The hotel was not clean. House keeping was below expectations. The breakfast was very poor. It’s not worth the price.

Room was pretty clean but kitchen stove was in sad shape. Bathroom tub needs to have some slip guards placed for those who are elderly, very slippery. Breakfast was fairly good, love the waffles and breakfast sandwiches. Staff was great, friendly, helpful and professional.

Bed is terrible and hard. The housekeeper woke us up two hours before checkout to ask if we needed towels on check out day. It was clear she was waking us up so we'd leave. The elevators are kind of scary. Breakfast was bad. Not a good value for the cost. The area is probably the only redeeming thing.

Great Stay

I shared the room with a friend, and every night we felt we were coming home to a welcoming, cheerful, clean and comfortable place. The people at the desk were very nice. There are restaurants within walking distance. The full breakfast every day was excellent.

It is so nice to have a kitchen in the room. I appreciated the refrigerator and the microwave.

The bed was comfortable. The different buildings housing the rooms was convenient. Elevator, breakfast, clean, secure into the building and the room itself.. Needed more towels.. lotion available maybe. Plus, there was a person hanging out right in front of the door.. talking to themselves, a bit strange but it's was whatever. .

Great place to stay for a family. We liked the 2-bedroom suite very much. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the kitchen was very convenient. Bathroom is a little tight, but adequate and split between a shower/toilet room and a sink room. Area is great for walking--I walked 3 or 4 miles every morning. Nearby Target is convenient for getting groceries, etc. Nearby mall is also easy to get to. Highly recommend this hotel!

Seemed safe

I loved how peaceful and quiet it was. Malls, restaurants, gas stations ect. Everything was in close proximity.

Overall this is a good place to stay! I stayed for a while, over 2 weeks, so I feel like I was able to get a good feel of how the place is. For starters, the area is really nice and safe. Shopping and dining options near by that you could walk or drive to. As a female traveling solo I felt like I was in a good area. Parking was fine as well. Breakfast was daily and it was standard. Would be nice if they would rotate some dishes instead of the same thing everyday. Not much variety in my opinion so I didn’t use it as much. They have laundry facilities in the buildings but I didn’t use them since they were $3 a washer and dryer & one of the washers had a lot of detergent still in the bottom so that was a turnoff for me. My main issue with this place and why I wouldn’t give 5 stars was based on two things: staff & housekeeping. My first day, the staff member I met was amazingly sweet and kind. Later that evening I needed maintenance for an issue & they never showed up & man at the desk was rude, so I handled it myself. Other staff members were rude at times and didn’t even greet you. Felt like I was bothering them when I spoke. Didn’t like that. Housekeeping is supposed to come every other day and I kid you not out of my 17 days they came 3 times and only did a refresh. I asked about a full clean since the floor needed vacuuming and it still never happened. Minor service issues in my opinion but the place itself is nice & clean. I’d stay again just need to fix a few things.

I like that there’s free breakfast. I didn’t see any cameras in the hallways. Also, there were another customer’s dog droppings down our hallway

Staff was very friendly. Location was convenient as there are lots of food places to choose from and is walking distance from a target. There is also a mall nearby. The ONLY negative things were the trash on the outside was a little neglected/ spilling out and the elevator was kinda scary lol, but other than that this place is perfect for a family to stay in.

I would not recommend anyone to stay here. Ac wasn’t working tv wasn’t getting Loud. Breakfast was a mess. No pool and housekeeping had to be told to clean my room after I asked twice! I wouldn’t recommend old property and not worth the money! Good area but I won’t ever stay their again oh and not to mention ants and it just was an old property!!

This hotel should have 1 star

After going to a horrible and dirty airbnb, I booked here and I am so glad I did. The front desk staff are super friendly as well as everyone who works there. Beds comfy, breakfast great, awesome location to target to get groceries for the little kitchenette. I would stay here again and recommend this place 10000 percent!

Overall a good hotel. People with animals problem and getting rooms that smell of dog and urine. Had to switch rooms because of that. Second room was fine.

Breakfast offered was decent though we had to keep asking for more coffee-ran out rather quickly, not entirely the hotels fault.

Evette, The other manager and the housekeeping staff left me and my friends Speechless! They were so nice and so accommodating! Anything we needed they were on it with no hesitation. This is your sign to book! 5 stars all across the board. I will definitely be booking again and reccomending this place to everyone looking in this area!

This place was absolutely disgusting. I went to take a shower the floor was covered in hair. I got out the shower and there were blood stains on both towels. I tried to use the phone to call downstairs and it didn’t not work and the staff were extremely disrespectful and rude. As if it was our fault it was an inconvenience for them. Then my bed sheets were also dirty so we called downstairs using our phone to request the sheets be changed the staff were not happy when I asked them to change it. Then they made me change the sheets. Terrible all the way around!

Great space for the night

The Staff was very friendly and helpful ! I was able to check in early with no problem ! I have been to plenty of hotels and I’ve NEVER been able to check in as early as I needed to. This really helped me a lot. Thank you SO MUCH Rebecca Also the kitchen had a full stove-oven and broiler included. I was able to cook my entire meal using both the stove top and oven ! The bed was also really comfortable! Sorry I do not have any pictures pre decorations but I hope you guys get the picture ☺️ Nothing

I liked the rooms and how they set up..the youtube and cable on the tv. Its small and close together..all rooms are connected …celebrated my birthday on a Saturday night..got nothing but complaints and harassment.. first desk lady was rude and mean…asked for a room away from everybody she said their all booked I feel like she didn’t even look Foreal or even tried.. doing like when people live in the hotels they complain too much ..when a hotel suppose to be a fun place. For two hundred and something dollars for one night to be harassed all night was a shame

Great cozy room with a full kitchen, nice layout, big TV and couch. Very nice bathroom with walk-in shower. Hot breakfast with decent coffee and even non-dairy milks available. Lots and lots of smells on our way to and from the room. That was the worst part.

Property really needs some updating. They updated some area. Yet, the entrances to each building is in need of update.

The Expedia person was ready to hang up on me when I called them .

The building had a bad food smell to it. The room was not super clean upon arriving, mostly vacuuming and having burn holes on the bedding. Also, while there is a sofa bed in the room, we were told they no longer have mattresses for them, making them unusable.

The room is too small for a Suite Small room called a Suite. Breakfast is very basic

The rooms are huge with everything. We were a large party and everyone loved this hotel.

It was clean. The staff was polite and accommodating. We got a room for 3, but they had no mattress on the pull out sleeper couch.

We were there for 1 night, it was convenient. Staff was helpful when asked to find nearest White Castle.

I needed a place to stay with a kitchen because I was staying for the whole week on business. I got what I wanted out of it.

The staff is very kind and helpful, and it was a good spot for an extended stay while between homes.

Employees in the lobby were very personable and professional. Room was well kept other than a few minor, fixable things (blown out light bulb). Accomodations were perfect for our group. Would definitely go to this location in the future.

The room had a kitchen with utensils, the bed was comfortable, and the WiFi worked well. The only thing I didn’t like was there were some stains in the sheets…including one spot of what looked like blood.

The amenities were fine the staff went well beyond the call of duty. I would come back simply because of them.

The staff!!!!!!!!!!! Rudest people I have came across in a long time! No toilet paper, Kleenex in the room, had to go and get it ourselves….. sheets were filthy but couldn’t get anyone upstairs to come and change so we slept on top of the comforter…… so furious but was desperate since we were on a long road trip and just needed sleep. This hotel is not a recommendation I would make, rather sleep in my car next time.

Opted for the one-bedroom suite so we could have a kitchen and a separated bedroom. Kitchen had all of 3 glasses, 2 mugs (both of which were dirty), and no dish soap anywhere. The living area had two tables and a desk, but only one chair, so the tables aren't very usable. Have to eat meals on the couch I guess?

To pay over $500 for a two night stay where housekeeping neglect trash drawers, white claw opened beverage behind the tv, and more trash behind trash can in bath area; an engineer sent twice to repair the dishwasher; a window AC to cool the main space; the remote control didn't work AFTER replacing the batteries; having killed three spiders is a rip off! But thx for the hot breakfast though

This was my first time at this hotel and will definitely be my last! I came from Florida to visit my sister so you can imagine while I’m in Lombard I’m barely at the hotel well while away one of the staff members entered my room and stole my purse. There was some air pod inside the purse so I was able to track it I called the front office and today is going on day 2 and still no callback

A good budget hotel for longer stays

I really like the way the hotel is set up to accommodate traveling with pets. The convenience of having the dog area right behind the "pet building" is great. Also nice that the others staying in this building have pets. The one concern I had was that there were a few items under the bed from some previous guest. Made me wonder how often that part was vacuumed.

Room was clean. My bf loved the sofa bed than the bed. Highly recommended and would used again. Plus Target is a walking distance. The only thing, is they didn't have a hairdryer. Its not a deal breaker for me. Highly satisfied

Was given a handicapped room. The mattress was horrible. My back hurt every morning. Asked for a different room and they declined my request. There was a small loveseat in the living room area and basically a lot of empty space. Had to use a desk chair so we could both sit and watch TV. Will probably not go back.

The layout of our 2 bedroom room was fantastic, the location is near all.major expressways , great shopping, and all the restaurants you can imagine. The down side is this hotel is clean but very worn and tired. Raveling carpet, dishwasher broken, banging loose shutters outside our window, and siding falling off the building

Great experience - will stay here again; the suite was spacious and had all amenities; Breakfast could have been better - with ore hot food and fruit options.

Yvette at front desk was AMAZING!!! Her energy and attentiveness to what we needed was everything and more. She did GREAT! Also, there was another lady who was houseman, housekeeper and supervisor all in one and she did amazing work herself. Would recommend and I would return!!

My stay at the Marriott was great I went with my kids, the hotel did not have breakfast buffet like usual. The great thing about the hotel and has a kitchen so I was able to cook with the pots and pans they provide. I would recommend this hotel for families. thank you Marriott

I was charged a smoking fee when I wasn’t smoking in the room, for I do not smoke. I always had dirty sheets. When with the the manager I was told I will be giving a refund still waiting on it
