The room was clean and the bathroom was amazing with the spacious rain shower. Staff were very nice although service was slow at the Mexican restaurant. The only reason I didn’t give out stay a 5 was because the teenage children in the pool were a menace and there were several children under 5 running circles in the lobby upon our arrival. We were there for a romantic getaway; kind of killed the mood.

Great location relative to airport and surrounding areas. Very easy drive to/from rental car facility and you can gas up right across the street from the hotel. The restaurants are good, with great staff. Our only issue was that a couple of times housekeeping didn't do some obvious things like replenish our coffee and tissue, but a call to the front desk rectified quickly. Checkin was insanely fast; best I've ever experienced.

Front desk staff was very helpful upon arrival and the food at Anejo Rose was wonderful on both nights we enjoyed our dinners. How about a light in the closet which could even be battery powerd to make clothes matching and selection easier? See you next time we're in Millersville visiting while staying at "The Hotel".

My problem with my stay was the television wasn't working. I also noticed their idea of upgrading should have been in better technology in the rooms because the master switch had a master malfunction. Otherwise I would recommend this hotel it's clean and near everything plus the staff is kind.

This was by far one of the best, cleanest hotels I stayed at! I love that the floors aren’t that dirty carpet that you see at most hotels. The staff was helpful and lovely. The heat/ac in the room was quiet. The room looked very updated. Location was convenient and perfect to get on the highway, restaurants, shops. An 11/10!

Chosen for the convenience of my event, and it didn’t disappoint. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. We had an arrival that was too late for shuttle, but served me well for departure. Best surprise was the food in restaurant absolutely delicious. Very nice accommodations, excellent staff!

What we really liked about the hotel is how modern it was. He felt very comfortable, and the atmosphere was very professional. We found parking relatively easy within walking distance from the facility, and the staff was very helpful with giving us pointers regarding what was in the area. There is a bagel place located across the street which is very decent. Also, the next time we're in the area we will definitely be considering staying at this location again. They really set the bar high

Overall, I enjoyed the location of this property. It was clean overall. Only issue I had was the smell that came from the toilet; we had to keep the fan on or else the standing toilet water emitted a sewage-like smell. Also, the tub was very slow to drain due to a clog forming. One of my towels had a makeup smudge on it. The beds were super comfortable though and the floor I stayed on was very quiet. It’s only 5 minutes from a shopping mall and 2 minutes from a Walmart. Whenever I visit Baltimore, I stay in the Arundel area. I’d more than likely stay here again. Staff was very friendly.

I truly enjoyed my stay here. I am a local so this was a "staycation" and it was great. The room was spacious and the amenities were the cherry on top. Having access to two restaurants, an indoor pool and an attached, covered, parking garage all add to my great experience. This hotel is definitely kid and adult friendly. I will for sure be back for another "staycation".

My room was clean and I paid a little extra for a larger suite. It was worth it. Staff friendly but not very accommodating. I asked if my friend could get a room on the same floor as me at first I was told no but then another agent assisted with getting it done. My friend asked a few times about late check out and was told to check back the next morning. You can pay $50 to stay until 2pm. The bar restaurant is nice. The bagel shop across the courtyard is good.

Something to be aware of is no free parking, but it was not overpriced. There are 2 really nice restaurants on site. I wish room service was available. Will stay here again in the future.

Both rooms were decently cleaned. My pillow had a foul smell but the case and sheets appeared clean. The ac/pipes in the room were pretty loud at night time. The clicking and clanking kept me up on the first night. But besides that, the rooms were decent. The halls and elevator were clean. Ice machine worked fine. The restaurants downstairs were pretty good. Not super expensive. I would stay there again.

I really LOVE this hotel. I stay here all the time. So much so that even though I was sad my reservation had to be amended due to the hotel being overbooked nobody can ever make me not want to stay here. They booked me a room across the way and although I wasn’t happy they definitely made it right. Everybody is so welcoming and friendly, the rooms are a home away from home and the bar @Grillfire?! BOMB! I give this hotel 10000 stars. Now don’t yall come booking up all the rooms cause I need mine available when I come! Just kidding! Book! You won’t be disappointed!!!

We got the deluxe room on the seventh floor, but I wouldn’t recommend paying the extra money for this. The view isn’t that incredible, and the extras they add to the room aren’t worth the money. We paid extra for a champagne toast upon arrival that was very nice and worth what we paid for it.

This was my family's second time staying at this hotel. The first time we stayed, the pool was being serviced the entire time. Our grandchild was bored and disappointed the entire stay. This stay we could smell someone smoking marijuana when we were in our bathroom. We had to keep the vents on. We are none smokers. The rooms are non-smoking rooms. Also, attendant #69 was the rudest! Even when checking out, she made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by asking for a print out of my stay. Even then, she didn't print the entire receipt and walked back to the back before I could let her know. Last, the parking fee should be free if you are staying at the hotel. Its $10 per day if you pay upfront. The first time we were not aware of paying upfront and ended up being charged almost $800 (not exaggerating) in fees for a two week stay. We had to fight with management in order to get them lowered. The location and in-house restaurants are very convenient and the rooms were very clean.

Everything was great with this property but the only thing I had an issue with was the waterfall shower head. I prefer a shower head that projects water out instead of falling straight down.

Love this hotel! It’s good value, clean, new, and a bar restaurant is attached. The food is great and the breakfast, tho not included, is excellent.

My stay was great! I usually stay here when I come to the DMV and loved that parking was free. This time I found out that there was now a daily charge for parking.

I have stayed at this hotel almost every weekend due to work, but this will be my last time coming here. The overall surroundings of the hotel is great and they do a very good job keeping the rooms clean, but the issue is that customer service is subpar to say the least, I worked with a staff member named sunya during my check-in and checkout and all I can say is that she is extremely rude and should not be working in customer service at all. She is the main reason I won’t be returning, it’s a shame because everything about the hotel is up to standard which is why I came here but I refuse to pay all that money to be disrespected.

The room was fairly clean. Could do with a deep clean in crevice areas of the room. Like around lamps and fixtures. Then we couldn't figure out the switches for what lights. Then to pay for parking was I think a stretch for a guest.

Was nearby for a wedding. Very clean hotel with spacious rooms. The room had a microwave and mini fridge. The on property Mexican restaurant had great margaritas and food! I would definitely stay there again if I was in the area.

Mervat and Tanya made me and my teens feel so welcomed! My daughter had a SW16 sleepover and all accommodations were met with great detail and customer satisfaction. The indoor pool was clean and well lit. Public restrooms were kept clean and fully stocked. Our adjoining rooms had great views and the beds were very comfortable. My hubby and I had dinner at Anejo Rose and the next morning we had my daughter’s birthday brunch at GrillFire, both in-house restaurants were perfect! Food and drinks were right on point. I can’t wait to book another stay just me and my hubby. It really was a pleasure staying here and the customer service from front desk to all other staff I interacted with was absolutely fantastic! Parking was plentiful and $10.99 a day was fair. Overall The Hotel at Arundel is a must visit and there’s tons to do nearby which makes this place a perfect gem in the Hanover, Maryland area!

Staff was super friendly, room and hotel clean loved the convenience of having two restaurants to choose from in the building and the across the street had more options. With kid friendly options. The pool was clean and perfectly situated. Parking was $11/24hrs which is cheap in my experience. My only suggestion is that they get a peloton for their gym :)

It was our anniversary. We had a good time.

I stayed here on 2 other occasions for half day conferences offered on site. I requested and received late checkout for full participation in the event. I was disappointed I was not able to have a late check out but instead was advised to have my luggage at the reception desk this time.

Friendly and attentive staff! We got into our room (which was clean and comfortable!) and heard the fire alarm battery was dying (chirp,chirp). Someone came up and fixed it no more than 10 min after we called the front. Thank you so much for that and for a great stay.

I’ve stayed here multiple times and the property has always been very clean and lovely to stay in, the only issue is some of the staff. During check-in sunay and Tanya were absolutely horrible to work with they were very unwelcoming and unprofessional.

The property welcomed pets, however, I didn’t need the service. It’s good to know when I return with my Grand-dog 🤗. It was a pleasure to stay at the Reserve on my visit home. I recently relocated from Baltimore in June. Hopefully the rates will stay competitive so I can make this my place of choice to stay when I return. See you soon.

I have been a frequent guest at this property but will not return due to the new parking fees that WERE NOT outlined on Expedia when I made my reservation, Expedia only indicated Self Parking Available but no fee which felt like bait and switch when I realized 2 days in there was a QR code I hadn't been using and not notified at the front desk about the change in parking from free to $10.99 a day and a very difficult process for registering and for in/out privileges. Shower floor was sticky and laminate on floor in the room was not cleaned.

Clean room. Comfy bed. Nice bathroom. Friendly staff at desk and Grillfire restaurant. I was disappointed to have to pay for parking, that seems really unnecessary. Pool area was so so; it had lots of chairs, which was nice, but it needed more attention from staff — restock of towels, fix cushions, wipe tables. The water also felt kind of icky. My son enjoyed our night away, but I don’t see myself rebooking this property.

This place was fabulous. The women who checked us in were great. They had to wait for the reservation to come through and worked very hard to do so. The room was spacious and extremely clean. The bar staff was terrific, also. We will stay here again when we’re in the area.

The common grounds on the property are still very well kept, which is good but inside the rooms which are clean and spacious, which I like the maintenance is not great. There was no soap in the shower gel bottle the TV, which is consistently a problem at this property was problematic and to my extreme disappointment and frustration. There is now a fee for parking which is not only an irritation, but also not an easy process to navigate. For the first time in 10 years of staying at this property 5 to 8 times per year. I will now be looking for other properties in the area when I am in town.

Hotel was nice & clean! Only problem is they didnt specify which rooms came with bathtubs. I booked King executive Suite thinking it came with a tub because thats what was in the photos but it did not :/ So that was a surprise when i got there. Then front desk told us it was only in the Queen executive suite.

One of my favorite go-tos in the BWI region. Good bang for your lodging buck. Spacious rooms with pull out couches available. Indoor pool; adequate 24 hr fitness room; on-site dining in good restaurants; walkable are with retail and dining nearby and pet friendly.

Everything was as good as usual... staff, cleanliness of the room. Except for the noise. There were other occupants who were very loud & angrily vulgar at 7am... to the point I thought would need to call the police, but they eventually stopped or left. And others who I guess were overly enjoying an extend valentine's.

The hotel room exceeded my expectations. I am a hotel snob and was recommended to stay here overnight during the ice storm. Very clean and comfortable. Truly pleased with my experience and the food at the Wood fire grill was excellent especially the lobster and shrimp fettuccine. 5 stars for sure.

The staff was awesome and accommodating. I went there expecting to take a bubble bath, but there were no tubs, which was a bummer. The room it self was gorgeous, but having a tub would have made it way better. Also, the pillows are to high and uncomfortable.

We had a great stay and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The property was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and professional throughout our visit. Everything from check-in to checkout was smooth and efficient. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere made for a relaxing stay. Room was ok I recently traveled wife my wife and 3 children for a 2 nights stay on the second night I asked for new towels only for the front desk to say I’ll see if we have smh , the parking use to be free it’s $10.99 a night now , they use to participate in a program where if you book with Expedia you’d get a credit to shop at there store for snacks or little essentials they stopped that also I’ve stayed here yearly some times twice it’s time for a change

Stayed here 4 times before. Booked a 2queen by accident asked if i could pay difference due to husband's back spasms. Was told there was no more rooms after she only hit the keyboard twice. Hair in my bath tub, put leftovers in frig only to find them spoiled cause frig was broke

The rooms were just okay. The toilet was extremely hard to flush and it would take 2-3 flushed just to flush plain non-soiled toilet paper down the toilet. Also, the television in the room did not work upon arrival. The front desk told us to come down to get a new remote control, but even with the new one it still would not turn on. We had to wait for maintenance to come and fix it. Once turned on there is no tv guide to see which local channels are available, you have to just scroll blindly until you find the channel you seek. Overall, my stay was okay but the rooms still require some major upgrades

By far the best hotel stay I've had in a long long time. The room was super clean, spacious, with all the amenities you need and the added what i asked for in my requests. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The parking garage is right behind the building with access right around the ccorner from the front desk. The restaurants food was amazing yet quiet so it did not disturb the guest. This is now my go to hotel if I come to Baltimore which is only a 15 minute drive into the heart of the city.

We ran out of Kleenex. You discontinued the $10 silver amenity for repeat customers to shop at the little store. We missed that as I have a cold and could’ve used some items that were in there. Breakfast did not have sugar-free syrup for the pancakes. Luckily, I was able to get one homemade strawberry and a couple of the grape jellies. Having these little touches for a fabulous hotel, makes it even grinder.

I truly enjoyed my stay. My only concern was the sounds I can hear from the other rooms. For example when the next room open or closed the door. A few squeaks from the room above.

Good location close to the airport. Very close coffee/bagel store and the adjacent Indian restaurant was awesome.

The only complaint I have is the AC control in the room. No matter what we did it never dropped to the desired temperature. Everything other than that was great and we will definitely use the hotel again.

The in-room entertainment is terrible!!!! I serf by channels, not shows. I want to see local TV EASILY!!! It is currently NOT VERY USER-FRIENDLY!!! The restaurants are expensive too! The price of the room was good, butthat is where it ends.

The only thing I would say to change….softer pillows on the beds. Pillows were very hard in my opinion.

From the moment we stepped into the lobby we were amazed by how beautiful the hotel was, with a little fireplace in the lobby and multiple seating areas. Upon entering we were met with a lovely, fresh scent that we enjoyed throughout the hotel. We opted for an early check-in, which was accommodated for a minimal fee. The entire check-in process was very easy and we were on our way to our rooms with 5 minutes. Once we opened the door to our rooms, we immediately said "Wow!". The rooms are very spacious, very well decorated and the layout is great. We will definitely recommend to our friends and family and we will return as well.

This Hotel is pet friendly and for several hours during my stay I could hear dogs barking somewhere near my room which was annoying. One elevator was broken during my whole stay as well which sometimes made me wait 5-6 mins to get a ride up or down.

Everything at this establishment is as I hoped!

No housekeeper and had to call multiple times just for clean towels. One elevator broken leaving only one functioning elevator = got to the wedding we were going to late because we had to wait so long Front door would not answer the phone! Would not recommend overall

The only thing I didn't like about our hotel room was we found the A/C a little tricky to operate... It seemto blow air in my face, it was also a little loud when running. Also, was difficult operating the bedroom lights... it seemed to turn on the room entrance light or bathroom light you have to turn on the room's main light. The bathroom did have a small motion light but if you're taking a shower or using the toilet and someone in the room is already sleeping you have to turn on main light to use the restroom, because if you keep room lights off and use motion light in restroom the light only stays on for a minute or two because it's difficult to activate the motion light when you're in the shower or sitting on the toilet.

Outstanding! Newly renovated and gorgeous room and amenities. And the price was very inexpensive for such a high end hotel. Plus, only 5 minutes from Maryland Live casino. Perfect! Highly recommend!

Seclusion and great walking route

It would be nice if there was a complimentary breakfast instead of a cook to order which is very pricey. However the food is good.

Was only one elevator working on a busy Friday evening, and the wait to get to the room after a long drive was horrible. One front desk agent with long check in lines even if you pre checked in! Found a bug in my bed. I usually live this hotel but not this time! Also the pool was out of service….

Unfortunately it was out for maintenance all week. I am a keen swimmer, so really missed my daily swim. I would stayed elsewhere if the hotel had let me know.

Only thing I'd mention is that i don't think we shouldn't have to pay to park i haven't in a decade of staying here. It's normal check in for to my room less hassle now I have to sign paperwork and go back outside to set up parking validation.

I really like this hotel!! It is clean, it is beautiful, the staff is great. The rooms are really nice; the views aren't the best, but that's OK. The location is close to a lot of food and shopping. Both restaurants on site are delicious!! I was disappointed that they started charging for parking, but not a deal breaker. I have stayed here twice and would definitely stay again.

The property was great and clean you do have to pay for parking even though when you google it says you do not have to. The only thing that would prevent me from staying again is the tv. The tv was a Samsung not easy to use and not iPhone compatible

Very attractive hotel. Rooms are large. Bed was super comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful with a easy quick check in and out. The only negative was having to pay for parking.

Less than 20 minutes from the Pavilion as well so a great place to stay if you’re planning on visiting there!

I have no complaints. Everything was wonderful.

It clearly states 'free parking,' but when you arrive, it is actually $10 per night for parking, plus a $0.99 service fee. You also have to do it on your phone. We arrived late, but the restaurant was open; however, the kitchen was closed. There are no booklets explaining amenities or nearby restaurants, and I was told I could use DoorDash. Just not very convenient. Coffee/tea was available in the morning but before we left.

The restaurants inside the hotel were a great bonus! The room was nice, didn't feel like the regular, run of the mill hotel. Nice decor!

2. The pillows were SUPER UNCOMFORTABLE; I was so taken back by this as I stay here often! They were like 5 inches high; had to semi sleep sitting up! 3. The bartender had a terrible attitude in the Mexican restaurant! Another couple said the same; he didn’t wish to explain a dish we asked about; it was terrible and odd! He apologized before we left. Smh 4. When did they start charging to park! That’s annoying. One of the reasons I like coming here! It may be time to find another spot, or go to the Cambria!

One of the elevator was broken/inoperable during my stay which made it very inconvenient for coming and going.

I had a great stay so did my kids ! Coming back for sure !

Only issue is that the bathroom could use some cleaning.

Overall, from check-in to check out, our experience was great. The facility was clean and room was beautiful and spacious. The only issues we had were the fact that the liquid bath soap in the shower had run out. The long decorative pillow on the bed had several white stains which looked disgusting.

Property is ok. King size room have queen size beds in them. Have caution when parking in their garage staff will have no sense of urgency or care if damage/theft was done to your vehicle. I would not choose this property again.

We love this hotel and have stayed multiple times. This time we had a shower that backed up, it would have been nice if the front desk showed any concern, maybe offered breakfast or something to make up for it. We will stay there again.

Everything was ok..except the young boys banging on people's doors, throwing ice & eventually breaking down one of the elevators that made is really hard, long wait for the elevators. Not sure why they weren't supervisored.

Easy to find, great covered parking. Very friendly and wonderful staff! Floors could have used a mop and the shower dripped water all night and was a little noisy.

We had a wonderful stay! Excellent customer service, great food at the restaurant when you enter on your right side (Mexican restaurant not so much) and a modern room with plenty of space. Shuttle service was provided from BWI airport, Amtrak station, and mall. Walking distance to CVS and other eateries near.
