Well designed rooms, clean and local to the casino and shopping area. Only negative remarks would be in regards to the water pressure.

The staff was AMAZING!!! Very courteous and always smiling and laughing. My room was too close to the elevator which produced a lot of noise but it was bearable. The king size bed was extra hard, a little softness goes a long way. However, I would come back again and again.

Very up to date and beautiful modern design to the interior from the lobby to the rooms! Staff was very nice, approachable, and accommodating. Having to ask for access to the pool was uncomfortable and strange.

The facility was exceptionally clean, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the complimentary ride service was a fantastic added bonus. It made the entire experience even more convenient, and I’ll definitely be coming back more often.

They don’t offer breakfast which is fine there is a Wawa right there. Parking is weird it’s a long walk from the parking lot to the entrance. No fault of the staff but the family above me was loud. Running, walking heavy, TV loud I couldn’t even sleep in. I requested a high floor to avoid that issue but. For a quick staycation I would stay again.

The hotel exceeded our expectations! Modern and very clean. My only issue was with the bathroom sink faucet. They put a sprinklers head on the faucet like you see in some public restrooms to conserve water. Not ideal for a bathroom sink. No other complaints…Nice stay!

I stay at this hotel at least once a month however, this particular time we had ants infested in my room. Went to the front desk and the situation was rectified immediately. We were upgraded to a suite. They apologized continuously and made sure that we were good. The front desk staff were polite and friendly. The last experience with a staff member was very rude but didn’t see her this time around. Overall experience is great.

I liked the proximity to things and the rooms were very clean. Staff were so sweet and rooms were spacious. I didn’t like shower/bathroom layout, as a family of 4, there was no way to have any privacy while showering if someone needed to get in the other part of the bathroom. The shower head was also a disaster, water went everywhere but where you wanted it to. I also didn’t like that we couldn’t use the lounge to eat outside food. We ordered pizza and had to eat it in the room while there was a huge area downstairs we could have used.

The room is modern , clean and comfortable. I slept really well. I enjoyed soaking and a bit of swimming in the pool. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very clean and spacious room. The Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom was unexpected! The staff was very friendly and professional. I have nothing against pets but it was refreshing to stay at a pet-free property. We will definitely stay here again!

Clean property with helpful staff. Room had enough towels and wash cloths for our stay. Pool is small but we had it to ourselves for the most part and it’s heated. Beautiful atmosphere and stores conveniently located around the property.

My overall stay was beautiful, however when I went to shower there was standing water in the tub like their was Drainage issue. In result of that I had to bird bath at the sink. SMH absolutely NOT.

This was a very nice place to stay. This is always my go to spot. Everything is close by. Nice ambiance. However, one of the staff members was very unfriendly and unwelcoming. Her attitude was very disrespectful. She works the morning/evening shift. Asked for housekeeping and she ask me what for? Claim she put in for fresh towels. Came back room was still the same with no towels. She needs better Customer Service training . This wasn’t just the first time she got smart with guest.

The location and restaurants around it were great. The room was modern and clean. Staff was kind, accommodating and welcoming. Housekeeping was so kind with my belongings and even folded a blanket I had brought. A big thanks to them. I was a little confused as to why the pool did not provide towels. Also, the door to the pool was not functioning with the key, and would only open if someone inside opened it for you.

The hotel was also very insistent no drinks at all could go into the pool area, though it was 7:30 in the morning and I just purchased a coffee with a lid I wanted to enjoy while my children swam. They told me I could not bring the coffee or my orange juice (with a lid) into the pool, even though there are numerous little drink tables set up for this.

Very clean and modern. Love the vibe. Staff are professional. We’ve stayed and eaten at bar restaurant twice and enjoyed service and food. Very convenient to eat there after a long drive or long day. Wawa across parking lot of nice for grabbing any other items.

The hotel has gone down tremendously. We have been staying there since it was built a little over 5 years ago. The area has changed and this is reflected in the tremendous list of rules that have been added as an addendum to the regular check in and the cost for incidentals went from $25 to $100! We usually stay there twice to three times a year but something from. The last year has changed. the ruckus on the hotel was loud and rowdy, I complained at the front desk and there was no compassion. The smell of weed was a regular occurrence the 3 days we were there and the housekeeping has fallen way off - we will not be back. I think the time for Cambria has passed for us

The rooms were ok, but my daughter found hairs in her bed sheets and then we had to get new sheets and change the bed ourselves. The food service was ok, but not great. But there is a WaWa and Walgreens in the same parking lot, so for convenience, it really can't be beat.

When I woke up this morning to go to my vehicle, I discovered that all four of my tires and rims had been stolen from my vehicle. I responded to the front desk to ask if they had cameras and was brushed off and told wait until maintenance comes in. No concern at all. I no longer feel safe staying at this hotel or parking my vehicle.

Our upstairs neighbors were very loud. The TVs don’t have Netflix or any apps only local cable and you cannot screen mirror any apps from your device. Everything else was very nice, especially the convenience of nearby restaurants and the airport.

The property lived up to my expectations. I was looking for a suburban location not far from the city and airport.

The 1st room smelled a little damp so the staff immediately moved me to another room while they addressed the issue.

Only detracting issue has to be the noise factor: the floors seem thin, we could hear the people above us all night long, sounded like stomping around, thumping and jumping jacks. Kept assuming they would settle down, but no. I finally reported it at 4am, long after the window for good sleep had passed. An unfortunate component to an otherwise wonderful stay.

We booked this room based on the reviews which were all pretty good. To our surprise we were met with ants in room 333. The hotel staff gave us Raid “ant killer” which helped. They also offered to move us to another room which we eventually did. The room was nice and clean besides the ants. One thing that was annoying was the noise. The person above us on the fourth floor was extremely noisy. When they walked it sounded like they were stomping. On the second morning we had enough and asked to be moved to a room on the fourth floor, because this is how we woke up both mornings (due to their stomping/moving). Once moved to room 420 we were greeted with more ants. Good thing we took the Raid with us when we moved. There was food left under the bed and that’s what attracted the ants in this room. We could also hear people talking in the halls and the doors closing. Rooms are not soundproofed well. The hotel is in a good location that’s close to the airport. Restaurants are nearby and a casino is close. There’s also a WAWA (gas station) and CVS pharmacy in the same parking lot as the hotel, so if you need anything you can just walk over. This would have been the perfect hotel if it weren’t for the issues I mentioned. The staff we encountered were all nice and inviting and did their best to make the situation better. I loved the cleanliness and upkeep of the property. The lobby area was beautifully decorated and inviting. The hotel provided complimentary shuttle services for my group to the local mall. It was overall a great stay, and I will be back!

Beautiful property, friendly staff, the only downfall is the LACK OF a refrigerator in the room, it was a cooler is what we were told and didn't have the capability of getting colder which was a concern for my Husband's Insulin which required refrigeration. We had to go purchase a cooler

This was my first time at a Cambria hotel. The room set up was unique and felt special. The bed was comfortable and there were plugs and lights exactly where I wanted them. I appreciated that there was a good size fridge in my room and a Wawa in the parking lot so I could pick up some supplies to keep on hand. My only issue was with check-in. There was a long line of people when I arrived early on a Friday afternoon and just one person slowly checking them in. It was probably a 15-20 minute wait.My only other issue was very bright parking lot lights that my bed directly faced and no black out curtains to block that out at night. It was a fun touch having the bed oriented to face the windows, but better curtains would be appreciated. I would stay here again but would maybe ask for a higher floor or another side of the property!

Rooms are not huge, but very well done. The price is not cheap but fair. The two items that I don't like are the barn door on the bathroom, and the desk chair does not have rollers on it. Small thing,s but still irritating.

The pool area needs major upgrade. Leaves less to be desired. View out of room window was horrible seen brick wall of a Wawa. Windows not tinted so people outside can see in room. Service was excellent staff very plesant and helpful. The layout was updated nice ambience.

The property is nice and the bed is comfortable. The hotel however does not in force quiet time at night. The other guests are hanging out very loud at the hallway late at night.

Great location to Ft Meade

This was a really nice, modern hotel. We were only there for one night and got there later and left early so didn’t really get to use the amenities. Really nice outdoor patio space and was very convenient to have a bar onsite. The rooms are very spacious and the beds were comfortable. There is a Wawa literally next door which was so convenient! We had to leave before breakfast started in the morning, so it was great to just be able to grab Wawa before hitting the road. I recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

A staff informed me that my room would be on the first floor and that it would be ready in 30 min. I left and came back 1 1/2 hr later and it wasn’t ready and I was on the 2nd floor. The staff who told me this wasn’t there when I returned. The lady who helped me was really nice and got me to my room on the 2nd floor quickly. This is the first hotel check in time is at 4pm I’ve gone to. Need to change based on the area. We are in an area where flights come in and people need rooms. Really nice hotel but key things like check in time matters.

The sound of people above walking was very loud as was the sound from the room next door, we could hear the sound of the TV. The shower curb leaked water from within and the tile was chiped on the curb in 2 places as you walk in and cracked where the wall met the floor opposite the shower head.

The property was really nice and clean. They ambiance was a vibe in itself. Its close to shopping and casions, but the BEST perj is there's WAWA directly in front of it! That was heaven on earth for me!

The room was not clean and there was trash left in the room from the previous guest, food was left in the room and it smelled, they cleaned the room the day before we left

My stay at the Cambria Hotel Arundel Mills - BWI Airport was amazing. The staff were very friendly and always professional. The bed was so comfortable. The room was clean as well as the lobby area of the hotel.

Hotel was great. Conveniently located. Ths room was spacious and clean. It's not a big hotel so that was a plus for me as was the fitness center. Staff was very friendly. My only complaint was the excessive noise, loud talking and yelling in the hallway on my floor at 1am in the morning. I did call the front desk to address it. They were very responsive. I would stay here again.

Also there was a completely inadequate number of accessible parking spots. The staff was nice and quite helpful. Note- the alleged grab and go breakfast is not a free continental breakfast thing, you have to pay. It’s not clear on the website that breakfast is not included.
