/5
Not a new place, but they make up for it in how clean it is! New sheets, very comfortable bed. Would stay again when downtown prices are too high.
- 4/5
The toilet was too low and the heater never worked.
- 3/5
It was ok. The beds were fine. Bathroom very small. Dated. Better than surrounding hotels
- 5/5
Clean and safe environment.
- 5/5
The room was very cozy and clean. We stayed there four nights; the staff made sure the rooms were cleaned and stocked with towels regularly.
- 1/5
You suck
- 5/5
The bedroom needs a big mirror!
- 5/5
The staff gave us a map of the trail system that runs throughout the city. The trails were located close to the hotel and we found a beautiful natural area. The hotel is also located close to restaurants making dinner very convenient. Breakfast was not a favorite, especially having to microwave premade eggs.
- 5/5
Very clean, quiet and wonderfully priced. Had great, quick breakfasts and coffee included as well
- 2/5
The staff were rude it's an old building in a sketchy area. We accidently left some items behind and the lady at the front desk refused to look for our items. She said we would get a call from management but we never reveived a call back. I'd recommend something in town and away from this area
- 5/5
Clean pleasant staff
- 4/5
I had ants in my room….by the bed under the side table
- 4/5
It was fairly easy access. Price was in line
- 5/5
Great place
- 3/5
Be sure to remove everything from your vehicle or it will get stolen.
- 4/5
This hotel is clean & well managed, with a relatively low price.
- 5/5
Everything went well. No complaints
